DoorDash order was spot on. Portions were great. I got a chicken burrito, side of chicken, chips & guacamole, and an Izze. Most people only leave reviews after a bad experience. Good experiences usually go unreviewed which is the reason I’m giving this chipotle location 5 stars.

Chipotle has been a great option for fast food and good food. It is an option that you know you will not regret. In addition, the portions are big; more than enough to have a lunch or a dinner. You can choose your own recipe and build your own meal; either bowl or burrito. The service at the restaurant is ok and the food somewhat healthy.

Edit: 1 year later, the manager has turned the store around. I forget his name but I will find out and update. He's youngish. I don't know what happened but things have changed. It's not perfect but they have me huge strides. They don't close 30 mins early anymore either. They are fast now, they rarely run out of coke or anything before 930, the line is speedy, I see the manager working super hard in the back and running around. I hope Chipotle gives this guy a HUGE bonus because he literally saved this store! He greets locals who go often, he's always been polite, even when I have been rude. I literally can't say enough good things now about the management here. There's also 2 employees that are amazing as well now. I'll update with their info also. Good job guys! Night and day difference. Updating from 1 Star to 5! Original Review: Horribly managed. Your order is ready 30 mins to OVER 1 HOUR after the app says it will be ready. Why don't they have more than 1 person working on the pick ups. When they close the inside down for the night they should use those trays to fill pickup orders from. They close all of that and then continue to work super slowly on pickup orders. Ordered 4 times in 6 months here and order was over an hour late on each pickup. Dont say its because of staff issues or covid. You had 6 months to correct the issue. Manager should be fired. Corporate needs to reevaluate how a business should be run.

Try this restaurant. Fantastic cuisine with a wide range of intriguing options. There is plenty of room both inside and outdoors. Our waiter was kind and knowledgeable. The only drawback was that the interior was loud, with sound bouncing off the walls - but that happens in a lot of locations.

A more affordable option compared to the high-end restaurants nearby. Service was fast. The place looked a bit cluttered and not very clean. The food was plentiful, a whole mountain. It was delicious. The lemonade was delicious and refillable. Eventually, it got so busy that the line almost went out the door. The staff had to work hard.

Great location in Brickell. I was staying at the CitizenM Hotel and this and Burger King were my two quick low end options for food without breaking the bank. Paid $21.82 total for a Chicken Bowl & Carnitas Bowl with Guacamole. Not bad for two people. We brought drinks in from a local CVS on a hot Miami day. Not the biggest place but it has a decent size seating area.

Yes they're slow, no the employees don't seem to know what they're doing, yes they run out of ingredients, and no you probably shouldn't order online– but if you go in-store you're gonna get a sizable portion within a few minutes. I have yet to be disappointed since I made the switch to walk-in. Probably needs some re-training, but doesn't deserve all these negative reviews.

Message for chipotle corporate to improve processes at this location — please consider leveraging more technology to improve service here. This location frequently does not have chicken available for in-store customers, resulting in 30-40min delays in receiving food and/or lost revenue when customer don’t have extra time to wait. The line cooks do not begin preparing and cooking chicken at the right interval. Once chicken reaches a certain level , the line cook should be notified to begin cooking. Also, after the chicken is cooked — there is additional wait time for the chicken to be cut. This could/should be done by a machine to speed up time. Also would save a lot of money by not needing excess labor

It was good, but not amazing. The fact that nothing is mixed inside the burrito is a bit disconcerting because you get each ingredient one by one. It's not heated, so it's slightly cold. On the other hand, it's a good size. Parking is difficult again, like practically everywhere in Miami. I think it cost $12.90.

Closed 35 mins early one night (12/2/2021) and line is fairly slow moving. But it’s Chipotle, it’s good otherwise and they have a couple outdoors tables which is nice. Good luck, hope they’re open when you need them to be.

