This truly is for the soul. Upon walking in, you immediately feel peace & bliss. Catalina was amazing in suggesting menu items and was super attentive to our needs. I spilled my water and she made feel assured that “it happens” and in life we all make mistakes ! It was a divine appointment that we found this place and I would absolutely recommend to travelers or regular FL natives / coffee lovers !!

You can tell at that first sip that this place has very high quality coffee. We had a wonderful experience here and I highly recommend this place for all coffee snobs!! The food is also very well prepared and cooked. It tasted so good. I didn’t take a photo because it was gone too quickly. I recommend the steak and eggs. 👌

What a wonderful cafe! This cute little spot has a vibrant community feel. The team of people working are very happy and welcoming. We just fell in love with this place the moment we walked in, and the food and coffee was fantastic!

Spot on specialty level Colombian coffee 👌 Excellent protein pancakes and I highly recommend you try the beef empanadas - barista recommended and well worth it. They know what they're doing here. Friendly. Serviceable. And best of all, very quality food and drink.

Nice spot with a great atmosphere! We had a latte, which wasn’t the best, but the food made up for it. The arepa with steak and the empanadas were both really good—fresh and flavorful. Overall, a cozy place to relax and enjoy a bite. Would definitely come back for the food and vibe!

CFS Coffee was fantastic! The maple cinnamon iced latte and cappuccino were absolutely delicious — one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. Carlos made the experience even better by walking us through the options and giving honest recommendations on what to try (and what to skip). Super friendly service and great coffee — definitely a spot worth checking out!

I got the pesto chicken sandwich and salad, which was delicious. Their mocha cappuccino is probably one of the best coffees I've ever had. The service was friendly. The only negative was the banana bread was very dry, but the flavor was good, and the wood chairs aren't very comfortable. We would definitely go back there again.

That’s a wonderful spot for breakfast and lunch. My coffee was a piece of art and over medium eggs were perfect. I don’t recommend waffles, for those who got used to a taste of classic Belgian waffles. These waffle made of Yucca, that I assume better for you, but they have a different texture. I also tried their lunch dish made of rice, plantain, beans, and beef with an over easy egg on top of it and half avocado. The dish was yummy, never had rice with plantain. The service is exceptional and design of the cafe is very nice. Everything is clean. They have nice great classics selection they played softly and they offer WiFi. Wish I could enjoy that warm cozy place more longer before going back to cold Boston :)

Such an adorable shop with extreme attention to detail! We're so glad we found this local spot while traveling to Orlando. Staff was SO nice! The food came out very quickly and was so yummy. Loved the atmosphere and music they had going. It was a perfect for a Sunday breakfast! We can't wait to go back when we're back in the area!

Whether you are looking for a quick bite before going to the airport or have time to relax, this is a great stop. The servers are amazing and kind. If you have a question they will make sure to get it answered. Especially when it comes to allergies. We have dairy allergies and we all found things to eat. The waffles are great but do contain eggs. If your kids want waffles you're better off having them share an adult size. The iced berry matcha latte is complementary to any meal. The premium matcha nicely blends with the coconut and fruit.

My Husband and I visited CFS Dr. Phillip’s location to try their Heartbeet Latte (you can request coffee with it as it’s not a coffee based drink by default, and your choice of milk). It was delicious and definitely made my day. I had my coffee with avocado toast, and you can get the eggs your way. We were welcomed by the cashier Leti; she was very kind, patient and welcoming. There’s extra seating outside as it was the perfect day for it, along with indoor seating. Our server Alan brought our order out to us and was also very kind, welcoming, and very attentive. Thank you so much for having us and we definitely look forward to visit again 💛

What a nice little spot to have a delicious breakfast! We are visiting Orlando and decided to stop by and check this coffee house out. My iced coffee was absolutely delicious and our meals tasted absolutely wonderful! This location is clean and has a great vibe to it. The staff was very friendly and you really get value for your dollar here, I believe everything was priced very fairly, which is hard to find nowadays. If you get a chance, I would recommend checking this place out!

Definitely will come again when I'm in Orlando.

Wanted a place for a meal and coffee. My party of 3 was very happy with our choice. Great coffee, delicious meal and the Almond Cake was divine. Daniel was very helpful with the menu and was a delight.

