We are so grateful to the team at Kirby's for their superb service at our Past Chairman's Social this month. We had a fantastic experience, as always and truly appreciate their hospitality.

The food is absolutely the best I've ever had! We could cut the fillets with the side of our forks! The chicken fried brussel sprouts w bacon and duck fat gravy was amazing (and I typically hate vegetables) The soup... there are no words fitting of this wonderful tomato basil soup! The service is absolutely perfect; the staff is friendly, anticipatory and completely accommodating. 100% recommend!

Absolutely awesome. We had a lunch for 40 and it was perfect. Service perfect. Steaks and seafood delicious. Highly recommended! Also perfect for 2 or 4. Probably the best overall restaurant in The Woodlands.

I highly recommend going here. The food, the service, and the waiters and waitresses were very professional. Valet is complimentary, but of course, tipping is recommended.

So we decided on Kirby’s for my moms birthday and they went above and beyond for us! Our waiter (who’s name I unfortunately forgot) was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. The steak, salmon, jalapeño bacon Mac and cheese, Susie’s mashed taters, bacon brussel sprouts, late lobster and French onion soup all tasted amazing! They surprised us with dessert and even took a picture of us and printed it out for us to have. Compared to Perry’s steak house, Kirby’s trumps them. Needless to say we definitely will be back! If you want a nice steak dinner for your birthday this is definitely the spot!

Kirby's went above and beyond to help us celebrate! Our waiter was fantastic, truly couldn't ask for better service. The food was amazing and the cookie skillet was so good!

OMG y'all everything we ate and drank was amazing. The steak perfection each bite was an orgasmic, that just melted in your mouth. We had the filet mignon with black truffle butter simply divine. Lobster mac and cheese, Lobster risotto and i let the truffle butter melt on the plate and mixed it with Mac and cheese and risotto. Freaking delicious. Got off the menu apps and drinks. I've gone here twice and each time the service has been impeccable. I absolutely love this place. My fiancee and I have a total night out here. We have dinner and a bottle of wine (they have an excellent wine list) then we go into the cigar lounge for cigars and bourbon. Kirby's reminds of the steakhouses in Vegas before they turned Las Vegas into the "Disneyland" that it is now. I also love to see the patrons actually get dressed to come dine here as well. Keep up the great work and excellent standards!

Anniversary Dinner - this was an exceptional meal, well served in a quiet but relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend for all occasions.

I took my Son Adam there for his Birthday dinner! It was magnificent and crowded as it was Valentine’s weekend! Our waiter JD was very attentive and added clarification on some menu items! We of course had steak, which cut like butter and salads! Adam ordered the shrimp cocktail which we shared! I think the most delicious thing we also shared , was a take on snails in garlic butter ( sorry about my French spelling) ! This dish replaced the snails with lobster! Dessert was crème brûlée! It was a wonderful evening and we will be back!

My Husband and I went there for our Anniversary. We felt truly cared about from the moment of our arrival. Everyone there was extremely kind. The food was all absolutely the best I've had in years. Of course when you are eating food that great, it will cost. So yes, it was in the high end range, but we knew that when we went. Our waiter was a gem, as was everyone. We had the filet mignon, lamb, asparagus, some lovely merlot. I feel like anything we could have ordered would have been as great. Only . Comment is having nothing to do with the restaurant, but with the people eating there....mostly they appeared like they could have been eating at McDonald's. I just was taught there are many ways to show respect and dressing up a bit is one of those ways.

I took my boyfriend there for his birthday for the first time this month and it was stellar! The food was delicious but the service was immaculate! Our server was on top of it, helpful, engaging, and made the night memorable! Will be coming back for more events for sure. Highly recommend.

Always excellent service and delicious food! Although, I will say, we went Saturday night and purposely arrived prior to our reservation to have a drink in the bar but we were very disappointed there was no live music as there used to be...

