Chipotle is my go to when I'm out and busy. The employees work hard. They're often slammed with web orders and a huge line... Plus the clean up.... God bless them. Thank you to the employees who show up to work there and maintain a decent attitude....! They can't help that there's not a better design to the system, structure, or that there's not enough space. They do the best they can with what's been given to them. It's not proficient for them, but they manage.

I absolutely love dining here. Although it can be busy at times , this restaurant never fails to give me a good experience. The employees are nice and welcoming , the environment stays clean and organized , and the variety of food they serve are fresh and delicious.

Yesterday was my first ever visit to a Chipotle. It was really clean and nice walking in, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for keeping rice with no cilantro, I was actually worried about that when looking online and seeing all the rice with cilantro. So I appreciate that you keep rice without it in the back. The food was amazing! The staff was VERY friendly which is very hard to find these days. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful first Chipotle experience! :)

My goto for almost any day if I’m hungry and can’t choose what to eat. The burrito is amazing the spicy sauces is amazing. Every bite satisfies my cravings every time I’m there. There’s sometimes where the rice weren’t cooked well but it was still good. 10/10

I don’t normally write reviews of restaurants especially fast casual places but Chipotle’s staff out did an amazing job this evening. They were out of the hard shell taco shells so instead of just turning me down they offer to make some if I didn’t mind waiting. I wasn’t in a rush and that part of the order was for some one else so I didn’t have a problem waiting. While I was waiting the gave a complimentary drink. All around an exemplary customer service experience 10/10.

Very busy. I went during dinner rush. All the staff were so calm and collected even though the line was all the way to the front door. They had the line moving steady and they prepared my food perfectly. Only issue I had if you call it an issue was that the store ran out of the aluminum tops but they just gave me 2 bowls to place on top and put my food in a bag until I got home. 10 out of 10 here. From the customer service to the food itself. I will return soon!!

I really like Chipotle. It's like a more expensive version of Moe's Southwestern Grill. It also has much less selection than Moe's. That doesn't mean I like it any less though the ingredients are fresh and it's super easy to order. If you are with someone that can never decide what to get, this makes it easy. I wasn't pleased to see that they charged me an extra $2.55 for a spoon of guacamole on my burrito though.

Place is super clean, with helpful staff and amazing food. Bf had a burrito bowl, but I had tacos with soffrito, lime cilantro rice, guac and cheese with chips.....mmmmm. Some kind of watermelon magic lemonade to top it off......Hit the spot!

I went to this Chipotle at 9:45 PM, and according to their posted hours, they close at 11:00 PM. When I arrived, the employees immediately gave me rude looks and told me they were closed. They claimed there was a sign saying so, but there was no sign anywhere. What made it worse is that all the food was still out and available, yet they refused to serve me. I was trying to buy food for my friend, who is pregnant and craving Chipotle, and this situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, the employees had a very bad attitude. One of them spoke to me rudely, and they were arguing among themselves while talking badly to me, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, this was a very poor experience. If the store is going to close early, that should be clearly communicated. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I had to drive 15 minutes there under a snow storm just for that crave and in the right time.

Food was awesome. Most of the staff cooking and preparing orders were super friendly. ONE cashier/mgr? was snarky regarding currency offered for change. While I understand we are no longer minting copper pennies they are still in circulation and there is no reason to Short change your customer! You should always round into the customer's favor!

Update: 05/14/2025 Thank You! I didn't have to say a thing tonight. My order was literally perfect! Boosted to an EZ 5 stars. This restaurant owner cares. _______________________________________________ The quality of food is amazing and the service was really good. Super nice and professional staff. Mobile ordering was also very easy to use. However My complaint is that I hardly had any chicken in my burrito. Like... bing sarcastic here.. can I have some chicken with my rice burrito that is also missing the cheese and veggies? Quality rice and some chicken, but greatly lacking in portions. Other burritos I have seen did not have this issue.

It was delicious! But my daughter & I both only got a bowl meal each, the 2 boys had gift cards for a FREE kids meal each, we all had a soda each & the price was over $27.00. I think that's a lot! Way too much for mostly rice & beans if you ask me. 😕

If it was 1 year ago I’d give them 5 stars for everything. However, lately they have been out of stuff alot, the staff can be skimpy at times, and the food isn’t as good as it used to be. Still one of the best places eat healthy though.

