So far the best Pho I ever had 10/10 👌🏼
You can't believe how wonderful every aspect of this experience was!! The greeting, the service, and the owner were all so accommodating!! To top it all off, THE FOOD was 100% the best pho soup I have ever had. Hands down the best!!
This place has delicious food. The owner is amiable, affable and very social. The grilled pork is spectacular. The coconut sorbet is just delicious. They’re open seven days a week who could ask for anything more. so nice to have a reliable neighborhood place.
The food was super comforting!! The pho was super flavorful and I love the cherry. The flowers and pictures on the walls made it super homey and such a a great vibe! Loveeeeee the atmosphere and the owner was AMAZING! 100000/10
Great vegan pho & Vietnamese coffee and fair pricing for what you get.
One of the best pho places I have ever been. I took my gf here, now she is telling me she is into pho. Wan and her team were very hospitable and we will definitely come back.
We visited on a Thursday late afternoon and were able to get a seat rather quickly. The owner and host were so attentive and incredibly friendly. They told us about the tasting menu that happens monthly. We all had the Pho and were impressed with the clean broth and the individual bowls of basil, lime, and bean sprouts. We hope to return again soon. Bravo!
Fantastic pho and very friendly service. The chef/owners really care and it shows! The storefront is obscured by scaffolding right now, so it's easy to overlook.
I had a craving for Pho and this hit the spot. The short rib pho was definitely worth it. I also had the lemon grass wings and the vegetable roll.
Coming from the California Bay Area, there’s *plenty* of Vietamese pho restaurants that punch you with flavor and umami. This place could fit right in and give some of them a run for their money, and was also one of the very few Vietnamese places in Manhattan that I could find on Google. We got the vegetarian, short rib, and chicken pho, and all 3 of us enjoyed it! I had the vegetarian one and it was packed w good umami, which is rare in most pho places. I did not really like the Viet coffee, it’s not the same intensity as authentic Viet coffee. Bean sprouts and the other topping ingredients could have been more generous. The spring roll order was pretty tiny, but good flavor. I would pass on that + coffee since the pho is solid. Overall, come for pho and not the other stuff. STILL very solid, 5 stars for paving the way for good Vietnamese food here.
I've been wanting to try this place and so upset I didn't come sooner. The place is beautifully decorated and super clean. My server was super sweet and attentive. I ordered the oxtail pho and had a glass of wine. The pho was 1 of the best I had..the broth was complex and full of layers. The owner came over to talk to us,It made my lunch even more special to feel and see how passionate she is to make GOOD food. The menu is limited but growing and can not wait to see what else there is to come.
Tried three times and yes, it’s a five stars for me. Consistently high quality and authentic flavors. Phở‘s broth is bold in flavor and yet not salty. Definitely a must order is the Papaya Salad, light and extremely appetizing. Always a cup of V coffee to make the day perfect. Grateful the owner chose this location 💖
If you’re looking for beef pho look no further. Long overdue review because we come here at least twice a month since they opened this spring. Best beef pho I’ve had in the country completely authentic bone broth with no artificial taste or oiliness unlike a lot of other restaurants. The side dishes are also delicious especially the grilled pork lettuce wrap and chicken wings! Amazing service the owner Wan is so friendly and passionate about her dishes!
I honestly LOVEDDD this place the atmosphere was so beautiful yet lowkey, you would definitely not pay attention to it if you were just walking by, I went with my sisters and cousins (group of 5) and we received our food fairly quickly the food was amazing I had so much left over and I was so full, this place is also very inexpensive compared to other pho places in the city!
The veggie pho was excellent and the portion was bigger than I expected. The veggie spring rolls were delicious too! The waitstaff really shined here: extremely attentive and all smiles. I truly enjoyed sitting down for a meal with my close friend. A boisterous family with toddlers later came in and knocked down some decor while the children screamed. The waitstaff, again, handled it professionally. Besides that it was wonderful. Will be back again for the veggie pho!
