I have been going to Sergi's since 1985.... The pizza rolls sold me. Back in the day I made sure to have 3 dollars in my pocket after the nights fun. When ever anyone visited or I went back to school for recruiting I always made sure Sergi's was on my list of things to do. Glad to see they are still pumping out the pizza.

Home visiting family and we had an awesome dinner! Just like I remember it! Great wings, fresh salad ingredients and outstanding pizza. Friendly, courteous and speedy service!

The owner and his family are great people. By far the best pizza in town ... wings are good and the pizza rolls were a late night favorite in my younger years.

I LOVE Sergi's pizza. My favorite out of anywhere I've ever eaten throughout NY, the US, and (don't hate me) but Italy. It's just perfect. I can't recommend it any more.

This is a true Italian gem. It may take a while to get the food but it's worth the wait for actual food. The pizza roll is a great deal for anyone with an appetite and a lower budget. The eggplant parmesan was the best I have ever had and I've gotten it at a lot of different Italian places. If the eggplant is that good, then you will likely not be dissatisfied with the other, more traditional dishes.

This is always my go to pizza place! The food is absolutely amazing! While a little on the pricier side, it is well worth it. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help anyone. Family owned, which is always a plus in my book! My family, friends and I eat here often. We have come here for years and I don't see that changing any time soon!

Been a customer since 67. In HS we'd stop in for a pie after cruising and before dinner...it was always perfect. They added to the menu when they moved but the pizza has always been the star. When I went to CCT, Sergis za was always Sunday dinner. Over the years the zas have stayed pretty much the same... noticed the sausage has changed, not as much fennel...but still good. I also noticed that the sauce was a bit heavy on oregano. I've never noticed that before. I've learned to ask for my.pie to be cooked for a few minutes more...that way it's not doughy. That great cheese needs to brown. Service is always good until it's not..be patient. The only thing I would appreciate is a bit more light in the dining room. It seems dark.

Lasagna and Eggplant were both excellent.

Visiting from Canada, looked up reviews and decided Sergi's would be most authentic. Excellent pepperoni pizza! Will definitely return next time we visit Potsdam.

Really good Italian food, we go here probably a couple times a year, we live an hour away. It's all good. I really enjoy their antipasto salad and a "fat bag" (calzone) it's really good. Our kids go with us sometimes and they also love it. There's menunits for everyone. If you're in the area, I highly recommend to check it out.

Our hockey team set up a brunch in their larger room before a game. Great food, and lots of it! Been in for pizza many times, but if you are looking for a great space for a big group, I would highly recommend setting it up at Sergi's!

We showed up unannounced on a busy Friday evening with two hockey teams looking for food. Where many restraunts might have have balked at seating such a large group, Sergi's staff happily welcomed us our hungry kids. Waitstaff were cheerful and patient, and the kitchen miraculously produced pizzas & pastas in short order. Food was tasty - great value for the price. Will definitely return.

Every one here is family... or will soon be family. Good tastes totally home made and the portions are larger than most can handle in one meal. Thanks for a great sit down meal tonight and a lunch tomorrow.

Eccellente! The atmosphere, the staff and especially the food is out of this world. Who knew that tucked away in this quaint little New York town was a great Italian restaurant. Out of 6 different dishes, every one delighted and satisfied. I highly recommend this fine establishment.

My favorite pizza place in Potsdam. I used to order from Sergi's when I went to SUNY Potsdam, and like to order from there when bringing our oldest up to Clarkson. The wings and pizza are as good as I remember.

We did delivery today. The pizza was great! The delivery driver was super nice and the pie was hot! I've been eating Sergi pizza for nearly fifty years and it's still my favorite.

This place you are always treated like family. Affordable meals good tasting meals .place to bring your family or a date. Eat in or take out and if you are staying in town have a great meal delivered..This why this place been here for 50 years and counting.

We just move into this area and someone recomended the restaurant to us. Pizza was amazing. I even kept my pizza crust so i can have them with the rest of our left over. We had deep fried mushrooms as appetizer, they are also delicious for anyone that loves mushrooms.

My wife and I went to college in Potsdam. Sergei’s opened when we were Sophomores and we have fond memories of the pizza. We were back 2 weeks ago for the first time in 50 years and had a great dinner with great service. Glad to see its success!