What a fantastic place to meet friends after work! The food is absolutely incredible and the atmosphere is unlike anything else in The Woodlands. The bar is roomy and chill. The music playing isn’t so horribly loud that you can’t carry on a conversation and yet the acoustics make it perfect for a business meeting or just to hang out with friends for a few minutes before heading home. The main restaurant is cozy; dark enough that your attention is on your dinner guests, not the tables around you. The price is reasonable (it’s a prime steakhouse, not Whataburger). Highly recommend it. It’s stood the text of time and has endured.

Had hors d'oeuvres and drinks at a table in the bar. Good food and wonderful service from the bar staff. We were there during a busy time, so the noise level was high. Good Happy Hour prices and great mixed drinks. Had a second visit to Kirby's tonight. The place was packed! Food was great and Roger handled our drinks and food. Great guy and great service. This restaurant is an excellent representation of absolutely outstanding cuisine and luxurious, group friendly atmosphere. This place is guaranteed to serve you one of the best steaks you have ever had, with class. Our waiter was excelent and very detail oriented. I definitely reccomed Kirby's as a "must eat" when visiting Houston.

We came there for Valentine's Day and Aubrey was our waitress and had a memorable experience. The first time I have not needed a redo on my steak there and I realize she wasn't cooking it but communication is key We will definitely come see her again Of course there is always Kevin in the bar that we also favor but i probably don't post enough about it, but we usually only go to the bar if he's working.

Deliscious, thoughtful & delightful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary meal. From appetizer to dessert with each course we were highly satisfied. When my husband made reservations they asked if there was a special occasion... they delivered. I sent my steak back b/c it was over cooked they were graceful and understanding and it wasn't awkward or embarrassing.Carpaccio outstanding, veggies & salad crisp & fresh, steak tender w/ impeccable flavor, shrimp perfectly cooked, drinks handmade w/love (see below pic). Service was top-notch, our server Jenny was attentive, kind, and all-around great. The cost is up there but you truly do get what you pay for! I highly recommend Kirby's.

We reserved a table for 4 at 7pm. We entered and were sat immediately. It was my sister and brother-in-law’s anniversary and we really enjoyed our experience. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and made us feel so welcomed. I ordered a glass of Moscato that was just the right amount of sweetness. It’s called Vietti "Cascinetta Vietti" Moscato d'Asti, it’s the only Moscato they carry. It was exquisite. My husband and I are very similar when it comes to the dishes we like to eat. We both ordered the Grilled Redfish with Jumbo Lump Crab and shared sides of mashed potatoes and grilled rosemary zucchini. I can’t wait to go back for this dish again. Everything was cooked to perfection!! My sister had the Grilled Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and it was not as appetizing as it looked. It was not good, but she didn’t mind its blandness. They were brought out an Anniversary dessert (some sort of chocolate coffee cake with ice cream) it was very tasty! All in all, it was a great experience with great food and great customer service.

Went for Valentine’s Day experience and didn’t disappoint. It was a set Valentine’s Day menu which included 4 courses. Loved everything we ordered, steak was cooked perfectly. Excellent service!

Went with my wife on Valentine's weekend and had an amazing time! We had the pleasure to be served by Rey he was amazing! The quality of food service and service was top notch!

Great place for a good steak. Had the dry aged bone in filet, and it was excellent. The tomato soup was also delicious. Came for my wife's birthday and they brought her a free desert. Our waiter was great and provided good service. Definitely worth a try if your in the area.

Service and food in the afterlife will look JUST like this for me ... my hubby was sweet enough to drive us an hour to visit AND was my designated driver so I was able to try the crème brûlée martini which I highly recommend :-) Our server, Ray, was extremely helpful and although we can as often as possible it was our first sitting with him. We will ask for him in the future. Tonight we decided to take it easy and we just went with our two favorite apps and they're over the top fabulous sourdough bread :-) next time we'll try to pace ourselves and have one appetizer and our tornadoes Oscar!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My wife and I went there as part of a babymoon. Our server, Ray, was top notch and incredibly knowledgeable. The wagyu steak melted in our mouths. 10/10!

