Small but interesting museum. Our tour guide, Dave, was fabulous. He was very informative with the right touch of humor. The taste testing at the end had us buying more chocolate than we expected at the start. Plus the chocolate sculptures were awesome

Very nice establishment and happy we stopped by to visit. The food was great, the desserts and chocolate assortments were delicious, the staff friendly and very attentive, the chocolate museum tour was very much worth it, Dave was an excellent tour guide who used just the right amount of subtle sarcasm in his jokes to add the necessary condiments to a great tour in chocolate making history. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended on your To Do list of attractions when you’re visiting Orlando!

Great experience in the Orlando area! Dave was our tour guide and he was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. You will learn about the history and making process of chocolate. At the end of the tour you get to taste various types of chocolate 🍫 it was well worth it!

Dave was our tour guide. He was informative and funny. The tour was educational and fun. The samples at the end were delicious. We bought a few things before we left. I used a Groupon voucher for our tour, but recommend the tour either way.

If you're looking for something to do for about an hour or two, head here. Unique place for sure. The tour goes in depth about how cacao was founded and how it is harvested now, and info about all the other chocolates. The chocolate sculpture room is creative and interesting. Go the extra dollar and get the chocolate and wine tasting package. Absolutely delicious. On your way out make sure to check out the freshly in house desserts made.

It may sound unexpected, but we enjoyed the Chocolate Museum much more than the SeaWorld park. Our guide Gabriel was incredible. He had such a positive energy and a very charming personality. He made the entire tour warm, fun, and easy to follow. We truly enjoyed it. ♥️ The chocolate was delicious, so we grabbed several varieties to take home, and the ice cream is definitely something you should try. 😋

What an amazing experience to learn about the history of chocolate! The tour was very interesting, along with tour guide Dave! At the end of the tour we got to sample some chocolates from around the world. I upgraded the tour package to include 3 truffle samplings paired with a wine flight. I highly recommend it for the chocolate lovers out there or for anyone who wanted a unique and fun experience!

The tour was great and very interesting. Alot of fun facts with education. Oh the chocolate tasting was awesome just as well as the sculptures. The smells of chocolate made me want more chocolate. I used groupon and paid 33 dollars well worth it.

Dave gave a great informative and funny tour. Got this on Groupon- did while in Orlando on a whim- Fun to do for hour then buy some delicious real chocolate after sampling. Room with real chocolate sculptures very cool.

🍫💞 8th Anniversary Celebration at the Chocolate Museum Café (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) We celebrated our 8th anniversary at the Chocolate Museum Café, and it was such a sweet and unforgettable experience! 💕 Our tour guide, Anthony, was absolutely amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of energy! He made the tour fun, engaging, and so interesting. We learned so much about the history of chocolate while enjoying all the delicious samples 🍫🤎. After the tour, we relaxed at the café and enjoyed rich, creamy hot chocolate and some decadent desserts — everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor ☕🍰. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Thank you to Anthony and the entire team for making our 8th anniversary so memorable! 🥂💖✨

The Chocolate & Wine Tasting experience is so worth it! 1. JFJ Almond sparkling wine paired with an almond ganache rolled in sliced almond bits: the overall almond flavor was definitely enhanced with the wine but not overpowering, 2. Ca' Montebello Sangue di Giuda paired with a white chocolate with a raspberry filling: the wine was mellow, sweet, and easy on the pallet, it was amazing with the chocolate but honestly could be paired with any dessert, 3. Cabernet Savignon, California, 2022 paired with a dark chocolate covered cherry (cherry cordial): it was a bold combination and had a slight mellow astringency that turned a smoky / salty flavor with the cordial- so cool! And then I went on the Chocolate Tour.. shout out to Anthony (my tour guide), you were amazing, knowledgeable, & passionate. I really enjoyed learning all of these interesting facts about chocolate & it's origins. And finally, the Chocolate Tasting: Fruition Chocolate Works Spring Salted Milk 56%, Labooko Zotter Coffee White Chocolate flavored with coffee (loved this one), Amano Cardamon Black Pepper (could be a great fall baking ingredient, I would need to experiment), Venchi Classic Cremino 1878, Paccari Organic Lemon Verbena (I was scared at first but it's really like a chocolate orange except cleaner & with a bright lemon flavor), Mayta Ecuador Raspberry 55% (loved this one too - raspberry REALLY works well with Ecuadorian chocolate), Valrhona Abinao 85% (not as bad as I thought it would be)... A definite must for chocolate lovers, a definite must for wine lovers, & a definite must for historians... (you gotta help us keep Anthony honest, you know... sometimes it takes a village...)

