Good Food, Good Service. My waitress Unique was Amazing. I would recommend her to friends and family. Valet was great as well.

We loved it 😍 idk what else to share evrything was perfect I’m writing this as I’m entering my house me and my sister are the worse we criticize evrything and let me tell me me or her have nothing bad to say it was like home and they were very understanding when it came to my two year old who makes messes thank u be coming back

This is a very nice-looking restaurant. I loved the atmosphere, even though the music may be a little loud for some people. Their food and drinks were great. They have very authentic puertorican food and many options to choose from. Their prices are not bad for the amount of food and for such delicious meals. The only thing I would say they may want to improve a little is the service; it was somewhat slow with the drinks to the point that I had to remind the server multiple times. Maybe it had something to deal with the fact that it was busy that day. I would recommend a reservation if you're going there on the weekends. Very important note: check the bill very well before paying; it includes the tip already, and they won't tell you about it. You may end up tipping twice! We would definitely go back there and try other dishes.

This is one of those instances where you ignore the rating and try the food. Cause damn, food was delectable. Service also 👌👌👌

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and it did not disappoint! From the moment we came in to walking out, the staff is attentive, friendly snd welcoming! Our waitress was absolutely delightful gave great recommendations and service was top tier, she made sure we had our drinks filled.. if you want to try some authentic Puerto Rican food this is the spot! Everything we had was delicious but the star of the day was the mofongo amazing!!! The Rican punch rum, sneaks up on you but a must! We will absolutely be back, buen provecho!

My favorite place for PR food. The arroz con abichuela tastes like my abuela made it! Great music, lighting, and hookah 👏. Go before 8pm if you dont want loud, after that they turn up latin music and it converts into a night club. Its awesome either way 👌

The food was delicious, drinks are great, they have hookah , we went on Sunday evening they had a live band. when asked if they have a band every weekend. the server stated DJ on Friday and Saturday nights around 8:00pm and band is on Sunday around 6:00pm. Definitely will be returning it was a good time!

One of our favorite places to go! The food is always on point and the hookah is always good. Live music on Sundays and a fun staff that will celebrate and enjoy the night with you. We love the appetizers of alcapurrias and rellenos de papa. They are perfect size and delicious. Can't go wrong with the rice and beans either. We were there 2 to 3 weeks ago and there was a band from PR , people were dancing, eating and having a good time. All of the murals on the walls are beautiful and it's just a fun place to go. WE love it so much we have a reservation tomorrow too!

Food 10 out of 10. Service was lacking! They were more concerned about their hookah than their guests. I assume because gratuity is included in the bill. Atmosphere is fun and energetic!!

Went out for my birthday to celebrate 🍾 it with my family. I had a blast... the food looked and tasted amazing. It was a big family of 11 so we spent over $700.00 yesterday. The only reason why I didn't rate it a 5 stars because the service was a little slow, took about an hour for someone to take our order even with reservations but it was made up with the amazing delicious food. I recommend for celebrations 🍾 👌

The food was delicious! The plantains were cooked to perfection, sweet and crispy with a warm soft center. The chicken was soft with much flavor. We ordered white rice with beans. Mmmm so tasty and very filling. There is a long wait and the service wasnt a four star. More like a 2 star. If you have time to chill and relax, you’ll be fine. Large restaurant with large dance area once tables are remove. Great Hookah vibe.

When we walked in staff looked at us but then ignored us, the owner had to speak up in order for someone to approach us and bring us to a table. I give the food a 7 in flavor, but drinks, food and appetizers are a little on the high side. Music is excellent.

4.5 stars. We stopped here in a whim because it was threatening rain and we wanted to eat outside, but dry. Had we read the reviews, we probably would have gone elsewhere, but we're glad we stopped by. Food was excellent, if slightly overpriced. Beer list was weak, but that was expected. Service was good. We will be back.

Service was good. Food was great.. drink pitchers were amazing. We tried pineapple margarita, passion fruit mojito, passion fruit margaritas. Vibe was lit on a Saturday night. There is a strict two hour limit, make sure everyone is on time. Free valet

Has a great ambiance... the pitchers are great and so is the hookah (which you pay first for) mofongo is good (chicken tasted like fish)...jibaritos are a bit dry (need more mayoketchup or ketchup)... the arroz con gandules tasted like my mom's so it was great... cheesecake was hard (frozen?old?)... overall for dinner and drinks and the hookah and music... is what made it great!

