I've been coming to PCH dog for over 10 years. This is my comfort zone, my happy place. They have always been consistently outstanding in their food. The staff is always so nice and very quick to get your order out. I've never been disappointed here. Definitely get the chili cheese fries!!

Yummy hotdogs. Fries were thin and crispy. My husband is picky when it comes to dogs and he loved them. I had the Tijuana dog wo jalapeños. Hubs had one with BBQ sauce.

The shake and fries were really good and the Chicago dog was solid as well. Fun little location.

They brought back the ice cream. I like that! And, now they have tacos too. Just one kind. Ground beef. It was good. Fresh made to order French fries. Get chilie cheese on it! Its an outdoor hotdog stand on the street. with some limited shaded seating. Pretty Iconic, I guess.

Chick-fil-A: might of found the Exception to the Rule I'm shocked to report that this Chick-fil-A location didn't blow my socks off. I mean, I've come to expect nothing but perfection from this beloved chain, but this time, they fell just a tad short. The staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, and my "my pleasure" was replaced with a meh. Service was slower than a sloth on valium, but hey, at least the food was still on point! That being said, we're nitpicking here. The food was delicious, and the people were friendly enough. Maybe they were just having a pre-holiday slump? (We were, too, TBH). If you're in the area, don't be deterred - it's still a solid Chick-fil-A experience. But, guys, come on, team! You can do better! 🤣 P.S. We're still fans, CFA. Don't @ me.

I went to this Chick-fil-A for the first time. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. I was assisted by an employee whose name was Jonathan; he was very sweet and smiled. This is the type of service that I know I should get when I go to CFA. He seemed happy to work there, and compared to other CFAs, the service I received here was wonderful. I definitely recommend it and will be going back.

We were greeted with patient and friendly employees. We took a little while to order, but we never felt rushed. We got the Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich and 8-Piece Nuggets. My kids really liked their food.

We order catering for my daughter's 15th bday. We did a pickup and the food was hot and ready. The manager unfortunately didn't get her name handled our order. She was awesome! Our guest loved the food. There was plenty to go around for a great price.

Salad done right! Have eaten several market salads from here & have always been surprised by how well they are made. Not all jumbled up & looked to be carefully arranged! The only complaint is the quality of the outside microphone for taking orders🤷🏼

Okayyyy!!! So, all other food chains need to step it up a bit! When it comes to curbside! My experience with Chick-fil-A was pretty damn fantastic! I didn't wait long and my food was STILL HOT when I arrived home from an 11-minute drive! It was the little things for me... the napkins, knives, and forks nicely wrapped. Great service all around!

I love Chick Fil A!!!! The line is usually always long here but it moves fast and the employees are friendly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich today and it was very good as usual. This location never disappoints.

U can never go wrong with a hotdog made just the way u like it. I had a Chicago dog, corn dog, and chili cheese fries. The Chicago dog was hot and fresh ingredients on top that matched perfectly 👌 the corn dog was cooked to perfection, not to crunchy and no soggy batter. The chili cheese fries came out hot which melted the mountain of cheese that hit the spot. I would come back here next time im in the area.

Great hot dog stand across from In n Out burger. What an amazing treat. I loved their Chicago Dog, with hot peppers, pickle slice, and tomato. French Fries were tasty and lightly salted. Thin fries, but a nice order size. I'll definitely go back and try the chili dog next

Hot dogs anyone?? Highlights of the menu: 1. Chicago dog 2. Chili cheese dog 3. New York dog 4. Oreo milkshake Nothing can beat a good hot dog after a long day at work. Just want to have a quick yet yummy dinner and this is the best choice for today. Their hot dogs are just out of the oven with some crunchy pickles (I don’t love all kinds of pickles but they have the type I like) and the sauces! So good!! Also, this is a small store with outdoor seatings. With the sun still up, I feel so fun to eat differently today.

I have two kids, aged 10 and 12, who both grew up enjoying meals at this location and playing in the playroom. Unfortunately, since the remodel, this location no longer has a playroom, which is disappointing for our family and the community. While playrooms can be challenging to maintain, they play an essential role for families and for Chick-fil-A. Playrooms offer significant benefits by creating a fun and enjoyable experience for children. They help kids associate happiness and fun with the restaurant’s brand, turning them into lifelong customers. I hope that Chick-fil-A and other companies will consider bringing back these playrooms, as they serve a vital purpose for both the brand and the community.