David provided an excellent tour of the museum. Very detailed and provided sprinkles of humor. And enjoyed the eight small chocolate samples, plus the hot chocolate drink sample. Was worth our senior discount, which was better than HGV Rewards value. The server at the Cafe gave me an excellent recommendation of Raspberry Lemon to go along with previous order of creme Brulee. My wife was able to get some dairy-free chocolate bars. Worth the visit.

Me and my fiancé came here for date night and Dave was our tour guide. He had us intrigued with the tour and the history of chocolate, he was also very entertaining as well and we had some good laughs. 10/10 would recommend.

The museum guide Anthony was funny and energetic, making for a delightful and interesting tour. I actually learned a lot! The desserts sold in the cafe were delicious (the caramel brownie gelato was a favorite), and I appreciated the opportunity to try and buy several unique global brands of chocolate that are also ethically sourced. Some prices are steep, but worth it at least for a rare splurge.

I took the tour with the guide Gabriel, very interesting to know the history of chocolate. Pleasant atmosphere, they serve coffee, lunch and a variety of chocolates made on site.

From the moment we walked in we were amazed, we were greeted right away with a smile and then escorted to our lovely table where we enjoyed a wine and truffle pairing. Then we did the tour with Dave who was amazing with his quirky little jokes. His knowledge and passion for chocolate really showed and made our tour that much better. I highly recommend you give this place a try, it’s a perfect date night or any occasion! I didn’t get our servers name but she was amazing as well! Thank you so much!!!!

Anthony was our tour guide and he made the tour interesting. He’s Mensa level informed about everything chocolates, maybe it was the five syllable words and chemical reactions he explained. The tour alone is incredibly interesting, I took away information about chocolate I never knew. The chocolate tasting was very good. White chocolate strawberry, white chocolate with pumpkin spice, dark chocolate with green tea leaves, earl grey dark chocolate, orange milk chocolate all very good. I bought the wine and chocolate tasting also very good. All the truffles are made in site. Definitely a must go to in Orlando.

Found an amazing deal to do this tour on Groupon, and 100% worth every penny! This is a family owned business, which we love. 👏🏼 Tour guide Anthony was personable, knowledgeable, and passionate! You can tell he loves his job and loves sharing all the information he can. Multiple types of rooms to look at which take you through how chocolate was discovered/made and how it spread in popularity throughout that world. End of the tour included 8 samples of different chocolates and a small sample of the best hot cocoa you’ll ever have. Had to end the night with purchasing some truffles (which are made there!) 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great experience if you want to pass some time without feeling rushed. Our tour guide was Dave and he was very funny and nice, he had a lot of great information. We were a small group, but never felt rushed he took his time and we would 100% do it again. Took around 30-45 minutes(depends if you take a lot of pictures and how long you look at all the pictures and sculptures). Thank you Dave!

S

Dave did an excellent job with the chocolate tour. Was extreamly informative and the samples were very tasty! They are very courteous about asking for allergies prior to starting the tour! Being a History buff I was able to walk out with information I did not know to research more into! Thanks again Dave!

Absolutely amazing. Did the couples fondue experience. We chose the milk chocolate option for our fondue and it was amazing. I think for the price the they could have provided a better arrangement than marshmallows, bananas, pretzels, and strawberry. The tour was very good and informative. Anthony did a fabulous job walking us through the entire history and processes for the chocolate. His enthusiasm in everything he explained made the tour way better than we anticipated. We will definitely be returning with more family and friends and really hope we can get Anthony again. The cafe out front was well stocked with not only all the chocolate you taste during the tour but also quite a few in house options as well. We ended up spending much more on chocolate than we had thought we would but wow was it worth it. Fantastic museum and cafe and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested in chocolate! I mean who is not interested in chocolate!?!