After I read the reviews on this restaurant I was a little skeptical on going. Never the less my friends and I took a chance. Babyyyyy first off Freddo was our server, very nice explained the menu and made sure to check on us. We ordered some drinks shortly after we ordered app and entrée. Food didn't take long at all. My only negative is the rice and bean could have been a little warmer for my liking. My friends and I enjoyed our experience including the birthday singing with cake and the photo opp they have prior to entering the restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing, didn't know the songs but I was jamming to the Spanish music. Ill def come back for the live entertainment part and have some hookah.

The food was incredible! The Music was great & diverse between english & spanish too! Its a bit of an experience so do not come here in a rush! Its a place to vibe and take your time for sure! Theres also HOOKAH!!!!

The food was really good and the hookah tasted good too. Dj was fire! Only thing that bummed me out is seeing a group of adults strolling in with a 1 year old baby at 11pm 😒… room filled with hookah smoke and music blasting and I couldn’t help but feel bad for that baby.

I went on Valentines weekend and it was extremely busy. I don’t think they were equipped to handle how busy they were. The food took over an hour to come out and was only warm. My bf didn’t like his food and opted to get another appetizer and was still charged. I felt something should have been done to rectify the fact the wait was super long and one did not enjoy the food. We were told it was a package deal (which is fine) but when he tried to order something else we were told it would be another hour wait which is ridiculous. There was a set menu so I couldn’t understand why the wait would be so long if there was a limited amount to choose from. The atmosphere, music and hookah was good though. I would come here again but I would definitely make sure I grab dinner elsewhere first and just go for drinks, hookah and maybe appetizers.

Went for early dinner. It is a night spot is all i can see. Food was greasy and salty. Well good for drinking of course. Big list of drinks, ordered the passion fruit sangria super sweet and strong so drink with lots of ice but was good. The pernil was salty which needed white rice but we ordered with truffle fries (oily and fake oil but expected) should of gotten white rice instead. The fried res snapper was good and seasoned again salty and fried but was good. The alcapurrias we too thin and oily but the fried yuca were good and the dipping sauce made it better. Good place to party but food would pass…!!! Well food is geared towards drinking.. so understandable..!! Not my first choice for puerto rican food for sure..!!!

I liked the vibe of this place, the energy was definitely there. I split this pasta that came with shrimp and chicken with a friend and I thought it was good. I just wish it had more chicken in it. I didn’t find that the hookah burned out quickly either.

Walked in right around opening, (4pm), we got a seat. Atmosphere is nice. Music a bit loud, but it’s a lounge/bar. Waitress took a bit to come to our table to offer drinks is and welcome us. When she finally came and took our drink order she had earbuds in and took forever to bring them. It also took a long time for her to take our appetizer order. We tried ordering our entrees at the same time thinking it would be a while for her to come back but she didn’t let us. Food came out quickly and was brought out by the hostess, who may have been the owner since she was just sitting smoking hookah the entire time we were there. After we ate and was ready to leave we asked for the check. Although the menu stated that every table had a 20% gratuity added to the bill, there was no indication of that on the bill, as it displayed a spot for tip on it and nothing about the gratuity included. We inquired with the waitress and she confirmed that the tip was included but they have to share it with management. I would avoid eating in this restaurant, just do takeout.

It doesn't meets the expectations everyone keeps saying. Service was horrible, we had to ask!! For the menu after being there for an hour. My pasta was delicious but not for the rest of the parties. The hooka was not worth $35, it was burnt right away and we had to pay for another one instead of them fixing it.

The alcapurias, rellenos de papa, surullos de maíz, we’re good. We also ordered the Paella and I don’t recommend it we paid $38.00 for the paella and only got salty rice with 2 shrimps, was very disappointing. Staffs were Friendly.

Well I went for the 1st time to this restaurant the restaurant is very well put together, it's beautiful the music that they play classics from Puerto Rico heritage background, The waiters and waitresses very polite very professional, but little over and how they described their food, as really good... The food very small portions for take outs, for such a high price, 5-Alcapurrias almost No meat its like to they grab a pich of one small ball of meat and put it in a small line and placed it, because when you bite into it, there is nothing there lol, just the Ingredients and I forgot to take a picture of it, absolutely not worth it, El Pernil / Pork Shoulder was mad small portion, had good flavor, and there arroz con gandules / rich and small pees beans... it was ok. $34.00 for this... But ya, we were not happy with there food, needs more work, just like they made it look beautiful inside... the food needs to flow with it, plus a little extra for take out... There are smaller spots that sell the same good, but so much more food, for the same price... sorry but need to be up front...