A really nice place that is beautifully decorated. Service is top notch, the waitresses check back often and are friendly. I would say from my experience, stick to the pizza. I had a Caesar salad that was disappointing. The lettuce was soaked in Italian dressing, not Caesar and the chicken was cold and breaded rather than grilled. The breading on the chicken was soggy and for a minute I worried the chicken was raw because it had a strange texture. My daughter had the spaghetti and she said the noodles were kinda soft and soggy feeling as well. The pizza however was delicious so stick to that and you'll love this place. The other odd thing is that there are tables stuffed In the isles making it hard for patrons and staff to get to and from the booths. I assume it's to pack as many people in as possible but it really ruins the atmosphere. Just my opinion.

I went to college here so it is near and dear to my heart. Love me Sergi's. It did not disappoint. Exact same place and food. Just love it. We had salad and pizza rolls.

Thanks to the generosity of some friends, I recently had two pizzas from this restaurant delivered to Long Sault, ON, and both of the pizzas were absolutely delicious! I'm a huge fan of pizza and I am not the easiest customer to satisfy, but Sergi's pizzas passed the test! I especially liked the crust and the pizza sauce! If you are in the area and enjoy good pizza as much as I do, you need to make a stop here! You will not be disappointed!

Passing through Potsdam, we heard this place was not to miss. We tried three different pizzas and the recommended calzone(deep fried pizza roll), and they did not disappoint. The calzone is really good, and really big!

Squeezed in right before closing and they didn't hesitate to get our order in right away. Very simple, but nice quality pizza. Crispy crust, mild sauce, good mozz.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! My wife & I had two different pizza rolls!, and they were cooked to perfection! (A golden brown outer crust!). Their prices are reasonable! It has been in business for 54 yrs.! (I 'lived on' their pizza rolls while at college at Clarkson almost 40 yrs. ago!, and nothing has changed!). I would highly recommend this restaurant for your food order!

This place is a wonderful family-owned restaurant. The interior is cutely decorated. The smell of the food is amazing as it fills up the room. Very inviting atmosphere. It's a seat yourselves type of restaurant. Reasonably priced. Also a very short walk from the SUNY Potsdam campus, about 20 minutes. I recommend this to all of the new students and family members that are visiting this town.

a favourite place to eat, my family and i love the food and it is some of the best tasting Italian food in the area. we have eaten in the restaurant multiple times and have picked our food up multiple time. pizza and wings are a must but when we eat in the pasta’s are really good as well, the food is excellent. the service has always been really good too. everyone that works there has always been super polite. we’ve been going to Sergi’s for years and they never disappoint, one of the best local restaurants around and i recommend it!!

Classic menu, traditional recipes, and consistent quality. It's a spot where you want to order more food than you need because you'll want the leftovers.

Old school pizza place with awesome food. Service was very friendly. The ambiance is that of an old school pizza place. The 2 cheese pizzas tasted great, one was a little under cooked and the garlic bread was phenomenal.

Best easy Italian joint in Potsdam. If you're not sure what to order, the pizza roll is always a solid choice. Service can be slow during dinner time and rush hours though. And be sure to bring a light jacket during the winter months, as there can be a draft and the restaurant gets chilly.

Linda was great! Pleasant and overworked! Chicken parm was delicious, chicken marsala was not good. The mushrooms were thrown onto the chicken cutlets. They were not cooked properly and blended with the chicken cutlets, so this is a dish to stay away from. Eggplant was good. Overall. A good local place.

The pizza is good here but the service is great. I accidentally phoned an order to their Canton restaurant by mistake and when I went to get the pizza in Potsdam they didn't have it, of course. It was a busy Friday night but the pizza chef threw my order in right away and I was out ten minutes later with a big smile. They earned my business for a long time to come.

I've been to this restaurant a number of times and the first thing that strikes you is the atmosphere. The smells of Italian food, the layout of the building, and the friendly greeting from the wait staff draw you in. What keeps you coming back is the food. The chicken Parmesan is superb, the best I have ever eaten. Their mozzarella sticks are delicious and their pizza is very good. The only thing I've ever eaten their and didn't enjoy were their meatballs, which were decent but nothing to write home about. If you want a nice Italian meal in the North Country, Sergi's is the place to go.

The food was wonderful! The service was good despite them being full. I highly recommend the stuffed eggplant Parmigiana.

