WOW! We came to celebrate a birthday based on a friend’s recommendation. We are glad we did! The ambiance is quite elegant with spacious booths in addition to tables. There is also outdoor seating if you prefer. Service by Tatiana was superb! She had just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable about the menu items as well how they were prepared. Our water glasses were never empty (always a plus for me since I am a water girl!) Our meal was spectacular! The mixed green salad was fresh, colorful and quite large, the roasted potatoes were well seasoned and the fillet was prepared perfectly. We were too full for dessert, but perused the menu for next time: what a great assortment of delicious treats! Come for a wonderful night out. You won’t be disappointed!
Went here for my anniversary dinner and had a pretty solid meal and amazing experience. The Tableside Papardelle is a must as well as the Wagyu pastrami. Our entrées were not the highlight of our meal except the amazing smoked yogurt on the short rib that brought the dish together (entree was lukewarm), but the finishing dessert was! The anniversary layer chocolate cake was amazing and the baklava was truly a memorable experience! They import Sheep’s specific milk from Turkey that is only available to a select few for the ice cream that is in between the layers of baklava. Overall was a phenomenal experience and our waiter Kyle provided impeccable service and took care of us the entire time! Great wine selection and ambiance. Looking forward to their next menu which should be coming out in the next month or so!
The H is the best steakhouse I have ever been to - probably the best in Orlando. Best food, best service, and best atmosphere! It is not just a meal…it is an experience, and an experience on par with something you’d get in Las Vegas or Dubai, at that! The H is a perfect place to visit for a celebration - it isn’t a regular restaurant, but something much more special! We have been here three times and every time has been fantastic. I highly recommend getting dishes that have table side presentations - they’re worth it! From the table side pappardelle with truffle Parmesan cream sauce to the table side chateau filet to even the table side tomahawk, it is all incredible!! Our favorite appetizers are the smoked wagyu pastrami, bone marrow, halloumi cheese salad (if they still have it), and black angus steak tartare, the pappardelle is almost a must-have, and the chateau filet, bone-in ribeye and tomahawk steak are all unmatched. They have great truffle fries, and even the grilled asparagus is super nice as well! The desserts are incredible - BE SURE to save room for them!! The tiramisu is one of the best I have ever had (I think they use Turkish coffee in it which makes it that much better), the chocolate lovers dessert is so rich and decadent, and it’s actually worth getting The H Sweet Circle because the presentation is so much fun. I just love this place so much and always will come here for a super special celebration. You should check it out!!
The entire staff were amazing, but Andre was over the top amazing!!!!! He went above and beyond his call of duty. He made us feel soooo welcome. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. I love the ambiance of the restaurant 😍, and the food was super delicious. I will definitely visit again the next time I visit Orlando. This is definitely a place for fine dining. Very highly recommended!
Food took longer than expected, but patience! It was great!! Dio was our server and he was knowledge, kind, patient and fantastic overall. He helped us pick out a really good dish with perfect drink pairing with our steak. The ambiance was giving what it needed to give. Low light lots of space. Very romantic. The patio is beautiful and the windows can open or close depending on weather. Once the rain stopped the manager was attentive and opened the window for us. Everyone was pleasant and kind. Highly recommend.
Everything we ordered was so delicious. The spicy shrimp appetizer was perfect. The filets and ribeye were exceptional. The desserts are nothing like I've ever had before! We had four different desserts, and they were each such a great experience. I especially enjoy that they have so many different tableside experiences....drinks, entrees, AND desserts!
