I've ordered online carryout 36 times, unconventional toppings each time, and they always get the ingredients right. Orders are made on time and I never notice anything wrong. The cut sizes are sometimes uneven, but that's of no importance and I don't mind. I order on off-hours (7PM-9PM).

My first time ordering from Dominos: I liked it! I had anchovy and mushroom, and it tasted great. For $9, and I couldn't finish it (medium pizza w 2 toppings via coupon it "found" online as I was ordering). There's a $3 delivery fee plus it says "leave a tip", so I left another $3. I also ordered a $6 Caesar salad, but am too full to eat it (also, I forgot that both Caesar dressing and my pizza had anchovies....). It was fast delivery, but they had an online real-time progress meter of where the pizza was (being made, heated, delivered) and by whom. It's almost like watching Uber show the progress of the taxi coming toward you; maybe better. So I really liked this experience, and did not give 5 stars since it is my first and only experience with them. Nonetheless: they did a good job.

They get a 4 star from me this time. Honesty is the best policy and evn though this a my favorite location. They did screw up real bad on my last order my pizza was in disarray and they for got to give me my ensalada ?

Dominos Needs to shut this branch forever. Branch never speaks proper English neither they respond nor they care to even have humane response ever. Their online ordering sucks big time. On top of that main dominos management has no concern over how this franchise deals with customers.

Dominoes needs better quality measures. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 of the 3 were the same toppings. The 3rd pizza wasn't even cut into wedges, we had a trapezoid piece in the center. it was as if someone needs to pay the light bill.

I have been trying to get a refund for a cancelled order (cancelled because after an hour and a half I hadn't received it) for over two months!! I spoke with the store 5+ times and each time they said they'd refund it but didn't. I filed a complaint with Domino's but all it did was prompt the store to call me and lie to me about putting a refund through. This has been such a waste of my time and emotional energy. They are awful. I recommend you not order from them.

Food was never delivered even though the online tracker said it was delivered. I’ve been ordering dominos online for 20 years. This is the first time an order never showed up.

This used to be a good place to order from but its gone downhill pretty hard in the past two years. Nothing is consistent. There is nothing they cannot seem to mess up. I've given this place plenty of chances in the past four years, but I gave up. Don't even bother with carryout. I've gone in person and gotten a bad pizza, then been given attitude when I call it out. Try Percy's Pizza on Bleeker Street nearby. They don't deliver, but the pizza is always good. I hope Domino's corporate comes in and saves this mess. Worst domino's in the city.

I went with my friends (with masks on) into the store and I was greeted very poorly by Musfikur. He yelled and showed very poor customer service when we were customers ready to pay for a large order. Will not be coming back.

If here is option for “0” Star I wish I can give them.The food taste was Sucks.On top of that the service was super bad.Should change employees right away.Neither this dominos gonna die within few months.

This location needs to update its hours to reflect the actual time they open....an employee denied service because he didn’t want to open the register during operating hours. Best of all when I came back hours later for some garlic butter he almost gave me someone’s pizza....
