At the begging, it was going all good, but then all the sudden, something terrible happened. I spilled my Dr Pepper. Luckily, my amazing server, Gavin, was there to save the day. Gavin was so nice about, and he was a cool guy. Would definitely go back for Gavin.

I forgot the hostess name, but he was awesome and cleaned off a booth just for us. Peyton, my server was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and kind responsive and took care of us with ease. The room got crowded shortly after we arrived, and we still felt very attended to which is a rare and I am appreciative. It’s very few and far between when I get to go out with my beloved. I saw a stranger sitting at a table by themselves and invited them over Miss Crystal was also fun and inviting. Tonight was just a gym and I’m so happy that Peyton in Buffalo wild wings made our night out in new Braunfels as special as It could ever be. Thank you for employing wonderful people. I see management in her future feed that energy and you will always excel.

They goofed on my take out order tonight, but it doesn't even matter. My remake was out in 60 seconds, despite a packed restaurant. The babe behind the host stand offered aid, and the babe behind the to go counter was so sweet to me and my son. My wings are perfect and while i didn't touch the wrong order, it looked good too. 10/10, will be back, will recommend.

Food us obviously enjoyed, gave it a four because you can't get the wings and other food perfect every time. The service is lacking- employees don't seem to be enjoying themselves. As for the atmosphere, I find it varies- truly depends on who you're hanging out with- who you choose to bring often determines the atmosphere more than the location itself.

Good food and good service though I have had occasions where I waited with empty tables and no one came to sit me down or received a table that was poorly cleaned No issues with attitude. The errors are always fixed and mistakes happen.

I mean the new beer beef philly cheesesteak was good . I added a wing sauce on the side n fries . Delivery was a bit slow. Ummm it was fire but my mouth was on fire too 🥵 . But yeah the cheese steak can't compare to like Philly connections or any "real" cheesesteak place.

Overall good experience. Pretzel bites were yummy as were our lemon pepper, orange chicken and garlic Parmesan wings. Our order had one hiccup, but the manager and waitress fixed the mistake quickly and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Shelby provided awesome service. Our glasses never ran empty. Our visit was Friday evening. We went to a different place (very close by) and was told the wait would be 2 hours. Our wait here was 20 minutes. Food was great and facilities clean. All employees wore masks and we appreciate that action. We were there celebrating our Sailor leaving home for his duty station. Totally appropriate place and service for such an event!

Waitress arrived quickly. Explained the deals. It didn't take long for my food to come out, it was delicious as usual. I ordered an all American cheeseburger with no bun and a Diet Pepsi and was able to pay with points. Cool. All those accumulated points are useful after all. Inside was clean and comfortable. It is a typical sports bar if you've never been to one. Several TVs you can see from your tables on different sports some live, and some sports shows. Food is always delicious and a good bargain for the price. Always one of my favorite lunch stops

Our server Ashley was awesome! Very sweet and very attentive, however... the food was subpar. The Mac and cheese I ordered was soupy, cold, and flavorless and the wings were DRENCHED in sauce. Our server DID offer to switch out my wings (which was very sweet of her) so I do appreciate that. The only other thing I'd say is that it was FREEZING. If the cooler is even half as cold as the room, each glass/mug would come with frost.

I have been to this restaurant several times and reserved my review until now thinking everyone sometimes has an off day. The food is always amazing so that’s a plus. What is not so great- 20 something wait staff that seem to spend a lot of time on their phone. We visited once and a server was in the bathroom in tears saying that her manager had thrown ice cream at her. The last time we visited (last week) our Togo order had the extra wet wings on their side and sauce was everywhere. They have so many things that are good, but really need to work on customer service before I am interested in going back.

