Love this place!! I’m so happy with their service. Mostly everything I bought here was the things that I have to go to Queen . So it’s all comes up to the price of course it have to be more expensive but only 3-4 dollars more I found it worth to buy from here . Love this place I will be returning customer
Great local eatery, perfect for breakfast or lunch. Delicious sandwiches made right if front of you!
Very fresh breakfast made right in front of you. Great coffee too! A lot of seating to sit and eat your breakfast. 10/10
Pricey food, but you definitely get what you pay for. Came here for lunch back when I worked around the corner.
Nice little grocery store and a good, inexpensive place to grab a quick bite to eat. A BLT and a banana for under $5.00 is a pretty good deal in my book.
Great salad options and good burgers too for only $7 you're better off eating here then the Wendy's or McDonald's across the street
Every time I'm visiting this place, I leave satisfied. Good friendly people, good fresh and hot food. Always clean.
A wide range of foods and drinks all at a good price with a short queue to buy them. A good place to eat in but with no restroom.
We love this cafe. Great fresh food and lovely service. Can't wait to go again.
Amazing, the food selection was really good, and the service was unbelievable, a girl that I’m not quite sure of her name (I think it was María Mercedes) was the cashier, her service, attention and her smile give this deli some extra points.
Great place to go to. Has hot table and a grill were you can ask for everything you want. I go almost everyday. Cooks and staff great in customer service attitude. I will recomend to tourist and locals as well
Chocolate Rugulla and Croissants are amazing! Try the cappuccino as well, very good. Place is very central next to Rockefeller Center. Nice staff.
Great place one can have delicious breakfast, great coffee and worm savoury meal for lunch in a good price. Extremely clean with friendly and helpful personal.
Best Philly steak I’ve ever had
This is a great place for fast fresh food at a reasonable price. They have a big selection and a good amount of seating. Worth visiting.
Great food 😊, especially when I head they have a happy deal after 8 pm everyday the prices also go down . Amazing more food less price can’t wait for another day , good soft music too .
The food is great and they have a wide variety of food to choose from, also a salad bar,a juice bar and a deli, you can grab and go or stay and dine,it can be a lil pricey because they wieght the food..
Best food, sandwiches, burritos,Korean hot dogs buffet fresh juices 🥕 health drinks and pastries, soups, prices reasonable to be in the 57 street area.
I go here for sandos. Grilled chicken in a roll with swiss and lettuce tomato salt vinegar oil or turkey with swiss same same. Love it. Never disappoints. Consistently delicious 😋
Great variety of hot and cold foods. Fresh breakfast made anytime of day. I come here every time I visit New York City and enjoy it each time.
In this room there is a great variety of food and drink always of quality and is handled hygiene with tables and floor clean and well maintained here you can take an espresso packed in Italian and on cup staff is kind and well cared
Great typical NY deli market. Enjoyed the break and had some nice food, cold drink and very friendly staff!
Usually come here for the buffet during my lunch break. There's a large selection, and both a cold, hot, and stir-fry buffet. Highly recommend.
Got the Oatmeal Supreme. For $5 you get a great oatmeal with bananas and berries etc. Great deal and great oatmeal. Nice basic but awesome breakfast place.
My favorite hot/cold buffet, plus a fantastic stir fry bar as well! Fresh, healthy options, and a great little market.
I love this place for lunch. Great food choices and you can even dine outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery on Broadway
I have to be honest we were really trying to aim for the bagel place up the street. The line was out the door and we had to look for a suitable alternative. Bread and honey happened to be that place. The bagels are pretty darn good at least for me a Florida boy. And the service was excellent. these guys were really friendly; much more friendly than most people I met in New York.
I tried this place for the first time today. As a diabetic, I appreciated the healthy hot food bar with fresh white meat turkey and the cold salad bar's avocado and tomato salad. The deli case has healthy grilled chicken breast and very fresh egg salad without too much mayo. I will be back.
Visited Bread and Honey 4 times on our visti to NYC and me and the lad fell in love with this place, the choice of fillings for the sandwiches and Bagels is out of this world, a must visit when in NYC......Don't ever change!
Quick breakfast before we left for the airport. The value was good. I got a huge oatmeal (gluten free, by the way) for jut $7.50. Coffee was good too.
got a fresh reuben at 9:30pm for a good price and it was bomb. they gave me a straw for my soda can. focaccia was great. stellar
Amazing staff. Great selection and they deliver with a smile. Juice bar is off the charts amazing and I was able to stay on my juice diet easily. They have great prices and variety. Very accommodating.