Pizza was great! However, we ordered delivery, put it on credit card, and told them to add $3 to for driver. Looked at the receipt later, they added $4.50 for tip. Very surprised, we were already on way our of town so did not bother to contact them.

Sergi’s was great! Attention to detail is what you get here. Server took our order in a very timely matter. The Caesar salad came out on a cooled plate, the beer was accompanied by a chilled glass, they go the extra!

I've been eating here for 10+ years. 95% of the time, this place churns out spectacular food. Staff who have been there for a while are great, and good service. Recently I have encountered some spotty service, nasty food and rude telephone service from some younger newer employees. BUT. I was comped for the food and it was all good. Stuff happens. Great place still.

An extremely lovely establishment, with staff that all seemed extremely nice. Even as a gluten free person I was actually able to find great enjoyment in my meal, the gluten free crust was a bit tough but the flavor was satisfactory. I loved the atmosphere and the staff, the wait was a bit longer than expected, having ordered at 5:45 and not seeing our last dish (mine) til 7. But I'd say if you have the time to wait, I highly recommend it, good food, nice staff, wonderful environment. Just keep in mind it's a busy sit down restraunt and you have got yourself a wonderful meal. My biggest flaw was me not factoring in how busy it was that day.

Best pizza in Potsdam, hands down! Pizza rolls are overrated. They're good but, too much bread for me. Everything else is mediocre. A lot seems frozen and not homemade. Dining in is still not an option since the pandemic. Last time I went to go pick up an order no one was at the window but I heard some younger staff members fooling around and giggling. Had to basically yell through the takeout window to get service. Wait times are typical.

Love this place but when I order for delivery there is usually either something missing or the wrong thing. One time they delivered and my side salad for pastas, and beverages were missing. Last night, I ordered the cheese raviolis (so good) but 3 of the raviolis ended up being meat and when I ordered wings, I asked for 2 sides of bleu cheese, got 1 ranch. Still 4 stars, would recommend dining in instead - way better experience! :)

Food was good, came out fast. Waitress was nice, but wasn't very attentive unfortunately when it came to refills etc. Atmosphere was pretty crowded, especially near the door, and super warm in there.

Let me start out by stating we did not have the pizza. I did have a pizza roll and it was not anything special. Loads of bread, not much filling. The bride had chicken parm and she wasn't impressed nor did I find it appetizing. Service was good and our waitress did yeoman' work for our large party by herself.

Our waitress was very busy but very good. No straws the sodas not sure if that's the norm Our salads were wilted Bread rolls were hard. Ravioli was decent to me, but the wife described it as a frozen dinner that was slid onto her plate. My chicken Parm was okay, thin chicken slice with lots of breading. Deserts we're okay. We paid in cash and it took forever to get the change. The poor waitress was not at fault. She had to wait to be able to cash out our check

Although the food had good flavor the pizza dough was not fully cooked and was very floppy, the toppings were tasty although sparingly applied and the sauce was very sweet. We will spend at other restaurants in the future as we do not feel we received our money's worth. It was just okay. We spent over a hundred dollars on the four of us.

The food is really good. But the service during my visit was terrible. Waitress never came and gave me a refill once. She was at our table a total of 2 times. My girlfriend had to go up and grab her own carry-away box cuz the waitress and cashier stood there and acted like they didnt see us. I wont return simply because the service negatively overshadowed the food itself.

Used to love Sergi's when I went to college in Potsdam and Canton years ago. Could only get take-out this time (local friends it's due to staffing issues). Honestly, it wasn't very good. Appeared to be pre-made and reheated. Disappointing. Hope they get their dining room reopened by the time the college kids return.

Sergi’s pizza is about a tasteful... well to put it bluntly it’s not very. Presentation is magnificent. They make the pizza look as good as you’d hope. Melted cheese... deep dish NY style... and the flavor. OH THE FLAVOR. It about matches the flavor of the box.... I’d recommend they do something about the ratio of ingredients to dough and actually use spices and flavorings in their dough/sauce vs just using the delivery box to flavor the pizza itself. Although delivery was fast. But I guess you can deliver food quickly when it’s not that great....

