Very solid food all-around. I had the Single Smashed Burger with the Vegan Cheese and it was pretty good, especially with the vegan cheese giving me the best impression of Velveeta cheese, but in a great way. Along with that, the Blooming Onion was top notched with the honey mustard dipping sauce and the fact it was my very first time having a blooming onion in my life and it was astonishingly delicious. Another thing to add is their smash sauce. It goes great with almost everything and I highly recommend it. Will be back whenever possible.

In addition to a fun and delicious burger, the service was so great! I had made a mistake in my online order which I noticed when I go to the store to pick it up. Rather than telling me it was too bad, the staff jumped into action to give me what I wanted. Five stars!

It's nice to be able to get a delicious kosher burger (in Manhattan, no less!) for under $20 ($8, to be exact). The spicy chicken is closer to that price, but it is also the best kosher crispy chicken sandwich I have ever had, by leaps and bounds. Their french fries are also some of the best around (the same style as Benny's).

Delicious smash burger, schnitzel excellent. Quick friendly service, would come back for sure. I’ve been to other smash houses. This one hit a home run. Good job Benjy and team!!

My friend and I had an amazing time at Smash House Burgers on W 37th St! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was great. The food? Top-notch. Stopped here while exploring NYC and was honestly surprised how good the smash burger turned out. It’s a small, busy spot, but the staff at the counter was genuinely friendly and helped me choose. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor, way better than I expected when I first walked in. The fries were crunchy and enjoyable. The place itself is simple and can get a bit messy when it’s crowded, but it still felt fine for a quick bite. Overall, a really good stop if you want something tasty and straightforward while visiting the city.

The burger was really good but the fries were mid at best. The combo option is great, great value - includes chicken burger, drink, and fries for around $26. It took a while for the food to come out and there wasn't enough seating. I heard the other locations are better and I'm looking forward to trying it out for high standard kosher "fast food".
