Well I Ordered a Carne Asada Taco Plate. Comes with two sides. So I get my order and get all my fixings from the salsa bar. Order comes out in less then 5 minutes. So I start putting my cilantro onion and salsa on my tacos. Well I look close and see a little black looked like hair🦱 sticking out of the green salsa. So I pull it out slow and sure enough there was a short black hair. So I bring it back and ask the cashier for my money back. She tells her manager and she looks at the plate and hair. She comes to the register asks me how I payed and she gave me the money back for my tacos. Not once did she say sorry for the experience or really anything about the hair in the food. Well I wold NOT return to this location. The location on 191 is ran a lot better.

I ordered a #9 1/2 lb brisket plate and only received 1/4 lb of meat and half of that was fat. Not satisfied at all. Reached out and received an uncaring "well I guess I'll tell the cooks to weigh it better." The chicken is supreme and I can't fault that. I love their rice too. For these reasons I give 2 stars, but today was a one star visit. My high hopes were not realized today. I'll update in the future if i ever decide to go back and I have a better experience

Terrible food. Ordered the personal plate with chicken, sausage, and rib. All the meats were dry and flavorless almost like it was old and reheated. The corn was hard and had a blob of cheese of it. Horrible and expensive not worth the money at all.

Looks like someone took a bite off my corn before the uber eats driver picked it up. The bag was completely sealed with staples when I recieved it so I know it wasn’t the uber driver who did it . Don’t eat at this place 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Like all the other reviews meat was dry, old? Went on a Saturday and we all talked about was how the meat must have been left on the grill from the Monday before. We had ribs, chicken, and sausage. Ribs so dry there was only bone to naw on lol ….the chicken didn’t even look like chicken and the sausage 😂 gag was like a bite of cardboard. Everything was so bad. Disappointed Brantley Creek right around the way don’t waist your money here. We spent 80 bucks and didn’t even get to eat. Well the chips and green salsa is what I love but unfortunately won’t be back

I do not recommend this place. The chicken with all the sides did not taste good at all. We Ordered two cheese burgers with fries they were also not good I think this place is under new management because a while back ago it was actually really good food.

Very rude lady at the drive through. Terrible customer service, very rude. I was ignored for 10 minutes until another lady came and took my order. Very rude service I don’t recommend eating inside.

Long wait for 1/2 a chicken and quesadilla. Should have had 4 pieces of chicken and got 3 and …… I don’t even know what this was. Looked like what was leftover from someone else’s chicken.

I tried both locations so I will combine them into one. First don't order turkey legs at either locations. They advertise them but they don't actually have any. Two the "carne asada " ( if that's what you think carne asada is) at one location is very salty and the other no flavor. Both equally fatty/greasy meat. The 1lb is very small. Chihuahua corn had no flavor. Their 1/4 chicken is really just a wing and rib of a very small chicken with little to no meat and very dry (just bones). They don't let you pick peices so if you want a drumstick don't expect one. One had a full bar the other didn't. Sides are small. Rice is hard and taste old and bland. Corn tortillas were dry and hard. Overall won't be back to any location. The price or taste not worth it. Oh and this locations dropped all the food on the floor and I don't know what they did with it.

I am out here working and well I have been trying to find places to grab semi healthy “home cooking meals” and this place was recommended from a few people.. I asked for only a personal chicken no sausage no ribs JUST chicken and before I paid i asked her “it’s ONLY chicken correct “ & she said yes. The menu said $6 and some change she charged me $14 plus tax — I open my food not only to find SCRAPS of food like I’m a dog but HARDLY any chicken ! And the worst of it all is I found ROACHES in my food and the drink. I have worked all day and just wanted a decent meal ! Will not come to this place again. Cannot I believe I paid this much to not eat dinner :(
