A perennial favorite stop whenever we make the infrequent trip to Cape Cod, the Atlantic Spice Co. isn't just spices, but teas, jams, kitchen tools and just about everything else involved in cooking or the kitchen. I usually end up buying something delicious I didn't necessarily need, because it all smells so *good*. Go, even if you don't think you have a reason to.

I have been coming here for decades as part of my annual pilgrimage to the Cape. This is a truly unique store with an outstanding selection of herbs, spices, extracts, etc. They have cool and hard to find kitchen gadgets, and items for serious tea drinkers and those who make potpourri. One of the rapidly diminishing outlets that sells high quality, reasonably prices spices in bulk. Also, the AROMA walking into this store is unforgettable!!

The highlight of any trip to P'town was always a visit to Atlantic Spice! Since we sold our place a few years ago I am very grateful for their mail order service! 26 of their teas are favoured enough in our house that I keep a tin of each and refill and reorder when necessary. Since I make rubs, spice mixes, and dressings of my own, their bulk spices are invaluable. The cost is MORE than reasonable and the quality is excellent! I miss the store itself, as it is a browser's paradise if you love to cook! If I could give them 7 stars I would. Thank you, Atlantic Spice, for being such an AMAZING part of our culinary adventures!

Great place for kitchen ware, pretty and unique serving ware, cooking utensils, gifts, tea of all kinds and spices, of course. The aroma of the fresh spices wafts into the parking lot even before you enter the store. Most are sold in bulk, but some are available in smaller packages. Though the store isn't huge, it is packed with cool, quality merchandise. I could spend hours here...and so much money. 6/20, Still great Smells so herbally fragrant when you enter the door. 9/9/23 - Stocked up on seasonings to inspire fall and winter cooking including, among others, smoked and seasoned salts, IPA Beer rub, Maple Bourbon BBQ rub, harissa paste, jalapeno powder (new for me). Looking forward to exercising my culinary creativity in the chillier months ahead. Let's go spicy life!

After visiting this place for the first time I told my husband we’re stopping here every time we visit the cape. The sheer variety of products is astounding and the prices are very fair. There’s lots of quality kitchen wear and tools, decorative and utilitarian.

We are serious cooks and have been buying spices and herbs from Atlantic Spice company for many years. Highest quality, and often the price for a large quantity is less than a small bottle at the supermarket. Worth the trip if in the area, but their website is great, as well. One tip: we bought dried bay leaves and did not realize how much volume we would receive. We put them into a high speed blender, turning them into powder, which takes mush less space and is far more aromatic than whole leaves.

This place is a must-go every year I visit. I love taking my time and looking down every isle to be sure I don't miss any of the wonderful and unique items you can't find anywhere else. You think you have every little utencil you need at home until you cone here!!

Heaven for cooks and tea lovers! They have every spice and teas imaginable and also imported European ingredients. Service is friendly. They had all sorts of kitchen gadgets, serveware, linens, aprons...loved it! I got pearl sugar, almond paste, cardamom, and lingonberry in anticipation of making Swedish Cardamom Rolls for semla. I also bought tea bag holders a d a bag of cajun spice mix. Prices were shockingly reasonable.

Not just spices and teas. Kitchen gadgets. Cute stuff. Spices made be a bit high but good selection. Staff friendly and they don't hover. They let you shop in peace but it you need assistance are close by. If I had more suitcase space would have gotten more.

Since I've never visited the store, my only comment regarding rudeness to customers is that it should not be tolerated by Management under any circumstances.

This is best tea and spice store i know off possibily in entire Massachusetts. I raised 2 babies on their chamomille flower tea. Spearmint tea is my favorite. I eat lots of soup and get all parsley and celery from here. I use their bay leaf with my baked salmon. Their curry is very good. Paprika too. When cooking turns into chore i go to find something that will stir up interest. I get lost in the store and always find something new to try. I just wish that drive from mid cape was not so far but that makes experience special too. All in all, one of best shops on Cape and open year round.

Been going to this place since I was little, a super cool store with a lot of interesting items inside. I could seriously spend an hour or so just looking at all the useful things they have in there. The loose tea is wonderful and so are the spices that I've tried from this place. They have fantastic variety with kitchenware, too (not to mention the adorable dishcloths). Definitely give this store a try, there's not really anything like it around.

I will write reviews, if I know a company did extremely well. To make a long story short, a family member recommended me to their sister company San Francisco Herbs in California. I called the California company and they introduced me to Atlantic Spice, because we are both located in MA. Well I placed my Order online around noon on 1/26/23. My package arrived this morning 1/27/23 at 9:24 am. I am pleasantly surprised, because it came in a decent UPS box, the items were well packaged, and it came in a timely manner that, we could enjoy our items. Just received my Madagascar Vanilla Beans!! They smell heavenly. I'm going to make some homemade vanilla extract. Made some about 4 years ago, that was the last time we had a chance to make it out to the Cape, sure do miss that. Gave the exact out for Christmas presents, was a big hit, they wanted more!!!! I go every year and love the store. Prices are great. However I find the staff to be pretty rude and made an unnecessary comment to my daughter.

This place is a gem! We drove by it dozens of times until finally someone made a point of telling us specifically to go there. It's a cookware store. OK, there are lots of those on the Cape. But the thing that makes it special is that it also sells spices - every kind of spice you can imagine - and in bulk rather than in tiny little jars. When you first walk through the door, the aroma of the spices hits you and you feel like you are in another world. Great place to stop enroute to or from P'Town.

I was excited to see a this on the map and made sure we would stop by on our way to Provincetown. I bought several items including bags of tea and one in particular Earl Gray which I love. Well, today as I was pouring the tea in to a tin, I looked at the information and come to find out the package said the tea was artificially flavored!!! IAM VERY DISAPPOINTED! Now I have a huge bag of Earl Gray tea, one of my favories, with artificial flavoring. I can't even return it because I am hours away. I am no longer excited about the store and not sure if I will return to it when we get back to the Cape next year. All I can say is check the items carefufully if you don't want anything with artificial flavoring. I feel I have been scammed.

It's winter on the Cape, almost everything is closed and we stopped at The Atlantic Spice Company TO SHOP. My daughter has a medical condition that requires the use of a restroom and the employee refused to allow her use of the bathroom. I explained the circumstance and was still sent to search for some place open. Some times I think staff are given instructions and do not consider what might be the right thing to do in individual circumstances. Note: I will not be back and will not recommend this business again. Sad.

Extremely rude staff. Were very short with our family coming in 10 minutes before they closed. Seemingly good quality of spices, yet we wouldn't know as they repeatedly approached us notifying us that they were closing in terse tones throughout the store, interrupting what little shopping we could accomplish in that time. Wholesale approach to selling requires you to decant into smaller containers for storing. No idea on their selection of available containers as they shut off the lights 3 minutes before closing time. Will never return, their customer interactions were unacceptable for what seems like a family business.

I am note a person that leaves review at all but, I will never go back. The owner or employee was rud. I understand the safety issues of the world today but they keep take people 2 at time and I keeped letting people go to be nice and no big deal. When they keeped blowing us off as family I told them you don't need my business. I guess I was not old enough or I had a family. You read between the lines. We will never be BACK!!!!!

Customer care should be the priority… as she asked me to take my basket to hold ? Like I didn’t hear her the first time … was weak and not cool . I dropped big money in this store .
