We held our annual holiday dinner at this amazing establishment Our server Jaime was absolutely amazing and made our experience go from a 10 to a 1000. His service, sense of humor and all around attitude was 2nd only to his kind the way he treated us all like family. His kind demeanor was everything that was needed for our special evening. 4 Million and you're coming on vacation with us, so get ready. :) The steaks were all amazing, melted like butter. The apps and sides were fantastic. Jaime's wine suggestion was top notch and the deserts were amazingly delicious. We were all very happy with our evening and will define back.
If you're looking for a fining dining restaurant that's in the heart of NYC, look no further. Food quality and presentation was spectacular while the ambiance and mood was warm and cozy. It also helped that our party was seated near the fireplace. Our server Jaime was very friendly and he did an amazing job to make sure everything was perfect!
Sea Fire Grill offered an extraordinary seafood dining experience that left a lasting impression. We began our meal with a rich and creamy lobster bisque, which was perfectly seasoned and had a smooth texture that was incredibly satisfying. Following this, we indulged in succulent grilled prawns that were marinated to perfection, resulting in a delightful burst of flavor with each bite. The creamed spinach that accompanied our dishes was velvety smooth and complemented the other flavors beautifully. For the main course, we chose the tomahawk steak, which was cooked to our exact specifications, resulting in a tender and juicy piece of meat that was a true culinary delight. To top off our meal, we savored the crab-stuffed lobster, a dish that was both visually appealing and bursting with the fresh, sweet taste of crab meat. In addition to the exceptional food, the service at Sea Fire Grill was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ensuring that our glasses were refilled and that we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and valued as guests. The restaurant itself provided the perfect setting for a weeknight dinner, offering a balance between a cozy and casual atmosphere and a formal dining experience. The beautiful instrumental music playing softly in the background, combined with the dim lighting, created an ambiance that was both intimate and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a memorable evening.
Food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. My partner and I had a great time here and we will surely be back!
Wow Amazing service! Shout out to Karissa who made our 1st time experience exceptional! We had the Lobster and Alaskan King Crabs it was Fresh, and delicious! Loved how the Staff members extracted the meat for us as well, making it more easier to enjoy! Overall a memorable dinner!
What a great find. There was seven of us. We had the Branzino, Dover Sol, Yellowfin Tuna. This place is great and a must eat at. I’m from Florida and we have great seafood. This place is one of the best if not the best seafood places I’ve ever been to. Great job Sea Fire!
My fiancée and I were in the area and were looking for a great restaurant in NYC. Decided to call to make sure we could get last minute reservations for the two of us. The staff was very friendly and we were lucky enough to be able to get a table despite it being restaurant week (we had no idea!). The atmosphere was elite, and the food was exquisite! Our server Dennis made great recommendations and he (along with the entire wait staff) went above and beyond to make sure our experience was phenomenal! The food was so good that I’m already looking forward to coming back the next time we are in the NYC area. FYI there is no valet parking but there is a garage directly across the street from the restaurant for easy and safe parking!
If you’re searching for an unforgettable seafood and steakhouse experience in Midtown East, look no further than Sea Fire Grill. From the moment you step inside, the warm, cozy ambiance welcomes you in, with a roaring fireplace that sets the perfect tone for an elegant yet inviting meal. The menu is a masterclass in indulgence, where every dish impresses. The tuna tartare was a standout—so fresh, so perfectly balanced, that I could eat it every day and never tire of it. The scallops were divine, cooked to perfection with a delicate sear, while the ribeye steak was an absolute showstopper—juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. And let’s not forget the balsamic Brussels sprouts, possibly the best I’ve ever had. Pair all of this with exquisite drinks, and you have a meal that leaves a lasting impression. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly attentive, their recommendations were flawless, and we were treated like royalty from start to finish. Sea Fire Grill is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates top-tier seafood and steak in a refined yet comfortable setting. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself to an extraordinary meal, this restaurant delivers on every level. Highly recommended!
Great service and food! They have an excellent lunch prefix. We went for dinner where everything was a la carte with comparable prices to other fine dining places in the area.