Food was good, drinks were good. I dont understand why there was a DJ with no dance floor at a restaurant. It was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. We waited over 40 minutes to get our check and pay. By the end of this, we felt mentally insane and drove home in silence. Ontop of that, they automatically add a 20% gratitudity so there was no initiative for good service. Go at your own risk.

So tonight I ordered $50 worth of food through DoorDash. Well I’ll say the pork chops were well seasoned and pretty amazing I just wish I could’ve enjoyed the rest of my meal. I ordered rice and beans for a side and the fact that I received no beans was extremely disappointing. I don’t eat rice that’s plain and dry so I barely touched that part of my meal. I also called the restaurant when I first placed the order and asked them to give me lime in the bag for my pork chops and I didn’t receive that as well. After getting my order from the Dasher and noticing that I was missing stuff I called the restaurant and was told that a manager will call me back. Here I am about hour later and nobody has reached out. Needless to say I will probably never ever order from here again. Oh the salad was A bunch of mixed greens with barely any oil and vinegar on it. The cake and the pork chops were the only good thing of the whole meal.

I came pretty late to restaurant and they were able to accommodate me with no reservations. The waitress was very friendly and prompt. I ordered the fried red snapper thinking it looks delicious and it would taste delicious. I also ordered the crab Rangoon so I ate about less than half of my food and asked for it to go. Almost an hour later, I was throwing up and having diarrhea. I then knew that the food gave me food poisoning throughout the day. I contacted the restaurant and requested to speak to the manager several times and Received no callback or no sympathy due to my situation. I will be contacting the health department as this is a serious issue. I expected someone to call me back to rectify the issue and that did not happen so i was left with an upset stomach n huge amount of leftovers that i had to throw away.. I will be contacting the health department ..

This place is a complete disaster... We got there early, the place was completely empty. It took the waitress 30 minutes to bring us our drinks... we ordered some Alcapurrias and half of them were not completely cooked. The person who brought our food had the fingers inside the plate. The waitress forgot about almost everything, she didn't knew how to explain the plates and the music was so loud we could barely hear her. Last but not least, almost all of the employees were smoking hookah instead of working. The only plus is that the food was nice (not awesome). This place really has potential but is wrongly administrated and organized. I Will NOT RETURN HERE!!

Save your money; it’s not worth it at all. Drinks are $18 each, and there’s a random service charge if you want to listen to music. Do it at home instead. The service was mediocre, and the DJ was basically trying to upsell you to buy drinks and shots the entire time. The food is also mediocre. You’re better off going to Texas Roadhouse.

It's a place that, even with reservations, makes people wait, and I don't think that's right. Each couple makes their reservation to avoid waiting in that line. They're not efficient with customers, and besides, they make everyone wait, even though many of us have reservations. Like my family and me, who came from Boston, even with a reservation, they made us wait in a very long line in the cold. To me, that's not right.

I made a reservation and after I got there I had to make a line and they said they wasn’t taking no more reservations… I drove an hour to waste my time when I clearly called and the lady just told me to come a little earlier bc of the line

They need to Be more professional , it was my fav place but now its my last option , the service is horrible , Im puertorican and I feel well because its a puertorican business but Now the service need to be more professional and fast !

I’m honestly never stepping foot inside 787 Restaurant & Lounge again. I Never Complain when it comes to Service because I’ve worked a restaurant before, I know how hard things can get but there is NO EXCUSE for the Poor Service & overcharging I experienced last night. I made a 9:00 PM reservation and still had to wait 45 minutes in line alongside guests who didn’t have reservations. At that point, what’s the purpose of reserving a table? When we were finally seated, we learned it was a fixed menu. That wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand, but I was willing to go with it. Couples pay $139 for two entrées, one very small appetizer, and one dessert — portions that were extremely underwhelming. We genuinely left hungry. The bigger issue was the service. We waited an hour just for drinks — not even the food. Communication was minimal, and there was no sense of urgency or attentiveness. To top it off, a $40 service fee was added to the bill. When I asked about it, I was told it was an automatic 20% gratuity. My total bill was $207 for poor service and a meal that didn’t satisfy. I rarely complain — especially having worked in restaurants myself — but there’s no excuse for this level of disorganization and lack of hospitality. Very disappointing experience & me and my people always show love when we are there. SMH 👎🏽
