We come here every so often and have for a few years. I love their food, and the management seems to be doing a great job at picking up the business here. Before, every time we came, there was rarely another customer in the restaurant, but the last few times, there have been people in and out. It makes me happy because I was dreading this place going down. It's always clean, and the staff are always friendly. Come eat at Qdoba because this place is being well cared for, and the food is delicious.

I was a first timer, and though I had to ask for their guidance, they were very helpful. Never did really give me the parameters of what you can and cannot have. Food was great though!

Visiting from out of town. Our Qdoba closed down, so I thought I'd stop in. The staff were super friendly and the food was better than I remembered. Fresh and hot! Definitely be stopping back before leaving town!

One of our favorite lunch spots. Love the crunchy burrito bowl. Everything is seasoned great. The same guy is always there, keeping the place clean and checking on customers eating. Love this place.

We did a catering order here yesterday and EVERYTHING was PERFECT! Our order was ON TIME! Staff was polite and attentive and helpful! I was so impressed. When I walked in I was greeted by seeing part of our order waiting for me. The staff bagged up our food food out the oven and got our cold stuff together and loaded my vehicle and I was on my way ON TIME for my meeting! I HIGHLY recommend this location…TY to the staff for your professionalism and respect for other people’s time..food was delicious STEAK was so flavorful and tender. Everything was fresh

We've been visiting this location for the past 10 years. It's one of our favorite quick weekend lunch places. The service and food are always excellent. The weekend crowd is usually less than during the week but today was a total surprise. It was super busy! There appeared to be a seminar down the street and the attendees flocked to this location for lunch on their break. I was a little hesitant about waiting in line but the staff was on it! The servers did an excellent job of filling orders quickly and politely. Even the manager was pitching in. Later I found out that they accomplished all this while being short staffed. Wow! This really shows how well this location works together and steps up their game when needed. Thanks to Chris and his entire team at the Sanford Qdoba location! You are awesome!

We are from Colorado where there's plenty of Qdobas and have missed Qdoba and happily found one here and it's spot on. Everything is so fresh and they don't skimp on the portions. The cost is not bad far less than fast food and it tastes great. The queso is real and tastes far better than Chipotle queso. The staff is nice and they keep it clean.

I’ve tried a lot of fast-casual Mexican spots, but Qdoba consistently stands out from the competition. The food tastes incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they care about quality. Their chips and queso are easily the best around—warm, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. The chips always taste freshly made and have the perfect crunch. What really sets Qdoba apart from other places is how fresh everything feels, from the ingredients to the flavors in every bite. The queso alone is worth the visit, but when you pair it with their bowls, burritos, or tacos, it’s next level. In my opinion, it beats other similar restaurants by a mile. If you’re looking for a place with great flavor, fresh ingredients, and amazing chips and queso, Qdoba is the place to go. The GM Chris always makes sure that you’re doing Okay along with Natalie.

Me and my family got rice bowls and we absolutely loved it. It tasted very fresh and you could taste all the flavors in the bowl not just piled all on top of each other. We also got chips and queso to share and that was very good as well, it has a great flavor & cut up peppers that made it very yummy. On top of the great food it was great service tho it was an hour before closing the workers were very pleasant and quickly got my to go orders done. Def will be back!

Felicia, Natalie, and Chris are always, polite, friendly, and provide excellent, quick service. The restaurant is always clean and well stocked. I come here frequently as it’s a nice, reliable place to catch lunch.

The food was good, too.

Great customer service! The ladies making my food were so sweet, and the manager even walked around asking how the food was and if I needed anything. Clean establishment as well, but I really appreciated the attention to the customers!

We visited this place for dinner. It was my first time visiting QDOBA. We had the nachos. The food was ok. It was fresh but a bit salty for my liking. The staff was good and welcoming. The place was clean and organized. Will definitely visit again

First time I went to this place, like the place, the food, and location, only weird part was when the manager at the cashier ask me for my id when I pay, he said sales above $25 he has to ask for an ID, I never hear such an stupid rule, I pay$260 at Fogo de Chao and never the ID was necessary or at Moes or similar restaurants, funny thing is after I sit down I noticed nobody else have to show the ID, kind of racist, but anyways food was good, next time I'll go to another location .... Qdoba, is this rule true? And only applies to certain people? Would like to know because I went to your website and didn't see anything about it and didn't saw any sign with such a rule anywhere at the location.

Chipotle but they wash their hands. The atmosphere is a bit sterile and cheaply done. Service is good for 'fast casual'. You can sort of custom build your meal. The main problem is price. You're gunna spend $15 - 20 for essentially a fast food meal. Wish they could come down a bit.

Food pickup. I ordered crunchy tacos with the Barilla meat and they my husband brought them home soggy. Please do better and put the soggy items on the side, separate cold items so that if we need to reheat, we don't get cooked lettuce, salsa, or other condiments. It doesn't taste good. This has happened to me twice.

The food here is so good. The food bar is always clean. The only draw back is the store manager. He answers his employees very passive aggressively and is very short when they ask him a question or he asks them one. Being in food service, and most importantly customer service, you want to have happy employees so that they treat your customers well and are happy to serve your customers- that way your clients keep coming back. The employees, even though they are treated this way, are still nice to me when I come in. And I know that the manager is like this because I have seen it first hand and, as a client, makes me uncomfortable to be around.

You should be more in tune with the customer when taking an order. Please clean the floors the black look is not attractive.

The guy that served us was amazing. The food on the other hand is so bland, that I thought I was eating water. The queso was decent, the chips were ok, but the rice, beans tasted like nothing. Meat portions are horrible, $12.99 you expect some meat. I like the free guac and queso, but please add some seasonings.