Service: The hostess seemed unprepared and informed us of a 30-minute wait despite there being only five groups already seated and eating. Food Quality: The wings were dry and severely overcooked, which was disappointing given previous positive experiences at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Positive Note: The only redeeming aspect of our visit was our waitress, who did her best to manage all her tables efficiently and made an effort to make my son’s birthday somewhat enjoyable. Recommendation: Management should consider increasing the wages of hardworking staff like our waitress and addressing the issues with cleanliness and food quality. It may also be beneficial to reassess the current staff to ensure a better overall customer experience.

We have been here a number of times but I think tonight is our last time. We came for the bogo deal on Tuesdays. We ordered drinks as well but we were charged for doubles, instead of the happy hour price. We noticed the discrepancy and asked the waitress about it, who needed to get the manager. It may have been resolved but we had to wait for them and at this point, we were ready to go, we paid and left. Just felt a little shady, we did not order a double, so the cost of the drinks were twice the amount of happy hour pricing. Probably wont be back after this.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was pretty good and the waiter kept my drink refills comings. Food was mid and the wait time for the food was pretty long even though they were not that busy. With the deals I’ll return. If I had to pay for price I don’t think I would return.

The wings here have been downgraded to chicken nuggets. A five-piece order of wings will not fill you up. For that reason, the prices are high for what you get and the service is generally slow, I wouldn't order a soft drink unless you expect to drink only one or two cups. Mine was empty almost the entire meal, along with others who were unhappy. I cannot recommend eating here anymore.

Let me first say that I visit this location often (2-3 times per month) and usually have a positive experience. I visited yesterday 6/29 and we were immediately sat at a table in the bar area as we requested, The hostess told us our server would be with us shortly, it was nit bust at though there were two large parties seated, After 10 mins we still hadn't been greeted by a server. There was no I will be with you in a minute or anything. Like we weren't there. We decided to leave and I asked the hostess on the way out "does anyone here want to work today? She just said "thank you have a good day". Not a care in the world if we stayed or left. There is another wing place in town we also like that is locally owned. We went there and had received perfect service. Things happen and service slips at times but the attitude of not caring if customers are happy and and spending money in your establishment should be unacceptable with management,

Y'all really need to hire a new hostess. Took my family Friday, October 4 and the whole experience was weird. The hostess was rude, you could tell she really didn't want to be there, much less do her job. I had to get up, walk to the hostess stand and get my daughter a kids menu, even though I had asked for one. We were sat at a filthy table that I ended up pulling sanitizer wipes from my bag and cleaning before we could sit down. At this point, I'm ready to leave, but we were hungry. Our server, Maria, was great though! Food was okay, the desserts were horrible. I usually love BWW, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Next time we go and the blonde hostess is there, we're leaving and going somewhere else. Do better.

The facility was clean, and curb appeal was okay. The staff was nice and hospitable but the staff was greedy with the seats as they had a closed area with a very busy restaurant. The wait was every bit of the 40 minutes they said it would be. The food was a bit overcooked, and we were served long after we ordered. It's like if they were a rookie restaurant trying to pass as a major restaurant chain. I didn't even take photos because everything looked poorly presented. My wife's salad had three slivers of chicken, which were dry. The server was cool and tried, but she had so much to make up for with what management left her to work with. This store has huge potential but needs better operating. Everything is fixable, and it could bloom with the right people.

We LOVE BWW. We go at home all the time and it's our son's favorite place. So naturally when we were out of town he asked to go to BWW. First we asked could we sit at a high top table, the host looked down and muttered something about no. First red flag, next we were seated with a young gentleman server. I wanted to be hopeful to have good service. We had points that he said he would manually enter in, that did not happen. Then we waited at least 30 minutes for food. People came in after us and got their food immediately. Then when we did get our food, my son had 4 boneless wings out of what is normally 6, my husband's wings were dry, and my grilled chicken sandwich didn't have anything on it. I didn't ask for anything special, just the normal sandwich. I got chicken, a bun, and a ton of sauce. No slaw that is supposed to come with the sandwich. We were nice to the server because I get it, serving people is hard, but he hardly acknowledged us. When were leaving he told us to use the QR code to check out. 👀 We paid a bill that was higher than it was supposed to be because he didn't apply the birthday reward. I hate to leave a negative review about BWW because at home we know those servers and we chat with them like family. But this is not home and I would not recommend this location.

