So we came here for our 21st anniversary, The restaurant is very beautiful and the staff member we had was Virginia and she was amazing, she was very attentive and her additude was one that I havent experienced in a long time!!! She is very sweet and caring and took the time to explain everything to us but the best part was the food.the food is amazing!! The flavors are the best I have had in a long time,the grill at the table is a experience for any foodie!! I definitely recommend to anyone but especially if you want that romantic setting!!oh and shout out to the restraunt on general, I walked away for the table for just a min and before I came back comps of the restaurant the table was decorated and I had a half dozen roses on table! I was shocked and very appreciated that they did such a sweet gesture for our day! So thank you and we will definitely recommend and be back in the near future!! Thank you again Virginia for a amazing experience!!

I absolutely love this place. While it is a bit pricey, it is soooo worth it! All of their food is amazing, from the cheese, to the salad, to the main entrees and the dessert. They also have excellent drinks. We took my son recently and he LOVED it!! Highly recommend. Every single worker there was so pleasant. They are the friendliest and more polite restaurants workers I have ever encountered. I’d eat here everyday if I could!!

We came here for our engagement dinner and they did an amazing job. Food service everything. The manager was so accommodating with the table next to us it was nice to see! And our waiter Jason treated us amazingly. And really made our dinner fun and enjoyable!

When here for my birthday with my best friend. I have never had a restaurant made me feel so welcome and special for my birthday! They even had the staff sign a card and brought me out a cake with candle to light. Miranda was a wonderful server helping us with the menu and going over all the details. If you want a special night out on the town with your love ones this is definitely a great restaurant.

Date night was a delight as we found our way to the Melting Pot. From the front desk to our server and the manager making her rounds. Everything was delicious and the staff made it easy to relax and enjoy our evening.

This was first time here and got to say it was a great experience. The wait for seating was short even I didn’t have a reservation. Our server Lauren R was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and super cool and nice, made the experience even better. I would recommend this place.

This was a first for my husband and me. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and the staff were all so great. The food was amazing even though we had to take dessert home because we were too full, it was amazing the next day.

We had such a great experience. It was our first time at The Melting Pot and our server Devon was so kind and patient. He did a great job explaining everything and made it a really memorable experience. The food was excellent. Our favorite was the Loaded Baked Potato Cheese Fondue and the Bannanas Foster dessert. We actually started at another Bricktown restaurant where there were literally 2 full tables in the restaurant and they said it would be an hour wait. They then pointed at the bar and we chose to move on. At The Melting Pot, we were greeted and all of the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Best dining experience ever!!

I love coming here. The staff is amazing. We sat at the bar. Shaylee and Blaine were the best. Best of luck to Blaine on his promotion. Shaylee, I am amazed how you kept up with all of us. Watching y'all work was a true wondrous show. Thank you for adding to our great night

Excellent food, Excellent service, incredible place for an anniversary dinner. Multiple choices for all courses. Highly recommend the California salad and the banana pudding fondue for dessert!

We came for our anniversary and were met with a card signed by staff and flowers that we got to take home. The food was great, the service was amazing. Highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My wife and I had the best dining experience we’ve ever had here last night. Our waiter, Sebastian, was amazing — warm, attentive, and full of great suggestions. We spent 3 wonderful hours enjoying the roses, learning how to make the food, and soaking in the atmosphere. This was exactly what we needed to reconnect, and we can’t wait to return for more special moments. We’ll be asking for Sebastian every time — make sure you do too!

I've been here 3 times now and each time the staff always are very kind and accommodating. If you're wanting to have a special night out, I couldn't recommend this place more. It's very fun :)

Been here a couple of times now. Wife loves this place. Staff and overall experience is excellent. As far as bang for your buck, at the regular rate without any deals, it is not that great. Expect to spend 100$ for 2 people. You’re mostly just paying for the experience. They do have discounted times, currently 4p to 6p at the bar on certain days and on certain items. My wife and I went and only spent $33 during the discount which made it a lot more reasonable. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to take your girl your for a date, this would be one restaurant I could easily recommend to take her. I’m giving them a five star rating. Customer service and food are always consistently super. Additionally, my wife alway excited for her next visit.

Props to Shaylee for a wonderful dining experience. She was having a rough night with her voice, but didn’t hold back explaining the menu and answering our questions. She frequently checked to make sure we were satisfied with our meal and was more than helpful making sure we got everything we wanted. She’s a great credit to the staff and a wonderful asset to the restaurant. Everyone helped make our 10th anniversary celebration special and enjoyable.