This was a ladies lunch for us to catch up as we hadn't seen each other in awhile. It was our first time going to Sea Fire Grill. I was impressed by the decor. The noise level was perfect. We could hear each other speak and didn't have to struggle. The staff is professional and so nice. We all did the Prix Fixe menu and the options all sounded delicious, making it hard to decide. I had the mesclun salad, the Scottish Salmon and tiramisu. As you will see by my photos, the portions are perfect. The salad was delicious, I love the watermelon radish and asparagus. The salmon was cooked to perfection and I loved the black rice. Our waiter highly recommended the tiramisu and he was so right, it was the best I have had. I will be going back to try other items on the menu. I highly recommend Sea Fire Grill
This place was amazing!. No B/S, No Gimmicks just Fresh, Top Quality Product cooked to perfection. We ate at the bar because we didn’t have reservations Benny our Bartender was outstanding. We had the Tomahawk Steak and Bronzino both just perfect.
We had an absolutely excellent experience at The Seafire Grill. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. For appetizers, we ordered the hamachi sashimi, tuna tartare, octopus, and grilled shrimp — every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The ambience was very nice, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. There was no wait time, and the service was truly top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. For our main courses, we had the filet mignon and the ribeye, both cooked to absolute perfection. We also ordered the truffle fries and lobster mac and cheese, which were both excellent and complemented the steaks perfectly. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Sea Fire Grill on on E48 th St, near 3rd Ave. NYC. Clean and quiet contemporary American seafood restaurant with gas fireplace in the rear. We came on a Saturday night. Clients mostly couples and families.I had split pea soup, halibut, French fries & apple strudel. All quite nice. My wife had a glass of (French) Pinot Noir, mesclun salad, duck, Tiramisu. Duck was ok but just ok. The others pretty good. On this chilly March evening the fireplace added warmth to the atmosphere.
The food was AMAZING! The service was even MORE AMAZING! Jaime was our waiter, and while we didn't think anything about the place or the food could be made better, the experience of having Jaime serve us - his attention to detail and intention to ensure we were happy and satisfied with everything one expects to have when they dine-out - pushed our desire to give a 6 STAR review for service - but the most you can give is a 5 STAR review.................so we are forced to make note of his STELLAR service in the text portion of our review! We would recommend Sea Fire to anyone/everyone seeking to have an outstanding restaurant experience and also strongly suggest they request Jaime as their server! GREAT TIME HAD BY ALL of us who wined and dined here! We will be back again, and again, and again!
Popped in at 10,000 coffee in Midtown to start my day with some laptop stuff, and I have nothing but great things for them. Lovely spot with friendly, knowledgeable baristas (I witnessed them making a perfect pourover) and, best of all, great coffee! I am a drip guy, but their signature drinks looked delicious and very popular! Well done 10/10 see ya again soon :)
Visited Ten Thousand Coffee NYC, and ordered their Einspänner. The coffee had a beautifully creamy texture with a well-balanced, rich flavor profile. While the mid-size drink was priced at approximately $9, the quality and overall experience justified the cost. A solid choice for those looking for a thoughtfully crafted coffee in a busy area like Times Square.
Ten Thousand Coffee offers a peaceful escape in the heart of New York with beautifully crafted lattes and cold brews. The space feels minimalist and calming, making it a great spot to work or unwind. Their matcha and vanilla lattes are popular for a reason — smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. The baristas are skilled and friendly, paying attention to every detail. However, prices are a bit steep for coffee, and seating can be limited depending on the time of day. Some might find portions smaller than expected. But in terms of taste and presentation, it’s top-tier. It’s also a great place for taking aesthetic photos because of the design and clean setup. If you appreciate specialty coffee and good vibes, Ten Thousand Coffee won’t disappoint.
A reliable specialty cafe brand that I find myself revisiting once in a while. They are one of the few specialty cafe that can make pull over that makes me think worth it, the outcome is usually floral and clean. The drinks and bakery are also more than good and consistent enough for a chain.
I finally got the chance to visit this café over the weekend after hearing so much about it. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well-branded and unique the space felt—it really left a strong impression. I ordered the Matcha Einspänner with oat milk, and honestly, it’s one of the best drinks I’ve had in the city. The matcha flavor was perfectly balanced, and the drink was so smooth and satisfying. Most places are good for a one-time visit, but this is definitely a spot I can see myself coming back to regularly. Highly recommend!