Every single thing on the menu looked amazing, but the real star for me was the coffee. Not only did it taste incredible, but the way it was presented — you could tell the girl who made it truly cared. The girl behind the counter seriously made one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time — you can see her passion in every cup. This place is a total hidden gem, and it’s rare to find a place that nails both the service and the food the way they do. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in the area — places like this are what make you fall in love with local spots all over again.

They have all the traditional flavors too. Definitely will be back, as it didn’t disappoint on this rainy day off.

I stopped at this coffee shop every day during my vacation in Florida and it quickly became my favorite part of the morning. The coffee was absolutely delicious every time. Terry, my barista, was so kind and friendly. We had the best conversations about latte art, and you can tell he truly cares about his craft. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte with almond milk. They use Monin syrups which are high quality in my opinion. Just wish it was a stronger brew and not as expensive.

This is a nice little coffee spot different then your everyday chains. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Dogs are welcomed out on the patio and water is offered for the furry friends. 🐕 I had the breakfast platter with yuca waffles. The platter was a regular portion, everything tasted good and healthy. My husband had the power protein packed pancakes. Overall he enjoyed he pancakes and was pleasantly surprised at how moist the pancakes were, however he wasn't a fan of the Greek yogurt. We had a latte an cappuccino the flavor was good but it could have been hotter. I think that had to do with us being the first customers of the day. They also have a mouth watering pastry display that is hard to resist. 🤤

The coffee here is truly excellent, the real Colombian coffee with rich flavor that stands out. The food is also very good, and the natural juices are fresh and delicious. There’s a lot of potential in the quality of what they serve. However, the service really needs improvement. It’s clear they are short-staffed: tables stay dirty for a long time, mine was not cleaned at all, orders take a while, and they often don’t tell you what items are unavailable until after you’ve already ordered. The team seems overwhelmed (clearly not their fault but can easily be in a bad mood), which affects the whole experience. I hope they can resolve the staffing issues, because the product itself is great. With better service, this place could easily be a favorite.

The dishes presentation was amazing. Something was off about the waffles and the eggs. They just didn’t look right. Almost fake. They tasted fine but between the pricing, I don’t know that I would go back, but we enjoy our experience here. The staff was extremely kind and sitting outside in the sun was amazing.

I visited this coffee shop four times during my stay in the area, mainly because it was the closest option within walking distance. Each day, I ordered an iced latte with oat milk —trying a different flavor each time: sugar-free vanilla on day one, dulce de leche on day two, the house-made Farmer's brown sugar on day three, and pistachio on day four. I always asked for it half-sweet. The coffee was solid, and the flavors were well-balanced, though I wouldn't say it's the best coffee l've ever had. I'm giving it 3 stars mainly due to inconsistent service. Two of the visits were great-the baristas were friendly and welcoming. On day two, one even recommended his favorite flavor and provided genuinely good customer service. However, the other two experiences weren't as positive. The baristas seemed annoyed that we didn't order food, and one of them made us feel unwelcome when I asked if I could purchase a cup of ice water-even though it hadn't been an issue the day before. Overall, it's a decent spot with a good variety of flavored syrups, but the inconsistent service left a mixed impression.

One and done. We will not be returning. We came on a Saturday morning. Small restaurant. They have seats inside and outside. All were taken which was fine. There were a few barstools that we sat at. There was a line to order. We did spot a kiosk though so we used that as we wanted to browse the menu as well. Once we got to the checkout part, it asked for a number. We didn't see any around the kiosk. I walked around and saw there were some numbers by the cashier taking orders so I grabbed one. We must have waited for our food for about 30 minutes. I mean the coffee didn't even come for 20 minutes. Our food came sporadically. For some reason 1 empanada took 30-35 minutes to hit the table after I asked about it. The chicken empanada was terrible. No flavor. They give you a dipping sauce but the inside chicken just seems like boiled chicken. We ordered a berry french toast and a toast with cheese and bacon off the kids menu. There was a customization on everything. With the kids item, we asked for no mozzarella. There was a no cheddar cheese that we did not select. It came out with no cheese at all and just bacon in between two pieces of bread. When we asked about it, they were confused and said you wrote no cheese. We said we selected no mozzarella cheese but we didn't select no cheddar cheese, so it should come with cheddar. They seemed to be confused but said ok and added melted cheddar in. The chips that came with it were borderline stale. For the entire experience, we definitely overpaid. We will not be coming back.

