First time here and it was delicious! We ordered the Cowboy Steak, medium cooked of course and it was perfection. The seasoning was on point, no steak sauce needed!! It is served in a tray on a thin layer of paper which initially took us by surprise but enjoyed it as much as any high-end steakhouse. We also had the Club and some yummy crazy fries for the kids. And for dessert.....banana pudding!

Very amenable place. I would say that the pork was a little dry but nothing that cannot be fixed. Also I would say that the amount per plate is very generous so that is an extra point. Good to eat with the family.

The establishment offered a welcoming, small-town atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. While the friendliness of the staff was commendable, the food quality and overall ambiance fell short of expectations. B for effort. 😆🫶🏼

We watched a YouTube video about this place and came to try it out. The thin cut Sirloin was chewy and lack of flavor. But it is what you can get with this price for steak.

So I walked into this place and I didn’t know how to order or whether I should seat myself or not. I waited for a employee to pass me by and asked her what I do. She pointed me to the big yellow hanging menu. I walked over and ordered a Ranch hand 8 ounce sirloin and green beans and that’s where you tip and pay as well. I hate to pre-tip before even receiving service or food It drives me nuts! When I receive my food, the steak was not medium rare as I ordered it. It was medium well at best. The main flavor of the steak was A1 steak sauce. I don’t know if they use A1 steak sauce, but that’s what it tasted like to me not good very lean very little fat whatsoever. The green beans tasted like canned green beans with some bacon thrown in them and the primary flavor of the green beans was salt I wasn’t expecting Wagyu steak for $14.99 but at least a properly cooked steak with some good seasoning or good flavor.

Super busy line, packed parking lot, led me to believe this is going to be the go to place for BBQ. When I arrived I did not see or smell smoke rolling out of smoker, which kinda had me worried. I had placed an order online, it was ready before my assigned time. I quickly dove into my plate, of smoked sausage, 4 ribs, fries and beans. The food was very mediocre. The ribs didn’t have much of a dry rub in them, nor a solid smoke ring, but they did have smoke flavor. The sausage was juicy, the fries were a bit over seasoned, and the beans were basic out of the can beans, that could or might have been kicked up a notch. It’s not the best in Texas…as there is a bunch of competition, but it’s ok.

Fried fish was excellent, but the rest was not. Too much batter on the shrimp. "Loaded" mashed potatoes weren't really loaded and the hush puppies were boring. The fully loaded baked potato was ok, but not something to shout about. It didn't help that they had no central air conditioning.

Their burgers are huge and sloppy and very very good. Great sides. Their BBQ beef and pork are meh. Good chicken, though. The seating is terribly uncomfortable. The worst? They use Fabuloso to clean the tables. The whole place reeks of that product's stench, detracting from a person's ability to savor every bite of what should be a pleasant dining experience. It make the seating area smell like a urinal that was cleaned yesterday. There are plenty of unscented options they should be using instead which would greatly enhance the deliciousness of their food.

If I could give less stars I would. Also, IF someone had asked me at the restaurant I would have told them exactly what you read below. I have traveled MANY places. Eaten at places where putting A1 steak sauce on it was calling it BBQ. Those places are better than this place. I got the 2 meat plate which comes with two sides. The Grey meat that the man in front of me ordered was sliced brisket so I knew I wanted to stay away from that. Their loaded baked potato salad had NOT been touch except to put the scoop into it and it sat out. My husband decided on Sliced Brisket, Sausage (regular), baked beans and mustard potato salad. He said "I am so sorry" when I sat down after getting my drink. I ordered a 2 meat plate with chopped beef(mistake) and 1/2 BBQ chicken, side were baked beans and green beans. The chicken although from the ice box, was edible. The chopped beef was reminiscent of the fancy feast meat bowls you give a cat, minus the flavor. It had none. I would say that it was bad but thats an horribly indescriptive way of putting it. The sauce on the meat chunks was NOT their BBQ sauce and added nothing. The baked beans werent bad if you popped open a can of bushs and ate it from the can with a slice of onion as the spoon. The green beans were green pepper water and the tea, even with lemon was brown water. I dont know how this place has ever had 1200 people attend since opening and certainly dont know how they have gotten a 4*. Do NOT waste your time or your money on this garbage.

Service could have been much better. They forgot to make my grill order while others in my party received their BBQ & were nearly done eating before we received our food. We overheard them talking amongst each other about forgetting to make the food. When we asked about the food being ready, they said it was coming. We asked if they forgot about the order, they lied to us and said no they hadn't. We then told them we overheard them saying they did forget it. Don't lie to us! After that, they offered free dessert for the wait, but obviously wouldn't have if we didn't tell them we heard them about forgetting the meal. Brisket was tough, chewy & lacked flavor. Sausage was good & the free banana pudding was very good. Will not be returning here for the dishonesty & untasteful brisket.

❌👎🏼. I’m a Texan thru-n-true and this by far ranks second in top 3 for the worst bbq places I’ve eaten. No flavor whatsoever!! Sausage was overcooked and ended up having hard ends that I could bang on the table. Chicken portion was very generous but I had to dip it in their flavorless sauce just to swallow it! Brisket was the only meat that wasn’t dried out but had no flavor. Adding salt and pepper didn’t help. My sides included potato salad and corn fritters. Those were the only things I can’t complain about. (I ended up sharing out my plate so I could get different opinions. They didn’t approve either) Kids had cheeseburgers and chicken strips. Burgers were burnt all around the ends but kids ended up liking it. Chicken strips were cooked perfectly but again lacked flavor.

My food looked nothing like the pictures displayed. My food was old. I left my food as pictured on the photo and if you are not sure if you would like this spot when I tell you it was nasty look at the clue I left on the picture. There was only one demographic there and I can taste why. This is not a representation of Texas bbq. Did not even give smoke it gave oven cooked and not even 30 min later my stomach is hurting.
