Love Chens Poke. Following Keto, I was able to get more than a salad as they offered zucchini noodles as a base. With the current pandemic all protocols are followed. The meat options were excellent.

I went to Chen's Poke for the first time. It was also my first time having Poke. Staff is very friendly and the food was fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be going back again.

Food is Hawaiian with a Japanese influence. Food was fresh and delicious. Sort of expensive but appropriately priced for the quality of food you get (tuna, salmon, roe).

I am writing this review after the 38$ poke bowl I just purchased out in Greenport on vacation. Chens is the best by far. I have tried many other locations and Chens surpasses everyone. Even a fancy restaurant On the water out east. Ill be back at Chens first thing after the weekend to have the best quality poke on Long Island.

Tried Chen's for lunch for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Genuinely was very fresh. The portions are good too. Saw some people say it was expensive for the size they got, but I disagree (We didn't finish all of ours). My dad and I agreed that the bowls we got tasted great. I got a make your own with Ahi Tuna and Spicy tuna and some vegetable fixings. Delicious! Also got a Spicy Yuzu Bowl that my dad said was surprisingly really good. They've also done a very good job of keeping a sterile environment during COVID. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent, fresh food! A change of pace from burgers, Italian or Mexican. It's like Moe's or Chipotle but poke so you can make your own individual bowl and only get what you want. Choose from items like spicy tuna, salmon, crab, carrots, mango, cucumber. Servings are generous and service is pleasant. The ahi tuna is delicious and fresh, which is always a good sign. Love this place.

Feels like a little hole in the wall poke place that maybe used to be a coffee shop or something? But delicious food! I got a rice bowl with tuna and shrimp, vegetables, and spicy mayo. My wife got a salad with chicken and something else. We absolutely devoured our meals. We will return. With drinks it was ~$35 total.

My friend recently introduced me to Chen’s Poke, and I love it! I typically order their sushi burrito. It is difficult to make a sushi burrito without causing it to fall apart, yet their burrito stays entirely intact as I bite into it. The ingredients are always fresh and the prices are really fair; I definitely recommend it!

The Poke from Chen’s is top notch. All employees are super nice as well. You won’t go wrong with your favorite ingredients in any bowl or burrito. Super fresh and excellent. Restaurant setting where you seat yourself, but perfect food for the go. Nice location with it's own parking lot. I personally enjoy the bar table with massive window that looks out to old country rd to have a quick lunch.

Great spot for lunch! Great selection of poke bowls - or you can build your own! This place is all about the fresh ingredients. I had the Unagi (I love eel) and my wife had the Hawaii Poke with tuna, salmon & crab. Both were super delicious, super fresh and super healthy. The bowls were a good portion and filled up nicely! I highly recommend! They'll need more tables to accommodate the crowds they'll be serving!

4.5⭐️ Best poke prices in the vicinity. I got a lot of toppings and they gave a nice amount of everything. Note that what is listed as crab on the menu is really imitation crab/kani. The raw scallops are incredibly soft and the eel is very chewy and saucy. My favorite was the ahi tuna, which was a good medium between firm and delicate. And the crisp zucchini base. I will definitely be back to try more combinations.

Found this place after going to the mall. What a nice little spot. Amazing and fresh ingredients. Loved that you can add as many toppings (not fish) as you want and sauce as well. This is like Subway but for poke. Will definitely come back here!

I did the build your own bowl, I got salmon and tuna as my mains. Added pineapple mango and some veggies. Seaweed salad and some nuts. And ponzu sauce. Everything is perfect. Good value, fresh ingredients, really sweet staff. I will come back with my friends.

Brand new place which opened up within the past few months. The menu may seem a bit overwhelming for a novice poke eater but rest assured that you can't go wrong with any choices at this place. You can mix and match and create your own choices or go with the recommended menu to help you decide. The staff is pleasant and will help you when you have that quizzical look on your face. You'll be impressed by how clean the place is but even more so when you enjoy the fresh seafood and vegetables.

Great little place! I remember when it used to be a subway and it still kind of has that vibe, except now it's poke bowls instead of subs. Lots of seafood options but not too much on red or white meat. If you like sushi you'll love this place. I think my family got 4 bowls and it cost $70-$76 dollars which was a bit much, but we customized a good bit too. The food itself was excellent and filling. I can imagine these being great for lunch.

Really liked our bowls. Didn't know the raw fish would be 'shredded' in several of the bowls which we ordered. That was a little weird to me but I have never had Hawaiian poke either. Big restaurant but sitting area mostly in use for storage right now. Would definitely return!