Gabriel was our guide and was very engaging and informative. The tour took about an hour and had some nice tactile/scented elements. Loved the tasting portion included with the tour. The chocolate bars sold on site are high quality and fair trade, which I appreciate. You're getting what you pay for.

Did the tour and taste testing with my parents and little brother. It was very informative and the tour guide Anthony was very knowledgeable about his chocolate history and he had a great sense of humor as well. We got to try 8 different types of chocolate that ranged from about 30% cocoa all the way to 93% cocoa. All of which was tasty and we even got to try some hot chocolate at the end. We liked it so much that we bought a couple chocolate bars with the 10% discount we got for doing the tour and we even got some of the little cakes that they sell. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend stopping by and doing the tour.

This was such a fun experience!! Dave, our tour guide, was amazing. He had such a cool personality. His humor was more sarcastic, which my husband and I loved. 😁 He also matched his purple hat with his purple shoes. We learned so much about the history of chocolate, and we got to see antique machinery and some really cool statues made of chocolate. And of course, the samples at the end were delicious!! 😋 We grabbed some hot chocolates at the café after, which were superb. We're so glad we found this gem on our Orlando trip!! It is more adult-centric, but the kiddos would love it, too.

Had a great time doing the Museum tour on a rainy day. It's a small place but there is a lot of intesting information to be learned about such a thing we all take for granted. Dave was super knowledgeable and good fun! We had the Peanut Butter Explosion and the Chocolate Hazelnut desserts. It was delicious and the cafe is a nice place to enjoy a snack or a world class hot chocolate!

D
Dianne Rich

Wonderful experience! Dave was so knowledgeable and funny on the museum tour. We learned so much. The chocolate that you sample on the tour is unique and delicious. We enjoyed the wine pairing with truffles before the tour which was divine. And the hot chocolate!!!! 😋 🤤 The quiche sampler was also very good. I don’t think there is a bad thing in this building.

I discovered a Groupon offer for a chocolate history tour + wine and chocolate pairing for under $20 per person. My best friend and I were sold on the wine tasting alone, so we grabbed tickets. Honey, let me tell you, it was a whole vibe. Here's why: They offer hourly history tours, perfect for those who need a little extra time-TLC. Our tour guide, Dave, was fantastic – funny, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. The history tour was a well-thought-out and immersive presentation. Not a dull moment! At the end of the tour, you get to sample some freshly made chocolate by hand. How cool is that? The highlight was the wine and chocolate pairing. After the tour, it was time to indulge. The wine was delightful, and the chocolate was a fun experience. Some pairings we loved, others not as much, but the overall experience was amazing. If you're in Orlando and looking for something fun to do, definitely add this to your list. It’s well worth every minute of that hour and a half!

I absolutely love this place! We bought a GroupOn offer to get the tour, chocolate tasting, wine pairing & three truffles and we were not disappointed. Well worth the price! We were able to join a tour time on a whim (which was nice to have that kind of flexible timing). The tour was an hour and included the history of chocolate, a tour of the chocolate sculptures, and an 8-piece tasting. The chocolates we sampled were delicious and I ended up buying a bar to take home (it was irresistible!). Even my friend with me (who doesn’t typically like chocolate) bought a bar! The cafe atmosphere is quiet and cozy. Plenty of parking. Would totally come back for one of their super yummy hot chocolates! PS: It is such a charming detail that they made your entry ticket for the museum look like a Wonka Golden Ticket!

So glad we did this today! We had some time to kill before our flight out, and this turned out to be a great find and experience! The cafe was great, we tried a few different varieties of their chocolates, and hot chocolate - they were amazing! Then we did the 45 mins guided tour. It was really well done. The way they curated the exhibits shows the passion they have for the craft. The chocolate sculptures were incredible too. Our guide, Gabriel was knowledgeable and funny. The tasting at the end of the tour was a nice perk! If you like chocolate, I would highly recommend this. It will be a hour well spent, satisfying your taste buds and curiosity in equal measure.