The skeptic in me was unsure what to feel when we walked in- the way you are when you look at art. Ready to feel something, not sure if it was pretension, just the bells and whistles or just the bizarre dichotomy of opulence and modern design. We sat in a booth- it was our wedding anniversary. Everything in this place is sexy but not in a fishnet way more in a fresh out of the nice hotel shower with expensive perfume in a white linen robe kind of sexy. The booth made me feel like we Carmen and Tony Soprano, to give you an idea. They gave us an amuse bouche, and we’re all very polite. The apps are called “prelude to pleasure” and as an artist and a skeptic I was like “ok come on- let’s be real.” Everything comes out on these insane heavy plates with their branding like little clouds made of stone? I sincerely hope you pay your dishwashers well because they absolutely deserve a raise- for sure not dishwasher safe. I’m getting off track- long story short. I wanted to hate the prelude to pleasure concept I’m more of a “food pregame” or “light refreshments” kind of girl myself but we order the burrata . It comes with phyllo dough baklava bites and seasoned frisée on top with some kind of cranberry reduction below, the chip to cheese ratio is off, however I do know how expensive phyllo dough is because I’m half Armenian so I get it but it should have a minimum of 5 in my opinion. It was layered, thoughtful; and a symphony of flavors, as much as I hate to say it- it is a prelude to pleasure. And although it think a good chunk of the clientele here are just 35 yuppies who aren’t going to think about it as deeply as I am- it was absolutely a pleasure. My drink- I got the trouble in paradise and it’s probably GENUINELY the best mixed drink I’ve ever had- and my mums a chef and I’m from Boston and I’ve been a lot of very good places. It was interesting and kind of layered and different and it very much transports you it feels like you are drinking cocktails sitting on a small boat in a swamp and there’s alligators in the distance and it has a tropical but also kind of earthy taste but earthy in that seaweed sticks to your feet!! In the best possible way. The truffle fries were 10/10. My pappardelle fresh pasta was delicious and beautifully yellow like farm eggs or a sun rise. The truffle mashed potatoes were also very very good. Not too much truffle- which I find most truffles things overkill and then it’s like not ideal. My husband ordered steak and ordered it medium- it was high quality meat- huge slab- cooked slightly over medium but not enough to complain (not that I would anyway) but still very good. Also love the addition of shoshitto peppers and perfectly caramelized garlic, I’ve been making garlic that way for years and it’s never quite as perfect- but that was as good as my mum does it. They gave us a little red cake for dessert which was both sweet and delicious and it added the element I think the meal was missing which was the “familiar” the little chocolate that said happy anniversary like you would get a much similar place. Also: bonus points for good cappuccino acted 7:30 pm- regardless of the fact that I will add a minimum of 3 sweet in lows in it like an uncultured American I do enjoy the level of perfection it was done with, and I promise I know the difference. As you can tell I’m quite the critic. Service was excellent, the attention to detail is wonderful but I do feel that some of the staff has definitely been abused but a handful of the “cosplay rich people” demographic- so is life and so is service industry. I loved the crumb boy the most. Our server was Nina- so wonderful and sweet- and clearly very smart as well- but you can tell they work well as a team too, which is an indication of good management to me. So overall I would rate this place extremely high. Not just high- in terms of good but good for city- the chef who is coming up with this is clearly both an empath, an intellectual, and a master of their craft- the experience was artful.
We had an incredible experience at H Orlando! From the moment we arrived, the energy in the restaurant was amazing. Kseniia, our server, was absolutely wonderful, she was attentive and made the entire evening even more enjoyable with her warm and professional service. The dinner performance was such a unique touch! It added so much excitement to the atmosphere and made the night feel truly special. We came for my husbands birthday. Of course, we had to try the famous gold steak and it did not disappoint! It was not only a showstopper visually, but every bite was tender, flavorful, and worth the experience. H Orlando delivered on every level, food, service, and entertainment. Highly recommend for a memorable night out!
Highly recommended Tomahawk steak. Caesar Salad is really good. Sea food tower is fresh. The price is reasonable in my opinion for the quality of food, portion and services. Only orange cake that we didn’t like. Our waitresses, Wayne and Victoria is amazing. Highly recommended!
Careful. On New Year’s Eve, December 31, we went to The H restaurant in Orlando for dinner with a group of five people. We were served by a waiter named Aaron. Unfortunately, at the end of the meal, we noticed an additional charge of USD 400 on the bill. Thankfully, one member of our group noticed the extra amount before the payment was completed. Although the charge was corrected, the situation caused us great discomfort, as it did not seem to be a simple, unintentional mistake.
