The rooftop is on 34th floor and it had the great views. There are two outdoor decks - one, at north side, has no roof, so you can enjoy looking above, to the sky :) second one has ceiling, so it's especially good if it's raining, but you still on outdoor rooftop with fresh air :) The place itself looks very stylish and has beautiful design. Cocktails and food are a little bit pricey but not too crazy, just similar to other upscale lounges. Just a couple of things that wasn't good for me is that the music was very loud, like in a night club. And their one restroom is gender neutral 🤷‍♀️

All the services are 5 star at this roof top bar. Food and services were outstanding and the cocktails on the menu are delicious. We have to shout out to Santiago at the RT60 for making sure we were treated like rock stars. We dined there daily and rocked out to live DJ music at night. We tried several tapa's during our stay, and not a single one was disappointing. The chief who runs this kitchen has to be one of the best in New York City. All the servers are beautiful, friendly and nice. You will love the friendly people and energy of this place. The out door patio has over head heaters and comfortable seating with some good views of the Times Square lights. In door seating is sophisticated and comfortable. This is a great place for couples desiring a romantic evening or to meet clients after work. We have been to several roof top bars in NYC and this one now is our favorite!

Came here for drinks while staying at the hotel last weekend—my friends and I didn’t have reservations but luckily they had a table available for us! Immediately we noticed how warm the lounge was, they had the heat on way too high—we were so hot, even with our coats off. Service was good, our server was friendly. My drink was terrible—ordered a Dirty Gin Martini and they did not serve it ice cold, there was no signs of ice used!! The martini was served room temperature—it was horrific. I personally walked over to the bar and asked one of the bartenders to “chill” my martini. After that, it tasted as how it should be. We also tried to order the Caviar Bump Martini but were told they ran out of caviar! Ambiance wise, it’s nice here. Has a fancy feel, and is dim lit. Outside patio has a good view of the city, nice for photos.

The city view is nice. We had a quiet night since there were no events. We only ordered wings and a couple of drinks. The price seemed a bit hight, but is understandable for a hotel rooftop in NYC.

Always good to checkout the rooftop lounges. This isn't an actual rooftop, but it's close. There isn't an unobstructed skyline view though there are interesting views, including a peak at Times Square. Drinks were well-made and apps were tasty. Prices are high as expected for a Times Square area rooftop. Staff were friendly and quirky.

This bar is located on the 34th floor of the Hard Rock Hotel. The elevator banks were super fast and the entrance to the bar and rooftop was very nice and well kept. With a party of 3, without reservations, we were sat within 30 minutes. There was a fairly large party in progress but the service that followed was good. Food was so-so and the drinks on the cocktail menu seemed to have a bit too much mixers. Overall, if you want a chill place to grab a drink, reserve a table and pay a visit. The views in the warmer months will be worth it.

Don’t spend your time, ghete nothing exciting with exception of DJ, good music and in general fancy place, but no food, so so cocktails, service started good, but then I’ve got some one very rude ( very un american ) there are better places

We came here to celebrate our family member in her law school graduation. My bf and I were ordering from the bar 2 drinks in when our bartender (Edna?) told us she transferred our bill to the section we were sitting in. Upon asking for our bill, we saw that it reflected every order in the section, and when we asked about it, our server (Malcom?) met us with unnecessary attitude. When I asked for the manager (Jessica) to avoid dealing with someone who didn’t have to consideration and respect to talk to a human being about the bill, the manager came around already on defense mode which was such a turn off. Like can I tell you about my experience before you bring up in arms about your feelings? I proceeded to begin to tell her about my experience with the server and as she was attempting to defend him, our guest of honor showed up at the bar awkwardly and confused because the server asked her to come to the bar (something we would’ve never asked had he asked us how to proceed moving forward regarding the table bill), putting us in a weird position. We told the guest of honor all was good, and she didn’t have to worry about anything and proceeded to split our bill with the manager, something we could’ve done with Malcom had he simply asked. Especially since Edna the bartender said she transferred our bill to the section table bill after our 2nd drink order. I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff members on the floor. Edna and Roland the bartenders tried to make up for our experience with shots and we were appreciative for them. Also, another thing to note is you can’t smoke on the terrace which is annoying when they don’t serve real food in the place. The drinks are great because the bartenders are great. But everything else is highly questionable. Unsure if I’ll ever come back and the place is run by management who seem so disconnected by the human experience.

Bought tickets for NYE hoping to be part of the Times Square excitement! We were so disappointed in the rooftop bar experience. Without spending the cost for a table, there were no other seating areas except balcony, which we thought would be covered and heated. No way to watch the ball drop with one TV and it was at a reserved section of the bar. This was the worst part of our entire week-long NY adventure!

Nice view, but poor customer service. The bar offers a beautiful view, which is definitely worth seeing. Unfortunately, the service was deeply disappointing. Alex, the bartender, was rude and spoke to us in an unpleasant way. The overall service was impolite and made the experience uncomfortable. What we ordered was average at best.

I visited the restaurant yesterday with a group of ladies , and while we found the place pleasant, unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the attitude of one of the staff members. She was quite rude and unkind in her manner, which made the situation uncomfortable and disappointing. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but as customers, we expected at least a basic level of courtesy. I hope this can be taken into consideration so that future visits are more enjoyable, as the atmosphere and food have great potential.