First time here, ordered take out. The inside is very nicely decorated and welcoming to eat inside. I go to the counter and let the lady (with the black hair) know that I am here for my pickup order and give her my name. She goes about her business with running dough through the machine and cashing out two other people. After standing there for about 20 minutes I asked her if my order was ready. She picks up the phone and calls in the back and says to the people that work back there with an attitude, "Where's the order for ____?" I'm thinking how would the people in the back know I was standing out there if she did not call them to let them know in the first place. 🤦 A nice young gentleman immediately comes out with my order. When I got home. The food was just as disappointing as the service from the lady at the counter. Huge chunks of sausage on the pizza which we ended up tossing out. My 17-year-old said her dinner was "Meh". And my other 17-year-olds chicken alfredo had a black hair in it so we tossed that too. Which by the way, while I was standing at the counter waiting for my food. The lady with the black hair handling the money at the register would turn around and stick her hand in the bin of shredded mozzarella cheese that the pizza guy was using and play with it, which is beyond my comprehension. No gloves on, nothing after handling money. That should have been my first sign! Maybe they need a visit from the health department. Never again! 🤢

We walked in on Friday evening. It was busy but plenty of tables were open and we were asked to sit wherever we wanted. We placed our drink orders with the first waitress; they never came. Waved down a second waitress to replace our drink order....after 15 minutes there were still no drinks (water and a beer). After asking a third time the drinks were finally brought. Then the waitress came and gave just knives first, no forks. I ordered wings, and 13" pizza. Wings were edible, nothing more than average. Pizza on the other hand, was delicious, little too much cheese on top for my taste but good. We are disappointed by the lackluster service and average wings. We will try again but after a break of few months.

Ordered a pizza roll and when I arrived for pickup my pizza roll was taking out of a delivery bag with about 6 other rolls in it and it was cold. As for the roll itself there was hardly any pepperoni in it and I couldn’t tell if there was cheese or not. There was also a lot of air in the roll when there should have been filling. If you want to get a good pizza roll then go across the road to Jessie’s Pizza where you get what you pay for and then some!

This is the second time we have came here and received terrible service! The first time we came it was during super bowl season so we expected it. But this time around was even worse. No greeting, its been 15 minutes and we still have not gotten menus. It'd be one thing if it was super busy but theres barely anyone here. Not to mention the dishes are a bit pricey. But the food (two pizzas) took over an hour. Not once did our server check on us to offer refills, or see how we were doing. The table in Front of us had the same problem with her. They brought my wife her food without our pizzas. Nothing was said, we just sat there wondering where the pizzas were. My wife asked for a knife and fork, I finally ended up walking to the counter to get them for her. If you’re busy or understaffed at least communicate and apologize for the wait. Our server needs to be retrained!

Very very busy. Waited 1 hour for our meal. Waitress very forgetful. The food was barely passable. I noticed the majority of diners were eating pizza and not ordering off the menu like we did. The pizza was served faster than the meals. I dint know how the quality of the pizza was.

Don't eat here unless you're desperate for overpriced, below average food. Food on Clarkson campus is better. Seated right away but service took 15 min. for our drink order. Booth seating is terrible - I jostled the people behind me and I felt them anytime they made the slightest move - there is no divider. The experience was very unpleasant. Bathrooms were dirty - a husband stood guard as his wife used the men's bathroom - I didn't ask. The hot wings were overcooked, dry, and tough. The brushetta was served on super hard and dry bread - it actually exploded into powder as I bit into it - very hard to eat. The pizza was thick and pillow-like - sauce, cheese, and toppings were very sparse; don't believe the pictures. The underside of the pizza revealed a lot of burning. I can cook a bagel pizza better in my toaster oven. Coffee was burnt. Parking in the rear at the bank is free if you don't have quarters for the meters - Potsdam is a dying town. Not coming Sergie's; staying with mama lucias - they have thin and crispy new York City style pizza.

My wife ordered a pizza at 4:30 yesterday to be delivered at 29 Grove St. Potsdam. She had bought it for me her husband when she bought it home and I had a piece the bottom of the pizza was black and tasted burnt, not very happy!! I don’t recommend eating there.