It was a perfect night!!! It was my best friend birthday and they took care soooo good of us! Ekram was so kind and attentive. they add a sparkle for the cake we bring for her and she was sooo happy about that! The pappardelle pasta was my favorite! And the baklava!!! But all food was amazing in general! The short rib, broccolini, everything! it was a food feast For sure lol!
The H has an amazing ambience... Once you walk in the hosts were so inviting. The service was top notch!!! From the hand crafted cocktails to the chef prepared table side pasta and table side cooked and cut steaks by the chef's. It was a whole catered experience!!! Anthony the manager selected an amazing wine for me and my wife to pair with the dry aged NY strip they were featuring on special. The caviar was exceptional! From start to finish my wife was amazed!!! Thank you so very much for making our rare date night without the children exceptional!!! I promise to make the date nights less rare from here on out if this is the quality of service and amazing food I continue to enjoy... A++ to the chef's and the wait staff. If your in Orlando in the Dr. Phillips area this is a must stop restaurant!!!
Visited this restaurant with my family and was pleasantly surprised. The service was truly top-level, and the servers were very polite and helpful when it came to choosing our dishes. A special thank-you to Dan for assisting with translation, since English isn’t our first language. The baklava was incredibly delicious , it reminded me of the one I had last year in Turkey. Highly recommend!
We came here to celebrate a birthday and everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere felt vibrant and stylish, the music was on point, and the food was chef’s kiss — full of flavor and beautifully presented. But the highlight of the evening was our server, Oksana. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of in a way that didn’t feel forced or “restaurant polite” — just real. At the end of our dinner she surprised us with a complimentary dessert, beautifully plated, with a candle for John. We didn’t ask for it — it was her idea. And that small gesture made the night feel truly special. It turned a regular birthday dinner into a memory. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, a great vibe, and staff who actually care — this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back :)
An absolute standout dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, upscale, and inviting—perfect for a special night out or a memorable dinner. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned—truly one of the best I’ve had. The sides were just as impressive, beautifully prepared and rich in flavor, and the cocktails were balanced and top-notch. What really set this place apart was the service. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. You can tell this team takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for a steakhouse that delivers on quality, consistency, and classic excellence, this place is a must. Already looking forward to my next visit.
Food is great. Service is great. Prices are appropriate for the quality of food and services. Most importantly they use EVOO is making their food and not some cheap seed canola oil! Which is greatly appreciated. I would only ask for them to switch the seed oils in their fryers and replace them with grass fed beef tallow so we can order fries and other fried items.
Wow! My husband and I dined at The H Orlando tonight for our anniversary. We ordered the caviar and then the Tomahawk steak and Lobster Surf n Turf. The food, the meal was outstanding in every way. But what really stood out was the amazing service we received. The entire staff worked as a team to make the diner’s experience one to remember. We were also given a great, much appreciated presentation with our caviar. We highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you H Orlando!
10/10 all around! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was the best decision we made. Our server was Alex S., and he was so attentive, caring and friendly the entire time! At the end, he even brought us a cake (on the house) that said “Happy Anniversary” and we got to blow out the candles. The atmosphere and vibes were just amazing!!! Not to mention how delicious the food was. For appetizer, we got the grilled octopus and it did not disappoint, it was so tender and tasty; we also got the oysters and they were so fresh and yummy! For our entree, we got the special of the day which was a T-Bone, recommended by our server, and it was sooo juicy, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. For drinks, we both got wine and they paired so well with all of our foods. And of course, the desserts: baklava with ice cream and the custard, so so delicious!!! Overall, I am beyond pleased and satisfied with our service, the atmosphere, and the food. We had the best server and all the staff were so attentive and kind. I think the experience of this restaurant was worth every single dollar. I definitely recommend!