If you order your food before 4pm it usually comes out exactly as you expect it too. They tend to run out of meat and toppings after 5pm and will just give you a small burrito filled with hot sauce, beans, and rice instead of what you ordered. My burrito just arrived at 7pm and it was half the size it should have, and missing all my toppings other than rice, beans, and a drizzle of hot sauce. Well, I'll be hungry by 10pm now. Lesson learned.

I came in the morning at 11 and the staff locked the door, would not let us know what time they’re opening and they are supposed to open at 10:45, you can just come to the door and say what time you are opening and not ignore costumers from inside, it’s called costumer service.

The guacamole, which is charged as an extra, had an avocado sticker on it 🥑. I told the staff, and they offered me more, but I declined. The area for getting cutlery was full of delivery drivers and/or people waiting. They should move it or provide everything at the time of payment.

My order was supposed to be ready at 1:15. At 1:22 when my order still wasn't ready and there was no one in line at the store to order in person, I asked if they could make my order. I was assured my order was "just having the salsa topping added". My food was ready at 1:27 while I watched other people order in store and leave. My biggest issue were the throngs of delivery drivers coming in and crowding the area. Multiple times I stepped outside and would enter after a few minutes would go by to see if one of the orders placed on the shelf was mine. Not a single Chipotle employee did anything to control the crowd or ask people to step outside. There was also a guy waiting for his food inside with a very large dog. Restaurants have a responsibility to help control the spread of the virus. Posting signs about masks and social distancing do no good if you don't enforce them. We are on the verge of another lock down in Miami....that will impact all businesses like yours if you aren't part of the solution.

I ordered a chicken burrito and was told that they ran out of chicken. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was busy . The employee then said we have steak I advised him that you are not going to charge me for a more expensive burrito because you can't get your act together. He then proceeded to go in the back and return with chicken. Upon sitting at the table and taking a bite the food was disgusting ! I'll never eat at this awful place again!

The girls in the front attending were excellent though the cooks in the back were more interested in their conversation than making sure ingredients for food were available. Waited for white rice then asked how long while I saw it almost ready, to over hear there’s just brown..2mins later white rice.

if you see the girl with the greyish/blueish dyed hair in the line making the bowls.. do yourself and walk right back out. disgusting attitude as if us customers are disrespecting her by being there. rolls her eyes every 3 seconds and cuts you off when taking your order. she also skimped the 2 guys before me on their chicken portions, ignored them when they complained, and then skimped me with a half scoop.. forcibly making both of the 2 before me reluctantly ask for double protein. the guy behind me witnessed the same thing and just asked for double protein right off the bat. if i go again next time and she’s working, i promise you im having her make the bowl with double and extra everything and then walking right out when she’s done. cashier wasn’t far behind her in her attitude.

Very disappointing experience late at night. When I arrived, multiple employees were standing around chatting while several customers waited in line. The chicken was already ready and sitting on the prep table getting cold, but no one served it until much later. Service felt disorganized and careless. My burrito was ripped and not rewrapped, and the chimichurri sauce container was placed in the bag without being closed, which spilled all over my bowl. The cashier was clearly still being trained during a busy time, and when the line grew long, the manager took over while the cashier stood aside. This location seems understaffed or poorly managed. For such a busy area in Miami, the service quality should be much better.

They need to knock this location down. And put a Chick-fil-A here. I hate this location with a passion. I live in Brickell and don't even think about Chipotle. I used to eat Chipotle before I moved like twice a day. I don't even eat that this location twice a month.

I had a really bad experience at this Chipotle on February 12th. The store felt disgusting and unsanitary. I noticed dirty counters, food/debris on the line, sticky tables, overflowing trash, employees handling food without changing gloves, which made me genuinely concerned about food safety. I ended up not feeling comfortable eating what I ordered. On top of that, the customer service was unacceptable. When I asked, I was yelled at by an employee and spoken to in a rude, dismissive way. I wasn’t aggressive or disrespectful—I just wanted help—and the way I was treated was embarrassing and unnecessary. Because of what I observed, I’m considering reporting this to the Florida Department of Health / local health inspector so they can evaluate the cleanliness and food-handling practices. I won’t be returning, and I’d suggest management address both sanitation and staff behavior urgently.

