Delicious bubble tea, the service is fast and friendly. They have lots of flavor options and yummy toppings. No seating area available so best for take out. Definitely stop in!
The prices of these are amazing!! I got a large Classic Milk Tea and it came out to six on the dot! ($6) my boyfriend got the large caramel milk tea and it was $7 on the dot. I will definitely come back to this place i want to try all the different flavors!!!
Coco Boba tea always make my drinks the way I like it. Always delish😋 clean🧼 & fast service⌚️
Really good bubble tea! Lots of options to choose from and you can choose your sugar level and ice level. Passionfruit green tea with boba is very yummy. Because of covid only 2 customers are allowed in at a time but service is pretty quick. Great to grab before a walk in the park.
I loved my jasmine milk tea with cheese foam. Really good consistency, flavor balance, and they ACTUALLY gave me light ice :)) The boba was quite nice as well.
An awesome experience the people that work here are amazing and nice. Richard and Jeffrey have such a nice attitude and customer service. Cody the new trainnie is doing his best and is doing just fine. 😊 Also I ordered the tapioca milk tea with redbeans normal suger less ice. Give it a try!
Awesome, hidden tea place with good boba and other toppings. Like most boba places, you can adjust sweetness level, how much ice, and you can mix toppings. It was super quick as I was the only customer in there at the time. Would get another cup here if I'm in the area again. This time I got the passion fruit green tea, 50% sweet, no ice, with boba and aloe vera. So freakin good. Go get a cup if you're near!
Refreshing, 2 blocks from central park Mango green tea, options medium or large Ready quick
My favorite stop when I am craving a Caramel Milk Tea. Friendly staff and fast. It's always tasty.
the enby was staring at me with malicious intent, that's how I knew this boba was boutta hit
Coco's is still opened for takeout and delivery during the pandemic. The workers are quick to prepare delicious drinks and ingredients are still fresh. However, if you go towards the end of the day, they may not have the ingredients to make your favorite drink for the rest of the day. As of now, they only allow 2 people in the store at the same time, so please respect their rules and read their signs. I'm glad to see that one of my favorite boba places is still opened and fulfilling my cravings for bubble tea! As for the drink I ordered, I got a Bubble Milk Tea with regular ice and regular sugar. However, I did not get bubbles as a topping because they ran out; I ordered at 7pm and they were closing at 8pm and it's understandable that they wouldn't make new bubbles. I replaced the bubbles with Grass Jelly, and that was just as delicious. Please support Coco!
Nice and quiet restaurant where you can have a conversation with your friends. Food is always good and consistent.
I grew up on Sichuan food back in China, and eat so hard in every country every city. Their classic Sichuan dishes are absolutely authentic — you can’t go wrong with any of them. If you’re not into spicy stuff, you must try TEA SMOKE DUCK and STEAMED SEABASS. These two are not only the best in New York, but honestly, among the best even compared to Los Angeles. Even though spicy food runs in my veins, these two non-spicy dishes are still my absolute favorites.
Food is amazing. Service is amazing. The servers arw able to give you a breakdown of the dishes and they are able to accommodate you on how you want some of your food prepared.
So so good. Relaxing environment to enjoy a full meal at reasonable prices. The menu has something for everyone but the highlights are definitely the classics - we order Mapo Dofu, green beans, and one of the dry chicken dishes every time. Service is always polite and attentive. The bar has fun drinks, too!
I’ve been to Legend 72 many times, and it never disappoints.💯 This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the New York. The food is consistently delicious — I always order the sautéed snow pea leaves, spicy Chengdu fish fillet, scallion pancake, and the fish fillet soup with pickled vegetables. The menu is huge, with so many options that even after multiple visits, I still haven’t tried everything. Every dish is flavorful! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, and always makes you feel at home! If you love real Chinese food, this place is a must! 🙌
EAT HERE! I wish I could give this place more stars. I’ve eaten here a couple of times and have found the food absolutely phenomenal. I decided to have my 25th birthday dinner here and it really proved that my frontal lobe is in fact developed. Great decision. The staff made me feel so special and went above and beyond to accommodate my group which was much larger than I had anticipated when I made the reservation. We were checked on constantly, drinks were always full, and the staff were insanely kind. They even gave me some moon cakes for my birthday (pictured). The food is so well priced for what it’s worth. All of the food is such high quality and cooked to perfection. The Szechuan chili peppers give the food an incredible, unique spicy flavor without being too hot for anybody in my group. For a birthday dinner or larger group, I suggest ordering and sharing: Mao po tofu Green beans w beef Chongqing chicken Ginger & peanut chicken fish with cumin Stir fried beef with cumin Bok choy Scallion pancake Sesame Cold noodle Dan dan Shrimp shumai Pork dumplings in chili oil This was such a special treat for myself and my guests. Thank you so much Legend 72 for making my birthday so memorable.
Very good Szechuan restaurant. Was recommended to me by a family friend who was born in Szechuan, China. Food is fresh and light. The Mapo, Double Cooked Pork, Spicy Chicken, and Duck were all amazing. Definitely give them a try if you are looking for extremely satisfying Szechuan food!