The H – Orlando An unforgettable dining experience that feels like culinary theatre. The interior is elegant and stylish, with warm lighting and a sophisticated atmosphere that makes the evening feel special from the moment you walk in. The presentation is impressive — meat carved tableside, pasta prepared in a cheese wheel, and dramatic fire elements that turn dinner into a show. Every detail is designed to create a memorable experience. The food was excellent: perfectly cooked meats, rich flavors, and beautiful plating. A wonderful place for a special night out and stunning photos. Highly recommended.
This was a surprise date night by my husband so I wasn’t aware of where I was going and I didn’t regret it. Love the ambiance and Ishmael provided us with top tier services. Not to mention that the food was amazing and the ice cream is to die for. Would definitely recommend
Tatiana was simply fantastic. Warm, friendly, super communicative and present. We were sold by her for the Porterhouse and Pasta. Delicious. Will def come back!!
Everything was amazing! Delicious food and they gave us a dessert for our anniversary celebration. It is pricey but worth it!
From the moment I walked into The H, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was modern, elegant, and full of energy — perfect for a night out or a special occasion. What truly elevated the evening, though, was our server, Alex. He was professional yet friendly, with a genuine sense of hospitality that made us feel completely taken care of. The food itself was phenomenal — from the perfectly grilled steak to the flavorful sides and beautifully presented cocktails. Would definitely recommend their creamy mushroom pasta and smoked wagyu pastrami appetizer!
( Anniversary dinner )Great service, we had Joe as our server, he did an amazing job assisting us, we had the filet mignon and the pappardelle, incredible dishes with and old fashion - pornstar martini, very nice drinks i got to say, and we even got a happy anniversary gift dessert from the restaurant making it really detailed oriented service, I will definitely come back since it was supper affordable. God bless Joe and the team from the H restaurant
I had an amazing dining experience at The H Orlando! Every dish was not only aesthetically stunning but also incredibly flavorful. We ordered the steak, the Magic menu, pasta prepared right inside the cheese wheel, and a fantastic nut dessert — all absolutely delicious. The meat was so fresh, the flavors were vibrant, and the quality was outstanding. I truly felt like I had a flavor explosion! The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and very pleasant, making the whole experience even better. I came to visit friends in Orlando, and I’m so grateful we discovered this place. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

Our server Kimberly was amazing, attentive and check on us regularly. She answered all our questions and requests. The food and drinks were awesome. Worth every dollar
I've traveled many restaurants throughout the world . I am not easily confound by good service and tasteful food . I walked into this establishment and was greeted by the manager ( erkan ). He treated my lady and myself with great hospitality . When I thought it was just a moment of chance , I then was astound by the bartenders ( Nick) experience. He was very knowledgeable and made our drinks fresh . His hospitality was very exquisite as well. Above all the food presentation was very precise. The tastes of all the food was fresh and very tasteful . I was so amazed by this restaurant. This place must be on everyone's bucket list . This was an experience I will never forget .

The H offered an elevated dinner experience where I could celebrate Mother's Day with my loved ones. Our server, Kimberly, gave us a warm and friendly welcome. She was knowledgeable and attentive. Our drinks Lavender French 75 and NO:80 gave us high hopes for the rest of the meal. Unfortunately, the delightful drinks could not save the lackluster flavor of the Short rib or Freekah rice. Fortunately, the Bone in Rib-eye and NY Strip Steak were delectable. The highlight of the meal was the tableside entree Pappardelle. It was an experience and entree in one. The perfectly cooked pasta with blended mushrooms was tossed in a mouthwatering Parmesan cheese wheel. Then, it was covered in shredded cheese and ground pepper. Amazing! We were too full for dessert, but we were thankful for Kimberly, our cocktails, and ( most) of our entrees.