Tradition to have my oldest daughter birthday dinner at Melting Pot, no matter the state we are in. And OKC Melting pot did not disappoint 🙌 👏 our server was new, but Jocelyn did a fabulous job! It was busy we know the deal but and smile and swiftness and cute personality we had a great time. I didn't realize some thing's are different at some locations different but still great. Get some sparkling water in bottles PLEASE. Food was just as great as anticipated. Thanks so much looking forward to coming back to this location. Our Ladies Night at The Melting Pot was outstanding thanks to Hannah’s exceptional service; she created a memorable experience—not just a meal. Her energy, attentiveness, and intuitive service made our night full of laughter, connection, and ease. Hannah is a true asset to this establishment and hospitality at its finest. She thoughtfully attended to every detail, including ensuring safe transportation for those enjoying beautifully crafted cocktails. If you want to impress your guests and enjoy world-class hospitality, do yourself (and your guests) a favor and ask for Hannah.

David was our server for my annual Daddy/Daughter date. He was very kind, informative and professional. The food was great and our annual date was a great experience! Thanks for making our tradition something we can count on to be the same level of excellence.

I brought my mom to open tales for her bday dinner and my first experience here and Sebastian did an amazing job. He always made sure we were taken care of and answered any and all questions I had. Definitely will be coming back the food was amazing and our service I couldn’t have had any better!

Ms.Madison did an excellent jobbbb!!! We didn’t have to ask for anything she already knew what to do to make our experience the best here at melting pot!!! She was the best ! Great attitude, great personality, and great at her job! 10 out of 10! Definitely will be back and will request Madison as our server!

Tonight was a special night with my children because we didn’t get to see each other on Christmas. Our meal service was fantastic and the food was plentiful and delicious. Every entree was fresh and flavorful with good texture and visual appeal from the tuna to the steak. All was exemplary until we had a couple seated across from us that screamed “tolerant liberal.” The Karen was complaining to her beta male friend/bf/whatever about my grandson making noise (which he was being very low key for an autistic child or even a “normal” two year old) not trying to be discreet at all and then, when confronted by my daughter, lied about it. I’m a large man and not above a fight, but allowed my daughter to handle herself which she did admirably without being over the top confrontational. The couple moved to another part of the restaurant which made all of us happy. The reason for telling this story other than to highlight the idiocy of people was to commend the staff and management at The Melting Pot. They made us feel welcome and apologized for the asinine behavior of the couple instead of condemning us for having a child who is comforted by making noise to himself (again, quietly especially for him). What happened next is what makes this moment extra special and saved a family moment for us from being tainted. Tavion (fantastic server by the way) told us that our dessert fondue and drinks and kids’ meals were comped. Bear in mind that none of this was The Melting Pot’s fault, but they wanted us to know we are always welcome and wanted us to have a good New Year. My daughter cried and was understandably moved. Thank you Melting Pot for being genuinely good people and understanding, along with going above and beyond good customer service and reaching exemplary levels. We will be back.

Great special occasion place. Plenty of options, and you can't can go wrong with any. We had Sebastián as our server and he was help, friendly, and very attentive. A model server and a great person. Couldn't recommend enough.

Sebastian was extraordinarily attentive and friendly. He made the experience amazing. Food was great as normal. The atmosphere was excellent not as busy as we thought it would be so that was nice as well.

Melt melting pot is an outstanding restaurant! The customer service is excellent. If you come here ask for David, he is an excellent server (very attentive and kind)and the manager, Sophie is so sweet! My husband and I love it here & we are never disappointed! 😘

Aiden was the best server, if you come here you have to get Aiden. He is super attentive , kind and knows this restaurant inside out! He is amazing and amazing managers as well! Shout out to Lexi for accommodating our needs during our date night!

David did an incredible job! David was our waiter for my wife’s birthday dinner. He checked on us in a timely manner, made wonderful drink/ meal suggestions, and was polite. Amazing service. Would recommend David to everyone!

Amazing service all around!! I travel alone for business and often get a side eye look. At this Melting Pot in Bricktown OK. All I received were kind, courteous and engaging staff! Starting with Dillon the host! Way to set the expectation! He treated me as if “dining for one” is the norm at the Melting Pot! Set me at ease and made me feel so welcome!! Job well done! Many restaurants underestimate the job of the Host! This Melting Pot got it right!!! Thank you!! Then my server - Gad - what a nice human! So kind, courteous and just overall caring and engaging! I could not have asked for a better experience! I’ve been to this area for work for the past 4 months. Never once thinking it would be an OK experience going for Fondue on my own. Lordy! Had I known the excellent service and care I received - I would have gone more often! The manager came by towards the end of- unsure but I believe her name was Kaitlin, thank you - you have an amazing team!!!! Sabina

I had a WONDERFUL Birthday Dinner at The Melting Pot OKC! The food was great, the server (Hanah) was friendly and excellently paced our meal and made it a truly memorable experience. Best Birthday Dinner I have had in years! My sweet husband had selected a package with roses in a vase that I got to take home with me and they also had fresh rose petals on the table and gave me a Birthday card signed by several employees! All in all a Fantastic experience!!!