Absolutely delightful anniversary dinner here. When making the reservation I requested a good table and told them it was our anniversary, we arrived and they were on point with everything....from calling us by name to congratulating us on 8 years together. The food was amazing. We started with Jefferson Whiskey which is aged on a ship and touches all 7 continents twice during the process. Appetizer was the Spring scallops with Prosciutto and a raspberry balsamic reduction, main course was King crab surf and turf, 7oz tenderloin and beef tip trio with 3 different sauces. The star of the dinner was the jalepeno lobster and scallop risotto....THIS IS A MUST HAVE! Finishing off with a dessert (their treat!), chocolate cake with their own spiced chocolate topped with Blue Bell ice cream. Of course it was expensive, but really nice to spoil ourselves for a night!

A wonderful New Year's Eve dinner service at Kirby's with a special menu for the evening. Great selections available on the menu and wonderful service. We will continue to dine at Kirby's.

Ate here for the first time. Heard the food was great. I wasn't disappointed. The service was 5 stars. Friendly, made sure what we ordered was perfect, yes, perfect and not just good. I felt spoiled. Atmosphere is very inviting, comfortable and actually quiet. Men's restroom was clean so I can presume the Lady's was too. I will certainly eat there again.

Had just a wonderful dinner with my family. The service was great, the food was greatand the only nit picky was the temperature. We survived lol. We shared the wagyu platter... fun and perfectly prepared. The fried pickles are always a great guilty pleasure and the shrimp were big and plump! Great way to spend my daughter's birthday. This was my first time at Kirby’s and I am so happy I went. The atmosphere was energetic and the menu was exciting. I had their king crabs legs and filet steak - what a delicious combination. Another dish (I wish I took a picture of) was escargot- you have to try it !!! Over all this was a great night and the staff was on point - there for you with suggestions and made you feel welcomed. I can’t wait to go back ….

Our son took us to Kirby’s to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It did not disappoint! We started with the Grilled Australian Lamb Chops and the Oysters Rockefeller and the dishes were amazing! My husband ordered the Redfish Pontchartrain which included grilled shrimp, our son ordered the Prime New York Strip with sweet potato mash, and I had their Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. All dishes were amazing! Rich flavors and perfectly cooked/baked. We did had their Turtle Cheesecake on the house as a birthday celebration which was a very nice surprise. The service and atmosphere were perfection. Our glasses were never half empty and the staff made sure we were doing well the entire time. It should be noted that although it appeared as though we were the last ones left after they had already closed, we were never made to feel rushed. They kept tending to us. will definitely be returning.

The food at Kirby's Steakhouse was absolutely fantastic! Every dish we had was perfectly prepared and delicious. The service we received from our waiter was also excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and professional. My only minor disappointment, which prevented this from being a five-star experience, was the lack of empathy from the hostess staff. I tried to arrange a small surprise for my wife—bringing a surprise birthday cake with a candle—but the three hostesses I spoke with were unhelpful. They insisted the request had to be made directly to the server, which unfortunately made the surprise impossible to coordinate discreetly. It would have been greatly appreciated if one of them had been willing to help coordinate the small gesture. Despite that one detail, everything else was top-notch.

Been here many times. Always friendly bar staff, great food, and atmosphere. The main bar is very large, and they also have a great separate cigar bar which is unique (bring your own cigar or buy there). The expansive menu can appeal to anyone. Filets, martinis, and sourdough bread are winners. Recommend happy hour.

My husband and I went here on a whim after traveling for part of the day. A hotel staff member said it was good so we made reservations. They asked if it was a special occasion when we called ( it was my husband’s birthday) and we were able to get a spot quickly. We were seated right away and the service (Mathew) was so good! The food was amazing and they gave us a free dessert (which was delicious) to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I would definitely recommend this place because of the quality of food and the kindness of the staff.

