In N Out is one of the best fast food joints on planet earth and this is An Amazing location. I have been here multiple times and the entire staff is friendly and efficient. Can’t recommend this place highly enough Ps: The Animal Style Burger is INCREDIBLE!!

In-n-out is a really good burger place. I love that you can customize everything (we should have asked for no added salt. Everything was very salty.) The sweet tea is great, and everything is made fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh and plentiful, and there's enough cheese that it squishes out, which is exactly how it should be! They use all biodegradable wrapping, and even the cup lids are technically recyclable (check your recycling service to see if they accept PET, because many don't). Service here was with a smile, the drive through is moving quickly. Our food was fresh and fast. I didn't care for the fries, which are a little potatoey (lol) for me. Sweet tea is great! Bathrooms are clean and well lit, with three stalls in the ladies room. Lots of parking, including handicapped. Five handicapped parking spaces, and at least one dedicated handicapped seating spot.
I can’t believe all the bad reviews. I return anything I don’t like. I order fries “light” so they don’t taste like paper or burnt. Cotton seed oil vs corn oil (better) is important. The meat portion is small purposely but you can always order more patties. There is a hidden menu which you should ask about. For the price, you can’t beat it.
We came on a homeschool field trip last week. It was a wonderful experience. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. This place is super clean and I am very picky. We all learned interesting facts about nutrition and taste. The food was made to order, hot, and delicious. Thank you Store Manager Ashley and the whole In-N-Out crew.
Its been years since I have come back to In N Out, and its been a tradition to eat there with my parents since I lived in California. Ever since living in Texas I have only gone 3x *shameful of me, I know* but today, my mom suggested we stop by after Bucees so we did and we were pleased (as always) not only the friendliness of the cashiers & the guy cleaning the tables, who offered if we had any trash we'd like for him to pick up, food never ever disappoints. Overall happy with the experience, most importantly, continuing to share these times with my family.
Great food and superb service! Stephanie took our order and was an absolute delight. Being greeted with such a warm, genuine smile is rare these days, and it truly made our experience special. Give her a raise! 👏
The burgers and fries are fantastic and the staff is great. The service is always fast and they thoughtfully offer the option to dine in our car or take it with us, with suitable packaging.
Absolutely the best. The staff is extremely well trained, very friendly, and the most efficient of any similar restaurant. They're absolutely the best. The menu is delicious. Fresh ingredients. In N Out makes sure all the ingredients they use are delivered regularly so none of it has to be frozen. All the veggies, potatoes, and cheese used are also fresh and not frozen. The restaurant is clean, bright, and has an open feel because of the large windows. It's very comfortable. The tables aren't too close to each other and there is room to move. Outside seating is available. The restrooms are also cleaned regularly. The drive through is quick, given all meals are made to order. In N Out was established as a drive through and it shows today. There is a good amount of parking available in the restaurant's own lot, they don't have to share parking with other businesses.
From walking in and seeing Makayla Ca beaming with her smile and taking our order to Avery making sure we didn’t need anything else when we got our order to Victoria offering a spoon for my shake. What an amazing experience! ☺️ The place was super clean too.
The food here is always fresh and delicious! I’ve never gotten cold fries or an undercooked burger from this location. The staff, from the drive-through tech all the way to the cooks are very respectful and well mannered and are always so friendly. This location truly meets the core principles of customer service. It’s always service with a smile and this is my favorite fast food place to go to in the new Braunfels area!
Burger was very good and large. Fries were hot but a little soggy for my taste. Restaurant was very clean and the staff was GREAT. I’ll come back
First time trying this place, i order #1 combo to go it was 10.43. Let me tell u really good burger one in my top three favorites. Fires are so so. Cashier anita po was really good in customer service. Went again same review burgers really good taste fries the same. Excellent fast service.
The cheese burgers are amazing! Salty edges, flavors that mix well and don't get mottled together. It all tastes great together. The chocolate shake is great too. Still have to try the other flavors. The fries are the only thing. I'd say to actively avoid them lol. This location has great service, it's fast and the staff are very polite. The location is clean and easy to enter and exit. Great prices.
First time ever at an in n out. It was flavorful and fast service.. I asked for my box to be covered in the drive thru Instead of uncovered because I don't like eating in my car. . But I'd come again
I absolutely love this place!! I've only eaten here 3 times which is when we pass through SA but every time we've gone their always really nice, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is DELICIOUS!! I just learned that you can order your hamburger the "protein way" which comes with no bun and your burger 🍔 wrapped in a big piece of lettuce 🥬 and you can also also get chili cheese fries or just chili/cheese.
Very friendly staff. This is the first time I eat there. I'm not too sure if the staff is obligated to ask you if they can help you or assist you but you're getting more drinks or throwing away Your rubbish into consideration that this is a fast food establishment, the food was amazing as a native Texan I grew up on Whataburger and I can vouch for In-N-Out. It's amazing you have to try it!!
My second-ever In-N-Out experience and it was truly life changing. Bear in mind that I just had a long travel day and landed my flight in the wrong city. Being in a rental car and seeing the beacon of light from the 🟡 yellow sign was just what I needed to turn my day...and life around. I opted for a 🥤 soda, the 🍟 fries (served animal style), and the animal style double double 🍔 cheeseburger. I could've died there and been happy. But not only that, the staff were so friendly and fast, we were able to eat in the car after a fast drive through and be on our merry way. They did have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking and restrooms as well.
Had a great experience at In-N-Out! We ordered the Protein Style Double-Double burger, which came without buns and had extra fresh, crunchy lettuce and veggies — a perfect low-carb option. The grilled onions added a delicious flavor boost. Special shoutout to Kimberly, who greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond by offering to clean the floor and wiping down our table thoroughly.
Had just an ordinary hamburger just to try it out for the first time, the service was fast and the employees were nice, the restaurant was also very neat and clean, and the burger was great! just wish I had more in N out sauce, and the fries were fresh too! Definitely Will be coming back here!

