I haven’t had KBBQ since pre Covid so it was time to come back. This place is under new management and a new name from before Covid. They are a few dollars more than other local kbbq spots, but definitely a fun experience. I came with two of my girlfriends and we had a lovely time. The service was amazing and they changed our grill multiple times, gave us refills, and brought our meats out quickly. They have two different menus to choose from depending what kind of premium meats you want. I came during the week so there was no wait. The weekends tend to be busy, but totally worth the wait!

Food was delicious and lots of choices. Our waitress was so sweet. Definitely one of the better Korean bbqs I’ve been to lately. It’s also near a Cafe 86. Will come here again.

This is our new favorite Korean BBQ place. AYCE has been going down in quality, Gen is just okay, but this place ticks all the boxes. The Prime Beef and brisket are great, as are the sides. The service is outstanding, always checking on us and bringing everything super fast. This is the perfect spot!

I go here almost every week with my friend, we're basically addicted at this point, and we are never disappointed. Friendly staff, great food, speedy service. I highly suggest the Rib Finger, one of my favorite meats that they offer. The parking can get busy, I reccomend going before peak hours.

This place was recommended to me by my friend so I have to recommend it as well to everyone. Met up with a friend to eat here. The place is neat and clean. The tables with grills are clean as well and not oily. We got seated right away. They offer 3 meals for the all you can eat. We tried the Meal A. The meats were all very good. The cut of the meats were just right..not too thick and not too thin unless you order a thinly sliced one. It was delicious! We will come back here. For me it’s a 10/10.

In general, the impression of the institution is good.

Came with a large group of friends. Parking in this complex can be hard to find. Service was good and frequent, and the banchan was delicious. However the cuts of meat could have been better seasoned and better quality. Good value though.

The quality of beef wasn't that good. Very chewy. The only tofu soup was good. Other than that, I don't think what we had and about the prices we paid for worth it. Also, you should be aware of gratuity automatically added to your bill for party of two.

Was my first time and was seated instantly. It was a bit confusing at first since they have different menus. I went with friends and we thought we were looking at the same menu. We ordered our drinks and they messed up my friends drink order. They brought out the meat fairly quickly. Also don’t like that they have a limit. And before we could order dessert, they just gave us the bill. We were lowkey excited to try their cheesecake. But paid and left instead. Overall, for my first time it was alright.

The quality of the meat at Hanoo Kalbi was good — well seasoned and flavorful. However, the overall experience was negatively affected by the service and some operational issues. The waitress who attended us (Korean) never waited for us to finish placing our order; she constantly interrupted and left the order incomplete. On several occasions, we had to ask again for items because they simply did not bring everything we requested. They also never checked on us to see if we needed anything else. Instead, they brought the bill without any prior notice and turned off the grills even though we still had more than 30 minutes left within our allotted dining time. Additionally, they were not attentive about changing the grills when they became carbonized, which directly affects the quality of the food. The exhaust system also does not function properly, causing smoke to accumulate in the dining area, which made the experience uncomfortable. The food has good potential, but the service and attention to detail need significant improvement to match the restaurant’s concept.

Our waiter was so rude. From the moment we got there, we felt like we were being rushed. We came at 9:25pm (they close at 11pm) and it was just two of us. We don’t take super long at kbbq as we go semi-regularly and have it down to a science. We would be eating and he would come over and take over our whole set up without asking. He was so short with us. The rest of the wait staff was so lovely, they were attentive and friendly to us. The cheque came out to $100.93, this was with an added 15% gratuity. It seems like that 15% gratuity gave our waiter an excuse to treat us poorly, despite us being paying customers.

Over priced, for one person they want to charge twice for all you can eat. The price says $23.95 but I ended up paying $60.94. I sure won't eat here and bring people again. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they automatically take your money for tips without first asking the consumer.

I went here to get kbbq with my boyfriend as a late birthday dinner celebration, for the most part the meal was fine, however towards the end of the meal, while I was chewing I felt something in my mouth, I pulled it out to see that it was, a wire from a Brillo pad. I felt very disgusted, and I waved over a male waiter to show him it, and he began to argue with my boyfriend saying it must have been on the grill, but on a personal level that doesn't change the fact IT WAS IN MY MOUTH. I felt so disgusted and upset, they didn't even ask if I was ok or say sorry until the manager came over, my boyfriend and I immediately got up after they left the table, and went to the counter to pay, they comped just my portion of the meal and apologized at the register which was the least they could do, however I feel they handled everything very poorly in the moment. I am never going back and hope that they're more careful with their equipment in the future.