The cleanest freshest w always Huge variety of meals, sides. The best place in Manhattan especially if one is not sure on what they want. Per lb one must keep in mind. Awesome for tourist --
I come here almost every day. The buffet is great for a stop in lunch, and I'm always a fan of their breakfast options, plus I love trying the other things on their menu. Excellent staff!
My family and I found this nice, clean, quaint and very affordable place near our hotel while visiting from MI. The food wasn't just edible, but great! Each of us wanted something very different than the others and this place accommodated. Thank for the great service and food!
My daughter and I had breakfast here and were greeted by friendly faces and enjoyed a great bbreakfast. Great menu and delicious food. Thanks so much. See you next time we are on New York. Stay safe.
i love this place the food is great i send my guest here all the time, the staff are wonderful but unfortunately the manger is not. I don't ask for much when i go out to buy food a nice good morning or a even thank you for coming would be nice. Not everyone is a morning person but here in New York we get paid to be nice so please speak to your manger, it will be a shame to tell people not to go there just because the manger can't be nice.
Get a tossed salad here. I usually get delivery. The large is huge and the toppings are fresh and plentiful. Options include grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, hard boiled egg, real bacon, avocado, all the veggies and even grape leaves, all for under $9.
Love this place, especially for the amazing craft beer selection! I just got a customized basket for my husband's bday, and I knew I could count on Bread & Honey to deliver the best beer in town. He and his co-workes LOVED it. Thank you!!!
My wife loved this place. They have a good selection of food (buffet style) to eat and it's a grocery store. This was our go to every morning for a bagel and coffee.
The service is incredible. Very nice and helpful, stopped by with a family of 6. Had a few chopped cheeses, definitely not New Yorks best CC but it will do in Manhattan. I would return simply because of the amazing service provided here.
I have been coming here a few times a week for the past 3 years. I especially love the hot coffee and breakfast options, and I frequent the sandwich bar (best BLT sandwich I’ve had in NYC!) for lunch and dinner. I’ve recently started getting more of my groceries and snacks here as well. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful and interacting with them always brightens my day.
I ordered Thanksgiving dinner for 24 people and I am so grateful for Julie who made this experience so amazing! The food was delicious and Julie was always available to answer questions and so patient and kind! The food was warm and delicious! Thank you so much! You made our Thanksgiving a special experience!
Stopped by for a quick bite. Got a steak quesadilla and something with ciabatta bread. The deli guy was honest and told me the last ciabatta bread was getting stale and that I should probably order something else. Hot food buffet looked a little unappetizing but it was the end of the day, so kind of expected. Overall good service, nice staff.
Fresh focaccia sandwich and so many other marketplace options
exactly what you would expect a local dinner to be. hot fresh buffet, sandwiches made to order, friendly service
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options and the food I had was wonderful.
Great food and service, love the buffet and variety you are offered and the staff and management are so nice. Highly recommended
Don’t skip over this place when you are in midtown. The food was great, the prices were not tourist prices and the staff was very friendly!!!!
Great Deli to stop and grab a meal while trekking through the city. Their grocery prices are good also for snacks, water, etc. I had a delicious burrito that could have served 4 people for much lower price than chain restaurants.
Great place to stop before heading to Central Park. As a tourist, I wanted to have a bagel breakfast sandwich that was tasty and filling. So glad I stopped by, great selection of bread and bagels are huge. Fresh eggs, lots of crunchy bacon and American cheese made this bagel breakfast sandwich the perfect one before a long walk. Staff is friendly and very efficient, will definitely come back when I return to NYC! I went there early AM and lots of local workers were ordering (apparently the chicken cutlet sandwich is popular!) ; this is a good sign that the price is not too high and the food is great. Lots of tables and chairs + a large variety of groceries.
We randomly stopped in here yesterday on our way to Central Park to walk to The Met. The hot and cold bars were fantastic. The roasted carrot and arugula salad was my favorite. My wife enjoyed fried chicken and a cold pasta salad. The sliced fresh fruit from the bar was spectacularly flavorful and fresh. The man who checked us out was kind and very hospitable - he made sure we had everything we needed to dine in. Thank you!
They usually charge 8.99$ a pound when you shop at the buffet area, and their food is always fresh. Not bad at all.