Not impressed with this location. My first beer had to be replaced as it had specs floating in it. The game we were watching had terrible reception so it was cutting out constantly. Our appetizers took over 30 minutes to come out and the sampler was half cold. The bar tender was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. There weren't very many people there though so not sure why. Disappointing. Left without ordering our meal for fear it would take an hour to get it.

Where do I begin. Me and my wife went in around 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. It took about 15-20 minutes to seat us even though it was not crowded and there were plenty of seats. Oh well, not a big deal. Our server Mackenzie was incredible. She seemed very genuine and overall had a great personality. My wife even said she was the best server she’s ever had. She paid extra attention to my wife unlike most female servers who pay more attention to the man in hopes of getting a big tip. Our food came out about 25 minutes after we ordered it. We got lemon pepper boneless wings and Parmesan garlic boneless wings with tater tots. I am not joking when I say that food made me want to kill myself. It was one of the worst things either of us have ever tasted in our entire lives. We tried to eat as much as we could so we didn’t make it awkward for Mackenzie but it was hard. My wife tried eating them with ketchup but that only made it worse. I can honestly say I have never had a wing that tastes THAT bad. I thought I was in prison for a second. The food was so bad that I would have honestly rather eaten roadkill. My wives father wouldn’t even eat these and he’s basically a garbage disposal. I wouldn’t even feed these to my dogs. Hell I wouldn’t feed these to my worst enemy! They were cold too, I bet they were from last night. Good atmosphere though. Great server. Disgusting food.

Bartender (Madison?) wearing #7 Diggs cowboy shirt took 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. She said she’d be right with me but I asked her anyway if they served NA beer. She developed a disgusted look on her face as if I put her out by asking her anyway and body language was smug. Then I asked for a menu. Got same attitude. Then I asked her if I had said anything to upset her. She preceded to tell me how interruptive I was and said if there’s gonna be a problem she could move me to a table. I was more than willing to acknowledge her observation if she had not said thing in such a put out rude way. Totally uncalled for was her smart mouth and dirty looks. Extremely rude. Enjoyed coming here. But not anymore.

We ordered wings with sauce on the side and they forgot the sauce. There wasn’t anybody at the store when we went to pick up the food. Just a bag with our name on it. And the bird dog is the most miserable piece of food I’ve ever paid for.

Outside temperature was 46 degrees on the evening of our visit, and being seated in a booth along the wall my wife, 3 kids, and I could feel the cold air from the vents blowing on us. I notified our server, Kaylee, who was great and very accommodating, and offered us to move to another table. I had asked the host if there’s was anything that could be done prior to notifying Kaylee about the cold air blowing from the vents, to which they replied, “…if the heater was on, then you’d just have hot air blowing on y’all.” To which I replied that we would much rather have hot air than cold air blowing on us, but they just apologized and walked away. Our food got cold pretty quick due to how cold it was inside. Overall the food was not worth what spent there.

I went to this location recently for the Pick 6 deal with some friends and we decided to do 3 pick 6 meals. All we wanted was boneless wings so we told the waiter,“3 pick 6’s with all boneless wings,” then gave them the flavors and sides we wanted on each. We wait for the food and they bring it out, but it’s only 3 trays of wings and we question them. They then go onto explain that what we ordered was 3 pick 6’s even though it’s NOT and we were really supposed to get 6 trays of wings not 3. The food was good, but I wish I got my 60 boneless wings instead of 30. Very disappointing

I ordered lemon pepper boneless "wings" and onion rings. Yes, you get what you pay for, but for $20 one would think the food would be decent. The chicken nuggets were hard and all the flavor was on the bottom of the container. I assume the onion rings were from Sysco because they were flavorless and wretched. Not tender at all. So very disappointed.