Fun little place to spend a couple of hours. The tour was fun and decent. Dave is a funny dude with his dry jokes but yet fun personality to make you laugh at them. Thank you Dave for a very good tour. If you go, definitely do the wine pairing with the chocolates. Worth the stop to make.

We also had tasting of different kinds of chocolate and even their hot chocolate that was delicious! We had a chocolate and wine pairing which was phenomenal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited the Chocolate Museum & Café for a tour that included a wine pairing, thanks to a Groupon deal I bought. I haven't regretted it for a single moment! When we entered the shop, we were welcomed with three glasses of assorted wine paired with three different chocolate candies. It was absolutely delightful. The tour itself was incredibly informative, and we ended it with a tasting of ten chocolate samples. To top off the fantastic experience, we received a 10% discount on all wine and chocolate purchases. I can't recommend stopping by enough if you are in the area! It’s a must-visit for chocolate and wine enthusiasts alike.

The World of Chocolate Museum is a true gem, offering a captivating journey through the evolution of chocolate with impeccably curated exhibits that are both informative and visually stunning. The thoughtful layout guides visitors through a well-paced narrative by Dave, our incredibly knowledgeable and passionate tour guide! Plenty of yummy samples are given and even a shot of delicious hot cocoa! We got the wine pairing option so that was yummy as well! I highly recommend checking out this museum!

OMG!!! Heaven On Earth! I’ve been to the Museum many times! If you are a chocolate junky like me, then you must go to the Chocolate Museum and Cafe! They have chocolates from all over the world. They have a gift shop with all kinds of goodies! They have a small tour that tells the history of chocolate and how it came to be the most delicious thing on earth, that I highly recommend you take. At the end of the tour they have samples of different types of chocolates. Yummy! After the tour, you have a chocolate and wine pairing that is just killer! 😍 While you are there, you MUST try their chocolate lava bomb! This is probably the greatest food ever created throughout the history of the world! The tour and tasting costs about $35. It’s worth every penny! If you’re ever in Orlando FL, don’t waste your time going to someplace like Disney World when you can go to the Chocolate Museum and Cafe! 🙂 I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Had such an amazing time here! We were celebrating our anniversary in Orlando and decided to check out the chocolate museum. We are so glad we did! It's a quaint place and the customer service here is wonderful. We did a tour and then completed our visit with chocolates and some wine tasting. Dave was our guide during the tour and did such an incredible job. He taught us about the history of chocolate and it's origination. We're already big on dark chocolate, but we more have an even bigger appreciation for it. Oh! And I can't forget to mention that their hot chocolate was by far the best! Naomi was also very pleasant. She helped us out with the dessert part where we paired chocolates with wine. In the end, we shared a chocolate mousse. Yum! We had intentions of going back to pick up gifts, but we left sooner than expected and they were still closed at the time of our departure. We're hopeful that we'll be able to order some things online. Thank you Dave and Naomi for such a beautiful experience with chocolates and wine! If you're reading this and looking for a unique and fun experience, go get your golden ticket today! You won't be disappointed.

We had such a great time! I had a client appreciation event where we did the tour and the wine pairing after. Dave was great and super funny during the tour! There were so many amazing chocolates to try, we even got to sample the hot chocolate. For a chocolate and wine lover like myself, I def recommend. I think it was worth the $30pp . Both tour and tasting was like 2 hours together.

We got the Groupon for guided tour and wine/chocolate tasting. They were paired very well and the chocolate options were amazing! Specially the one with passionfruit 🤤 the tour was interesting but there were some out of place comments by the tour guide. The place would benefit from a deep cleaning btw because air vents and walls around them are covered in dirt and dust.