Wow this is was by far the WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO, FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! The customer service was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Every interaction with each employee was terrible! Sighing, eye rolling, dismissive attitude, rushing customer through the line and giving extremely small portions!! While catching an attitude when asked for more or extra. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Chipotle This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I walked in and waited at the food line. The employee who had just finished serving a customer looked directly at us, put her head down, and walked away. I then made eye contact with another employee behind the line — same thing. Head down, walked away. No explanation, no acknowledgment, nothing. After standing there confused, we finally asked the cashier if someone was going to help us. The response was essentially that they didn’t have gloves on and would need to wash their hands. Fine — but instead of stepping up, they asked people in the back to help. Those employees looked at us like we were an inconvenience, shook their heads “no,” and clearly didn’t want to come over. Eventually, one employee begrudgingly washed her hands, put on gloves, and came to make our food with very poor body language and attitude. When she started making my burrito, I very politely asked if it could be rolled like a normal burrito — a rectangle — instead of the circular/square shape this location always seems to do. She said “okay,” then proceeded to ignore the request entirely, dumping everything directly into the center of the tortilla and rolling it into a square. That’s not how burritos are supposed to be made, and it makes them fall apart. When I mentioned it, she said, “That’s how Chipotle trains us to make them.” If that’s true, that’s extremely concerning — because no burrito should be a square, and no training should ignore basic food presentation or customer requests. Between the employees actively avoiding customers, the terrible attitude, and the lack of basic burrito-making skills, this location clearly has a management and training problem. I’ve been to many Chipotles — this one is by far the worst. I won’t be returning unless something seriously changes.

Went in, said hello three times to the staff so they would acknowledge us. They looked at us, no reply or action. The fourth time I said it loudly and directly asked the cashier if no one would take my order, she said nothing, looked at me and laughed. At that point a young employee said just wait. I said, I would if you had said something but for the forth time you all seem not to be working or present. I left. That entire team on friday 16th at 5:30 p.m. is unresponsive and should not be working there.

I ordered catering 3 days before the scheduled pick up date and time yet they were still not ready with the order. The service sucks - extremely unhelpful. Can’t expect much from this location I guess, but it’s ridiculous how much they suck.

Portions are perfect for a tiny baby mouse.they try to harass you to get more chicken by giving you the smallest portion I've seen at any chipotle. If you say you don't want double meat they will look at you like you're an alien. The large blonde Hispanic lady serves the smallest . Better to drive to the other chipotles this one is the worst.

Try to Avoid to go to this Chipotle. Employees are careless and extremely rude. If you talk to them or ask them other than ordering they give you and attitude or ignore you and look away. Or they start taking to each other . The place is always a mess, and dirty please see the pictures. The food is not well prepare and they packed the food very careless.

This is by far one of the worst Chipotle’s in Miami. The staff needs to be trained URGENTLY and managers seemed like good people but they are not running the shift. There’s (3) employees chewing gum while working. The expo, the cashier and THE COOK. I remember the standards Chipotle had as I was a manager years ago and to see this now it’s saddens me.

This chipotle is horrible. I have really bad experiences with this chipotle. Last night I ordered a burrito from Uber eats and this came. It was a small burrito and I had paid for the normal size one. I paid the $11 it costs and they gave me a super small burrito. It’s not the first time they do something like this. The employees are horrible and they don’t deserve to continue like this. They treat their customers horribly and have no respect for them. The only reason they’re successful is because it’s the only chipotle in brickell and brickell is a place where lots of people order to go and go to that chipotle.

This place seldom opens on time. Once I finally entered the restaurant all the employees except the cashier was utterly rude and dismissive. I will never come back to this location. Also, they shorted me on my fajita peppers as well, after paying $20+ dollars for a bowl.

