This place is a fantastic chicken 🐔 joint! Poulette serves delicious 🤤 rotisserie chicken 🍗 (both white and dark meat) alongside fantastic sides and sauces! Definitely try the 1/4 Chicken 🐓 with Brussel Sprouts 🌱 and Herb Mayo! The staff 👨‍🍳 is super friendly and welcoming and the service is impeccable and very quick! ⏲️ Prices 🏷️ are fair. I wish I knew about this place earlier!

My wife and came here after a broadway show. Fast service. Generous portions. Amazing taste!!! Chicken tenders, fries, roasted chicken, red potatoes, and roasted corn (think elote). We will be back!

A really good chicken spot. They offer many chicken dishes from wings to rotisserie chicken. I tried the buffalo wings with buffalo sauce and mac n cheese and really liked both, the buffalo was a good spice level. Staff was friendly as well.

Modest, unassuming, low key, carry out in the middle of dozens of restaurants screaming "eat here". We had a very satisfying eat-in dinner of superbly prepared chicken and fresh delicious sides. Served fast, in a friendly very clean environment. This place knows quality food.

Ordered Poulette from 790 store and 88 Fulton Street: We recently ordered from Poulette. The sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, and salmon boxed meals, and they were incredible! The chicken and salmon with rice and vegetables were cooked to perfection and were wonderfully juicy and delicious. Delivery was timely, and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the cold December weather, the meals still arrived hot. We were very satisfied with the overall experience and appreciate their support for our business. We look forward to visiting and ordering from them again.

I had the Mac cheese and quarter dark meat. One of the best meals of my life. Life changing experience. I will eat from them again.

this is genuinely one of the best gem's I've found in Hell's Kitchen! the chicken is so fresh and you can really taste the difference in it vs fast food. it's quality food. the workers were all very friendly and helpful as well. it was nice to find a meal near Lincoln center that leaves you feeling full and energized, not leaves you feeling "blah"!

One was a 1/4 chicken (dark meat) with one side (mac and cheese) and 1 sauce (Frank's hot sauce) and the other was from "too good to go." I noticed 2 types of service. When I ordered a regular meal the cashier was friendly and the workers promptly made my order. When I ordered "too good to go" the workers were lacking any type of urgency and the cashier was busy stocking sauces for the next day and interacted as minimally as possible with me. The place was very clean since they seem to take the rotisserie machine apart at night to clean it. I was hoping no soap went into my food as it was assembled in the back where the staff was washing dishes, etc. Both times that I came I was the only customer in the restaurant. The food was very good on both days. My "too good to go order" consisted of mashed potatoes, corn and roasted potatoes. I thought it was odd that I had to wait at least 5 more minutes on this order than I had to on my regular order.

I had wanted to.try this place and I was at the ninth Ave food fest so grilling of the chicken was true bbq outside done different then inside fire. I had the combo i was able to get dark meat and side of macaroni and cheese. The chicken was perfect but macaroni and cheese was not great it was not baked sauce kind of loose

Chicken is messy, no wipes and no restroom, just the little napkins that stick to your fingers. Service was so meh. Meh meh meh. Like they get put out if you ask for water. Very little effort. And I tipped like an idiot for some unknown reason. Prices are decent, yet I would not return.

I have been ordering here for years. However past few times the chicken has been way over cooked making it hard and much less tasty. I hope they readjust it to the way they use to cook the chicken or else will have to find another place.

Have been getting a whole chicken every week for the past month & it has been good. But tonight it was very bad. Chicken was very tough and dry. Also there was two half lemons in the cavity & the taste of lemon was overpowering.

I am done supporting restaurants that shrink portion sizes while raising prices. Inflation affects everyone, but that does not give you a free pass to cut portions in half and still charge more. Let’s talk about the wings. I order wings from this place weekly. The salt and pepper wings are great, which is why this is so disappointing. Back then, ordering six wings meant six whole wings. The box was packed and barely closed. Now, ordering six wings gets you three whole wings chopped in half, with the drum and flat counted as separate pieces. The first time, I assumed it was a mistake. The second time, I hoped it was a one-off. The third time confirmed it was intentional and that is why I am writing this review. Do better. This is a clear downgrade in value, and customers are not too dumb to notice when they are being shortchanged.
