The owego store fantastic service,best fast food there is.I would rate them a 10 ++.

I went here with some family that came into town. I typically don't go to Wendy's, but was very impressed with this location. It was very clean, modeled nicely and the food was pretty good. I will definitely be going back to this location.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in over 10 years because the ones near Detroit are so awful! This was the best Wendy's I've ever had! 😋 ❤ ...or I was just really hungry from traveling afar. Lol.

Not your typical Wendy's. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and enthusiastic. I got my order in a timely manner despite the long lines.

For an Arby's, it's pretty good. Not usually very busy, so stuff is often fresh, but you might have to wait a little longer. Bathroom was probably the cleanest fast-food one I've been in. Workers are always friendly.

The young lady with dark hair that worked 6/25/21 was so patient with the gentleman in front of us. She went over most of the menu with him step by step never loosing patients when then line began lengthening. She did an amazing job and was sweet to us as well.

Great store, basically is always clean, well taken care of. Great service, even through rushes. They do their best, to keep it going smooth. Staff are friendly and very willing to do what they need done or to help. Recommend all the way.

They were all very busy. 2 busy loads of students, coaches and drivers plus normal business people. Amazingly clean. I suggest they update this location with better bathrooms, one toliet for 57 females doesn't work very well!

First time I've eaten at this Wendy's, the atmosphere seem very bare and cold, but service and food was good.

Good food and consistent quality. Sometimes the employees seem a little down and the lobby area is through a tough set of doors. But it's again good food and is nice.

Had a lot of issues with staff forgetting some of our items in drive-thru, you gotta watch out for that here. Usually quiet inside with big windows so it's nice to eat in.

I rarely eat fast food, but I have no complaints about my experience.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger with jalapeños, Mrs King, the Pretzel Bacon Pub burger. Fries. Drink. I'll be back. While other fast food restaurants continue to fall further out of favor, Wendy's remains consistent in the quality of their fare. Fries could use a touch more salt, but the potato flavor shines through. The burgers are juicey and flavorful. Thank You Wendy's.

Have had some service issues there yet also had some great service. I guess it depends on the newest employee

It's Wendy's, you get exactly what you expect. However if you're not super big on mayo you may want to ask for no mayo. Whoever makes the sandwiches puts on a but much on a regular basis. Otherwise it's a Wendy's and you can go in there knowing exactly what you want because it'll exactly what you expect.

Love the food, but every time we go they always seem to miss something... tomato when we asked for none, condiments on a burger when we asked for plain... wrong salad dressing when we asked for specific... etc... always something.

From the time of order to the time I received our food it would have been faster to go to a restaurant and sit down. Fries and chicken tenders were oiled logged.

Fast food, stopped in for a quick lunch on way. Service was fast, food was OK, quiet location. Typical Wendy's.

I am not a fan of fast food. The chicken nuggets was good but the grill chicken for the berry salad was rare done and way too salty for my liking.

I liked Wendy's in the past, but more recently I haven't been impressed with the food at this location. I hope others have a better experience.

Resteraunt it's self was good but I put an order in the app and it said that my order was complete and paid for, but order never came back thru to the resteraunt she thought it was that I didn't complete it so she looked at my phone and saw it was completed and all I had to do was pull up to get the completed order

Yet another chain restaurant. Good burgers and good fries when they are 2 minutes from the fryer. After thatb2 minutes we have Styrofoam.

I think it was the manager who was talking so loud other customers were covering their ears. It was very bad.

I got a chili and a small drink. I did not get a spoon nor a straw.

Only used the bathroom but it looks like a Wendy's lmao.

I ordered two chicken wraps and the chicken was dry and over cooked. The dining area was empty with the exception of for a couple of people. An it was not clean at all.

Ordered a chicken ceaser salad and asked for extra dressing and i didnt even get any dressing at all. My husband ordered chicken nuggets and asked for bbq sauce and he didn't get any bbq sauce at all both the dressing and bbq sauce were on the receite. My husband ordered a frosty and never received a spoon.

Worst french fries I had in my life. Also there was a very creepy lady who wouldn't stop talking to us. The chicken sandwich was fine I guess.

Service is nice but food was cold, and not good in terms of Wendy's. The other week I went I had the same problem. So two stars.