My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Just Pho You. Everything was good including coconut ice cream dessert. Pho with brisket was tasty and shrimp and pork on sugar cane was so special. Papaya salad was a bit too soggy for my taste because the papaya strips were too thin or we might have put too much sauce. We got lucky and got to talk to the owner, Wan. She was so welcoming and friendly. I can't wait to go back!
Just one perfect Pho. On point ! Also must try these lettuce wrap with pork and rice paper, papaya salad is superb.
From the moment we walked in we were treated like old friends. I'm a meat guy and my wife prefers veggie based dishes. She's no red meat. I eat everything. Just Pho You was perfect for us both. The mushroom based broth was surprisingly rich and tasty. All the vegetables are FRESH. the signature bone broth was even richer. The short rib(bone in) was tender I chose meatballs as the second meat and the sinew as an add on. It was the best pho I've ever eaten. Admittedly I am not knowledgeable about Vietnamese food or culture which is where Wan, the owner manager came in. She is a ball of energy and so helpful at explaining how to use the sauces and garnishes that accompany the various menu items. I highly recommend this place. You won't be sorry.
We had a craving for Vietnamese and chose this restaurant randomly, and had such a great experience. The waiters were so friendly and attentive, even apologizing for the wait even though we felt like the food came out in great time. I really appreciated how clearly all vegan options were labeled!! They even have vegan fish sauce type of sauces. I got the fried tofu vermicelli bowl and it was really tasty and a HUGE portion. Would definitely come back!
This place really is Just Pho You. The food has some of the best flavors I’ve ever tasted and it’s because owner and head chef, Wan, makes everything from scratch. WAN’s care and attention with the broth for her pho is unparalleled. It’s the best pho in the entire world. Every flavor is thought about in a way that makes each dish succinct and delicious. Wan also includes instructions for beginners like me and make sure you follow them because they make the experience, just pho you! She’s also one of the nicest small business owners you’ll ever meet. I recommend you get the chicken wings, the chicken pho and my wife loves the lemongrass chicken bowl. W O W it was absolutely DELICIOUS.
My coworker was looking for a good Pho spot. I came across this one on Tiktok decided to try it out. It my first time trying Pho soup, and I gotta say it was aaaamazing! Chicken Pho soup was deep with aromatic flavorful taste. The coffee was on point too! The lady owner/waitress checked in with us a few times making sure we were good. Overall, experience was very welcoming and pleasant from beginning to end. Definitely plan on coming back soon!
Coming from the west coast to east coast finding a good pho spot was really hard but I think Just Pho You is one of the best in nyc I’ll definitely be back and the customer service was amazing and the small details in this spot is soo cute from the chop sticks to the glass wear! You can definitely tell they take pride in their food 🫶🏼🤎
Its my second time dining in here and it’s always such a great meal, dear brought is so savory and delicious, the pho is authentic in my opinion and they make home made sauces.
I absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The short rib Pho was absolutely amazing. I’ve had many dishes of Pho before and this one is the best I’ve ever had. Both of the people working were so friendly and asked me if I had any questions and gave me recommendations. Highly recommend.
this is one of the best pho I’ve ever had in NYC. if you are hungry, you can order a signature pho plus a shot rib (that is really a wildly large rib). Here are the prices of what I ordered JPY short rib pho 27 JPY signature pho - grand 20 Short rib Add on 13 Note that there is discount for Columbia students
Just Pho You is a hidden gem in UWS. The Bun Bo Hue broth was a delightful blend of tastiness without being overly salty. I requested for it to be extra spicy and heat level was perfect. The beef carpaccio's starter was a great combination of crunch, mint, shallots, and peanuts; combined with tangy and tasty marinade, it really hit all the right notes. The garlic/lemongrass chicken wings made for a perfect, flavorful starter with crispy fried garlic/shallots. Kudos to Wan, the friendly and receptive manager and owner! Having ordered their signature beef short rib pho on Door Dash multiple times, I finally visited in person, and it lived up to every expectation. The broth and flavors are simply exceptional. Not to mention the hoisin and hot sauce are handcrafted to be vegan friendly too. I thought that was pretty neat! Overall I was really happy with my experience and will certainly be back.