This employee is rude and unprofessional. I go to this Chipotle often and have never had such an encounter. He needs to be retrained on how to speak to guests in a professional manner because he seems to think he can disrespect customers like he's talking to one of his friends! When I asked for his name he said "Chipotle employee" so here is his picture attached. This neighborhood is too nice to be dealing with this type of service and it's very disappointing!

I pick up my order and there's no cup in the bag. The lady tells me to go to the cash register to ask for one. Once I ask, they give me the small when I ordered the 22oz so I ask the cash register lady and she just gives me attitude with her face. left with the small cup :(

When I travel to other cities and there’s a Chipotle around, it’s my go-to place for a quick and delicious food. Unfortunately, not this time at the brand new location in Brickell. Ordered thru the Chipotle app for pick up, but got my order exactly 13 mins after the app delivery time, once I got home the order was someone else’s, had to go back to Chipotle to get my actual order, got home and food was cold, missing toppings and the worst part, it was not at Chipotle standards. Total disappointment. It seems the staff is not well trained to manage this location or the app for accuracy. A brand new location is not an excuse as Chipotle has over 2.5k locations in the USA and at this point they should know best practices when opening a new restaurant. Brian Niccol (CEO) was on CNBC last week bragging about digital sales that tripled in Q2 and the stock price has gone up by 178% since the March bottom. I just can’t believe this when they have a premium location like the Brickell one doing business with all these issues.

This place is the worst. Second order I receive where they don't prepare it correctly. Requested extra on several ingredients. Both times, I did not get what I paid for. It was not even busy. There was no excuse for the error. Just incompetence. Update: I've added a 3rd picture from another Chipotle. Look at the difference. That's what my order should have looked like. They got it so right, you can see the Chipotle logo imprint. A Chipotle in " Brickell" should be top-notch. Instead, it's extremely subpar.

I ordered delivery which came an hour late and the Guacamole was rotten. They left out the queso that i paid extra for and gave me extra chips i did not even order. The lady on the phone lied to me and said I ordered it from a different chipotle when I have screenshots of where it came from. The worst customer service I have ever had in my life with screenshots of where the order came from. Honestly the most embarrassing place i’ve ever ordered from. Makes me appreciate wendy’s a little more now lol. I think the Health Department should check this place out before someone actually gets sick.

This location is consistently out of key ingredients during lunch rush, which is completely unacceptable. Today was no different. An employee served my rice and beans, but when it was time for the protein, they only had pork. When I asked about steak, they told me it would be ready in 5-15 minutes, so I decided to wait. When the steak was finally ready, the employee attempted to use the same rice bowl that had been sitting out for 15 minutes. I politely asked for a fresh bowl, which should have been common sense, but instead of accommodating the request professionally, the employee got visibly angry, threw the old bowl, and aggressively scooped my food into a new one. Between the poor food quality, constant ingredient shortages, and terrible service, this location is a complete disaster. And the worst part? This isn’t just a one-time thing—it’s always like this. Avoid this place unless you want a frustrating, subpar meal.

Today at noon I went to this place but since there was no parking I decided that my 15 year old daughter would order food. She gave the cashier 15 dollars and was waiting for her change. She gave her the food and then complained about her change which she told him there was none of. It's not because of the 2 dollars but because of the attitude of not giving it to her. This is the worst chipotle in America. Chipotle canceled our order and had to reorder— they gave us the food that had been sitting over an hour from the previous order. Update: On 3-19-21 I got back and I've posted photos of the Conditions. No Carnitas, No Chicken, No Veggies. The portions being given to customers were not to the expected standards. I was given a business card of the manager I spoke to. I guess the card says he is an apprentice. FYI the customer behind me left as well. If you’re looking to be hungry, disappointed and spend $20 on food you didn’t receive look no further. On multiple occasion's Chipotle has gotten over on me by their small portions but today was the final straw. I had been working all day and it was my first meal at 6pm so I ordered chipotle for pick up just for something quick. I paid $20 for my meal and when I opened my bowl it barely had any food. I literally counted 7 pieces of meat. They also forgot my sour cream. The inside was a disaster zone with salsas and sour cream smeared amongst the tables. The workers had a foul unpleasant attitude. Also chipotle online refuses to acknowledge the mistake in the order, so therefore I will not be eating chipotle again.

