Excellent service and staff!! Very clean and professional. Our visit there was definitely a great experience. By far some of the freshest pretzels I've had in a very long time. The kids loved it too! Will absolutely go back and hopefully very soon. Thank you all so much!

Great service from Elizabeth very friendly. Observed her waiting on multiple customers and she never skipped a beat. She knew exactly where everything was. One girl needs training on how to do am an ice cream cone. Presentation is key to good reviews.

I wondered in looking for a pretzel and had never been to this location. The manager on duty.. cody I believe was his name. Assisted me by letting me sample a pepperoni pretzel nugget and it was amazing! I ordered pepperoni pretzel nuggets with marinara sauce and it was the best pretzel product I have had in a long time. The service here was awesome, and would recommend going if you haven't been.

Very disturbed about my service. I desired a small cup of cinnamon nugget pretzels for calorie purposes. They only had regular size ones available for purchase. Multiple ones. I asked for a small, as it is on your menu. One gentleman precedes to say it's only a .40 cents difference in a condescending way. That .40 cents difference is my money, not yours. I asked the cashier if he could make a small out of a regular one. He huffed his voice at me like I was causing a problem and said we can't do that. My concern is why there is not a small available to purchase since it's on your menu. Not to mention how abasive both gentlemen where. Not a good representation of Aunt Annie's.

The Photos for this store are very misleading and most definitely not taken at this location. Only 1 countertop eating area in the store and it was so dirty as if it hasn’t been wiped down in weeks. Stool seats had grease stains so we all just stood while we ate. About 5 employees in the store and they were all huddled around a very yappy guy who seemed to be the manager (talking about work hours) while 1 person was making pretzels. Pretzels in the display case looked freshly made but they were hard and extremely chewy. We got a regular pretzel and a cup of cinnamon pretzel bites. Won’t be going back and suggest people avoid this place. It’s not the same as Auntie Anne’s in regular shopping malls or airports. Pretty gross store and food. Glad we didn’t risk ordering drinks.

I went into this store around 2:45 on July 27th, 2023. I walked in with it being not being very busy. I received no welcome or acknowledgment that we walked in. The workers were extremely rude after asking about a reward and pretzel wait times. There was no variety in the types of pretzels offered. I have seen better customer service at Walmart. I have been buying Auntie Anne’s for SO long, but this experience genuinely made me upset and not want to come back. I literally work in customer service and am upset by people they put behind the register. Hearing “this is my last straw” by one of the workers behind the register after we ordered didn’t help. I don’t recommend to other people, but I do recommend getting friendlier staff!

The server Madison was extremely rude and racist, do not recommend supporting such businesses. They were not even that busy, and Heaven took my order for a small salted and a small cinnamon sugar pretzel nugget. Madison got mad for no reason and literally stomped and banged our food on the counter with anger. Then she went on to act lousy and didn't even serve us our sauces, it's like we asked them for the food for free. Extremely dissatisfied because I didn't expect such a treatment from an Auntie Anne's store. I request for an action to be taken against such rude and racist servers so that no future customer has to go through the same.

The person at the register was so upset about me throwing away my receipt that had a survey on it that he yelled at me in front of the entire store. All the cups and packaging had the same url... it was real weird and they didn't even have half the menu available. Like please don't yell at me??