Best beef pho broth we've ever had, hands down, anywhere. Can't explain how amazing it is. Service was great. Owned by a wonderful lady, Wan, who has spent a long time developing this passed down recipe. I usually stay away from tendon and meatballs because it's hard to do them right... Here they are done perfectly and are so delicious. Spring rolls were very flavorful, well balanced, crispy, and served with nice lettuce to wrap. Highly recommended. Update: Been here three times now. Each time, the service and food have been wonderful. Lemongrass chicken vermicelli is delicious. If you want a lighter pho option, they have chicken pho now as well. Delivery: Ordered delivery through Grub Hub for our fourth experience with Just Pho You. Was prepared quickly, packaged expertly for delivery, and included nice instructions for newcomers to pho. We appreciated a free sample of the very tasty papaya salad!
Probably the best Beef Pho in NYC! premium cuts of meat, DELICIOUS broth with amazing depth of flavor. And most importantly, a wonderful, friendly staff. Needs a Michelin star!
The pho was stellar and the service was phenomenal. We had the pho ga and the special broth - both were rich and flavorful and the chili and shrimp paste concoction served with the special broth was multi-noted and really added a depth of flavor. Presentation was thoughtful and portions were generous. Our server, Monas (I hope I spelled that right) was a gem, and he made the dining experience memorable. Well done, Just Pho You!
I recommend Just Pho You on the Upper West Side on 101st Street and Broadway. My fiancée and I had the lemon grass wings and the vegetarian spring rolls as an appetizer. For the entree we had beef short rib pho. The food is AMAZING. You will not be disappointed. Also the owner her name is Wan she was very welcoming and hospitable. The experience was awesome. I will definitely come again.
I’ve tried pho from various spots, but this one definitely has the most incredible broth I’ve ever tasted. Finding a spot for my family to eat can be a challenge with all our different dietary needs, but wow, this place is incredible! I've been there like four or five times in the past month. Seriously, don’t miss out on it—it's just that good!
This is literally the best bowl of soup I’ve had IN MY LIFE. They put a new spicy soup on the menu BUN BO HUE and I am pretty sure this place is going to have a line around the block very soon. The spicy pho is just spicy enough and I add their homemade chili oil to get it over the top. You have to try this soup!! Oh and you can get everything gluten free!
i ordered the JPY pho which comes with beef eye round, beef brisket, and meatballs (it also usually has tendon but i requested no tendon). i also ordered their lemongrass chicken wings as an appetizer. starting with the wings— they were delicious and had a great flavor to them (strong fried garlic-forward taste with pronounced hints of lemongrass made for a delicious combo). my only critique is that i usually prefer the skin on my wings to be slightly crispier/thicker, but i get it’s hard to perfectly balance a crispy skin with juicy/tender meat. now to the pho— the dish was absolutely delightful and i’d recommend anyone give it a try. the broth was incredibly tasty and their recipe involves slow cooking using bone marrow, which makes for a deliciously meaty (yet light) taste with many subtleties and complexities that are sure to excite the palate. the pho noodles and meat were also of high quality and only added to the already delicious broth. i will without a doubt be back!
Food was fantastic! Waitstaff are great snd the lovely owner (Han?) came over to serve our pho and she told us all about the way they make the vegan pho- a true gem of a place!
The Phos are amazing! Great salad as well. Very nice Happy Hour to enjoy their Sake or a nice glass of wine with some delicious appetizers!
I ordered a grand pho, but the meatballs were missing. The restaurant was fully packed today and everyone was buzy, so I asked it during checkout. I was expecting a 10% off as a compensation, but I receive nothing. To be honest, I am a bit disappointed about this, but still thanks them for operating in extreme weather. The taste is good, highly recommended !