The store was out of chips and the line food had been on the line for a while. My steak was dry and chewy and the rice was crunchy every other bite. The kids behind the line were doing the best the could to make everyone's visit a good experience. The human factor was good, the food was just lacking.

Inappropriate music played really loud to the point where I had to raise my voice to the employees to the point where they couldn't hear me speak. They seemed to be in a rush when we were about to cash out. They forgot to give us a few items, and when we went up there, they ignored us. Floors and tables were filthy.

I had a steak burrito. It was ok. It need a little extra something. A flavor a texture... Something. The streak was very fatty. It was kind of gross. I wasn't very impressed by their selection of refreshments either. The staff seemed nice. It was very clean. I would not go again or recommend it.

Finally made my first visit to Chipotle; I am not very impressed. The food is good. Nothing special, but good. However, the menu is very limited. The seating area is small and somewhat crowded, but it appeared that a large percentage of customers do take-out. I am in no hurry to return, but the steady stream of customers while I there indicates that it appeals to some.

I get that it's busy and that makes it loud, but they should invest in some sound panels bc the staff and customers clearly can not hear each other. I had to remind the girl 3 times for our cups and chips and salsa that we paid for, and they skipped my daughter's kids' meal by not giving her chips or a side. Didn't even offer it. Also, it was a mess. The food was delicious as always, but they must be understaffed bc the poor workers were hustling and couldn't keep up with the clean-up side of the food and to-go prep.

We order on the app often for pick-up. Theres one guy who I've seen make our order three times and it's always correct with the right amount of food. But several times we've been missing our fajita veggies, other ingredients or just be given way less than we should and it's always this one guy who I believe is a leader or manager. He would always have another girl next to him where they'd prepare the take-out food. This most recent order and 2 prior I asked for extra fajita veggies and fresh tomato salsa on my chicken al pastor salad and bowl. I don't get beans or sour cream so being able to add extra ingredients is nice, except only once they actually gave me the extra. Barely any spring mix on my salad this past order. My husband's steak bowl was missing his fajita veggies and less full than usual.

I love Chipotle. However, last time I ate at this location, the woman making the food licked something off of her gloved fingers in the middle of the order behind me. She continued making the food and I think the girl behind me was tol scared to say anything.

Ordered for pickup, got there on time, line was huge, the restaurant was dirty, didn't get my order until 20 minutes past my promised time, was still missing half my order despite the sticker stating my item was in the bag. Basically, management needs to do better. Better staff the restaurant, add one or two more people during the rush or buy a bigger building to accommodate your customers.

I went to Chipotle with my grandkids. They were very hungry. Food was okay despite the place being a mess. The line to get food was long. The pickup line was also long. Ordering was not too slow considering the number of people. They ran out of steak and my portion of chicken was poor. I didn't see any adult workers, mainly young people who were working hard. It was so messy with food all over the counters that I almost didn't order. It was a young person haven, so nowhere to eat. Basically it was a bad experience, but my grandson told me it was not normal. We took our food back to my son's house and had a nice time. The grandkids enjoyed the experience, but I'd never bring anyone I know to this place. Obviously my age and perception are different from the younger generation. I was so proud of my grandson, he has a job and paid for the meal. So happy he's a good young man!!

The food is great!… Preorder line is longer than the order line and both out the door every night. Been in line for over 30 minutes and still haven’t ordered…. If you don’t have anything to do with your life, and you’re looking for a way to kill about 45 to 50 minutes! This is your place!

Food was good. Chips are the best. The restaurant was dirty! None of the tables had been wiped off there was food all over the floor. The 2 crash cans were overflowing with garbage. The soda station was a mess. Garbage all over. Only one person is working the counter at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon and the line was to the door took forever to get food.

Food is usually good as long as it’s right. Forgot our chips tonight, they usually forget at least one thing. If you’re ordering online: whatever the app says add 10-20 mins. This place is usually chaos. It’s way too small and understaffed for how busy it is, these employees need a better location with a larger staff. It’s filthy inside since they never have time to clean. I don’t hold this against them but the franchise owner should do better.

The dining room was a mess tables needed cleaned and some chips on the floor. Someone needs to get out and clean more frequently. I had to reorder my food as the heated area was not operating well and hadn't kept the hot foods at the right temps. I was told I couldn't eat it right after paying for it but that I could reorder as the take out area was working. I reordered and found the food average at best. After I got done I realized that they'd sent people out with take out food with food that they shouldn't have. Not sure I'll be back.