I called 2 weeks prior to our visit and made a reservation for our group of 34 and asked if they thought they could put a large group through for lunch in 1.5 hours or less as we were on a deadline. I was assured that this would be no problem. I told them I would call back with exact numbers several days before our visit which would be lunch time on a Sunday. I called back as promised on the Thursday prior and was assured all was good and that they would be ready. I received a call from them on the Friday as they wanted to confirm my numbers.... I told them I had called the day before (perhaps my first indication of an issue?). We arrive right on time for our noon reservation and a waitress directed us to the banquet section. Looks good, clean and set up for us. The issue was that there was only 1 waitress and she indicated that the cooks were short staffed. The waitress did her best She took food orders for 1 table of 16 and then disappeared for 20 min coming back to deliver the salads. Took 2 more tables orders (2 tables of 8) and disappeared again leaving a table without their order having been taken. 20 min later, she arrived back with the salads for the next 2 tables, then gone again. 20 minutes later, the first tables food started to come out and continues to come out for the next 30 minutes. Still no order taken for the last table and no drink orders taken. Finally at 1.5 hours, we had to leave. First table done (thank goodness as it was the kids), second set of tables, still no food. Last table, still no order taken. People told her to cancel their orders. Had to go. We were not charged, but 20 of the 36 people were hungry... I expected that with the advance notice, there would be enough staff to complete the order and deliver of our food in a timely manner... Waitress was so upset, and I don't blame her. She was left high and dry. I asked who I should call and was told Lisa... Why was Lisa not there if they were so short staffed? Worst group experience EVER. Not sure how they function as a banquet hall.....

The customer service was horrible last night. There was only one other family in the restaurant. When we sat down at our table we had to ask to get drinks. When we needed refills we still had to ask. Three of my family members ordered pizza rolls they were alright. Two hours later I get my pizza. The waitresses lied to me 3 times saying my pizza was next. I will never eat here ever again.

We had a table for Twelve and 11 ppl. Were served their dinner together and the 12th person did not receive her food to almost all group members completed their meal. I notified a representative behind the register and that it made me unhappy for my friend. I asked that she should not be not charged for their poor service. The waitress was not very tentative to our group the whole dinner. We called for reservations 2 weeks prior to dinner and our table was not set up when our group arrived. I needed to be asked them to give us more room for ppl. On the inside wall and the representatives were not pleasant about it! I will not be returning anytime soon to your business establishment. Have been ordering here for a few years weekly and got awful customer service yesterday. Waitress gave me the wrong order, blamed it on me. (She gave me bbq pizza instead of buffalo which is gross) She was actually cutting me off while I was talking to say I was wrong and she was right. She also stated it was my fault because she said the order before she hung up and i confirmed it (which she didn’t. Thanks for your service but never again. Pizza is okay. Waitress more than rude for someone that probably doesnt even own the business

I travel within my medical career, and for my colleagues on the road stay away from here. I arrived at Sergis and o ardered a chicken parm dinner with wings as an appetizer. It was a lot for one person but I wanted leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The staff was very friendly when I ordered and was told it would take 20 minutes to complete the order. I ran a few errands and looked at my watch and realized i had left over 30 minutes ago. I expected to walk in and pay and leave. My meal was not ready for an additional 15 minutes. One of the wait staff stated that the cook (Angelo????) was not qualified and should have not been in the kitchen. After waiting I asked for cups for my drinks and was informed the that they don't have those. That added to the misery, but wait it got worse. I left and took back to my hotel room to eat and answer emails and do some computer work. The wings were AWFUL. They were cold and smelled funny. I tried a second one to make sure it wasn't me and then I threw them out. The chicken parm was a cheap piece of meat that had been frozen. The only saving grace was that work paid for the meal or I would have sent everything back.

the pizza was gross, it bearly had sauce on it, and it had no flavor. the wings i orderd as hot as they could make them and they were not hot at all my 2 year old ate them and dident flinch. it was the worst 30 dollars i have ever spent and i will not ever be ordering food from them again, i wouldent even give this place the one star it is making me click to even post this review.

Left without any food, waited over an hour and waitress did not come to our table to check on us. Had to call her over twice and no progress update on the food. If you go here just order pizza, not worth the wait for other Italian food. Would not dine here again.

Just ate there. Boyfriend ordered tortellini and got fettuccine. I ordered fettuccine and the chicken was dry and sauces was bland. Waist of money. Mozzarella sticks were good tho. Everything else wasnt

I usually am treated very curtly, like they don't want there or something. When I ordered my food, I was treated with what seemed to be utter contempt. No, "hello, how are you," or "how may I help you," just "what do you want." Thrown my food and that was that, no thank you for your partrinage or anything, not even some paper towels or napkins. The pizza I ordered came out so greasy. Having cooked pizza before using, I can tell it's from the cooking style. I will not be coming back.