The food was really good! The spring rolls were super crispy and tasty, and the grilled pork bowl was fresh and flavorful. Everything tasted clean and not too heavy. I’ll definitely come back again.
I’ve always found comfort in Vietnamese food and this place was absolutely no exception. I was very curious with the broth as the menu and signs around the restaurant indicate that they spend a lot of time perfecting their broth with different ingredients that are good for different parts of the body. There are so many things that I think make a restaurant stand out, but one thing I don’t see that often is when The owner of the restaurant and creator of the dishes takes time to explain each and every ingredient that gets incorporated into their broth and the benefits of those ingredients for the human body. When someone deeply cares about what’s going into their dishes, the outcome is almost always perfect. I don’t live terribly close to this restaurant, but I’ve already been back a handful of times as the service and quality really stood out.
i got the bun bo hue and my friends got the grand pho! the bun bo hue was super flavorful. the broth of tasted seafoody. i dont love the noodles it came with (thick round ones) - i like the pho noodles more (thinner) but that was on me. they also have very large portions with lots of meat the server was so nice and let us stay a long time talking. it seemed understaffed with just one person waiting the tables the bathroom was a little bit janky though
Got a custom bowl of pho, with beef broth. This is the best pho I’ve had in all of NYC. I was surprised. This is definitely worth the hype and was prepared in about 10ish minutes. The broth is deep and rich, the noodle portion is big, and my appetite was definitely satisfied. The servers were attentive and helpful as well. Definitely a go to spot from now on!
Visiting Just Pho You was a good experience I order the beef short rib pho my added meat was brisket. The broth was amazing, the meat was so tender. As an appetizer I had the lemongrass wings, very eye appealing I wish it was a little more seasoned but it was okay not completely bad. It was happy hour on drinks and appetizers, so that’s a plus. The atmosphere was good, it’s not a huge spot but still nice. It was a cold day and inside was cold as well but having soup made up for being cold.
Found this place on Google and decided to give pho another try since I didn’t like it the first time I had it somewhere else. I’m so glad I did because I LOVE it here, especially the GrandPho! The owner is so warm and welcoming — I come here weekly now. MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS TASTE THE BROTH FIRST BEFORE YOU DRESS IT UP IT IS DIVINEEEEE
We were in search of a good pho spot, as we’d not previously found any decent spots. The service was excellent, making recommendations, being patient and helpful. The chicken pho was tasty, with a generous serving of chicken and seasoning. They added extra basil and jalapeño as I requested. We will definitely be back.
My best friend and I came across this place after a long journey to find the best pho in the city. That was years ago- it soon became more than our favorite pho place, cozy spot where the food is always going to Hit. I love their signature pho and if you’re a fan of peanut sauce don’t skip the summer rolls!!! Real talk, we went here weekly when I was pregnant and i’m pretty sure their pho is the reason my baby was born 9 pounds and 5 oz- ahead of his class and a cultured young man.
The vibes here are AMAZING! Stumbled across this place with a group of my friends, and we all left feeling happy and our stomachs FULL! Our servers, Mansat & Prakriti were so kind and answered any questions we had. We ordered the grand pho (one with all the beef & one with just flank) and chicken pho. The dishes were delicious and the broth was SO GOOD!!!!!!! 10/10. The broth is tasty, and you can customize your own bowl with any protein you may like which I’ve never seen at a restaurant before. It was one of my friend’s first time trying pho - and let me tell you they are HOOKED! They said it was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy great food, with a great ambiance. *side note the music was also SOOOOOOO good!!* Thank you just pho you for a wonderful experience! I can’t wait to come back. 😇 Make sure you ask to leave your photo on the wall! The Polaroid photos are so cute. Wan is also such a sweetheart!