I totally understand how people love Chipotle. However, it wasn't really my thing. Their food was okay, their guacamole was the best I've ever had. For my mother, their food was too spicy. Be aware that 75% of their food has a kick to it. I'm not quite sure if I would go back... it definitely wouldn't be my first choice. The carnita and the barbacao meat were very good.

Love Chipotle food. Quesadillas are usually seasoned perfect and are one of my fav things to eat period. Ingredients are typically fresh & I've never had a bad meal from there. But this location sometimes.... there's a couple of the staff who just have the worst attitudes ever. Just amazingly rude. & God forbid it's your first time or you're not that familiar with the options; because depending such worker you get, you get rushed into decisions and treated like you're dumb for hesitating or asking questions (like my 10yr old was treated her first time there). Line is usually out the door, & if you think you're going to save time ordering ahead for pick up, think again. Pick ups are usually at the least 30 mins behind. There's one young guy who's really nice & is about the only one honestly.

I placed a pick up order and went to get it. My food was not there even tho it said it was ready for pick up. They ended up having to make it right in front of me and find my order in the system bc they don’t watch the food on the shelves and let anyone grab anyone’s food. I shouldn’t be paying almost 20$ for my food to get stolen or not made when I get there after it said it was ready to be picked up

Every time I come here I feel like I am an inconvenience and just get the absolute worst service. I asked for lemonade since there wasn’t any left and she made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience so I just said never mind. Not sure how managers sit there and let their workers act like that.

chipotle never did me wrong before. Until tonight when i literally asked for no beans and the worker put them on there anyway. I argued that I am allergic and that I already told her no beans and she still put them on there. She put beans on it and said that she can’t take them off and if she remakes it we have to pay for both. I couldn’t even eat it because I am allergic

If you see the Chipotle Sign on commercial drive save yourself the time. Parking is horrible. One person working the line the whole time. Bathroom, and garbages horrible. Hey corporate wake up I and send someone here to restaff, you are getting crushed by Moes up the road

I ordered online and they just give you so much less than other Chipotle. I got half the amount of rice I usually get with 10 pieces of lettuce and cheese. So sad. Food tasted fine, I just wish they weren’t so cheap on the amount. Also the seating area is so messy and gross. No staff cleaning anything.

Today my fiancée had the WORST experience! He’s there at least twice a week for lunch. For the last 4-5 years! The employee was moving extremely and purposefully slow to the point of people walking out. He had to walk all the way over to the cashier and say “can you believe that? Those people just left because I’m taking too long”. Standing over by the cashier with no one making food, all while there’s a long line waiting. He then tilts his head without saying a word. Like hello what can I get ya? Or how’s it going? Or what would you like? Nope. Nothing. He kept mumbling under his breath the whole time making his burrito and when he asked what he said, he’d say “nothing” but kept doing it. That was the absolute worst experience and he may not even go back. He doesn’t believe in writing reviews that are negative. Shoot he has eaten a salad with a spoon as to not bother the waitress for a fork. Not me. I think a business should be aware of things like this so that they can correct it.

I placed an order for pickup with about 45 minutes of advance notice. This was my first visit to this location and it was a relief to not see a huge line when I entered. I decided to wash my hands before picking up my order. When I looked to make a path to the bathroom I realized the floor was dirty. Not like someone spilled their tray of food but like their broom was stolen last week. Napkins and straw wrappers littered the floor and it was disappointing as there were people sitting around at a few of the tables eating with trash at their feet. There were plenty of workers behind the counter and when I saw there was nothing at the pick up area I stood there for a moment trying to decide who to ask aboit online pick up. The a lady asked me if I was there to pick up and as she went to find the bag with my name on it another guy who's as walking towards me with a bucket of tea or something to refill the machine also asked if I needed anything. I was about three minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time and she quickly got it to me.. Somehow by the time I got the car and took a bite, it was cold. I don't think they made my order when they received it 50 minutes earlier but it did seem like maybe they made it 10 or 15 minutes earlier as it was a little warmer than room temp but the lettuce was flat and wilted as if it had been in the steamy little oval bowl for too long. I failed to take a picture of the most disappointing and sad looking meal I've ever received at Chipotle but I also haven't been around one in the last few years. Maybe this is the norm for a $15 attempt to curb the late lunch hunger from being on the road. Today I became one of those people who see TV commercials and do what they want. The brisket has looked good on TV for a few weeks and I finally found myself in an area to give it a try. It was good and I'm sure it is delicious if you can get it hot and fresh and your appetite isn't turned off by having to walk through a war zone. As I ate it I could not help but think if the public dining area was that dirty, was the kitchen sanitary? Won't be going back to this one any time soon and hope the next guests get a better experience as I have always enjoyed Chipotle up until today.