Wasn’t super impressed with waitress, she seemed new. Had to ask another waitress for a fork so I could eat my food because she’d been gone for ages and didn’t wanna wait any longer only to find out my wings were cold and sauce tasted like cardboard or dirt. The issue I had was food allergy to onions and they wouldn’t make changes to the food by removing the item. Crazy you can’t take onions off and onion rings off the sampler. Was told that with other foods as well. So I guess I will stop coming to bw3 because they can’t adjust food for allergies. So I had the pretzels, boneless wings, and a drink. Which were good but not what I really wanted this time.

Not one table was cleaned after the party sitting there departed (we counted 15 dirty tables at one point) and the floor was filthy. I was there a couple of minutes ago, but a person who was behind my table he come to my table with a very annoying attitude and told me to stop moving because I was supposedly shaking his chair that’s not true. I told him to go back to his place because I was with my family and I didn't want problems so he kept insulting me, and someone called the manager and kicked us out of the restaurant without even listening to my version, the person who went to my place to look for problems stayed inside, me and my family the manager kicked us out! ! It is very unfair to me !! after frequenting that place for four years almost every week, we will not return again. I came here for family night and trust me the service was horrible. They gave my sons meal wrong 2 times and when I was still being nice enough to our waiter she tolled her eyes turned around a threw the plate. It was not even full but she was more in a rush to leave because her friend was waiting for her. I asked for the manger and he was calm could give no Mame's because neither one of them have name tags on. Moral yo the story the service was horrible and the restroom are full of toilet paper in the toilet and all over the floor. Not coming back ever.

Was a Friday, 5:00 pm slow and not allot of customers, just two of us so figured to get a quick appetizer, a drink and head home. I tried to place an order online but the app and website were not allowing me to process my order. So we go in and try and order to go. But we are instructed to do it online only. We go often to this place, and this is the second time my son gets sick, VOMITING all night. You can tell when the chicken has been cooked for long time, they served it cold and barely with sauce, and the texture is weird. I bet that chicken was sitting there for hours. Advise: if you feel the chicken wings cold, take them back, you’re already paying a lot.

I would give it ZERO stars if that was an option. I called the restaurant and they said that the wait was 10-15 minutes for 6 people. Walked in 5 minutes later. The two hostesses said it would be a 30-45 minute wait. I mentioned that I had called ahead. The hostess told me that the 'To-go' person doesn't know the wait time. They aren't even busy. They have tons of tables open and all kinds of staff standing around watching TV, laughing and playing...but they're too busy to wait on us. On top of that, the restroom was grimy and disgusting!!

Supposedly there was only one bartender that night...on a Friday. Took 45 minutes before our waitress took our main order. Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for forks. Didn't get our other appetizer at all. Had to ask for ranch twice. Our food took another 30 minutes. My drink was empty for 30 minutes. Manager stopped by and said sorry for the wait but offered us nothing, and then he ghosted. The bartender situation alone speaks volumes about the management at this place. I used to love B-Dubs. Coming to the this store was the worst experience. We arrived with a party of 9 around 2100 on a Thursday night. We were from out of town expected a wait and knew we had a big party to accommodate. On checking in the hostess said it would be a 30 minute wait and we agreed with no issues. One of our party asked if it would be possible to sit at the tables near the bar and was told no since we had a minor (14 yo). While waiting we noticed a large table in the bar area with 3 much younger and smaller minors and another table with a toddler and infant. When we asked about this we were told that minors could not sit in the high tops because they may fall off the seats. We pointed out the several minors were sitting in high top seats. Then the manager stated that kids can not sit at the bar. We never asked to sit at the bar, we asked to sit at the 5 empty 4 tops in the bar area. At that point she said we could not be seated because the kitchen was backed up, she was short staffed, those tables could not be put together, and that it would now be 45 minutes before we could be seated. Again, we stated our understanding, said we did not need the tables to be put together, and said that we would just like to sit to at least place a drink order while we waited, but was told that was not possible and to order a drink from the bar. We waited another 10 minutes when I noticed that there were 2 empty 6 tops not in the bar area. I approached the hostess stand again and said that we were willing to split our party and sit at the 2 empty 6 tops to which the response was "I can't". I asked why we could not split our party if it was our choice and the young man just kept repeating "I can't". Another member of our party approached the hostess stand to discuss splitting our party and was told that some could sit on one side but the rest would have to wait because they rotate servers and tables. At this point, after feeling like we were now being lied to and if we stayed would be treated badly our party left. We completely understood being understaffed and having an overwhelmed kitchen but for the hostess and manager to make so many excuses was pretty bad, especially when a few of the excuses were blatant lies (kids at high top bar tables. It was not a busy night, volume wise. It was pretty disappointing to be treated like so poorly in one of your stores.