This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been too. If you go at lunch time, there is only one person handling all orders for takeout from making the food to checkout, and therefore it takes at least 5 minutes to attend each person in line. The serving station is dirty most of the time and if you go after 2pm they are probably already out of certain items. The tables inside are never cleaned so even if you wanted to eat inside you can’t because they are covered in food. I love chipotle, and this one in particular is literally less than 5 mins away from my home. The food wasn’t fresh the floors/tables/ even the back of the house/ the counters where they keep all the food to serve to the public was disgusting. One employee had his gloves half way on. The cashier was standing doing nothing when instead they could’ve taken 2 mins to at least wipe the tables for the customers to sit. Management was no where to be found. I give it 1 star because that’s the minimum I could give. This place needs a change of management or needs to be shut down. I wish I would’ve taken pictures, I work in the food business and would never put a working place down like this if it didn’t need to be said. Driving 15-20 to the next nearest chipotle is what I have to do now whenever I crave it. Never ever again.

CATASTROPHE is the perfect word to describe this location. This is my FOURTH attempt at this location, because I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but each time I get more frustrated. Today I waited 40 MINUTES after my pickup time. Just as the last 3 times. That’s ridiculous! And the worst part was that the place was empty, only 2 people in the line (one being a chipotle employee) and the rest were just waiting for online order pickups, and EVERYONE was frustrated. I asked the guy at the register about my order and he said “you just have to wait they’re backed up”, as he turns around and continues chit chatting. As I observed every one of them, because I had enough time to, I realized they are extremely slow and not at all prepared for such a high demand location. RE-TRAIN or transfer more experienced in employees that can work in a fast environment! Being a new location is not an excuse. It is not a new company!

Today, July 12th 2024 at 5 PM, I bought 3 tacos and a bowl. Both servers were visibly unhappy and seemed like they didn't want to work. They were carelessly throwing tortillas and making the food poorly, with expressions of dissatisfaction. It's very unpleasant to eat food made with such negativity. I don't understand how managers hire such people. Chipotle is a good chain, but the service was terrible. Honestly, I'm sitting here thinking about throwing the food away because it was made as if it were garbage. Even a 1-star rating is too generous; I would give a negative 5 if I could. This location is without a doubt the worst location the world. The employees are all awful and never prepare for a lunch rush. They make up rules on the fly saying “this meat is only available for online orders”. They talk badly about customers in Spanish, not knowing that 99% of everyone in miami speaks Spanish. The final straw with this location is the disgusting quality of food. I have found bugs and all kinds of things in my food at this location. I haven’t eaten chipotle in miami for about 2 years since moving here. If only chipotle management cared. This location has a average rating of 1.8. Awful awful location. BE WARNED! I didn't think it was possible for a Chipotle to be as bad as other reviews indicated but I was was wrong. This has to be the worst Chipotle in the entire country. It is not just delivery but also walk in that is impossible here with insane wait times due to either incompetent or poorly trained staff. I hope someone at Chipotle corporate will see all these bad reviews and either retrain or replace all the staff. There is a chance to save this location if they act now. The actual location is in a prime spot in Brickell but the store is run so horribly I don't think it will survive unless major action is taken. There is a reason it is less than 2 stars average across so many reviews.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. I ordered through Uber Eats. Estimated time was 30 min. It took like 1.5 hours to prepare food. Insane. Believe these reviews. Have tried 3 separate times the wait times are exponentially longer than what the app says. I purposely came 15 minutes later than the estimated time, still waiting 15 minutes later, so going on 30 min+ after promised time. Ans there are like 3 people making to go order and 5 people behind the glass. I stood in that lone to see if they could just make my order there and the guy said he didn’t know; he’s new. The worst chipotle in the country. 50% failure rate, incorrect order, order never arrives, never serves double meat when ordered via online orders.
