I left it a 3 because to 2 things the inside vents was leaking water and 2th some worker was on her phone when we walked in and she put it down and I got the sand bucket and she didn't switch gloves and that's some sanitize problem and the atmosphere was that good!

I was looking forward to warm, fresh donuts. Yet it seemed these were left over and not to fresh. Thankful for a microwave to nuke them.

EVERY TIME I come here the ice coffee is burnt! It’s the most sour tasting ice coffee I can’t even finish the sip without gagging. I even given this place the benefit of doubt and returned even explained to employees and asked to have the drink remade(came out if not more sour). Save your money don’t order here. Use to be a daily stop. Idk if this place isn’t cleaning their machines now or every morning the employees are burning all the ice coffee but don’t order it! Pay the extra buck at Starbucks they don’t serve sour coffee.

Chip Warning

I don't know what is going on with this establishment, but it feels like they can't get a single order right. Have tried and tried and given them my business over a long period of time but almost every time I order from them there is something messed up. The most recent being my order today. Let me preface this by saying that my wife is a vegetarian and we always order the beyond breakfast sandwiches because of that. I ordered two beyond breakfast sandwiches and a egg wrap for my son and get home to find both sandwiches contained real sausage and my son's wake up wrap had the smallest piece of egg in it. When I say small, I mean small. Very unhappy with the inconsistency of this place and will not be frequenting it in the future. It is worth the drive to the New Smyrna store to get my order right. The only reason this is not a one-star review is the manager was very apologetic and made them properly for us quickly the second time.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, and today I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever received here. After making a simple comment about the new payment procedure at the window, the employee—STEPHANIE—responded with clear irritation and said, sarcastically, “I’m sure my team will appreciate no tip.” This was completely uncalled for. She had no idea that I normally tip in cash and often quite generously. I’ve given $40 tips on orders under $10. Her attitude alone was enough to lose a loyal customer. I will not be returning to this location. I’ll take my business to the Chick-fil-A next door when it opens at 6:30 a.m., where the service is consistently professional. On top of that, Rossen Reports recently investigated shrinkflation concerns with Dunkin’ iced drinks, which only adds to my disappointment with the brand.

Cold Brew is wrong everytime and I do not change a thing it’s on their menu it always has a burnt taste to it and I have to go back Everytime and it’s inconvienent this is the only location I hate going to but it’s close to home

This place is the worse. I love dunkin donuts but this place constantly screws up the order every time. No cheese, yet they keep putting it on it. I have pictures, it's rediculous. No cheese due to an allergy, yet they put it on it, it's simple. No cheese on a sandwich doesn't mean put extra cheese on it. Freaking stupid. Port Orange dunkin donuts never ever messes my order up, ever. Why ? Because they can freaking read a receipt. Absolutely stupid.

Terrible service!! I waited at the counter while the 5, yes 5, employees stood in the back chitchatting and complaining. They knew I was there. There were no other customers inside or at the drive thru!

Edgewater Dunkin needs an overhaul. This place has gone down hill over the last several years. Before I start let me say that the day time Manager Haily and the team that works early mornings are amazing, always polite and does a great job. I live in Edgewater and have stopped coming to this establishment past 3pm. I drive all the way to beachside to get my afternoon/evening coffee. The evening shift that works especially the girl who says she is the manager idk if she actually is or not, the one with the extreamly long fake nails (I get creeped out when shes the one making my coffee just because I dont see how she can clean them proper after the bathroom and I don't feel like they should be allowed to be that long while working in a food industry thats my opinion) I have been there an hour before closing and they pretend they are already closed and they just hide. They refuse to wait for the coffee to brew all the way so they will give you the very first bit that comes out which to me always taste burnt and is super thick. It doesn't matter how simple the order is or how difficult it is you can guarantee they will mess it up. Tonight under my better judgement I sent my daughter there to pick up 3 coffees, now hers is a little more difficult due to it being a specialty frozen coffee but mine and my husband's are very simple. There were no cars and no one in line inside when she arrived and it was still a 10 plus minute wait.They had to remake my daughters because they completely forgot to add any flavor to it when she asked for them to fix it, the so called manager rolled her eyes and huffed at her and proceeded to storm off with an attitude (They did remake it correctly). Once my daughter arrived home I seen my ice coffee was full of sugar which I only use Splenda to due to medical reasons and my husband's had no sugar at all in it. Yes the stickers were correct. They are either just not able to follow directions or just lact attention to details. The total for this trip was almost 14 dollars i dumped mine out due to the sugar but my husband was able to add sugar to his and drink it. I did call to speak to the manger who refused to give me her name and told me I could call and complain tomorrow but had no issues telling me the other girls name and then said well I didn't make your coffee so I don't know what to tell you, then hung up on me. My advice to anyone who loves a good cup of Dunkin coffee to avoid the Edgewater location at all cost unless its early mornings and Haily is working. Just drive the extra few miles to beachside they always do an amazing job.

Ordered a Hot Chocolate, and instead of what I've gotten at other Dunkin Donuts, which usually more like a milk base with a nice thick chocolate flavor I got a water base with not nearly enough chocolate flavor. So it was just warm water with a terrible chocolate tinge. Fantastic

Ordered online said it would be a few minutes longer for the order I made when I got there there were busy I’m ok with that told them my name and got up to the window had my sandwich’s ready but didn’t have the donut I order had to wait a little longer so she could get them ready for me got home had the chocolate cream filled this is why I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts there was no filling in the donut spent $43.00 and I tipped $10.00 in cash so $53.00 I spent food was cold the app never told me it was ready for me to pick up the cashier was nice that is about it for the trip to Dunkin’