Looking for a unique almond cream croissant this is the place to go to 👌🏻 When you are in the North east of the United States everyone advice you to try almond croissant. No doubt there are many places who has been very remarkable to offer the best high-quality on the croissant. This place is different they offer a Cream Almond Croissant. I’ll definitely recommend trying this one because it’s way different in upgraded level of the type of car was when you can get in the new England. I have gotten a black coffee. It was OK but I have to mention that I came at the end of the day to hours before they close. So I understand it was OK. The lady at the store was friendly and nice 👍🏻 The place is small and neat but it has enough seating area to grab your coffee and do a little bit of work. What I like the most the type of people you could meet over there. I have met three incredible people and it has been a really good experience just to meet those remarkable mindsets . Saying that, the location of this store is what makes it unique 👌🏻👌🏻 definitely will go back for three main reason for the croissant for the location convenience and for the cleanness of the store 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Good food and great service. Sommelier in the house and did a great job recommending wine pairing with foods. Lobster Bisque was too salty and small amount of lobster bits. Filet mignon was done well, medium rare, juicy, tender and tasty.
Amazing appetizers, I didn’t like the lobster much. But the Spanish octopus and the scallops were amazing.
Quality seems to run a bit short in this location compared to my experience at other international locations. Preferred the Sydney blend over the New York City blend but that's just personal preference. Got a flat white and there was something unfortunately unpleasant about the drink, either the milk had gone bad or it was steamed too hot/long - it was scalding when I got it. Einspanner cream seems to be inconsistent across my visits but when it's good, it's good IYKYK
This particular cafe reminds me of the chic, minimal aesthetic of ones I'd been to in Seoul. 이거 괜찮아요. Things you should know: I. SERVICE I asked for guidance with the menu and the unhelpful response I got was, "it's preference." That's it. As someone who works in service, that response would not & did not satisfy. II. QUALITY I'd say the name is of high quality: Ten Thousand Coffee. They say it takes 10,000 hours of repetition for something to be considered mastered. An iced Einspänner was a new concept I never tried but wanted to experience. Kudos to the company for trying different twists to original beverages but I can't say it's as enjoyable cold. The Einspänner is better hot with the contrasting, cold whipped cream on top! The Onyx is a good option to try as well. III. CAPACITY Slim seating is available. I highly recommend just ordering to-go.
We went to have a nice enjoyable dinner at The Seafire grill . The name itself was already very inviting especially if you like a seafood. It was a Holliday evening and we expected to have a great time with the delicious food. We met a relaxing atmosphere, classic interior with white tablecloth, candles and nice tableware, welcoming space with the dimmed lights. The menu printing was hard to read but staff was very welcoming and gave us some guidelines. I highly appreciate that the music was not loud and we could have a pleasant conversation. The basket of warm bread with butter, olive oil and spread was served as complement from the beginning. The order included two appetisers: Jumbo Lamp crab cake and Spanish octopus. Spanish octopus was the star dish, very well seasoned and balanced with vegetables and the most tender and juicy meat. We enjoyed it very much. I cannot say l like a crab cake. It was very dense, hard with few sauces which were plain and didn’t complement the dish in any way. The pillow of sliced celery root under cake was dry and tough to chew. Not really enjoyable combination. For a main course we chose a classic: a piece of fish and a piece of beef, and it was a disappointment. The piece of beef that we got cannot be served as bone in ribeye for $90. It felt as several times defrosted meat with the texture of paper. Just look at the picture. The side you should order separately. And we did. Fries. No words. The other entree was fish of the day: fresh catches: filet of Striped bass served on sauced Brussels sprouts. Taste of cabbage was extensive sour, overwhelming with balsamic vinegar and the fish was dry, unflavoured and the it had a greyish color. I know my review sounds harsh. Maybe it was that restaurant’s bad day, not great products delivery, anything? But over $300 check for two with such quality is unacceptable. The restaurant was almost empty with just few tables occupied. I give 3 stars for just a such a nice place, great location, carrying personal and future positive perspectives.
Really wanted to like this place. It's a nice location and has a lovely fireplace at the back. We had the branzino and the swordfish along with the creamed spinach, lobster bisque and burrata. All of it was just average. Disappointing for the price.