Back in 2016, I visited the Chocolate Museum and Café in Orlando for the first time with my mom and brother, and it was an experience to remember! The museum itself was filled with fascinating displays and history about chocolate from all over the world. I snapped a bunch of pictures of the incredible sculptures, some even shaped like famous landmarks—all crafted from chocolate. The highlight, of course, was sampling the chocolate itself. We got to taste a variety of rich, flavorful chocolates, each with its own unique taste and story. It was the perfect blend of learning and indulging, and sharing the experience with my family made it even sweeter! 🍫☕🍪

Amazing experience !! We did the tour with the wine+truffle pairing at the end. Dave was a great and knowledgeable tour guide. The tour was short enough, and packed with information and a few laughs. The tasting was great as well. I 100% recommend the hot chocolate too!

We were there today. What a great time!! Not only the cafe portion was delicious with 5 star service, we signed up for the history of chocolate tour. Dave, our guide, was very informative, learning a great deal about this treat. Dave was interactive with the group. WELL DONE DAVE!!

A wonderful experience overall! The chocolate café was cozy with delicious, high-quality treats, and the museum was engaging and informative. Anthony the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the visit truly memorable. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers! The staff were extra helpful and friendly, they assisted us in storing our luggage while we are on the tour.

Dave was a fantastic tour guide! Everyone working there was extremely pleasant and kind. All the chocolate was delicious, the tour was informative, and it was all around a great experience. My one and only comment is that all the artists for the sculptures should be accredited with placards. The same goes for all the art used during the historical parts of the tour, I really wish I could have known at least the artist and year for each displayed painting.

We loved our experience here at the Chocolate Museum & Cafe. Our tour guide was Anthony, he was like the Alabama version of Bill Nye the Science Guy of chocolate. He was very informative, interactive & did fantastic explaining the history. We were able to taste 8 different types of chocolate w/ different percentages of Cocoa. I highly recommend!

Came here during my vacation to see some of the cool sculptures in the tour and sample some chocolate. Bought my ticket on Groupon and it was really affordable! My groups tour Guide, Dave, really knew his stuff about chocolate!! He was also very funny and had a good way of keeping historical facts fun and engaging. I actually learned some cool things about chocolate and even got to sample some that they had (which was super yummy). Awesome experience!!!

First off, David was an excellent presenter conducting the museum tour. We learned a lot during the tour. We could not have imagined how many different types of chocolate bars and combinations. Plus at the end you get sample some chocolates. The store and restaurant was nicely decorated like you’re entering a gourmet establishment. The museum wasn’t that huge, but configured nicely and made sense. Prices are on point for the quality of the products sold here. We got our museum tour tickets off Groupon. There’s lots of free parking and it’s right off the main road. If you’re in the area, you got to check them out. Especially, if you like chocolate, and would like to learn something about chocolate. I personally took more pictures, but didn’t want to ruin the tour. Again, check them out.

First off Anthony is a great tour guide, he’s very knowledgeable and yet still able to keep the tour fun and engaging with his genuine enthusiasm. Between the interesting chocolate facts/history and Anthony’s good sense of humor the tour was flew by quickly without a dull moment. Overall it was a really fun experience, we got nice overview of the history of chocolate and chocolate making! It was very nicely decorated, interactive, and actually educational. Not to mention a small variety of chocolate for sampling, most of which were pretty unique. The cafe is a nice place by itself with a lot of food/drink options outside of chocolate. I’d definitely recommend this for something easy and fun to do without taking up the whole day.

We purchased our Chocolate Museum tickets through Grupon. The price was reasonable for the tour and chocolate tasting. Upon entering the café, we proceded to the cashier and were given golden tickets. Our guide was Dave. He was friendly, kind, funny and informative. He really did a great job at explaining how chocolate came to be. Thank you Dave! The tour consisted of 7 rooms (intro, jungle, conquistador, royal, machinery, sculpture, and chocolate tasting). The tour is kid friendly and doesn't drag on. After the tour, you have the option to purchase items sold at the café. There they have chocolate bars from other countries, chocolate infused beverages, cakes, sandwiches, truffles, creme brulee, tiramisu, their home made hot chocolate (yum!), and ice cream/gelato. They also have a relaxing sitting area where you can enjoy your treats. We will definitely return to the café for more sweet treats.