The dining experience at Kirby’s steakhouse was excellent. Got two filets and there were great. One had the peppercorn sauce which was very tasty. The service was excellent, and I had no complaints. I would highly recommend for an upscale dining experience.

Kirby’s steakhouse HH in the bar is the best! The service from Alison and others which in the past has also included Justin and always includes greetings from the kitchen…Clarence and staff are the absolute best at getting the best flavors out of the featured items! The dirty martinis with mixed plain and blue cheese olives is my “go-to” yet my SIL had a sweet cranberry one that wow if you like a martini with a splash of cranberry then go for it. We were celebrating my 45th bday and Kirby’s didn’t disappoint! We started with the stuffed shrimp (bar menu) and mostly eaten in the pic because I forgot to take a pic b4hand with this amazing b something sauce (kinda lemony wine cream) yum! Then fried pickles with yet another yummy sauce. And of course the tender grilled lamb chops (HH menu) (yup you got it another amazing sauce), baked herb Boursin cheese (HH menu-fresh roasted garlic cloves - only order on a 2nd date or up or you may turn your date away with your breath haha) delicious! Soy sauced sliced beef (bar menu) I think with a chimachuri sauce that’s great; meat so tender and buttery! Steakhouse sliders (bar menu but had ordered the French dip sliders but didn’t disappoint) very flavorful and fries cooked perfectly as well as raw oysters where I mixed the cocktail with the pesto EVOO or whatever with extra horseradish that again was Amazing! And fresh bread with plenty of butter to soak up any of the sauces mentioned above just because they were all so good! Ending with the bourbon pecan pie with a great flavored ice cream that we all shared a bite (or 2!). The lighting at first was dark yet naturally lit since the sun was still up at 5 but by the time we left around 6:30pm it was darker, it could have been lighter but I guess if we had kept our candlesa d not “shoo’d them away it would have been lighter) but we ordered so much food for our party of 6 we needed the table room. However still a 5 star experience!

My wife and i ate here for our Anniversary! What am awesome experience Kirby's provided us! The food was amazing, from the appetizers, salad, bread, to the amazing ribeye i ate and the sides. Top notch! Our servers were on the spot and made us feel more then welcome. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars, only because it was a bit darker than what i prefer. It made it somewhat difficult for me to see. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean, smelled fresh, was comfortable to be in. Overall, definitely coming back!

Looking for a discrete date night with the hubs? Hidden within the brush of the Woodlands? Then Kirbys Steakhouse is the place to be! Our meal was perfectly dressed, and served with flavors expected of a steakhouse. We were seated in a cozy part of the restaurant, facing the lake. The scene was absolutely beautiful, with candlelight and soft voices heard throughout the restaurant. Our steaks, juicy and plump. Accompanied with freshly mashed potatoes, lamb pops, macaroni, and veggies. (*Whispers, DON'T FORGET THE BREAD.) Side dishes are enough to feed from 2 to 3 people. Be aware upon ordering. Dessert, was something your heart will melt to. My mouth waters again at the thought of how well this place serves its customers. Will be returning again when in the area!

Wish I could have wrapped up our waiter Daniel in a to go box and took him with us 😉. He gave us great recommendations on drinks and food. The dessert was a bonus. Not a single complaint. Great food!!!! Prices to match. Beautiful setting in the main dining area. Bar area (only section happy hour prices offered on appetizers) next to cigar room. Waitstaff not diverse. Live music in the evenings.... Update: 7/13/18... Food still great. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Had a wonderful time. My favorite restaurant! My photos include seafood salad, lamb chops, cheese dip with bread (can't recall the name), deep fried avocado topped with seafood (can't recall the name), and duckbfatbfried brussel sprouts.