I did order just 2 sides of protein, they were lost when i asked about those 2 sides. The lady in the cashier, didnt know how to charge me, was lost either, charged me for a regular bowl + the extra protein. After i ate everything, i saw in the display where prices at, that guacamole and cheese was an free aditional..

Gave me a pretty nasty attitude when I was choosing my toppings . I would understand if they were slammed but it was just me and a couple that entered when I was making my bowl so idk what that was about but it was my first time and qdoba so idk if I’ll go back to that store. Everyone else was chill and the food was good.

I do not eat out often but apparently when you order a quesadilla from here, you get it served in a bowl. Which as you know crumbles into a bowl dish not quesadillas that I can eat. The first time I ordered my quesadilla online and was given something similar to what’s pictured but more messy. I called complained about getting a “bowl” when I ordered an quesadilla. If I wanted to eat from a bowl with fork and knife I would’ve ordered a bowl. I was given credit to come back for 2 remakes. I went in and was given my quesadilla in a bowl yet again. This is disappointing to know that quesadillas at Qdoba now are being sold in bowls. Now I know better. Hope everyone else is made aware of what to expect when you order a quesadilla.

They had 3 pieces of chicken the size of grapes, not to mention I asked for flour tortillas and they gave me corn tortillas that immediately broke into pieces. They loaded the taco with a ton of lettuce like I asked for a salad. Also, my bag of chips was the worst excuse of a scoop. A bag of chips worth $1.00 had more than I got here and I paid $4.99. When I called the restaurant to complain and ask what happened with our order the gentleman that spoke with us over the phone was very rude. After explaining everything that happened he replied “It’s not in front of me so I don’t know what you want me to tell you” then we asked if we could send pictures so they could see how we got ripped off and he replied “Don’t send anything I don’t give out my personal number” Excuse me?? Other restaurants would have asked for us to email the pictures to help us out. Whoever answered that phone needs to get fired. I hope he reads all of this too. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. You get more food in a lunchable than I did here. Horrible experience! Didn’t even offer a refund for the bad experience.

This was my first time ordering food here. I ordered a bowl and was highly disappointed. The chicken tasted very rubbery and the couple lettuce pieces they gave me were definitely not fresh. On top of that the gentleman making my bowl served queso on my bowl with out asking me if I wanted that. The bowl was cold and honestly lacked flavor. All I wanted was to try something new but I guess I’ll just stick to chipotle ✊🏼

I sit here in the dining room slurping my lettuce like a spaghetti noodle due to them not having knives..... while I am writing this pouring sweat. Good is a lot less quantity and quality than years before. First time I ha e been here in a long while. It will also be the last time I eat here. No thanks.

The man that was taking my order with the short hair and black shirt told me to basically "hurry up and let's go, getting angry that I'm choosing too slow" and the girl that was making the food also good angry , why so little patience, and that's why you lost a long time customer, Thanks guys

It’s been awhile since I visit this location…because of the bad service!! but once again I think it’s worse this time, because not only the service bad but the rice tasted uncooked, steak was rubbery!!

This place felt older, dated & dingy. As we're ordering, excited to eat at one our favs, we felt like we were bothering them. Like they were annoyed by our presence. Mean mugs & frowning faces told me that. I thought it was just me, so I let it roll. Our 12yo was excited to order for herself, for the first time & the server ignored several of her requests. The lady showed a lack of patience & basic customer service. It really pissed me off! I kept a level head as I didn't want to ruin our first day out with the entire family in weeks. It literally sickened me to patronize a company that usually is on point. This was our first-time at this location and it was extremely disappointing. The male cashier reminded my hubby to tip when cashing out. SERIOUSLY after that poor customer service? It's your job & this is fast food. We always tip for grood service, but not this time. We were asked for a second tip, by the female. The second time was when I had to buy extra chips because my daughter barely had any toppings & was still hungry, due to being ignored. The female cashier suggested I tip on a $2.65 charge. Who does that? She didn't even give eye contact or a cordial smirk. Just mean mugging. Hubby & I ate steak bowls & I regurgitated all of it up. My husband & one of my daughters had gas & bubble guts all night. The other had a tortilla soup bowl and had bubble guts. Needless to say, to pay over $65 just to vomit & poop it out was diabolical. We are definitely not going there again.

instant 1 star for the fact that consistently the staff doesnt wear hairnets. i dont go as much as i like bevause its a hassle to check my food for hair as the first few times i went, i found hair in my food. 2 seperate times, occurred in a row. weeks apart. something like that can scar a person for life. 1st time: ught ew theres hair in my food! ergh, maybe its mine? ill give them benefit of the doubt, ill be mindful next time.. 2nd time: *notes employess dont wear hairnets* *orders* *goes home* .......... theres hair in my food Again.... so that must mean last time was unlikely mine (logical thought process obviously) i now have to either check in store if possible, or if i take it straight home i have(?) to record for proof, myself checking and eating, so i cant really enjoy my food infront of a tv like God intended until i go in to order and everyone is wearing a hairnet for the record the following few times ive went: i checked in store and found nothing, another time went with my bf and was fine-sans check, and today i checked at home and have a recording i can delete since i didnt find anything. each visits i noted that the staff consistently do not wear hairnets. im not sure whats changed but last time i worked in a kitchen, hairnets are a requirements, even if wearing also a hat. whats up with that?

I had a unpleasant experience with this place, the manager Ryan is extremely argumentative and unprofessional he will talk over you. I'm not quite sure maybe he should take some classes on how to be a good and professional manager and less aggressive.