Half the establishment was empty, but we had to wait approximately 15 minutes for seating. Ordered a michilada, had way better out of a can.. didn't finish it.. or the food.. kids didn't finish food either. Wings over cooked and meat was hard. That's not all, we had stomach aches after leaving..Definitely worst wing place I ever been too.

We visit this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot and this was by far the worst time. Chips were oily and stale.....don't know how you manage that. Wings and fries were cold and waitress took a while to bring ranch. Bartender was slow. My beer was warm.

I went at night and definitely regret it. Took long to get seated even though they were not busy at all; once we were seated we waited like 15 minutes for a waiter to come to our table, but they never did. We decided to get up and leave. What a horrible experience. Also the restaurant looked dirty. Will never set foot again at this restaurant.

I usually enjoy my time in Buffalo Wild Wings, but this specific location has a really bad staff. The lady in the bar seemed to have a bad day, and she was super rude all the time with everyone around. It took very long for someone to come and take my order, and it took even longer for them to bring it. If you are in New Braunfels and want to eat some wings, just go somewhere else.

Have never had a worse experience at a restaurant than i had here.The first member if our party of 3 got there before us and wasn’t acknowledged for 20 minutes. We were then charged for things we didn’t get and were refused to have them taken off our ticket.Then they gave us a significantly less change than we were supposed to be given back (8 dollars instead of the 17 owed back) and it took us asking twice to get the correct change.Geniunely would recommend going to chilis if u want somewhere close or even wingstop if you want better service and food. Will not be returning to this chain ever again because of this experience.

We went in with a group of 5 got seated fast, then that's were everything turned we waited 10-15 mins just for our waiter to come take our drink order and he was so rude about it started walking away while my son was trying to tell him he wanted a tea. We ordered an appetizer (chips n 3 drip) then took him another 15 just get our order. And if you want anything just get it your self pretty much. Once we got our food it was plain and for this company I was very sad about that since we used to come often but the best part was one of the people in our party had asked for a fork and they just said we don't have any but I got a spoon (for loaded potato wedges) we won't be going back to this place one good thing I can say is the Smokey mountain pepper whiskey shot...

I know it's Super Bowl Sunday but I ordered my food at 2:00 and was told it would be ready for 5:15, standing in lobby from 4:35 till 5:25, Still not ready. 2 gentleman ordered on line 2 days ago and are still waiting. BUT Door Dash and Uber orders are leaving constantly. I asked the manager about it and he tried gas lighting me and said by him coming to talk to me I'm making things go even slower, wow! Just WOW!! Vanessa, one of the cashiers was very sweet and kept her composure, eventhough some of us were NOT happy. First time eating here, will be my last after what the manager said to me. I'd leave but I have no back up food for dinner.