I Was Craving Pho So Bad &’ Every Place I’ve Seen Has Been In Queens Or Brooklyn. I Came Across This Place On Google That Was Actually Somewhat Close To Where I Live. I Decided To Give It A Try With My Family Because The Pho Looked So Good In The Pictures. For Appetizers We Ordered The Sugarcane Shrimp, Lemon Grass Wings &’ Vegetable Spring Rolls. For Our Main Course, I Ordered The Short-Rib Pho &’ Let Me Say It Was Nothing Short About It. It Was A Nice Huge Piece Of Rib In My Pho &’ I Enjoyed Every Moment Of It. My Husband Ordered The Oxtail Pho &’ Then Our Babies Had The Chicken Pho. What Made Me Really Love This Place Was Being Able To Dress Up My Pho With The Condiments Like How I Make Kathiew At Home ( Hoisin Sauce, Sriracha, Hot Chili Paste) n Then The Pho Comes With Jalepenos, Scallions, Onions n More. The Pho Was So Tasty, Hot &’ Flavorful. The Meat Was Very Tender &’ All In All This Was An Incredibly Delicious, VERY FILLING Meal. I Will Definitely Be Back.
They have the best beef broth on the UWS. Yes, I’ve tried them all, Karen. Sure, it’s a bold statement but I write what my tongue tells me. It’s rich and has depths of flavor, like my soul. Their menu is solid. I’ve yet to be disappointed after 2 + years, unlike my relationships. HH options are decent. Portion to price is standard. Service is friendly and efficient. Vibe is chill; it’s a neighborhood spot. It’s worth a train ride for the broth alone.
Their beef-pho broth was one of my favorites. They make their broth for hours so it is full of collagen. Garlic butter chicken was their home-made recipe which was a highlight of the appetizer. Spring rolls were super fresh. Sake platter comes in different sizes. Overall, would definitely come back.
Their servers were really attentive and gave out recommendations which helped us a lot. The servings were really big and you can’t just finish the soup for sure. Could definitely be good for sharing. There’s a lot of choices and in having a cold weather you are in the right place. Spring rolls for appetizer were good, would recommend!
The food and service here were wonderful. All of the ingredients and flavors are super fresh. I ordered the beef pho and it was very flavorful. The meat was very tender and there were several different cuts of beef in it. There were plenty of vegetables and the broth was light making it feel very healthy to eat. The spring rolls were also very delicious and crispy and came with a delicious sauce. The waitress was also very helpful about how to add the bean sprouts and basil to the broth without it getting too cold. I will be coming back soon.
I went opening week and ordered the bun (cold noodle salad with pork) and it was just awful. It was as if the person that made it had no idea what the dish was. After continually passing by the place and wondering how it could possibly still be in business after my first experience, I gave it another try, and this time I ordered the pho which turned out to be really good and legit! It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was pretty darn good. In short, just get the pho here… Unless they’ve dramatically improved on their other dishes. Also—the music and sound set up here really sucks. It’s loud, generic pop music that is totally incongruous with the expected vibe of a Vietnamese restaurant. To the owners: for the love of god, please upgrade your sound system and play better tunes.
i came here for my bf’s bday and the staff and food were really nice and good! the brisket bone is huge and has a lot of meat on it and filled my bf up! this place was rlly good and would come back again!
Such a pretty little restaurant. The service is excellent here. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The food is good. The Papaya salad could have used some Peanuts for crunch and some more lemon for tang but otherwise all good. Only 2 types of banh mi. Most restaurants have 4 or 5 options.
A good place for authentic Pho.Went for a late lunch and ordered too many dishes between 2 of us. The spring rolls were good but the grilled pork lettuce wrap is my favourite. There was a good nip in the air and we were looking forward to the hot bowl of pho. We ordered the chicken pho and it was difficult to go through the massive bowl. We also ordered the pork chop with rice. This dish was on the sweeter side but the pork was very well cooked .