I LOVE chipotle! BUT today I came in and stood in line for 25 min. When I got to the front they said they can’t serve me because they “put up a closing early sign before I came in.” However, I was standing in line for 15 min before they put up any signs. I watched them put it up. Their hours say they close at 11. I came at 9:20. Either change your hours, hire more people, or order more food. Ridiculous

"Tempoarily Closed" with no explanation. There are employees in there though, this is not the first time. During dinner hours none the less, this location has issues. I will take my money elsewhere. UPDATE - Chipotle closed again today, third time in the last month, 😅, pathetic, needs new management.

I get the same exact order every time I go to chipotle however get charged a different price each time. They tried charging me for queso when I never get their queso. I also asked for the vinaigrette 3 times and still didn’t get it... Also, I would never recommend doing a mobile order as you’ll get half the food you would if you ordered there.

Where shall I start: (1) I had heard rave reviews about Chipotle and since I had never been I decided to give it a try. I love Willie's and Moe's. (2) This store is disgusting. I should have walked out when I saw food haphazardly strown all over the countertop. (3) Some of the food items were out and no sight of them being replenshed. Also, I did not see steak if I wanted it. (4) There are not enough toppings (go to Willie's or Moe's and find twice the toppings). What looked to be watered down sour cream was one ingredient but I did not want to try it. Gross. (5) I did not know you had to "buy" chips. I have never run into that at a fast food Tex-Mex place before. What? And I bought queso, what was I going to eat that with if not chips? BTW the queso seemed watered down also. (6) Even though I saw fresh chips being made I was given (which I did not know until I got home) were stale. I went at 11:30 so they shouldn't have been stale by then. Leftovers from the day before? Who knows. (7) The employees should all be fired, they obviously do not want to work there. Mumbling, attitude, and generally poor service. (8) The burrito was fine, not fantastic. I will never, ever go back to Chipotle.

This place is absolutely terrible first of all tells my husband about a small little cup of salsa about not being that spicy and then doesn’t tell him about how spicy his burrito would be that it’s way to spicy to eat and even as his wife took a tiny bite out of his burrito and my mouth is burning. I am upset about this experience I will never come back again you all need to start telling people how spicy you’re burritos are but not say oh the salsa isn’t that spicy does that make sense? I don’t think so…

I'm so disappointed with them. Since the pandemic, all restaurants are take out now in which is no problem. We saw their sign in the window digital only, therefore when we went online to order & it wouldn't accept our gift certificates. We called them for assistance & they didn't assist us at all. What's the sense of having a gift card that is only good for in store use?

There is a bunch of staff yet the tables are absolutely disgusting, there is no drink tops or straws… asked them to refill them and they didn’t. Drink area is disgusting, and the drinks are empty. When I approached employee about drink tops and straws she delegated it to someone else and it still never got fixed…. it’s not even busy

I don't know how this place passed food service inspections. i love chipotle food but the cleanliness and food handling needs some work. I watched as one of workers wiped the prep counter with a rag going around the food bowls and he actually didn't accomplish cleaning the counter but mearly just smeared what was there. Then whoever was preparing the food bowl would take some of the rice that he put into the bowl and threw it back into the serving container. On top of that they drag the food through slop on the prep counter I refuse to eat at this location.

My wife went to Chipotle in New Hartford. To order 3. Beef brisket bowls. We had them delivered. The price was $80. I have never seen such a rip-off in my whole entire life. I didn't even bother to eat my portion. Because I was so disgusted. The portions were nothing that I had seen on television. Very small and unappetizing. I have not even given them one star. This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. In my experience the restaurant is typically dirty, trash overflowing, and today there was multiple stacks of dirty hotel pans behind the cashier… The food is pretty mediocre and without fail every time I’ve eaten here they are out of at least one (but usually more) ingredients. I am disappointed every time I come here. As a previous Chipotle employee, I thought the location I worked at was bad but this one really takes the cake.

