Our server (Anselmo) made us feel right at home. The pastas are amazing and they have a really good wine selection as well. The service we received really stood out as above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this place. The papardele was our groups favorite dish. The desserts are also amazing! The cheesecake and tiramisu specifically.

Let me tell you, this place was without a doubt the best place my mom and I have ever eaten at! The service was INCREDIBLE--I mean those people were treating us like we were VIPs, and listen: Val was awesome! He gave me a Shirley Temple and tiramisu on the house because he really wanted us to try it, and he was SO RIGHT, the tiramisu was the best dessert we ever had!!! Plus he was so nice! he told us what everything was that we didn't know, and he was all around a great waiter/server and the food! Oh let me not even get started on the food! We got the lobster ravioli (it was a special) and this spinach salad with beets, it was SO good!!! We are definitely coming back, I wish there was a 6 star option. (from Owen, 11).

Wonderful experience! We had a melon proscuitto appetizer, which I had never had before. It was excellent! Followed by gnocci and beef short ribs, both delicious. Great service, very attentive and the whole experience was great. Highly recommended!

Some of the best service you'll get in Manhattan! From start to finish the service was amazing. If you have a food allergy, do not fear, they were super accommodating! The food was absolute on amazing. The ambiance was perfect as well. Quiet establishment perfect for great conversation with awesome friends over a fine meal.

If I can make one recommendation, it’s the Caesar salad. They make it table side and Dr Caesar salad makes it the best! We enjoyed everything we had, from pasta to seafood to steak. This place is a gem and we highly recommend if you’re in the mood for Italian.

And as if the amazing food wasn’t enough, the service is INCREDIBLE! We have dined at many Michelin star restaurants, and this place treated us better than most of those restaurants. This was an amazing place to host a birthday dinner. I kept looking for a downtown Italian restaurant that could host 13 guests without a Pre-fix menu but had no luck. Though Ramerino offers the Pre-fix menu, it is not required for a party of my size. They sat us in the back and were very friendly and accommodating. My friend baked me a cake and they allowed us to bring it in, brought it out to sing happy birthday and proceeded to cut it for everyone. The food was spectacular and the ambiance was sleek and elegant. If you're looking for a place with a big party this is a great choice. A lovely birthday evening.

From the moment we walked in and down to the minute we left the restaurant, we had impeccable service from the amazing and professional staff here at this establishment. Every dish we ordered was amazing and had finished everything except for a little bit of our tiramisu cause we were full. The carbonara, barbietoa salad, seabass and meatball were fresh, authentic, you could taste the ingredients, without the sauce and dressing over powering it. Every dish we had was delicious, as well as our cocktails. The complimentary lemoncello was a nice touch, delicious, and strong. Thank goodness we switched our dinner reservation to this place. We had one of the best dining experiences ever.

Best dinner experience! From antipasti to drink, there was nothing to be missed. Food was not salty, and desserts were not sweet; everything was at its perfection so I really enjoyed all the flavors and textures of ingredients. Pasta is vongole, bottarga and cacio e pepe. Desserts are tiramisu, chocolate cake, and cheese cake with cappuccino.

Way to start the 2025 year with dinner here on 1/1/25! Food from salad to dessert was exceptional—we had drinks, salad, Shrimp Scampi and Limone Pollo and Tiramisu. Not only was the food something to come back for, but the dining room staff worked together as a team, was very attentive, gave wonderful recommendations and just put the meal over the top. Both Blendi and Steve get high kudos from us for their service. You won’t go wrong having a meal here!

Hands down the best Italian food I’ve had and best in NYC. We ordered the ravioli, bolognese, and Cacio De Pepe with a side of Brussels sprouts. Incredible. Our server Blendi was incredible. Ambiance was relaxing. 10/10 would come back again!

I went with my parents last week for the first time and loved it. From the moment we entered the staff were so kind, attentive, and informed. We will absolutely be back again! I know that there is a review on here complaining about the bathrooms, but they were actually quite pretty. They are unisex but individual very private stalls - similar to a mini water closet per person.

Doesn’t look the fanciest from afar but we were pleasantly surprised once inside Traditional and tasty Italian food.. with outstanding service Ansilmo took great care of us.. often coming by to check in on our experience.. and make sure we had more than enough bread at all times! Got the special of the day - Chilean seabass with asparagus.. highly recommend it. Cooked in butter, its so soft that whatever you can feel on your tongue instantly melts in your mouth The burrata salad was ok Friend got the ravioli and found it top notch

Wonderful dinner. Service was fantastic. Started off with Ceasar Salad. It was prepared table side. It was delicious. My wife had the Carbanara pasta. I had a few bites. ..the flavor exploded in your mouth. I had the veal, it was very good with a very light sauce. The Brussel Sprouts were very good. It was a wonderful meal. Absolutely recommend.

