This brand new Einstein Bagels location seems to be very popular, which is great! The employee who helped me was very friendly and understanding with my order 😊 I believe her name was Aida. Because they were busy, my bagels did take a little while to be ready but I completely understand with the rush they were having! Overall great experience!

First time trying this place out. The wife and I were out in San Diego supporting our deployed son (Navy) and after a nice drive from Chino, stopped here for some breakfast. GREAT choice, BOMB!! Affordable!

The food was good. The bacon and cheddar egg sandwich was good. A hash browning wasn't the greatest. The place was clean. The price is a little high. The service was good. Staff was fine but food was disappointing. Looks much smaller and different than the ads. Normally, this wouldn't surprise me but I've been to other Einstein bros where this isn't the case so I wasn't quite prepared for this... I know mom + pop shops that do better.

The food was pretty good. The service was not super friendly or inviting. There was no place to sit inside...they had a total of 3 chairs..no seats or tables outside. Its ok place to order ahead and pickup and go.

I came on Saturday when they closed at 2:00 came from a long distance because its the closest one. Got here at 1:48. I got to the door it was locked and the closed sign flipped. I would understand 5 minutes to closing. But 12 minutes was a bummer. =[

Ordered ahead via Einstein mobile app at 7:15am, (app says ETA 15-20 mins) drove on my way into work and arrived at 7:55am, ORDER WASN'T READY! I ordered 1 bacon egg and cheddar on plain bagel. (Standard menu item) Reason - we are out of plain bagels 🤷🏻‍♀️ I said can we just cancel the order then, I don't have time to wait now, her response smiling.... Ummm I don't know how to do that.

Bagel sandwiches decent. Coffee was cold. Lack customer service, wasn’t helped even though they did acknowledge I was standing there. They ran out of napkins by 9:40 so an employee brought out a paper towel roll from the back. Overall, mid. The area below the bagel display was very dirty.

First time Coming here Slow service ,lazy workers ,poor customer service. Bagels were good but all employees seemed lost. There where also no napkins coffee area was a mess I only saw one gentleman cleaning and replenishing everything. Will definitely not be returning to this location.

Very rude and short with customers. Customers after us waited for 10 mins and no one helped them and workers kept looking at them yet and the customers walked out. One girl argued with a lady who was picking up an order when the customer did nothing wrong. Overall I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dear Einstein Bros. Bagels – Ontario Team, I’m writing to express my disappointment with a mobile order I placed this morning (approx. $152) for my office’s 8:30 AM meeting. The order included: 2 dozen bagels ½ dozen sandwiches A jug of coffee Specialty cold coffee Juice 2 avocado toasts And other items clearly intended for a group Unfortunately, the order was missing several key essentials: No schmears included No coffee cups, napkins, stirring sticks, sugar, or cream Poor presentation—especially the avocado toast, which had barely any spread and looked hastily made I had to send someone back to pick up the missing schmears, and even then, cups and plain schmear (which is typically standard) were still not provided. I understand mornings can be busy, but for a large prepaid order, quality and completeness should be a priority. If fulfilling the order properly wasn’t possible, I would’ve preferred to be notified in advance. This experience was frustrating—especially because we were excited to have a nearby Einstein location for our team. I’ve ordered from here before (though never this large), and I expected better service and attention to detail. I hope someone from the Ontario management team will reach out directly to follow up. A generic response won’t address the impact this had on our meeting and team experience. Thank you,

The girl working the counter 10/9/25 at 12:30 pm had terrible customer service skills. She just stared at us like we were stupid as we were trying to talk to her. Then proceeded to tell us that we can't get cheddar jalapeno bagels with cream cheese. Why not? What kind of bagel place is this? Horrible experience will never come back.

Highly disappointing and probably won't go again. Looking for good breakfast items? I'd say try Farmer Boys Hog Heaven burrito!

Placed an online order. I came 2 mins late and still orders was not even processed. I had to wait for at least 20 mins where they slowly started making my order. Not honoring online app timelines

Went there around 10am yesterday. Spent 10 minutes to get order taken and then another 30 minutes afterwards to get my food. Had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. Nothing crazy. They had the staff but were all over the place. Definitely do not go if you have plans afterwards because you will be late. Honestly would avoid this location and I won't be visiting again
