The food here is excellent. They use high quality ground beef in their burger. They're awesome, juicy, with great flavor. The onion rings are so good, not greasy, nicely breaded. I also love the Root beer floats.

The only A&W I know of anymore which is a travesty!! Grew up on these amazing flavors and stand by them! They have the honest root beer floats as well as the original Papa Burgers! Fresh flavors and great coney island dogs! True American food! Brings me happy memories and I am so glad to have it around!

Has the best root beer floats ever. And freshest of food as well. Their pretty fast at getting you your food and floats, you serve your own soft drinks.

Good experience, so I will return with my other kid for the root bear float and some other food on our next visit. Update: Different cashier today. Very nice lady with a 49ers #10 white jersey was very friendly and pleasant. As stated last Sunday that I would bring my other kids, I did, and they were very happy dining here. Ordered the same meal from last week, the wrap combo- honey bbq and spicy Mac and cheese, and three chicken pot pies.

Only place I know where you can get KFC chicken with a good A&W root beer float.

Place looks really shady from the outside. Could definitely use a lot more lighting outside the place as it looks closed. Once inside thought the staff of 4 were all really nice and chill. food came out quick and they seem to want to give the place a friendly vibe which they do decently well. Food is typical and not amazing. Staff is the reason I bumped my review from a 3 star to a 4 star. Would come back.

It's not an authentic one that I prefer (because of childhood memories), but I was still very good. Good food, well spoken person at drive-thru, and cheese curds. A Coney Dog and large box of Cheese Curds hit the spot.

There is no seating, you can however decide to sit at the bar next door. It takes them no more than 15 minutes to make the food. The burger was cooked medium by default and not too juicy. The fries were crispy but not airy on the inside.

Pretty dirty place. The woman who assisted me shirt was stained and dirty 🤢. It is conveniently located off El Camino. The chicken sandwich I ordered wasn't bad. I have been here more than a few times over the years. The food is always good and the service is fast.

As far as fast food places go this place is clean, the areas you can see are tidy even though it is dated it's not run down looking. What's there to really say about an A&W root beer float, it's as good you expect it to be. Onion rings were better than expected. The ladies were pleasant, smiled and provided good service.

We decided to try this place as there was a special promotion. The service was good but the Papa burger was way too salty. If the burger was not that salty, I would have been rated higher because the fries were hot n tasted very good.

Only come here cause it’s the closest Kentucky to me for my mom but if you want a true A&W experience and good A&W food it is worth the drive to go to San Rafael 🙂

This A&W and KFC combo is a little disappointing. The line was outside the door and not for the food. Their was only one cashier trainee tending to the crowd. I don't blame him since he was asking for help but I blame management since he wasn't getting it. The orders weren't being called out and there wasn't much effort being put from the kitchen. It should be a wake up call when guests are verbally complaining about the wait and are leaving because of it. Our order was incomplete and we had lettuce in our chili dogs (not supposed to be there). We weren't alone as we could hear the staff apologizing to guests about their orders being partially on hold.

Ordered at the drive thru and half our order was missing at the window. The issue was fixed, but the people seemed confused that we had even ordered the items in the first place.
