We went here for my family birthday celebration, i must say money well spent, excellent service. The food was to class quality, best cuts of meats, delicious, wide ranges of choices too. Definitely will come back!

Out of all the Brazilian Steakhouses in Orlando, Chima Steakhouse takes the cake. I was blown away by the service from Maria S. She was extremely attentive, anticipated every need and was very personable. The entire staff was so kind, I never had to wait more than 20 seconds for anything. The food was amazing, high quality and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was clean and although it was busy, my boyfriend and I still were able to have a quiet dinner. The manager even stopped by multiple times to ensure we were having a great evening. Maria S made our experience so memorable and I highly recommend Chima Steakhouse!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our server, Sula, truly made the experience stand out. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the menu but also made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our meal. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening, which made all the difference. One of the highlights of the meal was the all-you-can-eat salad, served with style! The variety of fresh ingredients was outstanding, and the presentation was beautiful. It was a perfect start to the meal, and we loved how we could indulge as much as we wanted, all while enjoying such high-quality, flavorful ingredients. As for the main courses, everything was cooked to perfection. The meats were tender, juicy, and seasoned to absolute perfection. The sides were just as impressive, complementing the meats beautifully. Every dish was a treat. But the true showstopper of the evening was the Lava Cake for dessert. It was indulgent, rich, and had that perfect gooey center we all crave in a lava cake. It was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had, and a perfect way to end a fantastic meal. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Chima Restaurant. From the all-you-can-eat salad to the outstanding service and delicious food, everything exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Sula and the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Absolutely amazing experience. Nicole was our waitress. She went above and beyond and was so thoughtful. I am nine months pregnant and thought I would take my husband out for one last fancy dinner before things got hectic. Nicole surprised us with a birthday celebration dessert for our valentines due date. She frequently checked In and offered to grab food for me if I wasn’t able to get to the salad bar. She even went so far to make specialty drinks for me and my husband. The food servers were helpful , attentive, and quick. While I will shout out the server who handled the lamb chops all night, I didn’t grab his name, he catered to my husband and made sure he liked the lamb and had more then enough to eat and my personal favorite , Oscar , the gentleman with grilled cheeses and honey who made sure me and the baby were in heaven all night by stopping by with a large serving for what felt like just for me. I am not a big meat eater right now so I can’t comment on the meats (just the mouthwatering pineapple and grilled cheese) I can say my husband regularly said wow and omg this is great after every bite. I’m not sure when we will get to go back, but I see why it has such great reviews and I look forward to a return trip after our little one arrives!

Had a wonderful visit to this Brazilian steakhouse that is located on restaurant row on Sand Lake. Immediately upon entrance, we were greeted in a very friendly manner. We sat at the bar because we were coming for happy hour. Happy hour is from 5-7 pm. They have a great happy hour with martinis and old-fashioned for only seven or eight dollars. They also had an absolutely beautiful buffet station set up with all of the trimmings, fruits, vegetables, and sides that you would need to accompany your meats. They also have people walking around the restaurant with beautiful meat presentations. The seafood salad was delicious. The burger sliders and fries were also delicious. The drinks were amazing. Our server, Katrina, was awesome. A manager even came by to check in on us to make sure that we were having a good time. They also have an award-winning wine cellar. It was also an additional plus that there was live music and she informed us that there is live music every Wednesday and Saturday. We had such an amazing time and I plan to come back to fully experience this with my family.

The next restaurant on our Magical Dining tour was the Chima Steakhouse on Sandlake Rd. Our reservations were for 5 pm when the restaurant opened. From the moment we sat down, Maria S (our server) made our evening absolutely exceptional. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism elevated the entire dining experience. She ensured our drinks were always refreshed, our side dishes arrived promptly, and that our favorite cuts of meat from the rodizio rotation were brought to our table. The food was absolutely phenomenal (especially the picanha and grilled pineapple). Our favorite meat selections were the Flank Steak, Filet Mignon, Beef Ribs, and the Chicken Drumsticks. The sides also stood out. The Cheese Bread with Smoked Turkey spread was a true delight. Notable mention goes to the Fried Bananas. From the salad bar, my favorite was the Orange Beets. For our drinks, we had the Guarana. Like I said, this was an absolutely unforgettable experience thanks to Maria S. She anticipated our needs before we even asked for anything. She continuously checked in on us, coordinated with the gauchos to bring out the specific selections that we requested, and her overall energy made us truly feel valued and welcomed. If you have a chance to visit the Chima Steakhouse (and if it's possible), ask for Maria S.

Came in for our sixth anniversary celebration during magical dining. Janissa was our server very kind and very attentive. We have been to quite a few Brazilian steakhouse in this by far was in the top two I would say since especially they offer shrimp and salmon. Most other locations do not offer that. Very beautiful atmosphere definitely a great place to celebrate an anniversary or birthday or any celebration for that matter.

I celebrated my birthday with Chima and will definitely be back. Our server William, was incredible, informative and always had a smile. They were incredibly busy but held everything down wonderfully and make sure everyone left with a smile. The meat was fantastic, the house Brazilian steak was my favorite and the leg of lamb was my partners. He got the smoked old fashion and love it, I got the house Brazilian cocktail, the unlimited caipirinha and it was the best cocktail I’ve ever had. One of the best parts, Maria, another great server and person took a picture of us and I’ll be gazing at it for the next tens years. Thanks for a great birthday dinner!

Summary: Worst churrascaria in Orlando. Terrible service, terrible food (amateur cooks), and high prices. A recipe for disaster. If you want the truth about this place, click the “sort by lowest” button. Those reviews are the real ones. I suspect that the majority of the positive reviews here are paid for. Waitress greeted us once, and we saw her one more time in two hours (until she finally brought out our checks). Waters were never refilled until I had to flag down some random waiter to finally pay attention to us. Steak was horrendous. None of the cook temps were as described, and almost every cut had a thick grey band of well done and cold raw center. I suspect they were using cold or frozen steak on a very high heat. In total we were visited less than 10 times over 2 hours, despite all of us having our “open” signs on. At some point the food just stopped coming, with no warning. Upon asking when more would be coming (at 9:05), we were informed that they “close at 9” with a non chalant and dismissive attitude and thus no more food would be coming out. As a policy, this is crazy, but regardless, a simple heads up would have sufficed so that everyone could eat their fill before time up. We sat and waited for our mid dinner drinks for over half an hour and when they came, we were ready for checks (which took another half hour to sort). All in all I can confidently say, as an Orlando local, that this is the WORST steakhouse/churrascaria restaurant in Orlando. Terrible service, terrible food, Chima. I hope to never be invited to another birthday here again, and if you’re not absolutely obligated, look elsewhere.
