A magnificent pizza that is complemented by the cheese breadsticks. Both are flavored perfectly, with the ideal amount of cheese on them. The next time you are looking for a different pizza place, I would highly recommend trying out their cheese bread with the pizza.

Mark's provides a very good and large slice of pizza. The crust is thick and chewy. The dough is pliable and can easily be folded like a slice of NY pie should be. If I had time, I would have ordered a whole pie instead of a take away slice that had been in the warmer for unknown time. Ordered a big salad and wow, it was really big. Easily feeds 2+ people and has an excellent price of around $11. We didn't get to eat inside. We arrived around 7pm and they close at 8. The tables were already up and they were cleaning the restaurant.

Great prices for large groups! Service fleas kind and friendly. Clean and kept up facilities. Pizza was cheesy and delicious! Definitely one of the best Marks out there!

I do enjoy Mark's pizza, however a bit disappointed with my last experience. Ordered for delivery, and verified first that I was in the delivery area. Ordered my food, was told 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour the guy delivering called, the girl who had taken my order gave the wrong address. It took and additional 45 minutes to recieve my food. Which the food was cold obviously. 110 bucks (with tip) for cold pizza, 45 minutes late. Obviously I didn't penalize the delivery driver with the tip, as it was not his fault that he was given the wrong address.

We called last week end ordered half veggie and half pepperoni with banana peppers on the side. We received a full veggie pizza with pepperoni on half and banana peppers on the other half and they probably charged us more than they should have. Didn't have time to wait for a new one so they gave us credit. I understand mistakes happens and all was good. Tonight we called in for the remake of our pizza exact same order as we did last week. This time it come with no pepperoni at all after we went over the order twice on the phone and they checked it again when we picked up the pizza. Once again couldn't wait so they gave us the money back for the pepperoni. We didn't want money back we just wanted our order made right. it wasn't even a weird order. I'm not one to complain but this was just crazy. If there is an order you messed up and you're remaking it... the manager should be checking it before it goes out the door. Super unhappy with our experience.

Unfortunately this is the closest one to me. Instead of a pizzeria. It’s really just a joint for kids to hang out at and itstette smokers to run the joint. Seriously it smells more like cigarettes and potential condiments use over actual pizza making.

Ordered a Large Pizza, Medium Pizza and some wings. When I got there, the young tall guy behind the counter acted like a space cadet. He kept calling me by the wrong name, because he mixed up my name with a different order. Seemed like he wasn’t paying attention to anything I was saying. The pizza was incredibly greasy. I think he pulled it out of the oven too early because it didn’t seem to be fully cooked. Not sure I’ll go back again.

This Marks location is undoubtedly the worst, but they are all bottom of the barrel when it comes to pizza in Rochester. pizza is never cooked right, absolutely covered in grease to the point it’s almost un-edible, sometimes you get almost no sauce. Hands down, zero discussion, the worst pizza place in Rochester. Back in early 2000s marks was pretty good, it’s shocking how far down hill this place has gone. Absolute carelessness.

Changing my 3 star to a 1 star, gave this place a second chance and asked for it cooked WELL DONE. Now I’m working with a $25 soaking wet, half cooked, doughy pizza that I’m now putting in my own oven to finish cooking. I’d rather drive to the little Monroe ave location that’s attached to a gas station rather than order from here again. EDIT- 2nd bad review now 09/29/22 gave the place another shot and couldn’t even get through ordering the girl had no idea where my address is even though I live 100 feet from my last address and she said they “don’t deliver there sorry”