This is the second time I've been to a coffee for the soul. Not impressed i ordered the prime steak and eggs the steak was cooked right but not for 23$ eggs are burnt and rubbery (they 'were' supposed to be sunnyside up). I came here for high internet speed as it was suggested by Google due to a review left by another. However, the internet is so bad, loading a search engine doesn't even work and im the only one with a laptop. Asked if there's anything that can be done and the first time I asked didnt seem to illicit much of a response by the staff second time they said they would call IT. This will be my final visit to this franchise... the only good thing they do have is comfortable seating.

This was our second time here and had a different and disappointing experience. First time my husband and I shared the caprese omelette, protein pancakes, and oatmeal bowl (and two lattes) last time were all delicious and fantastic! Unfortunately, my husband and I got more savory breakfast options and were severely disappointed with everything. He got the breakfast sandwich with yuca waffle (not pictured) and it was dry and bland. No flavor. I got the plate with the option of yuca waffles. Our dishes took 45 minutes to come out just to be presented like this. No syrup, yuca waffles dry as absolute hell, no flavor, and so hard to cut into with a knife. I had to pick it up. Only two little pieces of bacon that were mid. Only two perfectly circular egg whites?! I was expecting a nice big egg white omelette!!! Like a normal breakfast place would have. If you come here just opt for the sweeter breakfast options and don’t get the savory because you’ll be disappointed. The only thing we enjoyed were our oatmilk cortados. Also, why are we paying nearly $50 for the most disappointing meal and experience ever? Not sure if we will be back.

We ordered a berry french toast and a toast with cheese and bacon off the kids menu. There was a customization on everything. With the kids item, we asked for no mozzarella. There was a no cheddar cheese that we did not select. It came out with no cheese at all and just bacon in between two pieces of bread. When we asked about it, they were confused and said you wrote no cheese. We said we selected no mozzarella cheese but we didn't select no cheddar cheese, so it should come with cheddar. They seemed to be confused but said ok and added melted cheddar in. The chips that came with it were borderline stale. For the entire experience, we definitely overpaid. We will not be coming back.

This was our second time here and had a different and disappointing experience. First time my husband and I shared the caprese omelette, protein pancakes, and oatmeal bowl (and two lattes) last time were all delicious and fantastic! Unfortunately, my husband and I got more savory breakfast options and were severely disappointed with everything. He got the breakfast sandwich with yuca waffle (not pictured) and it was dry and bland. No flavor. I got the plate with the option of yuca waffles. Our dishes took 45 minutes to come out just to be presented like this. No syrup, yuca waffles dry as absolute hell, no flavor, and so hard to cut into with a knife. I had to pick it up. Only two little pieces of bacon that were mid. Only two perfectly circular egg whites?! I was expecting a nice big egg white omelette!!! Like a normal breakfast place would have. If you come here just opt for the sweeter breakfast options and don’t get the savory because you’ll be disappointed. The only thing we enjoyed were our oatmilk cortados. Also, why are we paying nearly $50 for the most disappointing meal and experience ever? Not sure if we will be back.

This is the second time I've been to a coffee for the soul. Not impressed i ordered the prime steak and eggs the steak was cooked right but not for 23$ eggs are burnt and rubbery (they 'were' supposed to be sunnyside up). I came here for high internet speed as it was suggested by Google due to a review left by another. However, the internet is so bad, loading a search engine doesn't even work and im the only one with a laptop. Asked if there's anything that can be done and the first time I asked didnt seem to illicit much of a response by the staff second time they said they would call IT. This will be my final visit to this franchise... the only good thing they do have is comfortable seating.

Order was made wrong and we waited for newrly an hour. The reason we were giving: “we are busy.” In my opinion, that’s understandable time to wait for a sandwich.

We went here to get some coffees to go. We could see the place was busy so we asked how long it would be and they said it would be 15 minutes, which was understandable. As we were waiting, we saw people that came after us get refunded for their drinks after waiting. So we asked for the same, but by that time our drinks were ready. This was 30 minutes later! When I asked the hostess, why she quoted us an inaccurate time her response was because they were busy and because one side of their espresso machines was broken. The real insult on top of injury was that the coffee wasn’t even good. I posted a photo showing one of the iced drinks hadn’t been mixed at all—the sauces were just dumped and no attempt was made to mix them with the espresso. When I tried to stir it myself, the thick, unmixed mess actually broke the straw and splattered the drink everywhere. My day would have started off so much better if I’d never set foot in this place.
