Had a double burger with pepper jack, bacon, and grilled jalapenos. The burger was good but the grilled jalapenos took it up to rock rock......had some tots too, they were light and crispy with a little spice - really good. The staff was friendly and professional, nice place.

The burgers here are good, and I do like the open option bar for toppings. What I do not like is the price of this place, it is very expensive for a cheeseburger, close to 18 said and done. Bussing is done by staff here and fry sauce is great. However I am not a fan of being asked to tip at the register. The prices are already higher than average at this place, and the tip just makes me feel the corporate group of Fuddruckers doesn't want to pay staff well. Worth going to once and a while when you are in the Midland Mall, but there's a lot of other places for value you can go to before here.

The food itself was pretty good. The only complaint I have is the cashier's there were a little rude. They didn't seem to really care about us. I also don't like they don't have free water cups. I had to pay $2.99 for a cup. I like the toppings bar and the wide condiments selection. I would go back, but I also did feel the price was a bit expensive for what you get.

Usually great,, but, the cheese sauce was NASTY...I pushed the pump and WATER shot out, looked into the pot, and the cheese sauce was watered down, and looked like the container had not been cleaned in weeks, disgusting. This location is normally really good, hope they get a handle on things......

We met family here one afternoon and I didn't realize my order came with a cookie. I was kind of excited so we ate our burgers & chatted for a while. When we go to get the cookies, the girl behind the counter asks us rudely "what do you want?". The service in the area has gone down hill since I moved. If we didn't have family here, we likely wouldn't come back. All establishments in Midland need to get it together.

Food is always good, but the drinks tasted like tap water. The filter may be off or the ice machine hasn't been cleaned. I feel like if thats what's bacteria tasted like. Swampy would be the word.

Came in at 4pm, usually I don't have issues but today was disappointing. My burger came with little to no sauce, my bun was crispy and hollow? Lol and my boyfriend's bun was dense and undercooked. Service was fine, but something was going on in the kitchen that needs to be adressed. And AC was out so it was HOT but that's not their fault.

Visited this place a couple years ago and it was good, today was not so good. The manager told us we would have to pay for all the toppings, because we used a free burger and fries coupon I think. A couple of the guys behind us left when they heard the manager say we had to pay for our toppings. We decided against ordering 3 meals because of this and just settled for the one free plain burger and fries.

I would definitely watch what you are being charged for as others have stated. The main guy there likes to up charge you for things you didn’t even ask for. I understand that he’s trying to get the company's profits the highest he can but things are already high in Midland without adding stuff we didn’t even ask for. For the price hike the food is definitely not what it used to be. I felt like I was eating quality food before where now it seems well below average. I believe this will be the last time I go up there. It’s sad because I’ve been going there for over 30 years and have never felt so badly gouged as I’ve been in the last couple of times.

MAKE SURE YOU WATCH WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR. They upgraded mine and my kids drinks without even asking. I only asked for 1 cheese slice and they charged me for two, I wouldn’t have cared if I actually received it but my burger only came with one slice. So many up charges I didn’t ask for. Check your receipts!

Systemic failure: staffing, communication, and order accuracy... Paid $50 for two burger bowls ( I'm aware you don't offer burger bowls, but how hard is it to understand that I didn't want to order and waste a bun) , fries, sweet potato fries, and drinks. Got two regular burgers, bacon I didn’t order, and only the sweet potato fries. Regular fries were missing. No cashier on duty. A kitchen employee tried taking multiple orders at once, which explains the mess. This location has a clear staffing, training, and communication failure. Front-of-house employees must be able to understand English, repeat orders correctly, and verify accuracy. That’s the bare minimum. Management should seriously review who they’re hiring and whether employees are legally authorized and properly trained. This wasn’t a small mistake—it was a systemic breakdown. Won’t be back. Corporate needs to step in at Fuddruckers.

Don't go hear. The food is horrible. They already have the burgers precooked and they burger is dry and horrible.

Never eating here again. You’ll notice in the picture there’s no drink. That’s because they had no carbonation for the soda fountains or large cups. They have a bar, but they won’t sell you anything from it. They also completely ruined the atmosphere with the remodel. If I could give zero stars I would.

Fudds used to be one of the best chain burger joints in town. Now it's a wreck. The bathroom was disgusting the the only roll of TP was just sitting on the ground. They didn't ask us the size and just gave us the largest cup, which cost us more for this terrible experience. Also the fries were bland, which they never used to be. The worst offense of all though, is the burger. The burgers used to be juicy, fresh, and flavorful. The burger was obviously frozen, no flavor at all, tiny, and dry. You can tell they are using frozen now cause they don't ask how you want it done. What's waste of 35 dollars. This isn't the first bad experience I've had, but I've tried to justify it with the high turn over for employees in Midland, but this experience was just shameful.

Its been about a year since I've been here as the last time my experience wasnt very good, so I decided to try them again and we ordered our burgers and had a problem with them. As you can see in the pictures both were pretty much raw meat. When I went back to show them the first one, they apologized and offered to remake it. When I showed them the second one, the lady got a little snippy and mumbled something about me being too picky. I'm not sure I'll be going back. A little advice to anyone who decides to eat there, be wary of your burgers and check them before you eat or else you might eat raw meat and get sick.