On our most recent visit to this establishment while we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere we left somewhat disappointed as we felt as though our special occasion was overlooked. When booking the reservation we put notes in the reservation that we were celebrating a special occasion, but we never received any acknowledgment from the restaurant. Others were asked when entering if they were celebrating something special and a table beside us was asked by their waiter so we assumed that we were not asked because the notes were read, but then quickly realized at the end of our visit it was merely disregarded and we were not bothered to have been asked. The quality of our food was superb as always and we do plant to visit again, but we will not expect to visit in relation to a special occasion again.

Great place with quick service. I was there for an office party. Had a four course meal. They serve good wine and tasty meals. Really like the ambience. They have got a great bar too. Must visit if you are in Woodlands.

Service, drinks, main dishes incl. appetizers were very good. Our ribeye was cooked perfectly, BUT it was about 60% gristle. For the price and fact that this is a Steakhouse first and foremost, I have had much better steaks elsewhere. Advice to management: carefully inspect the cuts of meat prior to cooking to ensure the meat quality meets your standards.

Great time for our anniversary dinner. We had a party of 8. Food was very good. Kirby's took our photo and gave it to us. They also gave us a complimentary dessert plus a 20% coupon for our next visit. That was classy! Certainly appreciated.

To be honest, nothing great about the food for the price you pay. Party of 4(2 adults, 2 kids) = $478 without tip. We got done eating and didn't feel the "waoo" expression we were looking forward to. The angus ribeye steak received was too salty. Pros- we requested for a well done steak and we got it without burnt.

Very small portions for a rediculous amount of money. For the cost I was not impressed. For that kind of money I expect to at least be handed a full menu but instead they hand you a tablet for everyone to share because for some reason they seemingly can't afford to print up a menu with the majority of their options. This place is way over hyped. Ive had way better steaks at Texas roadhouse for a fraction the cost.

To be fair, we went here on a Thursday night. It was our anniversary and we wanted to try something other than our regular Perry.. place was very dead. We went in at about 745 8 o’clock ( didn’t realize at all they close at 9). Our waiter was very friendly, but you could tell he was overworked. He was having to go behind the bar and make the drinks and wait on us. We had a couple drinks and they told us the kitchen closed soon so we needed to order. Ordered Dry aged 24 ounce ribeye. I mean it was good, but it wasn’t much different than the one you get at H-E-B.. the lobster mac & cheese was just regular mac & cheese with a piece of lobster on top of it. It wasn’t very good at all.. we had to wait a long time to get our check, I have no clue where our waiter went but it was at least 20 minutes. Poor guy was probably having to clean the bathrooms. Definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I don’t think I’ll be back..

We had the dry age steak and asked to cook it medium, but it was raw on the inside. Good flavor though. We also had risotto and the taste was very plain, no flavor. Lastly, we had the chicken tortilla soup, but it was also bland. The desserts were amazing, we had chocolate tres leches, NY cheese cake and cookie ice cream.

Nice atmosphere, the steak is just little chewy but the service is good, friendly staffs.

It's a decent attempt at a white glove dining establishment, but the unfriendly hostess pushing me to the bar instead of a table, and slow service started my visit with a poor tone. I ordered the 10oz filet with a side salad. The salad was larger than Denny's and a little better. The steak was tender with pleasant flavor but rare instead of medium as ordered, still cold in the middle. I have yet to find a great steakhouse in Texas, but I keep looking. Kirby's would be good with a special date who hasn't had better. Nice ambiance. They could learn a bit about service. Perhaps learning the wines and suggesting a good pairing? Many other little things that set a white glove restaurant above the Mortons and other middle class restaurants.

Service was really good! Food was average and I didn’t feel worth the price. Appetizers were generic, lacked flavor, and way too expensive for what they were. Calamari was straight up from a frozen bag it seemed. Steak was well seasoned and prepared well, sides were very average, again especially considering the cost of them. Alcohol drinks were good and desserts were really good. With all of the other options in the area I don’t think we would go back, which is a shame because it’s a nice place with great service.