Employees were extremely rude. The dining room and kitchen were filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting. No napkins available. It is clear the employees don’t care about customers or the customer experience.

To start off, I love Chipotle. Whenever I'm in a hurry, it is the first place where I go. But today I had a meeting at 6:10 and placed a pickup order for 5:20. Upon arriving, the pickup order I placed, the line was long (which was fine). However, the line did not change in the 30 minutes I was there, while the line from the door went through 7 times while I was there. They were not calling any names out to clarify if any orders were ready. It got to the point where I had to leave to get to the meeting, and my family member couldn't get the food until 7:00. If you are coming to stay for a while and eat there it is fine, but if you are in a hurry, do not use the mobile app for a pickup oder.

Love the food here but the last few times we’ve tried to order food here it’s been awful. The crew barely has enough support for front counter and is constantly getting mobile orders. And when they’ve made us bowls or salads the portion sizes are so small that we’ve had to get more food elsewhere. Honestly not worth the trip anymore.

Wow, this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever eaten in. I should have taken a photo of the tables and floors. I could not wait to leave and am not sure I could ever eat chipotle again after this experience.

Ordered through the app and my order was missing a few things including the guac you have to pay extra for. When I reached out through their website I was told I "Couldn't be expected to be compensated every time an order is wrong.". I have never once complained if my order was wrong before because it had been only 1 thing and didn't bother me. This time it was 2 things completely missing and 1 was wrong so I felt I should reach out this time. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service and I'm never going back.

This may be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. To start it off we walked in and there was food on all the tables, all over the floor, and just grime everywhere. Then when checking out, it took literally 15 minutes to get rung up. Then we went to get utensils and there were only knives, I asked and was told they had run out. People were eating their bowls with knives. This was just scary

My experience at chipotle was God awful. My food was a mess. There was food all over the ground with soda. Machines wrap was all sticky. There was no ice. There was straws and cups all over the counter. The staff was rude. Didn’t say excuse me while walking this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Please never come here.

I don't know what's going on here lately but I used to love it. Today, not so good. This place was filthy. Garbages overflowing onto the floor. Condiment/beverage area was a mess. When I got to the counter I notice the floors covered in garbage. The girl that waited on me was trying to scrap the burnt rice at the bottom of the pan for our burritos. I asked if she had fresh rice. She went into the back to get some and came back and just added it to the hard burnt rice. I said, you're not gonna change the whole pan out? She said, it's fine. That rice was hard as a rock. There were dirty dishes all over the place. They were just chopping meet next to them. There were plenty of people working. Seems like management lost control at this location. Or they just don't care.

This place is absolutely filthy!!!!!!!!! I love Chipotle food, I went to this location twice in one month and both times I was petrified how dirty it was and how this place is not shot down by Health Department. Garbage pales were so overflowed that people started to put their trash on the floor, went to the bathroom and my shoes were sticking to the floor and I had to hold my breath because of the strong urine smell. Tables were sticky and covered in food from other customers - I don't think they were wiped once during the entire day. Missing drink tops and napkins. There were 6 workers laughing, joking and about 3 customers. Sooooooooooo disappointed!!!!!

This has to be the worst chipotle in the entire franchise. This is no exaggeration when I say they are always out of something. ALWAYS! This past trip they were out of sour cream and pico. The trip before that, rice and vinaigrette. No matter who you have serving you they give you one measly scoop of food. I’m sorry, but one scoop or rice? Are you guys portioning? I wouldn’t think so since you’re always out of something. The actual filth of this establishment is astonishing, too. Food all over the floor and tables. Nothing is stocked at the soda station. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Between the laziness and incompetence, this Chipotle needs a factory reset.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Chipotle recently. I placed an in-store pickup order via their app and paid extra to add guacamole to two burrito bowls. However, when I got home, I realized that the guacamole was missing from both bowls. What made this situation even worse was the fact that the person at the store who made my bowls didn’t bother to inform me about this, which is odd and frustrating considering they were the ones who prepared the order. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the staff member refused to refund the amount I had paid for the missing guacamole. To add insult to injury, I reached out to customer service through their website, only to be met with an unhelpful AI chatbot that refused to transfer me to a human representative and offered no solution at all. For a company as large as Chipotle, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m highly disappointed and expected much better. I hope Chipotle takes feedback like this seriously and makes significant improvements to both their in-store service and customer support.