Was very good food and happy service. Great deal for the price. Will go back again.
Very good Burgers with a good price and a good selection of food . But the area to sit is a little bit to small and the seats aren't the most comfy .
It's a deli, though with an excellent (and expensive if you're not careful about adding heavy ingredients) Mongolian-style grill. Gotta love being able to choose specifically what you're going to be eating !
Wide selection and food bar is good food and kept tidy. Never any issues and eaten there often. Good craft beer selection
Great selection of okay food. Quite sad their mongolian barbecue option gone, but didn't look like others were using it
Great little shop that you can get anything anytime of day. Love breakfast at night, no problem... Service is fast and prices are good.
This is a popular lunch spot near Columbus Circle. They have a lot of grocery options as well as hot buffet bar. Their Mongolian BBQ section is decent too with many options. There are a variety of Korean entree and side dishes too since it is Korean-owned. I like coming here when I am tired of eating at the Cafe inside Hearst Building!
A grocery store with an interesting variety. Kinda awkward cuz you can buy beer and drink in store. Highlight is easily the beer selection. Whoever is doing the ordering gets an interesting selection of local stuff. Prices are high but not unreasonable. Don't expect to get Grimm releases, they use beer menus religiously and the rare stuff is gone quick.
Food is really good, they got my order wrong, but they fixed it, they dont pay attention, went to pay, and the cashier got orders and charges wrong for me and a couple of other people, she did not know how to do the math, so she called the line cook. held lots of people up, good food, just has to work on service, cashier
Very good buffet food selection. Great lunch place. I love sitting there for about an hour on Saturdays enjoying the food and chatting over the phone. It is very pricey, though. Especially drinks. Beer prices are totally outrages. Actually, insane. You're better of just getting a soda.
Cool spot to stop and grab some breakfast. They did have some tables where you can sit and eat if you don’t want to take on the go. I ordered a lox bagel that was decent but not one of the best I’ve had. There’s also a buffet of food which I can’t really speak to since I don’t eat from buffets anymore but they seemed to have a range of options.
one of the best places I've found outside Chinatown for Asian groceries. friendly but not super helpful staff. decent prices.
Great for a quick snack . Seating is tight and it can be very noisy. Food is ok. Good selection of eats.
The buffet section is my main reason for coming here. They have an ecclectic, well prepared, and tasty selection of foounds available for about 6.99/lb. It's not cheap but it's a little cheaper than whole foods and more mainstream (as opposed to Middle Eastern-focused). My favorite items come from the comfort food available, but the cold barhas all of your healthy options like fruit, seafood & salads, raosted veggies, dessert etc. Like any buffet, YMMV depending on if you load up on the "expensive" items or fill your box up with rice ;P also, i've never gotten sick here LOL i am a big fan of buffets, and this is a convenient and relatively inexpensive way to get a nutritionally varied meal near Columbus Circle, Hell's Kitchen or Lincoln Center.
The food was amazing they even had a little area where you can pick what you want instead of picking from the menu.
There's a great variety of hot tasty food in their buffet and prices are reasonable. Filling meal guaranteed. Had a bit of issue with food quality because I made a quick trip to the bathroom during a particular visit.
Conveniently located for a quick bite on the go. Oatmeal was to watery and fruit wasn't sweet. Sandwiches were soggy with too much mayo and wet lettuce. Portion sizes are great for the price.
I'd give between a three and four star, everything is extraordinarily expensive but there are a few redeeming factors, such as cheap hot food after 830PM, you can get a solid size meal for like 3 to 4 dollars (but don't add too much rice, it wastes your weight quota). Tea and breakfast sandwiches not bad though
Decent deli food, but too pricy and they will rush steps like forgetting salt and pepper or grilling a sandwich if asked. There is an extra charge for breakfast food after a certain time and the upcharge for things like egg whites will get a breakfast wrap up to $10 or $11 easy. Better places around for sure.
Used to be better, especially fresh made griddle breakfast. Now it seems to be served buffet style which didn't look and taste appealing. Pricey on a lot of merchandise despite the vast foreign food selection. It still is 24 hours which is good for those in need of grub/other necessities.
According to Ny state taxation there is no tax to be charged on “unheated tea and tea products (caffeinated, decaffeinated, bagged, powdered, concentrated liquid mixes sold in canisters or envelopes, flavored, herbal, iced, instant, loose, or leaves, and specialty teas sold in bottles or cans);” yet the store taxes these products. The store manager refused to believe me and would not take the tax off the ice tea I was attempting to purchase.
