Manager was rude even though I smiled and was kind because they seemed overwhelmed. My fries were cold. Sandwich was worse than cold. And I paid $7 for the popcorn shrimp attached… luckily my job pays for my food when I’m out of town. I usually go to chain restaurants out of town because they’re dependable. But might have legitimately have been the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to… Ended up getting another meal on my own dime at Panda Express which was the total opposite experience thankfully.

We paid $58 for two 8 piece meals, didn't get biscuits we paid for, the non spicy was perfect, the spicy tasted like 2 week old grease, waited 30 minutes to get food, the spicy was terrible

Update 2: Over the past two days, the dining room has been closed without notice. Drive-thru open. At most restaurants, this wouldn't be a big deal. Unfortunately, Popeye's drive-thru is incredibly slow. Truly awful wait times. Update: Continually disappointed every time I visit. The food is good, yes, but the wait times are VERY long, the dining room is frequently closed without notice, and just today I placed an order on the app, only for them to tell me that they were closed, despite the fact that I arrived a full hour before closing time. Really disappointed, and probably won't be here very often anymore. I like this location. I don't have unrealistic expectations of "instant" food/ service. Maybe before COVID, but certainly not now when restaurants can barely keep enough staff to operate. The people here do a great job managing the orders and getting it done. They definitely need more people in the kitchen for faster service especially on busy weekends. But, the food is good and I'm definitely going to be back.

I should've known better. The app said 'Ready to Pick Up,' but when I got there, the doors were locked. I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes behind three other frustrated customers. To make matters worse, I got home only to find my order was wrong. I'm only eating it because I'm starving. Never coming back here again.

I showed up after 1pm on a Monday afternoon making an online order for my lunch break. Once I got there they told me they wouldn’t be open for 15 min. So I decided to wait. Then the ride lady at the drive through said they didn’t have my order and I needed to go online and cancel it. Of course that will take 5-7 business days to return to my account. I asked if I could show her my receipt and they could make my food and she refused. This place has the worst workers and customer service.

Waited 20 plus minutes they had park me had to go inside to see what was going on then had my whole order messed up. This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to keep giving them chances and the keep disappearing me. They need to just close it down or hire a staff that give a care about their job cause the staff they got in there don't give a damn

They’re never open when they’re supposed to be. Good luck ever actually getting any food they keep the doors locked and drive thru closed. Might as well close this location down smh

we came to get a kids meal, they made us wait for more then 10 minutes in druve thru line even tho there was no other cars in line we ended up leaving even tho we had already paid, seriously more then 10 minutes for just ONE DRUMSTICK 🍗 workers didn't even have their uniforms and one of them was just chilling outside smoking, ridiculous.

Gave 1 star only to be able to post here. Store hours say it opens at 10 am. I was one person in a long line waiting at the drive thru to place an order up till 11 am still no one took any orders people were driving away . Even tried the door to go inside but it was locked. Is this place still open for business? This place needs someone to step in and run it right this service is horrible

Ordered food through drive through tonight they told me to pull forward i waited 40 minutes in a parking spot, asked how long on the food again they said it will be a minute, 15 more minutes go by I just left i never got my food

One star because i'm Hella salty. Just wanted to remind everyone that if you are traveling from out of town, make sure you ask for silverware and napkins or this will be you, with no utensils. Just eating with a lid and your fingers 🤣

Service is terrible and the manager there knows nothing about customer service and just doesn’t care about anything. I drove up to the drive thru to place my order and no one greeted or even bothered by asking for my order. As I got irritated by waiting over 5mins at the window screen. I drove up to the window and saw 4 employees in the restaurant and 1 lady that looks like the manager locked eyes with me and acted as if I didn’t exist. The management at this location is terrible and the service is horrible. Update: Health Department shut the facility down due to rats being found in the oil in which the chicken was cooked in. Terrible management, terrible staff and customer service

Worst food at this location. My daughter ordered us food from door dash. Let me tell you as soon as I opened the bag I knew which location immediately. My nuggets were old and was all breading. The red beans and rice smelt horrible and my husband 4 piece dark ( they gave him 2 pieces white) was old and burnt!! If I could give 0000000 stars I would. This place sucks