I was treated so poorly. Another guest ask for the NBA playoff game the bartender said "we aren't showing any Basketball games tonight, we don't get the games" I said to the other guest I don't believe that this is buffalo wild wings. She slapped the TV Guide sheet of paper in front of me and said "take a look for yourself if you don't believe me" I said ok NBA Basketball channel 245 and 246. She then began arguing with me telling me I had an attitude and said she wasn't going to serve me any more. Demanding I pay for my beer then asked me what kind of beer I ordered, when she poured it two minutes ago. I never ever leave a review but that bartender ruined the only wild wings in town for me. Staff all huddled around me and made me feel so dumb. They should be thankful I didn't act like Ric Flair.. never again

First things first absolutely no one in that place wanted to do their job. Our waitress was semi-OK, but she definitely did not want to be there. The cooks messed up the food we asked for all flats. It was even on the sticker on the plate, and it was all drums. The sauce was extremely salty and every single one of our wings look like they had been sitting there for a while, we spent almost $80 and threw away all of that and they were definitely old chicken. The fries were cold and nasty that my four year old spit them out.

I don’t know why I even bother to order from this store anymore. On multiple occasions, I would show up at the time specified to pick up my order and I’d be waiting for 30 minutes to an hour longer, so a few times now I have order delivery so I didn’t have to wait there for an hour. I’ve either not received my order on more then one occasion, or my order comes completely incorrect. And or cold. This establishment is very poorly run. It seems like a very simple task to differentiate between boneless and bone in wings.

Went to order wings and was encouraged by the server to order online and eat there at the restaurant. Did that a couple times till tonight when I asked before I ordered if doing that was ok. Was told yes and that I just need to let them know so they could bring out the wings instead of putting on the delivery side. When it came time to get my order they brought it out in bags and told me I had to leave since that wasnt acceptable to order online and eat at the restaurant. You can imagine the embarrassment me and my family experienced. Sounds like they need to get someone that knows how to set rules in place and get servers to read the rules as well.

Placed an online order, got to the store and they tell me my order got stolen, didn’t even bother to just start a new one, they tell me to wait didn’t even apologize, it’s been over an hour and my order still not ready, save your time and go somewhere else customer service sucks here

Basket of fries for 40 wings was not even halfway full and stale, barely edible. Wings were a little dry but good, cheese curds were good but in a very small quantity. Long wait to be attended to to pick up a takeout order. Other locations are better, will not return.

After sitting down for over 20 min, all I had in front of me was the menus. When I asked the manger what was going on she informed me the section was closed cause they only had 3 server's. So why was I seated there for over 20 mins and why did she not inform us until I finally got up and asked. Horrible customer service and definitely has gone down hill in the last past years. If your near here go to BJ's much better service.

Please don’t order after 10pm online or on the app because there is a 99% chance they won’t make your food website says they stay open until 12 but the kitchen seems to close at 1030. When you order online it will say asap with no warning as soon as they accept payment it will say ready at 11am the next day. A couple times when dealing with a nice bartender she will still make your food because she understands but no one else does it will be 1105 and they will not make your order but say they close at 12 at least put a warning to customers before taking payment please unfortunately i would still eat there but wingstop is the better option in New Braunfels honestly especially late night after 10pm

the server was very rude she was acting like she did not want to serve us worst experience ever! wings were good i ordered mac and cheese and it was undercooked i had them remake it and it was still the same! who doesn’t know how to make mac and cheese com on now boyo . i was expecting for this experience here at buffalo wild wings in new braunfels !!!!!!

We usually love coming here to watch sports. But this last experience was one that will make us not come back. We came on a Thursday for Buy one get one boneless wings, which we ordered 20 and they did not honor their own promotion. We were forced to pay a lot more money than expected. Manager was rude when we asked to include the promotion and did not seem to care at all. Would never recommend this place the way it is being ran.

Pre-ordered for the game tonight with a specific pick up time. Get there on-time and my food isn't ready, same issue for other people that came to pick up theirs. Waited for and hour and a half when I asked where my food was to be told my food was "stolen" and would be put in as a priority. Meanwhile, I overheard the Manager talking to the employees about customers being upset that there orders weren't ready. The Manager never talked to any customers about the issue or why the orders weren't ready. He should be FIRED immediately for talking about customers not 3 feet from where we were sitting. BWW should've known they couldn't accommodate the amount of orders taken and put a cap on the pre-orders. BiG FAIL by BWW today!