Had reservations for Friday night. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 friendly hostesses and promptly seated. We were immediately offered water and brought complimentary bread, cheese, and meat. We ordered a bottle of wine and appetizers. Both were brought out in a timely manner. Our wine glasses were continuously being filled by the staff. We also ordered salad, soup, and 2 entrees. All of the specials sounded incredibly delicious and made it difficult to choose. We ordered a pasta dish with mushrooms and the Chilean Sea Bass special. Both meals were delicious and the Sea Bass was cooked to perfection. Everything was 5 star for sure and were had many staff people attending to our table and did not have to ask for anything as they always anticipated our needs.

I decided to try this place out while on a business trip. The food was excellent and the service, while not lightning-fast, was polite and attentive. I had the grilled octopus starter and pasta bolognese—both very tasty. A person at the table next to me had what looked like show-stealing lamb chops. I’d come here again for sure when in NYC.

The waitstaff was also very attentive making sure we had everything we needed; yet didn’t hover. The food was absolutely delicious and most of us ordered the specials. Tonight was my second dining experience here in two nights (I'm a guest at the adjacent Hyatt Centric) and cannot more highly recommend this newly-opened restaurant! The service deserves 6 stars, from the management (Steve) all the way to the person (Gled) who brings the selection of artisan breads and Jon the bartender. The ambiance is classy yet upbeat, and there is a good bar and wine selection. The menu is diverse, and so far seems (based on my selections and observations of other tables) high-quality, tasty and pleasantly presented. Recommended that you get in here and try this experience before thr relatively small indoor and (weather permitting) outdoor space is booked solid every night (except for Sunday, when they are closed for dinner).

Dessert was chocolate crusted cheesecake and tiramisu and the finest round of happy birthday sung by the staff! I highly recommend trying out next time you are in the Murray Hill/Manhattan area! Eric was fantastic. I’m in town for the Cycle for Survival fundraiser and stopped in for a meal, and he truly made the experience stand out. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly personable. We were coming from grand central station (this was a close walk) trying to find anywhere to eat as it was sprinkling outside and quickly found an open table available at this restaurant so we grabbed it. Worth it! We both had pasta (she had the vodka sauce) and we both declared it was the best pasta we’ve had. I will say atmosphere was nice but super loud at least when we went . There were several large groups at the time so not sure if that’s why it was so loud. But we will come back next time we are in town. It was worth it!

It was our first time here and we will absolutely return! We were welcomed with a warm greeting and received attentive and friendly service throughout our delicious meal. My husband and I loved the Ceasar salad prepared tableside. It’s especially nice because they make it to order giving you a choice of ingredients (capers, anchovies…) for which I know some are particular. We laughed at the enormous pepper grinder! The wine selection was plentiful, reasonably priced - by the glass- and much enjoyed! The penne alla vodka was some of the best I’ve tasted and my husband loved the bolognese. In his words, « Excellent ! » Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert because the choices were very tempting! I look forward to returning and will try to limit the pre-meal bread and incredible herb butter which was hard to pass up!

Great place with amazing good. Nicolle was so kind to me, I was sitted in the bar by myself and she helped me to choose the best options in menu. The polpettine were great as a entry, carbonara was also good and the dessert was one of the best in the city. You should definitely try!

My room wasn’t ready for ready yet so I popped in and had lunch solo. It was very special and unexpectedly delicious. Staff was friendly, food was fresh and made from scratch— you can taste it. Beautifully cozy too.

If I could give this restaurant at 10, I would. We all ordered a different pasta dish so we could try each other's and not one of them disappointed. It was probably the best Italian we've had even including going to Italy. The staff was friendly and didn't rush us. We got there early because we were going to a show. I would highly recommend it. We didn't even know we were inside of a hotel unless you went to the bathroom and saw the elevator

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We went there for my boyfriend’s birthday and all the food was absolutely delicious! One of the best pasta of my life! And the desserts.. omg the pistachio ice cream was fantastic such as the chocolate lava cake! We will never forget that moment!

We stepped in because we stayed at the hotel next door and it started to pour outside the moment we stepped out. Completely not expecting anything about this place, yet the staff was amazing and the food is off the chart good. I wish we took photos before we dug in. And the only two we took didnt do justice to them. Compliment to the chef and to the entire waiting staff especially Carlos who really took care of us. Amazing food- strongly recommend

Cool place. Probably busier on weekdays, since it's in a business district. Excellent service. The carbonara was good. I wouldn't be opposed to going back.

