I did not eat at this restaurant. My bank card was compromised, and someone order food from here with my information. I called Marcos, after calling my bank first, and the manager did not take this lightly. She was very helpful, kind, and concerned. This pizza must be delicious if someone stole my money just to eat from there!!

This place isn't the fastest, but they're still pretty quick for pizza. The food is good too. It isn't the best place to hang out because the lobby is small but it's a pizza place. You can eat in if you really want, but take it home.

Our Deluxe thin crispy crust pizza was full of fresh onions peppers mushrooms, sausage topping a delicious cheese blend covering a perfectly seasoned sauce. The ham and cheese sub had lots of cheese and lean ham with sweet red onions and mayo...delicious!

Visiting Orlando and pizza was on the menu tonight! I like Marcos, we get it at the office, and it's always good, different county. Did not disappoint!! Ordered online, from the phone call to confirm pickup and the actual pickup. The woman (forget her name) at the front was courteous and gracious. Now the food! Delicious!!!! Orders correct and written on the boxes! Salad and chicken fresh!! That's how it's done folks!! Thanks to the crew! 8 )

Jessica, the store manager here, is amazing! We had a hiccup with our order one night and she went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did she help to compensate us for the mishap but she personally delivered it herself and ensured we were taken care of. We definitely will keep ordering again and again because of how well we were treated by Jessica.

Marco’s has tasty pizzas! They are fast and efficient, always friendly. Only once in three years they took longer than expected and called to let me know plus offered other options, and they still delivered my order an hour earlier! Great customer service. They offer coupons and deals which is so helpful.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese for only $8, very cheap and it tasted amazing! They clearly know how to make their pizza, it also only took about 5-15 minutes to finish. Would recommend to everyone!

The typical places I’ve ordered pizza from is dominos and papa johns. I had no idea what I was missing out on. Marcos pizza has phenomenal service. I placed an incorrect order online and they fixed it without giving me a hard time. This was at 9:52pm. Pizza still came in a timely manner. It’s the best take out pizza I’ve had in Orlando. Even a day later the pizza still taste great. Thank you to everyone that took care of me!

Marco's is an amazing pizza company. Their staff are very nice and willing to help quickly if something goes wrong with an order. Which only happens in a very rare occasion. The food is far and above of higher quality than other pizza establishments. When the food is delivered and we choose contactless delivery, they are extremely respectful of our property and of our time. If you want good pizza, desserts, salad, wings, and/or drinks, choose Marco's and you will not regret it.

Great place! I used to always get pizza here a few years back while in college, and I recently came to order again. Still amazing. I couldn't remember his name, but guy who was ringing me up was very nice too. Definitely will be coming back for more.

Marco’s is definitely pricier than Domino’s or Little Caesars, but the pizza is always delicious and the customer service is consistently friendly. Recently, my husband picked up a pizza for us and, when he got home, the pizza unfortunately slid out of the box and onto the floor. The side of the box seemed a bit flimsy and couldn’t hold up against the weight of the pizza shifting. My husband is a true pizza lover and knows how to carry a pizza box, so I don’t think it was user error. He called to explain the situation, and the staff was very kind — they offered to replace the pizza at no charge. The only downside was having to drive all the way back when we were already starving. We’ll definitely keep ordering from Marco’s because the food and service are great, but I do think sturdier boxes would make the experience even better.

I really like the new Pizzoli. I have tried a couple different ones and are all good. I ordered 10 wings to go with it and got the smallest wing I have ever seen. It had to come from a baby chick. It was the size of my thumbnail. Not a good value for $14 chicken wings.

Good pizza but always a little under cooked? Pizza should be golden brown to cook and bring out the flavor of the ingredients. If that was an option thats how I'd order it!

So my order said 633pm pick up. I'll give them that. It is now 651pm and still no order up. Over promised and under deliver. 658pm got my pizza. Asked for my sauces that were on my order and cashier wanted to charge me again. People in front of my had their pizzas burnt.

The Pizza was great. Unfortunately, there was no customer service. We ordered our pizza to eat at the diner. They brought the pizza out in a box instead of a tray. No plates, no napkins, no nothing. The waitress was completely surprised when we asked for these items. We even had to ask for a spatula to serve ourselves pizza.

I don’t know about their pizza, but the calzone is nothing to brag about. Probably one of the worse calzones I’ve ever had. I make it a point to go to as many pizza places as possible to rate their Stromboli and calzones and these people definitely need more schooling. You get what you pay for I guess(employees)

Once in August it was only warm.. yesterday, the cheese was no longer melted when it arrived... to say it was warm, well that wouldn't be true... called Anna the manager to tell her about it.. got a half giggle.. no offer to send a hot pizza.. so that was the last time I will order from them.. back to Valdiano's..

Ordered 5 bowls and 1 order of breadsticks. Fast food prep time and great breadsticks but the bowls were salty greasy and un edible. I would imagine the pizzas are good but scraping the top off a pizza in a dish and calling it a bowl....not appetizing. I may order again, but never the bowls....

POS manager messes up our order. Then childishly sends multiple other pizza deliveries. Jokes on him. We have 3 big dogs. What a total POS! Never eat there again.

Awful soggy undercooked greasy pizzas, manager will make you jump through hoops for a refund. Not customer service oriented at all. The marcos on University is way better. Avoid this one.