A great little pho spot near Columbia! The beef short rib pho was a standout—tender, meaty, and super flavorful. The garlic wings were crispy and loaded with flavor, definitely a must-try appetizer. We did wait around 25 minutes for our noodles, which felt a bit long, and there’s a built-in 20% minimum tip on the bill, so just a heads-up. That said, the food really hit the spot and the cozy atmosphere made it a nice place to hang out. Worth a visit if you’re in the area and not in a rush!
Take out so atmosphere doesn't count. I didn't have the pho; I had the lemongrass chicken. Not my favorite style of chicken, somewhat rubbery texture but good taste. Since pho is the specialty and I didn't have it, I have no reason to apply the same food rating to that. Also, at the risk of inauthenticity, I wish vermicelli option included serving hot. Rice is ok, though.
The pho was alright but the spring rolls were quite bad. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the quality of food that they serve.
For starters, the table could do with a good wipe down. It was sticky and had bits of dry meat on it. From the menu descriptions, I was expecting a tasty Pho. Maybe I just spend too much time in Vietnam... The bowl of broth was huge, I would of preferred less rather than a watery version and if the short rib had have been simmering longer as well there will have been no need to try to cut it with a steak knife. Both the broth and the meat lacked taste, and the meat was chewy. I hate not giving a perfect score, but I noticed that other diners had left a substantial amount behind also, and like me, had declined takeaway
The service is excellent, the interior design is also lovely and cute. I like their choices of utensils as well. I make pho at home, the soup/meat does take a long time to prepare and the raw ingredients also need to be picked heartily. That’s why I also like to go to pho restaurants cuz it’s convenient. Good soup should be light brown and clear and rich in flavor. As the picture shows, the broth in this restaurant is a bit too foggy, and it lacks umami. Same problems happen to me when I boil the bone/meat for too long that dissolves too much fat from the meat to the soup, creating fogginess, or when I put in too much water and the flavor is diluted. It’s completely understandable for a business to extract as much value as possible from the bones/meat, yet the taste is still the key to the product. Aside from that, the side bean sprouts and basil is a bit small. Usually it’s served in a bigger plates. Noodles’ texture is good, onion pieces are cut thin like they should be. Also tried papaya salad. It’s very sour to the point where it hurts my stomach. But I like the idea of a different style of papaya salad even though I never had it in Vietnam or Asia or in any other Vietnamese restaurants in the states.
Rare low review for me, but for delivery (always worse). Yeah I didn’t love my dish. Others liked better but questioned value. Bahn mi did not look like Photo. Not much tofu. With weird mix of lots of mayo and patches of too much soy sauce. If it wasn’t expensive this would be almost okay I guess but seemed more pricey than most Vietnamese I’m used to
Portions are way too small for the asking price and the menu is limited to liquid based entrees like soups and stews. Not much of an interesting menu. I had the vegan stew and it was good and the staff was friendly but nothing else warrants a return IMO.
I tried the pho; it was okay. Bowl was mostly broth, while noodles and bean sprouts were sparse. Service was attentive and friendly. Seems like a cute spot for a date and child friendly. I suspect the good reviews come from their 10% discount-for-review promo. Not authentic, not worth $20 for pho—not returning.
Disappointed. I'm getting over a bad case of food poisoning and ordered the shrimp summer rolls as I thought they'd be light enough in my stomach, but substantial enough after several days of not being able to eat. I placed my order via phone. Took the subway to pick up the food. Get home and find out that half of the roll is bean sprouts, which I do not like and have never even had in this dish before (pho, yes, but summer rolls??). I reread the description and there is no mention of bean sprouts and no option to indicate that the customer does not want them. A few would be okay, but half rice noodles and half bean sprouts without any mention of them in an ingredient list is disappointing. There was an option to opt out of some of the other main components of the dish (cilantro, etc), but no mention at all of bean sprouts. The staff was friendly when I picked up the order, but I'm disappointed that I rallied my energy to go pick something up that is different than how it is described on the menu. Perhaps cost cutting, but again, as a paying customer I'd like to know what is in the food I'm paying for in advance in case it's something I cannot/do not eat.