Jason was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we sat down, he brought such an upbeat, bubbly energy that instantly made us feel welcome. He was attentive without being overbearing, made fantastic recommendations, and kept the entire experience fun and relaxed. You can genuinely tell he cares about making sure guests have a great time. Jason didn’t just serve our table — he elevated our entire night. If you get the chance to have Jason as your waiter, you’re in for an amazing experience. Huge shoutout to him for going above and beyond!

Perfect place to celebrate a partner. Intimate/cozy seating, refreshing cocktails, good service, and delicious flavors. Ordered a champagne toast with the booking, received upon arrival. Enjoyed a 4-course fondue, everything intentionally prepared. Loved that they made our cheese fondue table side due to a dietary restriction, and that they wrote little wishes on our dessert plates. A very nice touch! Overall good experience, planning on returning very soon.

First time goers. Went for our 17th year anniversary. They ask if you're celebrating anything when you walk in, but nothing happens so I'm not sure why they ask. That is beside the point. Anyway, we chose to "pick our own" entrée to dip/cook in a broth. Our server, "taught" us how to get the full experience. Do the app to know how long to cook your meats or veggies. Do one at a time or put all of your protein/veggies in at once and cook them together. We also did their anniversary gold chocolate dessert with "gold covered" prailines. SOO good. We had an amazing experience for sure. Be prepared to be there for a while. It was only my husband and I and we were there almost 3 hours. Not sure if that is typical or if we were taking advantage of a kid free evening. Either way, we will drive the 80 minutes to go back. (PSA, actually *note to self*, I dont like potstickers cooked in broth so I wont choose that next time. But you might.) Oh! Last thing! Probably the most important, get the Blackberry sage lemonade (in the picture) its the best thing on the menu! And thats saying alot because we enjoyed everything.

First time visiting, what a Great experience. A bit pricey for what it is, but we all enjoyed ourselves.

Steak was great! Veggies take alittle too long to cook. Cheese and chocolate Fondue was brillant!

Love all the gluten-free and vegan options here. The restaurant is a little pricey, but if you are able to splurge and celebrate a special occasion, it's worth it. Don't plan on spending less than $100, though. The basic four course meal for 2 is $110, the slightly bigger meal for 2 is $124. It was my birthday when we went, and they lit a candle on a gluten free snickerdoodle cookie for me! It was delicious. Loved all the food and the service was amazing. Will look forward to going again one day.

It was definitely an experience, a beautiful environment, a beautiful setting, and a romantic atmosphere. I also enjoyed the server she was awesome. Shelby, i think, was her name. The menu was a new experience. I enjoyed appetizers, the fondue and desserts, but wasn't a true fan of the entrees and my food being raw and only a broth on a stove to cook it. Definitely took me by surprise but different likes for different people. It was a great time, and i enjoyed myself for my birthday dinner.

This has become a tradition for my wife and I every year for our anniversary. We always look forward to our experience. Unfortunately, this year was a disappointment. When making our reservation, I told them that we were celebrating our anniversary and even paid extra for the ‘Touch of Romance’ package. The restaurant even called me to verify the details on the day of our visit and confirm the reservation. Now to the issue. On our arrival, we were seated in the main dining room right next to the main walkway. On top of that, another group was seated right next to us. Even with the rose petals and candles, romance ruined. We have always had a private booth when celebrating our anniversary, but not this year. I believe that this should have been a ‘no brainer’ for the staff to seat us appropriately. With all this said, the food did not disappoint and we will probably do it all over again next year. Just a lesson learned to ask for a private booth next time.

The food was good but overpriced for what it is, also don’t bring a large group as they force you to all have the same food package no matter what you really want… if you want to to buy à la carte everybody in your group has to buy the same, if you want the most expensive package everybody is forced to buy the same package! It’s just another way to make you spend more and smile when they do it. There are plenty of top notch restaurants to patronize that actually are worth the money, melting pot isn’t one of them. I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business, what a ripoff!

The food was amazing as always when we finally got all of it and finally was correct. The service was lacking any attention to customers. We sat with empty water and drink glasses. 2 out of 7 meals were forgotten and took another 20+ mins to come out. The entrée fondue sat on our table for 20mins before the entrée (meat) actually came out. The waiter would come to our table and say our next course was ready and that he was going to get it but he didnt return right away. When telling our table about the sauces and the dippables, he spoke so fast and was turned away from our table that none of us understood what he said or described. This is a normal 2 hr experience took almost 3.5 hrs. We've been to The Melting Pot before and had far better experiences. If this would have been our first experience; we would never be returning! We won't be returning to this location tho. We have been to many other locations and this one was just disappointing.

Server was nice but our birthday lunch was THREE HOURS LONG! We were there with our kids- the long wait between courses killed the experience. People who came after us were served before us. We had to turn off the burners, because our food was burning, silverware was dirty, our waters didn’t get refilled, table didn’t get cleared until next course and was not wiped before dessert. We are super bummed because we were excited about the melting pot coming to Northwest Arkansas. Not what we expected for a $350 lunch with no alcohol - We will not go back.