This is the best place near my home. I had Sarag serve me and she was absolutely kind and happy. If you have had food here you already know but, A Doubke Double and animal style fries at 10:30 am really hits the spot. Thanks to the team.
I haven’t been here for years and decided to give them another try. I visited on a Tuesday evening and there were still several cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Thankfully, there were two workers stationed outside to take orders. The young lady that assisted me was very patient and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. I ordered the special/monster burger. I forgot that the meal was served in an open box. Kinda fun and cool. Couldn’t eat the burger while driving but the fries were nice and hot. The fries were much better than I remembered. I was too full to eat the burger so I saved it until the next day. It heated up pretty well and tasted even better than the day before. 👌🏾👌🏾
Old timey restaurant with a simple menu. Got a double double and 2 fries. Burger was great. Fries where good, just not my cup of tea. Kind of like match stick potato chips, just thicker. Over all, would visit again, and just order 2 burgers.
The food and beverage offerings are largely consistent from one In-N-Out location to another in the Texas area. This makes us very satisfied. The employees are friendly, efficient, and always eager to accommodate customers' requests. One negative point is that dirty tables, chairs, and floors are cleaned quite slowly, but this is completely understandable given the high customer density during peak times like dinner. But there is one major negative: the customers in this area are quite rude. We see many customers refusing to queue, pushing to order, or asking for food while the staff attends to other customers. There are even many people who fill their dining table with tomato sauce and chili but never use it, and when they're finished eating, they even intentionally and jokingly spill food in their area, unaware that they're cleaning up afterward. I've never seen this in my home country, Germany 🇩🇪. It makes me uncomfortable and uneasy. Even when their fries fell on me, they ran around and bumped into me. I tried gently reminding them, but it seemed like they didn't understand English. They just looked at each other and spoke Mexican, then looked confused and left without apologizing. I'm German, but I'm in America and I speak English to them, but it seems like they can't even communicate in simple English. I used to work in the service industry and I understand this, but the staff doesn't remind customers at all in such situations, and it's really not advisable to influence the surrounding customers. As this is a traditional Burger restaurant, there will be no vegetarian options for guests with vegetarian needs. It will be all Burger related stuff. There is plenty of free parking and a very spacious car park right in front of the store. There are specific aisles and seating for wheelchair users both inside and outside the restaurant. Anyway, this is still a place to stop by if you need to rest and have a snack.

I genuinely think this is dumb I ask for a Flying Dutchman an onion wrap I get a burger patty!!! This has happened the last 3 time I went their! This is a joke. Every single time. Im actually so mad.
Without a doubt the worst fast food fries I ever had! Most were over cooked, some were burnt, and 1 was completely raw. Not like the ones I remember in Hollywood, CA. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was just sooo bad.