This is one of the best restaurants I go to. I can have legend 72 everyday. It's better than almost all of Chinese restaurants I've been to. I think it's better than Che Li. If you like Mala, try Chendu fish fillet and mapo Tofu. If you like basic, simple lunch special, try Chao Fun, kung pao chicken or sesame chicken.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Got the make your own dry hot pot, pig intestine and mapo tofu. The dry hot pot was soooo good!!!!! We ordered extra spicy and it was just the right amount of spicy. Mapo tofu was great as well. I personally didn’t like the intestine dish as much due to the smell, but that’s just personal preference. Great Sichuan food! Will def. order again
Was looking for Boba Tea/Slushy in Manhattan after 9pm on a Saturday and we found this as: 1. Open till 10pm 2. Decent people reviewed Parking was a breeze. It cost around $15 for a large Boba Tea and Slushy, which is a little expensive. Plus side was the service was super fast as we got our drinks quickly. The Slushy was decent but the Boba tea was a killer. I finished halfway before my ride home. Highly recommend getting that. We wanted to get a second Boba but apparently they had run out - which is a good sign. If you are looking for an amazing Boba tea after you visit the Museums nearby, then this is the place to go. 85/100
Love this place and so do my kids. The only problem is that they run out of milk alternatives quite fast (lots of people seem to love oatmilk) so it is hard to get the teas I like since I can't drink cow milk. Butttt their iced passion fruit tea (regular tea no milk) is delicious. My kid loves the milk tea with boba 😋 she is obsessed with boba tea and we hit up a tea house every month to find the best one. She put this store in her top 3 list 😅
Currently offering these cute holo bags at a discount with purchase. Super cute. Mango Yakult with lychee jelly was just ok.
Bubble tea was delicious! Initially I ordered the lava pearl however they didn’t have, so I went with the Taro Milk and it was fantastic. Highly recommend.
We got the smashed taro QQ milk and Hojicha tea with milk cap. I’ve always loved coco as a kid when I went back to China and my impression of it has always been good quality boba. Nothing spectacular, but good. I usually just get their milk teas (which are great!), but decided to branch out and try some others in the us nyc location. They were good but definitely a bit underwhelming. The taro drink just has a bit too much milk and it kind of felt like drinking milk with hints of taro. The hojicha could’ve benefited from a bit stronger flavor as well.
I've read through the previous complaints regarding service, which I found baffling. I found the service to be very good and accommodating. My dan dan noodles were excellent, and my crispy fish in sweet and sour sauce was cooked to perfection. Despite the obligatory warning from my waiter (this wasn't processed fish but rather a real fish after all), I found that my fish had almost no bones. In short, the preparation was excellent: so good, that I took a picture of my food, something I am usually loathe to do. Here, sadly, was the problem with my experience. The freshwater fish selected for my meal (it may have been a trout or possibly a carp) had a distinctively earthy flavor. I chose to ignore the muddy aftertaste as the fish had been prepared very well. Later on in the evening, as I sat through a concert, I kept burping up that unpleasant earthy taste. This made for an unpleasant experience. This restaurant must improve its supply of freshwater fish. It should not permit a forty dollar entree to be ruined by inferior supply. This may be one of the few instances where using farm-raised fish may be preferable to wild caught fish, as the filtration systems in farm-raised specimens tend to cancel out the muddy taste prevalent in wild-caught specimens.
Small shop with great staff. Tried out a new drink and while it was aesthetically pleasing, it didn’t really taste too great. My friend got a mango green tea and it tasted very watered down which was disappointing.
Went several times. The flavor of the drinks is just not good. “Hot” drinks are cold. Probably every other boba place I went to was better. I don’t think you should avoid this place just to know what to expect for.
There was plenty of boba but it was tasteless, we asked for more sugar but it was not added enough, we could only taste milk, not tea.
The guy at this location closes the doors at 9:40 but it says online this location closes at 10. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this maybe write that you guys close when you feel like it so as a customer we would know to take business elsewhere
Without doubt, the absolute worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Gen Taos - soggy and over battered. Dim sum - over coked, all stuck together and falling apart. Spring rolls - beyond greasy, all batter and hardly any filling. Chicken with cashews - bland and no flavor. Overall … the WORST Chinese food I’ve had.
We ordered chicken and cashew nuts, general Tsao’s chicken, pork dumplings with chilli sauce and spring rolls. The chicken was cheap, processed and disgusting, the dumplings were soggy, stuck together and tasteless and the spring rolls were dripping in grease. All in all a terrible meal and a pricey $75.
My experience here was incredibly disappointing. I ordered spicy crawfish based on the menu description, which promised 30-31 spices. However, what I received was shockingly small. It barely resembled what was advertised and certainly didn't justify the price tag. After carefully counted, there are only 22 spices in the box. I feel cheated and unsatisfied. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.
I guess I have to report this restaurant to 311 for health and safety purposes. 3 consecutive times I have ordered food from them even with instructions to prepare with very less oil but it seems I get them pissed by stating that. And I even called to speak with the manager and that wasn’t offered. Let’s be careful what we eat outside. I do not recommend this restaurant if your health is important to you. They are serving heart attacks.