We absolutely loved this tour! Our guide, Anthony was amazing with positive energy. He made the entire experience fun, warm, and incredibly easy to follow. We were engaged the whole time and truly enjoyed every moment. The chocolate sampler at the end was the perfect finale so delicious that we couldn’t resist buying several varieties to take home. Knowing this is a family-owned business, you really feel the heartfelt, friendly welcome from the moment you walk in. After this tour, we honestly can’t look at regular chocolate the same way again. Such a memorable experience. Highly, highly recommended! 🍫✨

Amazing tour and wine pairing with Anthony today. We had the unique experience of being the only two people on the tour and it didn't disappoint! Andrew was very knowledgeable and made the tour a fun experience despite the small audience. (I will never eat white chocolate again and you need to come and ask him why!!) To top it off the tasting was awesome, the truffles are complex in flavor and the wine paired well with each. I've never thought so much about chocolate as I have today and and reccomend the experience to everyone.

Mary, our tour guide, was incredible. So knowledgeable and dropped jokes here and there which enhanced the experience. The chocolate…. Omg. Had the fondue before the tour. The samples were incredible. Worth every penny. The intricacy of chocolate making… so cool to learn. There is such history and technique.

I had an amazing time at the chocolate museum! The tour was incredibly instructive and engaging, and our guide, Anthony, made it even better. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both fun and informative. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning more about chocolate!

We visit The Chocolate Museum and Tour on a recent trip to Orlando. We visited on a Sunday in July and bought tickets for the tour! This tour was incredible. It certainly exceeded our expectations. We were led into the back and learned all about the history of chocolate. Our guide was so informative and had a good sense of humor. The chocolate sculptures were so interesting to see, very unique! We ended our tour with free samples of many kinds of chocolate and a tiny cup of their homemade hot cocoa.. They were all delicious!! So delicious, in fact, that upon leaving, we all bought some of their handmade chocolates, which were as good as they were pretty! This was such a fun experience for our family for a day outside theme parks! If you're hesitating, book it, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Our visit to the Chocolate Museum and Café in Orlando, including the tour and truffle/wine tasting, was a great experience! We got a nice education on chocolate, and our tour guide, Dave, kept us entertained with his humor. The tour included generous samples of eight different chocolates and a hot chocolate. We also enjoyed the tasting of three different wines with three delicious chocolate truffles. A really fun and tasty outing!

The World of Chocolate Museum provides an exceptional and engaging exploration of chocolate's history, showcasing meticulously curated exhibits that are both educational and visually impressive. My appreciation for chocolate has deepened beyond what I could have ever imagined upon learning about its remarkable history and evolution... so much so that I took the tour 2½ times!! I assure you they will confirm this. Anthony's meticulously crafted presentations, consistently incorporating humor, provided expert guidance throughout our tour. His compelling expertise and enthusiasm fostered a strong desire to know more. The generous samples and exquisite hot cocoa are provided, which I thoroughly enjoyed! If nothing else come and try the hot chocolate. They have so much to choose from in their cozy cafe. There is also the optional wine pairing with chocolates that is a must. I highly recommend a visit to this museum, and please ask for ANTHONY. 🍫🍫🤌🤌

You go here for the tour. While the tour is a very simple experience, it is very pleasant and you learn a lot about chocolate. The our guide (shoutout Anthony, you’re awesome!!) was extremely knowledgeable in every area, was able to answer every question, even the hard ones, and connected a lot of dots that just made chocolate make sense. The chocolate tasting at the end of the tour was the icing on the cake- chocolate? Who cares, we got to taste a variety of chocolate and Anthony explained every one, making it feel like a worldwide experience. Overall, highly recommend if you have a few hours and dollars to spare, you need to hit this up if you are in the area.

This was more than just great fondue and chocolate experience, I learned something. The not Carl guy was knowledgeable, friendly, and knows his chocolate. Be careful the jokes are totally worth it, dads pay attention, you'll have ammunition for a long time.