All tables were dirty. Staff unfriendly. When I asked for Queso on the burrito we only received maybe a teaspoon full. For the extra cost it should have been more. The burrito was very small and messy. Not placed together very well. The chicken bowl was ok. The top was placed on sloppy and the toppings were squished into the lid. Bathroom was disgusting. Smelled terrible. Opened the door and immediately turned around. Overall not a very good experience.

There is nothing I enjoy more than working a 13 hour shift only to come here at 8pm and see “online orders only due to short staffing,” meanwhile I can see at least 6 workers. This place is invariably understaffed and unreliable. How can this be acceptable service? Nobody has time to wait in the parking lot while you tip toe through a clunky app in hopes that your order is filled within the hour, especially when you have to be at work in less than 9 hours.

If I wanted to wait over an hour for my food (mobile order), I would have just gone to an actual restaurant. Also, don't go here before a movie, it'll make you miss it (because apparently you can't cancel your order when it's way past due). Edit: Still over 50 minutes since it's ready time. Worst chipotle I have ever came across. Dirty and filthy whole store. They never have veggies and they started making veggies bowl. They are always out of items on menu. Zero customer service. Went there 6 times in last 3 months and every single times they were out of key ingredients to make bowl might as well close it. When you walk in it looks like you you just walked into dirty restaurant tables never clean, food on ground and tissue all over the place.

Waited over 40 minutes after the promised ready time. The line for online order pick up got longer than the regular line. The restaurant also had overflowing garbage cans. In the end my order wasn't correct. Very disappointed.

This review is done by my 10 year old daughter who's favorite restaurant in the world is Chipotle. She suggested zero stars but I told her 1 star was the minimum. Here what she has to say: This restaurant has dirty floors dirty tables, the chicken was RAW and NOT COOKED CORRECTLY, the line was SO LONG, there were SLOW as heck, I recommend NOT COMING HERE AT ALL.

Ordered double steak and the second second scoop only had 4 pieces of steak in it, asked if I could get more than that and she gave me 2 more pieces. Absolutely crazy, and they charged me for double steak. Not to mention they ran out of chicken so they’re all annoyed and angrily yelling at the line about people needing to come up to the front if they’re ordering something other than chicken. It’s currently 6:24pm on 12/17/2025 so whoever they got running the line right now need a chill pill.

Not sure how much sense it makes to do a pick up order when you are told your food will be done at 6:50 (ordered at 6:20) and you are waiting until 7:30 to get it. Absolutely ridiculous. Put some effort into doing your job the right way. Not just showing up for a paycheck. A lot of mad people in that pick up line last night. On top of that, open up my food and the bowl I ordered is half full of food for $17 dollars. Probably won’t be going back after that.

This chipotle is the worst establishment I have ever been to. The store is disgusting and every single time I place a mobile order it is NEVER ready by the time it says. This has happened multiple times. I go in and have to explain that I’m there for a pickup order at least 5 times and give my name 10 times before they finally START making it. The mobile system is terrible and the food is always late and they will ignore you as you stand there waiting and give it to you 20 minutes late every single time.

Not sure who the ownership is here but probably not a good thing when people walk in over an hour before closing and the staff has a nasty attitude and complaining that they do not want to be at work. Almost every single thing looked unsanitary and gross. The staff are unpleasant (that’s the kindest way to put it). They clearly do not want to work either at the establishment or the company as a whole and that….should be a red flag all around. Corporate - this location should be addressed and most likely retrained. Franchisee - you have a problem on your hands. Please see pictures attached.

When i asked for double chicken, the unsophisticated worker, proceeded to hit a steph curry fade away 3 pointer with 1/4 of a scoop of chicken and then give me a look comparable to the look icarus gave the sun as he fell. It is truly disheartening as chipotle tends to be a fine establishment with well prepared meals. However, this locations service and atmosphere is bottom tier.

The Employes were making fun of my order because I only got chicken and cheese. They also wrapped my burrito up so much that I thought my teeth were going to rip right out. Tables were a mess and was too crowded for the building size. Also, the chips were stale, and prep area was kind of messy, and proportion sizes are just awful they barely put any chicken in the burrito and too much cheese. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

If you are planning on ordering online please don’t! Got my online order and there’s literally less than half a bowl of food. There’s 6 pieces of chicken a few pieces of lettuce and half a spoon of rice. Almost feels like they are trying to pull a joke on someone.