I'll be honest I have gotten to know the family who runs the business pretty well and they are really nice people. But as far as running an Italian restaurant goes, most of the food there is on par with what you would get from an olive garden. Coming from NJ I find sergi's disappointing. Anywhere in NJ you can throw a rock and hit a good Italian joint, up here in nny not so much. It's not good to the point where my family is coming to town to visit and I told them I would rather go elsewhere.

Still one of the worst places to get pizza or anything else in Potsdam. Go to Little Italy and you will CONSISTENTLY get better food and service. Over priced and horrible quality food.

Absolutely disgusting! The food is horrible tasteless, gross food. Absolutely no one seems to care how it's made. I got chicken Alfredo. For one you get a frozen, battered, frozen grey chicken they served with the Alfredo. The Alfredo itself was tasteless zero seasoning. Just absolutely no flavor. We also got the bruschetta. It was also ero flavor. The Baggett they served it on was so hard. It was terrible! No garlic, no balsamic. Gross ! They give you soda from a can which is whatever. But it wasn't cold. I was told " she" I'm assuming the owner doesn't order straws anymore. 😒 For a family that seem Italian, and I say that with respect, You would think there appreciation for food would be better then this. This place shouldn't be open. I've had better Italian from and Italian American food restaurant. That's saying something. Sad!

I try to be as nice as possible because I’ve been a server but everybody I talk to is rude whenever I go. I asked the status of my order because it took an hour and 15 minutes to get to my place and it was a small order and they were still rude. Its not that high quality, theres always a lot of fat in my chicken and the marinara taste like its only tomato paste. I try to give them a chance a lot thinking maybe its just what I ordered but I get disappointed.

Ordered pizza they said an hour which wasn’t a problem an hour and a half later I call and they never made it tell me 20 minutes and it will be there 30 minutes later I get most of my order and it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten there I will never order from there again was so much better when the family actually ran it I would find a different place to order from and save the headache

The worst pizza I've ever eaten. A very heavy and doughy pizza. The cheese was also not quality. The cheese didn't want to stay with the slice when picked up. Also the price of $51 for a large meatlovers and Hawaiian was steep. I can get 4 large pizzas for that price in pennsylvania.

We arrived at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t packed but did have several customers. They have so many tables in the dining room you better not try to sit in a booth if your 10lbs over weight. There is no room for you feet. We waited awhile just to receive our menus. When the girl finally put down our placemats and silverware (which were dirty), she grabbed the tongs of the fork rather than the handle when putting them down. The prices are a bit high. The place looks like an authentic Italian restaurant but the food is definitely not. The spaghetti was extremely bland and the meatballs were frozen. The salad was warm and tasted like dirt!....I don’t believe they washed the lettuce before serving it. We will not be returning to this establishment! They charge like a high end restaurant but serve food with college students in mind.

We ordered pizza rolls last night, of which we have ordered thousands over the years, and they were absolutely disgusting! They had to have been sitting out for hours. They were rock hard, hardly any filling. We weren’t even able to eat them. Majorly disappointing!

It was delivered just short of 30 min late after multiple phone calls, trying to ascertain the whereabouts of the delivery. Delivery person was curt, no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, which caused a fair bit of inconvenience for us. Not happy.

The old weathered looking woman with the dark hair is beyond rude and I stood and waited no one asked me if I needed help I ordered brushetta thst took 30min I go to pick it up.. finally I say I ordered the brushetta costed$ 19.45 pay her she tries to hand me 55 cents I usually tip but this is second time I was ignored and had to ask for service. Told her to keep the change went to go grab my bag with my name on it and leave I get chased out saying I didnt pay and I had to sit and think like I paid her bc of the change I left and she needs to figure it out so I wait in car no one comes out ao I go back in and ask her if she figured it out and she said its fine and i can leave and I said I paid u . U cant go stopping me and say I didnt and accuse me of not. She was still rude!! No apology!! I should of taken the 55 cents back too. Rude mean woman. I had my disabled 7 year old with me also so add that to it. The worst customer service ever and rude! I understand a mistake but I drove home 20min and still am fuming. I wont be back . Place has great food and rude workers just bc the old bag been there forever it doesnt mean she can treat ppl like that.