Boyfriend has been trying to find the best hotdogs in OC, so he's been talking about going here ever since he found it. We were in the area for an event and on the way home, we stopped here for lunch. We ordered a few things: 2 BBQ Bacon, 1 Tijuana, 1 corn dog, 1 chili cheese fries and bottle of water. The corn dog was a last minute - I see it, I want it. Crispy batter, but nothing mind-blowing. It's just a taste of childhood for me. BF raved about the fries crispy level and how it complemented the generous portion of chili and cheese. They don't skimp! BBQ Bacon was our favorite. Topped with bacon, sautéed onions, fried jalapeños, barbecue sauce and a pickle spear, it was a nice balance of sweet, salty, smoky and spicy (the jalapeños packed heat!) The topping were overflowing and with each bite, you had to figure out how to keep yourself clean. The Tijuana was very similar with bacon, mustard, sautéed onions, chopped tomatoes and fried jalapeños. There was a lot more onions on this one. BF had this and said the mustard adds a nice dimension but he preferred the bbq bacon. Overall, food was quite good. It was a hot sunny day, so shaded seating is limited to about four tables and maybe 6-8 bar counter seating. If you need condiments like mustard or fries, you can ask for a squeeze bottle. The thing that left the biggest impression on me though was a very strong scent of cleaners. It was pleasant at first, but a light breeze would pass over me and along with that was a wave of nausea. It was so unpleasant I tried moving to a different table and I couldn't escape it. I ate quickly so that we could leave faster. If we come back, I think we would take it home or sit elsewhere.

This is chick fil a where they always go over the top to make sure everything is great, just doesn't feel the same of late. Order a 12 piece nugget and 4 piece chicken strips to get home and find that there are only 8 nuggets and 3 strips..........quite frustrating that I'd have to hold up the drive through to check that my order is correct or I may not get what I paid for. Employees were still polite just seems that they didn't care to read or double check the ticket before sending it out

First time at pacific coast hot dogs 🌭 and most likely my last. Ordered 2 chili cheese dogs and a chili cheese fries Waited about 10 minutes or so. Got my food and the chili was cold ( not cold but warm ) expected them to be hot, especially after I had to wait 10 minutes to get them anyway the chili was cold and not a good tasting chili ( kinda taste like a water down Hormel chili ) the hot dog also was not that good cheap quality and Tasted like they just boiled it in water. the chili fries same problem it had their chili on them. I did like that. The fries were skinny and they were hot because he did just make them. But the cheap chili and cheap cheese ruin the chili fries. I did like the outdoor seating area and the way the building looked. Just wish the food would’ve been better.

This location is the worst. I have genuinely tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking oh just a rough day…but EVERY time?! I try so hard to not review places since I know this feeling all too well but today took the cake. The person taking orders on their the drive thru was terrible, seemed like his first day. It truly felt like he hated being there. Also what chick fil is this that doesn’t take the orders outside but I digress not my restaurant to run. We get up to the window to pay and he takes my phone for Apple Pay, odd as the first rule is you don’t take the guest phone so evidently they only take Apple Pay on that one reader ?? While sitting waiting for food we watch a team member walking around the kitchen chatting with other team members all while carrying her outside food all through the kitchen for everyone to see. Next my husband points out the Gatorade bottle in the kitchen. Next I witness another worker take food out to a car and then shoo them out of the drive thru, that in itself blew my mind, as I’m sure they were checking their food, this place is notorious for mess ups. Also can I mention they had so many people staffed I literally could see one worker just wondering around the place. Whoever runs this place seriously needs to be retrained. And or 86d

I had already placed my order through the mobile app and went through the drive-through to pick it up. When I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing, so I called the restaurant to confirm the missing items and would be on my way to pick up these pending items. When I arrived, I stopped at the drive thru to let them know I was there, but I had a hard time understanding the young lady who responded. When I asked her to repeat herself a few times, she seemed upset and told me to pull around to pick up the missing part of my order and stated that it would take longer. I asked her name and she completely dismissed me. When I pulled around there was probably half the team just looking which made the interaction extremely uncomfortable. I did ask to speak to the manager and he came around and was very demeaning and dismissed my concern as if I was the issue, not the fact that my wrap and soup had been missed on my first stop, which should have been my only stop. Anyhow, It was concerning enough that I didn’t feel at ease eating my food afterward.

There was a teenage male working the drive-thru who was constantly licking and sucking his fingers and rubbing his hands all over his face. He was pressing grey buttons to do something on a screen that hung above him in the drive-thru doorway. This is REALLY gross. I'm not sure if this person was handling food or not but no one wants to eat at a place where a worker is putting their fingers in their mouths and rubbing their entire hands all over their face, WHILE working. It's gross, and he did this in plain view of everyone, including his co-workers, who did nothing to correct the behavior. This happened on 9/20/2025 around 9:30pm.

Is there a supply chain issue? This is the second time my chicken sandwich has been ultra thin- literally thinner than the bun!! This is unacceptable. I had 2 meals and they were both this thin. all crust no chicken. This use to be the best location, idk what has happened