My husband and I decided to try Sea Fire Grill based on a recommendation from a friend. We made a reservation for 5 PM via OpenTable before heading to a Broadway show at 7 PM. When we arrived, there were a few tables occupied, but it wasn't too busy. The hostess seated us at a table directly in front of the fireplace, which was perfect until they started seating other parties uncomfortably close to us. This was odd, considering there were plenty of other available tables. The proximity of the two parties made our dining experience less enjoyable due to the loud conversations surrounding us. Despite our efforts to tune them out, it was challenging. Initially, the service was good, but it declined as the night went on, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. We started with a special appetizer: a large grilled prawn. While it was good, it lacked flavor and seasoning. For cocktails, we ordered an Old Fashioned and an Espresso Martini, both of which were pretty good. For our entrees, we decided to split the surf and turf, along with Brussels sprouts and lobster mac and cheese as sides. We requested our steak to be cooked medium; however, some parts were medium while others were medium-well. The seafood that accompanied the steak was flavorless, tasting as though it had only been blanched in water. On a positive note, the sides were quite tasty, with the Brussels sprouts being our favorite. Overall, our experience was a bit lackluster.
This was our third time visiting. The atmosphere is great but the food is overpriced and bland. When we went years ago, the food was better. I do remember liking he atmosphere better than the food. This visit I had to send back the tuna; the bok choy was boring and flavorless. It was an easy dish to make well. Mgmt was great and highly professional about returning it, but my server seemed politely annoyed. The salmon was better but the black rice was a little hard. The lobster and prawn were okay but bland as well. I have had fresher seafood at other places in the city. The drinks are delicious. For the high prices, the food should be better. Maybe it used to be better flavors but I won’t be returning.
First time trying out 10000, attracted by its contemporary decor and hip vibe. The shop has a overall clean look to it due to the interior colors are mainly white or neutral. Great branding strategy with the merch corner shelves displays. I am normally a black coffee or expresso drinker and this time decided to give their signatures a try, and had the Einspanner….way too sweet for my taste. Others in the group had the Matcha Einspanner, chocolate pound cake and new york roll with matcha cream. And … The bakery items were delicious, but definitely not fresh made from that day. This is the another down side with coffee shops that don’t have their won bakery attached. Service: from since we entering the shop to order to pick up the order, there were no smile on the workers faces, nor a friendly tone in communication, just felt so cold from service to attitudes. Maybe this is a NewYorker thing??? I doubt. And… they forgot to give us one of our orders, we waited and waited, ended up had to get back to counter to ask. Value: for new york standard, their pricing is comparable. Most of the items on the menu are priced reasonable. Given the limited number of seatings in the shop, definitely do not recommend for large group, unless is for take out orders.
I was very disappointed with my experience at 10,000 Coffee. We tried three different items that were recommended to us, and unfortunately we didn’t like any of them. The flavors just didn’t hit for us at all. The only positive part of the visit was the staff, who were very nice and welcoming. That’s honestly the only reason this place gets two stars instead of one.
The coffee itself was fine, but we had to wait around 10-15 minutes for a simple Americano. During that time, the barista was literally dancing, having breakfast, and serving other people. After everyone else was served, two baristas were just standing there, so I finally asked what happened to my order. Only then did she decide to make it, with an attitude implying, “Oh right, you ordered an Americano.” I’m sure I didn’t do anything to deserve that treatment — maybe I just tipped around 10%, but come on, it’s an Americano. What made it worse is that no one even apologized. As tourists visiting the city, this experience made for a really unpleasant start to the day for me and my wife.
Sadly, the person at the counter was extremely rude to us. At first, the female barista informed our party that they would be closing in 10 minutes. However, once we stood on the line to order drinks, the barista yelled at us to say that they were no longer serving hot drinks. We had traveled from NJ to taste their espanner, one of their signature drinks. It seemed they were more interested in cloaing the cafe instead of providing any service. I recommended to my frienda we go here, no more. The female barista should go to customer service school.
I was really looking forward to trying 10,000 Coffee on Wall Street, especially their Einspanner, but my experience fell a bit short. I arrived a few minutes after they opened and didn’t feel very acknowledged by the staff. While looking at the pastries, I also noticed that one of the items appeared to have mold, which was disappointing to see that the items were not fresh or well maintained.
They just lost a customer due to their horrible service I just received. The lady who took my order, gave me an attitude about making my drink the semi sweet because last time another server made my drink, he made it perfectly blended. She gave me an attitude and made other drinks who was after mines first and had the nerve to semi throw my drink. And I even gave her a tip for dealing with my semi difficult order. And she didn't even let me put in my rewards so I had to ask her to redo my account. I won't be back to 10000, ill find a new location with service not like this.