It was hard to get a hold of staff in the first 45 minutes of opening hours. Their voicemail box is full. Thank goodness someone called me back. I called to complete my reservation with my Groupon purchase. Its best if you arrived 10 minutes prior to check in, tours start on time! It was hard to see where to check in, so we went to the café cashier to check in. Tour was 45 to 1 hour. Dave is so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of chocolate. I can tell he is passionate about his job by his jokes and responses to the kids. We were a big crowd but he spoke confidently and professionally during the whole tour. There is 5 rooms of history and artifacts. The tasting samples at the end were cute and a fun touch 🍫 Café didn't have chocolate croissants 🥲 but my party purchased some chocolates, hot cocoa and wine. Very delicious little chocolate swirls. I can see this as a good lunch/activity date or fun for the whole family. Tourist spot for sure.

It was a nice experience. I enjoyed the information session on chocolate. Our tour guide allowed us to ask questions and he was very friendly. I don’t remember his name but he did jokingly say if we didn’t enjoy the tour then his name was Betty, lol. I enjoyed exploring the antique machines used to make chocolate. The chocolate sculptures were nice but could have had more of a wow factor as far as presentation is concerned (I.e. lights, projections, suspensions, props, get creative!) It was more of a “here you go”. I did enjoy the chocolate sampling in the end and learned about how chocolate can be infused with other ingredients. The dark chocolate with milk was my fav and Earl Gray mix was my least favorite. Overall, not as informative about the history of chocolate (I.e. completely skipped Belgium’s history with chocolate and stuck with Lindt, Spain/Switzerland’s history.) It was very general and quick, I guess to fit within the hour. The hot chocolate sample was so good, I purchased a package to make at home. Also, I tried the mango white chocolate from the cafe and the filling was thick but not sticky, tart, a bit of sweetness from the white chocolate. It was a nice combination. I think I would have enjoyed the filling more with dark chocolate. The cafe also offers coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream, and sandwiches, with tables to sit and enjoy. Overall I enjoyed my time. We were there a total of an hour and twenty minutes.

Tour was great! They have senior a military discount. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Well worth the price. Convections are a bit steep price wise but samples at the end of the tour were great. The showroom of iconic buildings amazing. Overall well worth the trip if you like chocolate and learning about it.

Very pricy. The tour consists of only 4 small rooms. I’m not sure I was expecting a “museum” that small. Our tour guide was great. Sculptures were cool and the hot chocolate tasting was delicious. It was a fun outing but not sure I would pay the price again. Between two adults, two small fancy chocolates (pictured) from the case and one hot chocolate we probably paid about $110. I paid another ~$70 on about 5 chocolate bars to take home. The take home chocolates are of course optional but if you’re going all the way there, you might as well get some specialty chocolates. Overall not bad. Just wouldn’t go there more than once unfortunately.

If you’re a chocolate lover or just want something a little different from your usual tourist stops on International Drive, this place is worth a swing. The guided museum tour is surprisingly fun. You learn a bit about chocolate history and get to see some cool chocolate sculptures, and our guide kept it engaging and light. There’s a tasting at the end, and while it’s more about variety than quantity, the flavors were all enjoyable. After the tour, the café is a sweet little bonus. They’ve got great hot chocolate, Italian-style coffee, gelato, and creative treats, perfect for a dessert break or a casual snack. The vibe is cozy, staff were friendly, and there’s free Wi-Fi if you want to linger. The retail chocolate selection is nice too if you want a souvenir or gift to take home. Prices aren’t super cheap, but that’s part of paying for something a bit special and educational. Overall: fun combo of museum + café experience. Great for a couple hours, especially if you’re with family or friends who live for all things cocoa.

It was alright. We thought we were going to get to see how they made their chocolate. That was not the case. More of a chocolate history tour. Chocolate and wine were yummy, but not the absolute best I ever had. Chocolate sculptures were pretty cool

Although the store up front is decent, I would definitely not recommend the tour/museum. The tour primarily discusses the origins of chocolate and includes a 10-minute video (waste of time), and then something about the Queen's furniture, and then a few pieces of antique/vintage chocolate-making machinery, and then at the end are the chocolate sculptures. It appeared that some of the Chocolate sculptures were in fact not chocolate as well. Your taste testing of chocolate is comprised of eating a total of 8 tiny ant-sized chocolate pieces too. Like I said I do not recommend the tour/museum, you've been warned.