Been here twice. First time, got a build your own bowl and a Hawaiian bowl. Both were tasty, but we felt they could have used more fish. The Hawaiian bowl was well-balanced compared to the build your own, so their pre-determined bowls are probably a good option if you’re not sure what to get. We got the extra scoop of fish option the second time we went and it actually became too much fish as we were struggling to finish the bowls, but we preferred that to too little. Service is polite and prompt. Place is clean and parking is sufficient.

The small brown rice chicken poke bowl was tasty. I got mine with the sweet chili sauce, which made it even more enjoyable! The kind lady who prepared my bowl even allowed me to try different sauces to see which one would go best with my bowl selection. The portion size was size was just right, too, leaving me feeling satisfied. The place is clean, and there is sufficient seating. I would definitely come back!

It's perfectly reasonable. They have eel if you're into that, bubble tea, and a nice selection of toppings. But the rice isnt hot, I haven't found a sauce I like, and they can be stingy with the toppings.

It was ok. Rice was sweet, they must use coconut milk or almond milk; we were not a fan of that. They mixed everything together like some places do, but I prefer my poke bowl with items placed on top, looks better that way too.

Beware of the food here. This is raw sea food. Both my kids were sick and threw up immediately after eating the pokd bowl with the tuna. On telling the girl at the store , she very callously told us - “ if you are sick , go to the hospital” We have eaten poke bowls at a lot of places but this has never happened. Please avoid this place if not fir the food , but fir the attitude of the girls st the store

Will NEVER eat this food again…they should shut down! Both my daughter and I had the salmon & shrimp in our dinner and got terribly sick! This restaurant should not be allow to operate like this. It’s serving food that is unsanitary and making people get very sick!

I've been having diarrhea for 3 days because of the salmon at this place! I noticed that the fish wasn't very cold in temp but didn't think much of it until a couple of hours later when I threw up. Now, it's been 3 days of suffering.

Small little run down place. The entire menu is build your own poke bowls. This seems like a fad and trust me it is. If you want to serve these bowls add it to a regular sushi restaurant as an option. If this is the only thing you serve you will be out of business in no time. I was very disappointed coming with a bunch of people from work the food was not very good and there was no options the place was completely empty now I see why

Update: tried to place an order online. First off, their website doesn't work (you can't log in with Google or use Google Pay). After manually entering everything through Menufy, they never acknowledged the order, so nothing was ready to pick up. When we asked for them to just make the food on the ticket, it turns out they're out of ingredients. The cook wasn't able to use the register, and wasn't able to prepare the food. Apparently the owner or cashier doesn't work the same hours? In the end, I had to call Menufy support to get them to refund me. If a business can't be bothered to have people show up to work, or update the website, or update inventory so they don't receive orders they can't fulfill, then I can't be bothered to be a customer. Before they were ok if you stick with the burrito, but now they're not worth going to, I think they've given up. Original review from several years ago: Great little poke place with yummy food and great staff! Love the sushi burrito, it's great! I wish they had more sides and different types of poke, but what they have is pretty tasty!

You’ll find 193829 other better poke places than this. Trust me. Worst service ever. The Chinese girl ignored me completely upon arrival and started doing something else in the back, while the guy did nothing to help. When I approached her, she still ignored me and wouldn’t say a single word and was making a face. Not worth it to go here. I left without ordering anything.

This place never opens on time. One time, I drove there to place an order because no one was answering the phone. When I arrived, there was another car waiting, but they left after realizing the doors were locked even though the “Open” sign was on and flashing. Naturally, I assumed they were open too, but nope. I sat in my car searching for other Poké spots that actually open on time, and only at 12:30 a full 30 minutes late did someone finally show up to open the doors. That was the first time. Now today, it’s happening again. I’ve been calling with no answer, so I drove over, and just like before, the “Open” sign was flashing, but the doors were locked and no one was inside. I’ve already seen two other customers pull up and leave, thinking they were open. Their website clearly says they open at 12, but apparently, they open whenever they feel like it. This is ridiculous. As a business, you should at least open on time. Your food is good, but your service is terrible. Do better. I won’t be ordering from here again you don’t deserve my business if you can’t even manage your hours. It’s clear you’re okay with losing multiple customers due to constantly opening late and not making any effort to fix it. And to top it off, I’ve asked before if they could save my usual order, and was told they “have no way to do that.” What restaurant can’t save a regular customer’s order? Such a shame. If I could attach a video of me trying to open the locked door right now, I would. It’s 1 o’clock, and they’re still not open a whole hour after they’re supposed to be. Don’t waste your time coming here they clearly don’t value their customers or their own business.

SMALLEST PORTION OF PROTEIN. I ordered a custom bowl of eel and spicy salmon. The eel is the size of my finger. 17$ for this? Ill go somewhere else. Never ordering from here ever again.