Elegant Atmosphere & Great Food The H is a beautiful, upscale spot with a clean and sophisticated ambiance. The food was 10/10, full of flavor, and our waiter was very helpful in explaining the menu. The only downside was that the waiter recommended items without mentioning the extra charges, which weren’t listed on the menu. While I didn’t mind the suggestions, I would’ve appreciated a heads-up on the upcharges. Overall, good experience, but transparency on pricing would make it even better!
Excellent experience! The service was outstanding, with all the staff being very attentive and friendly. We went for Magical Dining, and the timing between courses was perfect. Each dish was beautifully presented and the food was very good. After 11 PM, the restaurant turns into a club, which I personally really enjoyed — great atmosphere with good and diverse music.
The service is always great there. My wife loves their grilled octopus. Food was fresh and they were relatively quick. Always a nice experience.
This was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in Orlando, but sadly it was overshadowed by the worst service I’ve ever received at a fine dining restaurant. The good: The ambiance is warm, inviting, and elegant, with beautiful décor and great music. I was there with my parents (who I hadn’t seen in a long time) and my fiancé, who had raved about this place. The food exceeded expectations: we started with steak tartare and pastrami, both exploding with flavor and crafted with true artistry. For mains, I had the short rib, my dad and fiancé had the pappardelle (served tableside), and my mother ordered the filet with broccolini. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Dessert was baklava, a heavenly finish. Drinks were also excellent. Truly, the food and overall environment deserve nothing but praise. The bad: Unfortunately, our server, Kseniia, completely ruined the experience. Every other staff member—including the manager, assistant manager, food runner, tableside chef, and other servers—were smiling, professional, and kind. She, however, greeted us without a smile, spoke so quietly we constantly had to ask her to repeat herself, and made every interaction awkward and uncomfortable. She seemed uninterested in being there, interrupting conversations to refill already-full glasses and even bringing extra bottles of sparkling and still water without asking—adding unnecessary charges to our bill. She often made us feel rushed, standing silently over us until we ordered, offering no recommendations or specials, and giving the impression that we were inconveniencing her. At times, she looked at me with open disdain. My father, who is very warm and charismatic, even tried to lighten the mood, but she remained cold and dismissive. The final straw came when she dropped the check on the table without a word, then returned a few minutes later, opened it in front of us, and fumbled through it as if impatient for us to pay and leave—something I’d expect at a casual chain restaurant, not a fine dining establishment. She didn’t even thank us at the end; another server had to close out the bill, and his friendliness in those brief moments was better than her service the entire night. We spent over $500 and left feeling disrespected and upset, despite the outstanding food. It was embarrassing to watch my parents—who traveled far and deserved a special evening—be treated this way. I rarely write reviews, but this bothered me enough to lose sleep over. Final thoughts: The food, drinks, and ambiance are absolutely worth coming back for, but the service we received from this particular server was unacceptable. She needs serious retraining, as her demeanor would be questionable even in a casual setting, let alone fine dining. To make matters worse, gratuity was included—likely explaining why she made no effort, since the tip was guaranteed. I would absolutely return to this restaurant for the food and experience, but I would go out of my way to ensure I’m not seated in her section again

service was decent, I felt like they kept pushing items on us. Food was excellent, very taste and cooked to perfection.
Great food and drinks but even better atmosphere! Have to go after 10 when the music starts.
Food was okay, but the group service idea is a huge downside to this establishment. We were asked if we wanted dessert 5 times. Steaks were overcooked. Spend your money elsewhere.

I went to The H for my birthday, and I’ll be honest — the vibe and aesthetics were a 10/10. Super cute, great energy, definitely a spot to celebrate. But the food was not giving. My lobster barely had any meat, the salmon had no flavor (tasted like water), and the spinach came out cold. For the price, I expected way more. I also didn’t know I could send it back. Overall: Food 3/10, Vibe 10/10. Would go back for the atmosphere, not the food.