Waited almost 45 minutes for our food and when it came out it was lukewarm. Two couples arrived after us and yet they were served their food before us. Half of the staff is sitting at a table eating, drinking and cutting up while the customers wait almost an hour for their food. Food was good aside from being cold. Only recommend coming here if you have time to spare waiting to be served.

So I came in to eat with my family and food was cold and it had a bad after taste I didn’t eat it .. my daughter loves food and she didn’t even eat it either . It was slow too so I’d expected fresh hot food but no .. everything was cold and OLD !! it shouldn’t be like that server was Cool .. I will be calling guest services because I’m just as disappointed Buffalo Wild Wings is out favorite wing place . And it’s just so disappointing . I asked for the manger too but took 23 mins so we just left .

Ordered through the app and was told to be there for pick up at 730. At 815 asked what was going on and eventually just ended up canceling the order. Take out team and two girls who came out confrontational through back of the restaurant were rude as hell. Not a repeat place. Good luck and I better get my refund back.

Worst service on a Monday ..and it’s slow…from the bar to a table top. Service takes about 25 mins to get to you and approach you. If you ask a server about somebody serving in your area they’ll give you the run around ..

Updated 3-12-20 Don’t come here around lunchtime , only the bartender and one waiter available, so you’re in for a 20-30 minute wait before you get your order taken . Bartender just chats with people and don’t attend other customers. This place is clearly ran by poor customer service morons

They have the worst service I have ever seen. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. Alot of the food comes out cold. They will tell you to complain on their website so reviews like this get "swept under". When you review on the website you get No compensation. No refunds. This company is falling apart.

We just had lunch and the food was so terrible! The wings(boneless and bone in) were cold. I mean refrigerator cold! Everything was pretty bland. We used to love it here . If you want to watch a game a drink a beer and eat below mid food , this is you place. As for me I won’t ever be back.

Came in the other day to get something to eat and the general manager “Mike” sat me without saying a single word. He didn’t say welcome, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask how I was doing. Just took the menu, threw it on the table, and walked off. He didn’t even tell me my servers name or that they would be right with me. Now I’m sure those aren’t the “steps of service” for a host & I would definitely expect more coming from the general manager. I hope his bosses threaten to fire him the same way he threatens his employees.

Wanted wings for dinner. We arrive and are sat immediately at a dirty table. We ask for it to be cleaned and a server wipes it with a wet towel and walks away with the trash still on the table. Decided to eat somewhere else.

Id probably get better service or you offered self service. I've been standing here 17 minutes and still not one person has come to help. It's sad to say I get more help at walmart when I need it than here . WALMART!

Man it was not good at all best way I can say it without just GOING OFF......... PARTY of 7. 4 adults and 3 kiddos. We ordered only boneless wings for kiddos and same for 2 adults. Ordered (2) grill chicken Meals for the other 2. Simple stuff. All of our food came out cold and our drinks TO WAY TO LONG as well........ just over it at this point.

Got home and my wings were very chewy and dry. I called and talked the manager D which immediately told me that the wings sit around after the first fry and then have to be fried a second time. That’s not what I want to hear. I explained that I don’t keep track of time and she said just give me a time that I picked them up and I told her that I got home 40 mins ago. She said that since I waited 2 hrs to call there was nothing she could do. Because I waited til after I attended to my sick dog and didn't call right away she said she couldn’t help me. When has there ever been a time that someone had to call to complain? And I will be calling Mike the next level manager. But for now I WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN if she still works there.. Most managers apologize and ask to make it better but this one basically called me a liar. Why would I call a company I don’t want to call? To get harassed and treated like a liar. Not what I expected tonight. I will be filing a formal complaint and taking this up the chain. I’m not lying, look at pics!!!! All this food will be returned. STAY AWAY!!!