We have been to Kirby’s many times over the years and always enjoyed it. For my daughter’s Birthday she wanted to come back. It was the day before Thanksgiving and maybe that’s normally a slow day, but I was surprised to see only a couple tables occupied. I will cut to the chase, it was very bad. We started with appetizers of Lobster Cargot and Calamari. Lobster Cargot was delicious as always, but the Calamari was very bland, boring. My son wanted to try escargot so we got that also. While the snails themselves were good, the sauce was not edible as it tasted like vinegar. They usually wipe the serving dish dry with bread to get all the sauce, but it was untouched this time. For dinner, my daughter ordered the steak and cake. The steaks actually tasted a bit like charcoal. That was new. The crab cake had zero flavor to it and had to be drenched in sauce. My son’s girlfriend ordered the salmon on the cedar plank, but could not eat it because it tasted like wet cardboard . My daughter and son also tasted it and confirmed the taste. My son had the Ponchatrain fish, which he said was too tough to eat. My wife and I both had filets, both tasted a bit like charcoal, but they were OK. My daughter also had the lobster bisque. It wa struck and clumpy.

The food was flavorful and tender! It did take the chef 5 tries to get my cognac pepper filet medium rare BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! I savored each bite! Would've given a 5 star if they had my order right the 1st time.

My husband surprised me with dinner for our anniversary at Kirby’s (surprised because we had just returned from a lovely vacation). I hadn’t been to Kirby’s in 12 years and nothing had changed. No decor updates. Sadly smoking is still allowed in the bar. The food for the price point or if it was Whataburger prices was not good. I had commented before we entered that Torchy’s tacos sounded good lol, I had no idea that those words would haunt me. I had the filet with crab cake and my husband had sea bass. The plating was nice, but what was easy on the eyes was not so on the lips. We’re paying over $50+ per plate, I expect the flavor to be on par. You can check my other reviews, I rarely give poor ones. I even waited a few days to give this one. So please note, it’s with a heavy heart that I say please go elsewhere for your anniversary. The fish was ok and the salads were meh. We tried the bourbon skillet pecan dessert which also looked like it was gonna be amazing but no. Just no. The service was great, attentive and helpful. We sent a dish back and it was treated gracefully. TBH, I wanted to send everything back and ask nicely for them to try again. I’m not sure if it was an off night for the chef or if this was typical, but unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Went for drinks and snacks. Ordered a Caesar salad. The salad was bitter and there was very little green in the salad. The dressing was flavorless. Also ordered a key lime pie. Pie was bland. My husband ordered a steak appetizer and fries, which was good. Alcoholic beverage was okay. Atmosphere was very nice.

My experience at Kirby’s Steak House was mixed. While the service was good, I found the food to be overpriced for what was offered. The dishes didn't stand out as anything special, despite the decent service provided. Overall, I felt that the value for money was not justified by the quality of the food. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, you may want to explore other options.

The food is without season and the atmosphere was similar to a nice retirement facility. The decor is dated and I would have rather been at Steak 48. The soup tasted like something out of a can. The oysters Rockefeller was too creamy. I.like high end dining. This was NOT IT.

Food was good. Wait staff in the bar were very rude . After we paid the check as we were walking out the wait staff came running after us, accusing us of not paying the bill. More than one server ran after us.Our check with a 20% tip was sitting on the table. We spent over $350 for two people.Clearly one server ran the bill, yet they were lazy and did not check the table. Their preference was to confront us. No apology was offered.If fact after they saw the paid bill, they were still very rude and condescending.