I always order from here for delivery and noticed each time the portion sizes get smaller and smaller. I paid 60 dollars for one pho and one bun bo hue and I literally finished the pho in 4-5 bites because it was so small
This is the first time I've come across a Vietnamese restaurant with a menu that's unclear. I tried to order regular pho, but they brought me pho with a large meat bone, which costs $30. The waiter was polite, but there was only one working, so the service was very slow. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to me, then waited another 10 minutes for my order. The pho tasted like regular traditional soup, and the taste was a little strange, a little like the soup was diluted with water. In short, if you like delicious traditional pho soup, avoid this place and choose another restaurant because I came here as a fan the first time I last time and didn't like it.
As a Vietnamese living in NYC for more than 3 years. I know that whenever I go to Vietnamese restaurants here, I need to lower my standard and my expectations. And this place "Just Pho You" just gets far below my standard and my expectations. We came here and ordered 3 dishes in lunch menu: Pho (of course because it's in their name, their specialty), Lemongrass grilled chicken vermicelli (this is their signature, highly recommended by chef) and Lemongrass chicken wings (many reviews said this one is good). Let's start with the Lemongrass chicken wings. They should change the name to Garlic chicken wings. I didn't see the Lemongrass and didn't taste it as well. All I saw was garlic garlic and garlic. A lot of garlic, and it made the wings had bitter taste. And their chicken wings taste like frozen one, didn't taste fresh nor delicious. Next is my dish: Lemongrass chicken vermicelli salad bow, again no Lemongrass and the chicken was grilled so burn at one side that I can taste the bitterness (you can see in the picture how dark the burn was... yuck), the fish sauce is so bland that I needed to ask for an extra one. And finally their star, their signature! PHO! I don't want to talk about it that much because that's my husband's order. As you can see in the picture, he left 2/3 of the bowl. That's how bad it was. Talking about the staffs and their service are another nightmare story. Their staffs were like zombies and they weren't trained well. One of the staffs took our plates and put our utensils on the table. I don't know how clean their tables are, or what chemical they use to cleaned that table, but the moment she put my utensils on the table. It made me feel sick. If you wonder why this restaurant had many good reviews. Yes they have a promotion that if you review them on Google you will receive 10% off for your next order. I've been trying many restaurants in different places and being a food reviewer on Google Map many years. I CAN'T TELL LIES. I feel shame for them to put their restaurant as a Vietnamese restaurant, it's not even close. I would never come back here again. Save your money and try another Vietnamese restaurant.
I FOUND A VERY LONG HAIR IN MY PHO!!!! And the noodles were so overcooked. Not worth the steep price of $25 for pho.
Yikes!!! Unsanitary!! There was hair in my pho!!! I had to pay for food I barely touched because of the hair, but they gave me a “10% discount” who wants to pay for food they couldn’t even eat?? I’ll never go back.
Ordered take out - rice with tofu. Idfk what this thing is that i got but it was not rice. (If its rice noodles why not write ‘rice noodles?’). The box was DRIPPING with just water with some flavor. Like, i didn’t want soup thats why i ordered RICE. Idk. It says “tofu with sauce” but if you will point a gun at my head i will still not know what the taste of the sauce was honestly all i felt is water. Wet noodles with some vegetables, soaking wet tofu. I don’t even know if this was the dish i ordered honestly just confused that i paid 17$ for this
I was really looking forward to the food here after hearing great reviews on social media. My friend wanted to get the oxtail pho but they didn’t have it that day. The value you get from this establishment is pathetic. I honestly don’t know how there are so many good reviews. $7 for two small spring rolls. The pho was $19 but all I got was a chopstick-full of noodles. Like that’s it? The taste didn’t even justify the price point, everything was mediocre. Service was nonexistent, the two employees in the front were just talking amongst each other the whole time non-stop yet they took forever to get me the bill. This was the absolute worst restaurant experience I have ever had. At least the bathroom was clean 🥲