Excellente on all counts. Visited here earlier this year and just now finding time to leave a review for this authentic quaint Italian restaurant in the heart of Midtown East. Popped in for early after work dinner craving pasta. Had special of the evening, black linguini w/lobster. Food was very good, service exceptional and friendly. I forgot my waiter's name but he made sure my visit was a memorable one. If you're on this side of town and craving Italian, highly recommend.

We ordered Rigatoni Vodka and Ravioli Della Casa. Both were good. They had a giant black pepper crusher. Nice ambience. You can do coat check in front. Overall good food and the service is great too. They served a variety of breads to choose from in beginning. Onion, multigrain, sour dough, etc. I got multi grain. It was warm. Onion was better.

I had two odd experiences at Ramerino. My friend and I stopped in for lunch in March. Anselmo was our server, and everything was great. The bread basket, the Caesar salad, the elegant service, all had us exclaiming in pleasure. That is, until my entree. My Cacio e Pepe was overdone, the sauce looking like it was microwaved. This pasta was far from Al dente. I mentioned something to our server Anselmo who told me the pasta is all made in house and must get to the table instantly. Anselmo said I should return the next evening with my wife, and he would make sure we were taken care of. The pasta was taken off the check, but I made it up with the tip. I returned the next night with my wife and to my surprise, Anselmo wasn’t working. Our servers were professional, but we didn’t get personal service. There was no bread basket, and the dinner was good, not great. However, the bill, with two appetizers, two entrees, two desserts with two cocktails and two glasses of wine was $224.00. A steal for this quality of food and service. I’ll be back, Anselmo or no Anselmo.

Nice atmosphere, not overly bougie yet very nice. Saw some TV star come in on the way out. Good steak. Loved eating family style with a mix of seafood, pasta, apps. Prosciutto and melon was the best. Could use more classic bread rolls warmed up in my opinion but to each their own.

I had a late dinner here. It is inconspicuously located in a Hyatt Hotel, but once you are inside it becomes a quote upscale Italian restaurant. The staff was outstanding and the service impeccable. The food however was often just average. In particular, a medium rare steak came out quite rare. I thought the cacio e pepe was very good, but the desert was also average.

Honestly it's an overpriced menu, the ingredients are not that fresh. I personally got disappointed from a especial of their fruti di mare pasta, their shellfish was not that fresh. Their bolognese sauce was on a sweeter side. Overall, the place could do better for the price paid.

The dinner started well with a friendly entrance and atmosphere. After a long wait the entree arrived before the appetizers. The entree was taken back and shortly after the appetizers arrived. When the entree was served one was overly hot and the other was gummy. Overall what started as a promising experience was disappointing.

Made a reservation to take my parents out to celebrate my promotion at work, but unfortunately was dampened down by horrible service. 2/3 courses was messed up. The finally managed to get the dessert right at the end. 1. Apps- I saw a review below about the table side Caesar salad, seemed cool and tasty, so I ordered the $36 for two. The waiter did not tell me that they canceled it and served me two plates of generic salads u would get as a side at Ruby’s. Then proceed to tell me that they cancelled it bc it was “too busy.” When I said take it off the bill I order smthing worse then, he proceeds ti make amends by combining the other two table’s order into one table side service (im not stupid, the service was for a party 2 tables down instead of literally table”side”). Sooo u said it was busy but when the other two party order, suddenly it’s not busy? Chile make that make sense. 2. Messed up my mains, I ordered truffle pasta and gnocchi, but I got carbonara instead of gnocchi, after I pointed ut out waiter proceed to snatch both dishes (include the truffle one??that was right) picture shown below. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get the mains. Honestly, I was so embarrassed bc I was taking my parents out and we were treated like fools, bread was STALE AND DRY, just 3 butters, and no oil to eat it with (other tables got it tho). I was looking forward to some sort of fine dining but the dishes and service was so mid I rather eat somewhere else.

We had a terrible experience despite having a confirmed reservation. The staff seated us at a table meant for a much smaller group and insisted it was the correct size. Our group could barely fit and had to squeeze into the corners—even though we’re all medium to petite-sized people. To make matters worse, our food arrived after an hour and a half. It was basic pasta, steak, and chicken—dishes that shouldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes. Overall, the food was mediocre, the service disorganized, and the experience disappointing.

Food was good but the service was terrible. They sat me at a dingy corner of the restaurant and no one came to attend to me. I had to walk to the counter to even get someone to serve me the complimentary bread. At this price point, you would expect a lot more than this.

We made a reservation for Valentine’s dinner. We were sat at the table after 30’ minutes wait. When we got the menu, it was a “reduced” menu and not all the options the regular menu were offered. Not only few options were available to choose but also all the prices were increased between $2-$10 in some plates. It literally ruined my night as what I wanted to eat based on the menu we checked online to choose this restaurant was not offered.