After nearly 15 years we decided to give Kirby's Steakhouse in The Woodlands another shot. Typically we head into Houston for a great steak as The Woodlands tends to fall short in comparison. Our go to spots B&B Butcher, Pappas Bros Downtown and Steak 48 never disappoint. Unfortunately our return to Kirby's confirmed that it still does. Our first experience over a decade ago was underwhelming. Mediocre steaks, flies in the restaurant and an overwhelming cloud of cigarette smoke from the bar. Sadly little has improved. The lingering smoke was unbearable and leaving a high end steakhouse smelling like an ashtray is unacceptable. It is hard to believe that in this day and age smoking is still allowed inside a restaurant. The décor remains unchanged from 15 years ago and it desperately needs a refresh. While the steaks were cooked correctly the overall quality of the meat was disappointing more akin to grocery store grade than a premium steakhouse experience. The service was good but not exceptional lacking the level of hospitality that sets top tier restaurants apart. I would highly recommend that the staff and management read Unreasonable Hospitality to better understand what it takes to run a truly high end dining establishment. With Houston offering so many outstanding steakhouses Kirby's needs to step up its game significantly. As long as smoking is permitted in the restaurant we will not be back.

The services was greatly lacking to the point my party could not make it passed cocktails and appetizers. A reservation was made for 2. We were seated at a 4-top and then sat through a clearing of the other 2 plates/glasses/utensils by the buser. Why not do this prior to seating us? Our server's introduction after about 5 minutes of nothing was "Hi, how's it going". No name, no welcome, no is this your first time at our establishment, no are we celebrating anything special (which was noted on the reservation). Then an iPad (cracked and poorly working) was placed down on the table for our review. After cocktails and appetizers were ordered we were essentially ignored as we watched our server exchange pleasantries, discussed the menu, and attend to every other table around us. As 2 former servers who were looking for a night of enjoyment and prepared to pay for wonderful time we were very disappointed. We were served our drinks and appetizers by other staff members but there was no knowledge of who had what item and we had to tell them. The level of frustration we experienced pushed us to the point we knew the night could no be recovered at this establishment. Leaving was our only option to attempt to recover our night. This was our first and only time we will be attending this place. If you're ready to spend your hard earned money on mediocre service and leave with no sense of satifaction, this would be the place for you. The best part of this place was the valet. At least they opened the doors for us and greeted us with a smile.

Atmosphere was nice. Staff was attentive, but...brought a steak instead of salmon, forgot a baked potato. My steak was quite full of gristle. And quite expensive! Will not be returning. I hardly ever give bad reviews...but...

We have been to Kirby’s several times and have always been pleased. Tonight, however, was a totally different experience. The steaks we ordered did not come out as requested and when the waiter came by and saw that the steaks had not been eaten, he asked if there was something wrong. We shared that the steaks were raw when we ordered medium plus. After he spoke to the chef, the chef said that we should have complained earlier. He also went to the manager and the manager said the same thing and did not even come to the table to apologize for an experience that we paid for and did not enjoy at all. What has happened to accountability? With that being said, the waiter was tipped industry standard and we went on our way. We will definitely not be going back and will tell anyone and everyone that mentions Kirby’s our terrible experience. I think once management and the chef changes, it will go back to the Kirby’s we once enjoyed.

My wife and I arrived at Kirbys at 5:15 on 02/13/26 for our reservation, host seated us at a booth against the wall that was DIRTY & BROKEN, when we asked to move I remembered & stated I put in a request in the reservation to be seated next to the window overlooking the water, host replied rudely while shrugging her shoulders "don't look like it" then read the reservation ticket "you requested to sit by the water" you didn't request a table and those tables (5 empty tables) are reserved so instead of being treated less than or being refused equal rights that my money pay for we were f9rced to go to another restaurant that welcome African Americans that want to pay for good service and quality food.

We rent the library each Christmas. Had an email confirmation for 6th year for 20. Guests arrive and library is full. After showed management the email, handed a card and told to call Gm who was off and to step aside to seat others. We pay for that room and it’s quiet so my husband can hear and access. They basically said too bad. Seated other people in our room as we waited with 5 small children. They were cold and uncaring. Oddly enough another seated patron demanded a manager. Good luck. Eric is enjoying his holiday. Luckily the Refuge at Creekside had just opened the private Haven. Called manager. He moved folk and we had an amazing meal and private room. He moved people!!! And loved on all of us. Go to the Refuge at Creekside. Be treated like you matter. Merry Christmas.