I witnessed a manager named Mollie talk extremely bad about other employees loud enough for me and others to hear in the lobby. She also began talking badly about certain customers over the phone. Food was burnt as well. If you want to feel like you’re less than or want to eat over cooked pizza then this place is for you.

Do yourself a favor and go else where for your pizza. I ordered a pizza for pickup at 5:45 pm . I arrived on time to pick my order up. The front counter person was on the phone taking a order. I was greeted by a person in the kitchen. However, instead of waiting on me they let me stand for 5 minutes and walk out as they around with each other in the kitchen. Last week I placed an order over the phone, originally it was carry out and I called back and said it would be for delivery instead, and you guys charged my card. When the pizza was delivered, my husband gave Taylor the Driver with Dreads, the cash for the pizza, he didn't know that my card was charged. I called the store today and spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she told me that there was nothing they could do for me. First of all let me start off by saying, I have been a customer of yours for the past 5 years that I lived in Orlando, and have always preferred you guys as my number 1 pizza place, and to know that there is nothing you can do for me, is quite upsetting, especially when you guys took $60.00 + for 2 pizzas and some wings. I know we are all dealing with the pandemic but your driver couldn't possibly think that we would give her a $30 tip, that's a 100% tip, where do you find the logic in that? I called the store to try and see if there was ANYTHING, anything at all that could be done, and the answer was a flat out "No, next time becareful" ?!

First I went to marco pizza (goldenrod) and I was delighted. Then I went to this location (Woodbury) and sadly I had a Bad experience, I ordered pizza and chicken wings, the pizza seemed lack of cheese, compared to the one at the Goldenrod store, and for the kids I ordered chicken wings, and you know what! the chicken wings were cold inside, cold as from the refrigerator, if I had had a thermometer I would say that they were between 41 to 50 degrees (Fahrenheit), when it is supposed to be more than 135 degrees for hot food, I am going to write a note to the Department of Health (DOH) so that they will visit them more often for giving meals with temperatures in the danger zone (41 to 135) that is where bacterias proliferate more! and more in meats, in this case chicken, unforgivable!!! I do Not recommend this place at all, where it shows that they do not cook the food well and follow safety food procedures. Be careful about your health when eating food from this store.

Poor establishment that can't keep track of their paid orders. They gave away and had to remake my takeout order more than once and always over-promise and under-deliver on time estimates. Why should the customer have to wait twice as long due to the staffs' mistakes? They did nothing to rectify the issue.

I placed a order online from my car I witnessed employees who delivered coming in and out and scratch their private parts, hair, and other body parts. I wondered if they were going to wash their hands and put on gloves so I went inside and the ones delivering were standing around waiting to deliver orders hands not washed and I stood there and noticed NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES they were playing in the toppings it was DISGUSTING!!!! THE WHOLE SCENE WAS DISGUSTING!!!! SO MUCH CONTAMINATION AND THEY HAD NO CARES. THIS WAS AT THE MARCOS BEHIND WATERFORD LAKES

After being given incorrect information by 2 of their employees, i was over charged by $20. When i noticed this error on my reciept I brought to their attention the next day and was told sorry theres nothing we can do. worst service ever, will never be back. Train your staff better.

They have a faulty website and app. It charged me for my order but never sent the order to the restaurant. Now I’ll have to spend an hour dealing with my credit card company because after speaking with manager and two other people at the restaurant “there is nothing they can do” as they said. But then they reply to this review that they want to make it right after I send an email? Why not just fix it while I was on the phone with them? I ordered elsewhere. They’ve gone downhill.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizzoli. They gave me a plain chicken with cheese, no buffalo sauce inside like it’s supposed to have. I called back to let them know and whoever answered the phone claims to have made my order and basically insinuated I was lying. I ordered delivery due to not having a car and he wanted me to bring it back so he could make a fresh one. I have absolutely no reason to lie and even offered pictures. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. They used to have a good team. Do better.

There was a thick corse dirty finger nail in my large pizza , I believe with dry brown blood on it as if it was ripped off aggressivel, obviously was put into the oven like this. This was pulled out of my mouth. Do you know how serious and disgusting this is .. do you know how sick I can get?

First time ordering pizza bowls from Marco’s Pizza. Based on UTube reviews they looked great and said portions were hefty, so we ordered one meat lovers and one deluxe. Once we got home we opened them and realized the portions looked nothing like the pictures in the reviews as they were barely 1/4” thick. Called the store and manager said these portions are measured, he would speak to the staff but there was nothing he could do and he couldn’t provide the number for corporate. I was directed to leave a review and the corporate manager would contact me. Not worth the $9.99 price per bowl..

Long waits for your order. They don't answer the phone, their website is deceptive with pricing. This place is poorly managed. Get your Pizza elsewhere, you will have a more pleasant experience. Gave them a chance to get things right. Trying to use their website feedback, what a joke that is. Call their corporate office to provide feedback and the number rings to one of their shops next door to it. From the top down..

Last time i ordered. They just left the pizza on top of my car instead of knocking on the door to my house. This time i waited over an hour and a half & called to find out that my order was placed as a carry out even though they gave me a 45 minute estimated delivery time over the phone. Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund & have no money to get food for the night.