My first time at the H! They hit all the notes when it comes to aesthetic and atmosphere! A large center piece that branches off from the middles of the restaurant is nice. Now the food 🥴. It was good but not great. It came out really quick. I started with zucchini chips and tzatziki sauce ( probably my favorite thing of the night) I had the short rib and it was tender but not flavorful. We also ordered the cheese wheel that was on fire 🔥 lol, that has the mixed in pasta. The noodles were actually pretty good but I felt like the mushrooms tasted a bit fishy for some reason. I ended the night with a chocolate dessert. Once again the table side chocolate pour was cool but not as flavorful. All in all if you want to go for the experience cool, but the prices are a bit inflated for the taste 👅
Place for the occasion What friend and I stopped by here for drinks and chats. Oh and also some appetizers. The drinks were nicely decorated. There was bread as a complimentary which were ok. Also got the zucchini fries which I thought wasn't as good. Somehow it was a bit more oily but I think it is just the zucchini being soft. The Fennel salad was refreshing, a great snack food. Environment This was located in a plaza on the end. There is valet parking and plenty of parking available since it was an end unit. There is outdoor seating, semi-outdoor and indoor. There is also bar seating. It was very nicely decorated and is quite the restaurant for the occasion or any fancy celebration you have. Niceness of the staff I sat at the bar, the staff was nice and attentive. I didn't have any other particular interactions. Dollar It was quite the dollar I'd say. Very expensive to that but good for a celebration. Yes Indifferent.

The salt they bring to the table really saved the steak. otherwise it was pretty bland. The shrimp starter was delicious and so was the sorbet

I spent $155 on A5 Wagyu, and certainly not my first rodeo. The meat was ice cold, I cut into it and spit it back on the plate to make sure I wasn’t crazy, feeling it with my knuckles, but it was freezing. A member of staff noticed, took my plate, and said they’d throw it back on the grill to add some heat. Not only is that far from the issue, but that’s also a serious health violation. I’ve spent the same amount of money at Michelin restaurants, sometimes even less, and had severely better experiences. Nobody but our waiter, who was fantastic, came to apologize about my A5 cut being ice cold. Bathroom attendants were on their phones instead of helping my family members, wine was poured without any tasting opportunities, and the menu was all over the place. I had high hopes after a personal recommendation, but I can see why this place will never get any meaningful accolades. $570 for a “decent” meal is insane. On a positive note, the quality of most of the sides and my partner’s seafood was really solid. Maybe it was a fluke, but I certainly won’t be back.
I had been looking forward to going but sadly was very disappointed. The food is very underwhelming especially for the price. The Caesar salad tasted like someone dumped a can of sardines in it. I sent it back it was horribly fishy and yes I’m aware that Caesars have anchovies in them but never in my life have I had one that tasted straight up like fish. The steaks were also disappointing. Asked for medium and received medium but it was tough and chewy. I’ve honestly had much better steaks at chain restaurants for a third of the price. The best part of the meal was the mashed potatoes. My opinion? Don’t bother
This restaurant is COMPLETELY overpriced! We did magical dining but the caesar salad was so fishy I guess because of the anchovies they use for the dressing. I ordered a caesar salad and an entree with shrimp which was 28 dollars and you see they cut 2 or 3 little shrimp up in pieces and scattered it over the salad. For 8 dollars added on for shrimp it was high way robbery! The steak was ok but for $300 not good enough. The short rib was really good and tender and about the only we ate that was good. The poached salmon was cold in the middle and just no flavor at all. I would NEVER come here again for the price we paid we could have went to Denny's.
The hype around The H doesn’t match the experience. It’s overpriced for what you get. An 8oz filet mignon should be exceptional, but mine was bland — not even oven-baked garlic could save it. For the price, I expected better quality and better service. I still can't believe they didnt have enough steak knives... SMH

Disgusting. Not worth your money. Spent almost $400 for 3 people. Ambiance was NOT like how online videos show- food had barely any flavor and very dry.

