this is hands down the best take away chinese food to be found in rochester. chicken on stick beef broc mushu pork pupu platter wonton hot sour soup sesame general tso etc so good, the chef trained in china and the family running the business is very kind.

Hands down the best Chinese food in all of Monroe County (and New York? can't confirm, but do feel like it could be true)! You walk in and are greeted very nicely by Sunny, the encounter is always warm and the food is always great.

I stop here often. It's right on 104 on my way home. Great food here. I have tried so many Chinese restaurants and these folks get my order right every time. My usual takeout is extra spicy General Tso's chicken and Pork Lo Mein. I have plenty leftover for tomorrow lunch or dinner #2. The people running the place are also very nice.

Easily the best Chinese I've found in Ontario or in any of the surrounding towns. Being a 5 minute drive from my home is a bonus. I can't judge the Atmosphere besause I've always ordered takeout.

Just ordered 2 sesame chicken combos, shrimp fried rice and 2 shrimp fried egg rolls as soon as they opened at 11am. THE QUALITY AND THE QUANTITY WAS EXCELLENT! I've tried this place a few times over the years but had always been disappointed with (and once got sick from) their food. After reading a review that they'd changed management I figured I'd give it another shot. It's a complete 180 from where it was before, the food was awesome. The dishes with garlic sauce actually had a nice level of heat to them, the dumplings and wontons (I got szechuan wontons) were very flavorful. I wasn't disappointed by a single dish.

Wow! Blown away by the food and service at this place. The staff is so sweet, accomodating and kind! Inside it's clean and bright, and there are two tables to sit and eat at. We ordered sesame chicken, general tsos chicken, and pork egg rolls and everything was delicious and flavorful! The general tsos was even spicy in a good and proper way! Plus the owners gave us bonus chicken and sesame tofu because they are closed on Mondays, and that was also delicious! Side note - no bathrooms if you are looking for one. We'll definitely be back!! 1st time trying and it was so worth it! The Roast Pork Lo mein , Crab Rangoon and spring rolls were really really good! I also ordered steamed dumplings. They were absolutely 💯 delicious! The outside was tender ( sometimes when you get them they can be tough ) these were flavorful. You can tell they cook with ❤️

This place is our favorite to get Kung Pao chicken and crab ragoon. They make many other dishes that are also great. Food is always fresh. Try them out!

I've always purchased take out Chinese from Hai Ru. It's always been top notch and I'm not trying to take anything away from Hai Ru. But I tried Precious Chinese tonight for the first time. The flavors, rice & value are pretty close. But the only thing Precious didn't have that I wanted to order was boneless bbq pork.

Decent food. Covid-19 definitely affected them negatively. Had been going at least once a month or so. Haven't been there in a while since they reopened under Covid restrictions. Will give them another chance for sure.

Great food! Took a little longer then most Chinese places but everything was made fresh and you could taste it. We'll definitely return - just plan for 35 mins instead of 20 mins.

As a vegan, I review things accordingly. Disclaimer: Precious does NOT claim to be vegan. Half of my score is friendliness/atmosphere, stuff like that, the other half is how good the food is. The staff is friendly. 5/5 The tofu has a HORRIBLE texture, and an GREAT taste. 3/5 8/10 = 4/5 stars. Advice: PLEASE get a better supplier for your tofu.

I've tried General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Chicken and the Spicy Beef. All three meals were terrible. Whenever I get any kind of chicken from there I'm basically eating breading, it's impossible to actually find any meat in the breading. The Spicy beef a giant container of vegetables with the smallest amount of beef. The sauces taste good. The fried rice is very good and the Pot stickers I've had were good as well. But the entrees are horrendous. I must be in the minority though because other people seem to like it.

I've tried General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Chicken and the Spicy Beef. All three meals were terrible. Whenever I get any kind of chicken from there I'm basically eating breading, it's impossible to actually find any meat in the breading. The Spicy beef a giant container of vegetables with the smallest amount of beef. The sauces taste good. The fried rice is very good and the Pot stickers I've had were good as well. We ordered for the very first time this week. For years and years we have gone to Magic Wok. We wanted to try something new. The only item we ended up enjoying was the crab rangoon. They were actually filled and delicious. Do not order the chicken pad thai and expect it to be traditional chicken pad thai, it was not. The two other meals of orange chicken were very hard, crunchy, and overcooked. Barely any actual chicken, just a very hard outside that we could barely eat. The rice was good.

I have had food twice there that was awesome.... Today was disgusting. It tasted gross, it was soggy and mushy, and tasted old. Even though I enjoyed it the first two times, the food was so bad that I will never order food from their again. Very disappointing

After placing an order online I waited and was told it was ready to pick up. When I got there I stood there for 2 hours no one asked me for my name what my order was. We recently moved here from Omaha, NE where we had an excellent favorite Chinese restaurant. It wasn't fancy, but it was good. We've tried THIS place twice and both times the food was greasy and bland! And I just realized it's because they likely don't use MSG. Really unpleasant bland food that tastes like nothing. MSG isn't anything to be afraid, folks. You're missing out on actual flavor! Won't be back.