The steam table 'looks' great but there is a general lack of taste. So when one fills their plate and sits down for a feast they are in for a sad surprise!!!
Just paid nearly $20 for a bagel w/lox, cream cheese and a small bag of chips. The price kinda comes with the territory, but the bagel was horrid, and tasted as if it had been stored in a plastic bin for days. I had to toss the whole thing in the trash. That was after being castigated for not specifying the type of cream cheese I had. That left a bad taste in my mouth as well
So I asked for a well done cheese burger with pepper jack cheese and turkey bacon I didn't get the pepper jack cheese but that was fine however my burger was half raw I take it a picture of it then throw it away and call the store they ask me to come. Then the manager asks me why I waited till half the burger to realize it was raw. They said I had to come in the next day for store credit but all I really wanted was a burger that day so check your burgers before you leave the store
I usually come here after or before rehearsal. The food is good sometimes. Now the price for the things i get in hot food always changes and keeps getting more expensive. I asked the register why is it so expensive i didn’t even put too much in there…he laughed and i had to check him again before i cuss him out. It’s getting incredibly expensive for no reason. I hate that i can’t even have dinner because i don’t have enough of the food and i wasted all my cash in there, i gagged but i had to buy because i was starving. Not coming back here ever for the hot food, only smoothies. Boooooooo. Yall lucky i didn’t cause havoc.
STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY FROM THEIR DELI SECTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! had food poising and definitely saw it coming by the taste of the sandwich the people who take your order are extremely confused ALLLL the time and once you order they call you back and tell you that almost everything you ordered they're out of !! Not worth the frustration
I went there in 7-29-2023 at 9:05pm. Hispanic cashier was handling my food items while he was picking his nose and rubbing his face. He has no manners. This is USA not some 3rd world country.
I am completely dissatisfied. Ordered a salad they forgot the pesto chicken. They sent a whole new salad which all i wanted was the chicken. The salad was wrong as i had originally purchase 2 salads and on top of that the delivery guy asked that the old salad go back. I have never heard of something like that. I will never order from here again.
Terrible and scummy business practices At this establishment they have a 5 dollar minimum to pay with a card, fine. I bought some cereal and milk and ate it there in the seating area. 5 minutes later I walk up to the cashier with a can of soda, and they demand that I pay 5 more dollars worth of stuff before I can use my card, even after I remind them that I had already bought 5 dollars worth of stuff (which they acknowledged, but demanded I go buy a pack of gum or a candy bar on top of the can of soda). I told them to keep the soda and I left. Do not buy from this establishment if you at all value your money or good customer service.
To preface, I used to grab breakfast here almost every weekend for two years. The last few months, prices went from being reasonable to the highest in the area. The staff is generally rude. Most annoyingly, they now have a tendency to change the price of items day over day without telling you until you go to checkout. "Combo" items explicitly advertised as a sandwich and coffee no longer include the coffee. Avoid. There are better options in the neighborhood worthy of your business.
Do yourself a favor - do not come here unless you want long hair in your sandwich (that's not yours). I bought a hero here and the sandwich was horrible but I was hungry. When I got to the middle there was a huge curly hair in my coldcut.... never again!
Beware: the owners of this deli were trying to charge an old lady $1 for a paper bag at checkout. She said, "that price is crazy" and pushed back until the owner said "Okay, for you, this time only, I'll only charge 25 cents." Locals know that bags only should cost 5 or 10 cents. Lots of food had no price labels. I went up and asked the price first on everything--$5.99 for a single tiny ice cream bar. This is clearly a place that is trying to entrap tourists. Avoid it if you're a local who lives here.
Went here on 2 separate occasions. I ordered sandwiches both times. The first time I took the sandwich to go, open it at my office and it's missing all the toppings. It only had bread and chicken, REALLY? Had to go back to get it filled with the toppings. Second time I had the sandwich in the store. I ordered a grilled chicken ceaser sandwich, comes with bacon, avocado, and ranch dressing. Well let me tell you.... The sandwich was put together like a 5 year old had done it, I asked for crispy bacon ( that didn't happen), and the chicken was chewey. In the garbage it went. Maybe their buffet is good, but will not go back again regardless.