We chose this spot for our daughter 21st birthday and it was HORRIBLE. Service wasn’t good, at all. The manager NEVER visited our table. We ordered a drink that wasn't good and wanted to switch it and was told we couldn't. If you want GREAT food and SERVICE do NOT come here. Out bill was over $1800 and it wasn’t worth ONE DIME we paid. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Extremely disappointing experience. Was excited to come here with my friends on a Galentine’s date and not one of us enjoyed this restaurant. Food was very bland and weirdly textured. I ordered the lobster and it was very chewy. We also ordered the filet mignon and it was so tough it was nearly impossible to cut through. Salmon was ugly and bland as well. Manager was VERY rude and condescending when we called him over to tell him about our food. He said “it’s very good, just not good for YOU” with a look of disdain on his face. Then he walked away and said “cheers”. He thought he was funny but we did not find him amusing at all. I would not recommend this place, please don’t waste your time or money!
This was an extremely disappointing experience and I would not recommend this restaurant. I visited The H during vacation and was excited to try this restaurant because of the many good reviews. The ambience was nice and things were going well at first. Our waitress, Kimberly, was friendly and helpful but then things took a turn for the worst. My friends and I were seated quickly and each chose the 3 course meal. Service was extremely SLOW even though the restaurant was NOT crowded and it was a Sunday night. When we asked our waitress for an update she laughed in our faces and said “I don’t work in the kitchen”. My friend’s food arrived first and she asked for steak sauce and was told that it would be $8. We then asked for the manager and our waitress brought the sauce out while still laughing and giggling. The team captain came out and explained to use what a 3 course meal was, as if we were uneducated and didn’t know what we ordered. She then offered to provide the sauce for free and complimentary drinks. She said the salmon dishes were taking longer than expected because they had to be remade. We were then provided with another waiter. This waiter was also giggling. We asked what happened to our previous waitress and was told , “Oh I don’t know what’s wrong with her. She’s crying.” When we could literally see her across from the restaurant talking to the staff. Another male waiter kept looking at our table through the window and laughing at us. He then started to wave at us in a mocking way. The salmon finally arrived and looked gross. The salmon and broccolini were disgusting. The drinks were nasty as well and with the waitstaff laughing at us while watching us eat, I felt uncomfortable. It seemed like they put something in our food. Even the truffle fries and dessert were gross. It was 4 of us at the table and we each disliked our food. Even though we received poor service, we were kind to the staff and paid our bill. We didn’t even asking for a discount which we definitely deserved. Once we paid our bill, the waiter finally apologized for the poor service. This was the WORST service and food that I have ever tasted in my life! $400+ wasted. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
We dined at The H on Jan 1st, 2025 for our twins birthday. The hostess tried to seat us outside even though we had made reservations for inside on a very cold night. We was finally seated after a ten minute wait, for a restaurant that only had about 15 people seated throughout the entire restaurant. We then proceeded to wait another 15 to 20 minutes before our server even acknowledged our presence. We then had a lengthy Wait for our cocktails. We had ordered a couple appetizers, which was fine. We placed our dinner order and when the food finally came out, it was served on stone plates that were ice cold. So you can imagine the food was cold also by the time it got to us. My steak was lukewarm. My husband and one of our daughter’s steak was cold. The other daughter ordered salmon, which was also cold. All the sides out came out also cold. When we complained to the server, we were getting the excuse that they were understaffed. Now mind you with us being seated, there was only about 20 people in the restaurant. We were the only people sitting on that side of the restaurant and there were five of us. The other customers sitting on the other side of the restaurant had about 15 people. They finally took our food back and brought us back warm food. We ordered dessert for our daughters, which was delicious. The overall experience though was very disappointing, not only for us, but for who our twin daughters that were turning 18. This is the restaurant they chose for their 18th birthday dinner. I know it’s been over a year since my experience there, but I was so upset over their dinner being ruined. I had to wait before I posted a review. The manager there that evening didn’t even offer us any compensation for our poor experience. We paid full price for it all. This year for our daughter’s 19th birthday party we went back to their competition across the street to be assured that they had a great dinner for their birthday.