Fits were soft and under cooked. Sandwiches weren't labeled and they were not crispy, kinda soggy. The frosty was all liquid. Not what I expect from Wendy's. They're my favorite place to go usually.

Very low staffed so food is not always warm. Plus every time I get fries from there, they are always either smooshed or hard and crunchy. But it’s the only place to eat in the area at 10pm

Drove up to the pickup window woman working there shoved the drink and bag of food at me saying here you go. No smile not even a thanks or have a good day. She just closed the window and walked away . I no anyone can have a bad day but she went out of her way to let me no she didn't want to wait on me. Just one day of that attitude with two other fast food places on the same road ?

Impolite person at drive through who did not utter a greeting, “please”, or “thank you” during the entire experience. Was unable to give me my total when ordering (not a big deal) and was emotionless at the window. Did not give me my receipt and didn’t say a word to me other than telling me how much I owed. After driving away, I saw that they didn’t give me a spoon or a straw with my frosty and didn’t even ask about ketchup for fries. Impolite and incompetent in my book, but perhaps I had an atypical experience.

The shop is clean and organized, but the food they served me was very cold. I ordered 1 grilled sandwich and 1 home style chicken combo. The fries were cold and soft. The lettuce leaves were old and black. Had been to other Wendys but this was a bad experience.

Did not go to Wendy's. Went to Arby's next door. Good choice...

As soon as you walk in it smells like bathroom which are located in between the entrance doors and restaurant. Staff may not be properly trained but food quality also lacked I fear because of it. I usually don’t come to restaurants reviewed below 4 stars for this reason. It’s a good reminder. Should have just tried the steak bites at Arby’s instead. 😭

They seriously can not get orders correct there. Over the past three months, I have yet to have a perfect order. I’ve given up asking for ‘no lettuce’ or additions. Their basic sandwiches are always wrong. Baconator? Expect the small burger Patties or just one large patty with bacon crumbles on top. Chicken sandwich? Expect the cheapest bun. God, they suck at their fountains.

I really don't recommend this place staff here are rude and don't seem to care about the orders and always getting things wrong with orders

Tried ordering there on two different nights and was given the same story both times about the "computers being slow and had to be reset" and how it would take 15-20 minutes before I'd be able to order anything.

I don’t know what has happened to this place but in the last few months it has gone completely downhill, there’s absolutely no one in line and maybe two cars in the parking lot and they’re making you wait 10 min just to take your order and then another 10 just to get your food, it would be understandable if they were busy but they’re not, maybe the crackhead looking employees are shooting up in the back instead of doing their job

So I wait in a 2 car line, for one 3 minute song. Get to the order screen and am told , "I'll be with you shortly..., 8 minutes later I place my order, all seems good. Get to window, guy in front of me is still waiting for their order. Wait another 4 minutes to pull forward, and wait again another 5 minutes. Pay Get food another 3 minutes waited. Fries are not crispy just soggy. Can't help but wonder is my burger still FROZEN inside, has it been fully cooked. Edit 4/22/2023: so I go to Wendy's at 1pm to get 2 Cobb salads for lunch. Pull up in line 3 cars ahead of me, guy in front of me leaves, I wait 5 minutes to order, wait another 5 minutes to get my food. Unacceptable.

The last 3 times i went here my order was wrong, this time i got my order got back to work to eat and it was wrong. Went back to get it fixed and it was still wrong.

If I could give 0 starts I would, but I can’t so I give them a 1. Spent 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich. The chicken was as hard as a rock. Completely inedible. I wish we could just close this place down in Owego and bring in a restaurant that actually serves good food.

I will not be going back after experiencing nasty old chicken in our wraps also the staff couldn't take two seconds out of their time to pour salt on the fries. They weren't busy at the time of my visit so there is absolutely no reason anybody should've experienced this.

I would not recommend the Oswego Wendy's. Fries were raw and cold, potato was half cooked, and the Hamburg taste weird( couldn't tell you what it taste like, but didn't taste like a wendy's burger! ) would have given it a 0 but they did replace the fries when I told them they were raw.

Went to drive through at Wendy's in Owego, NY on Thursday, June 10th between 8-8:15 pm. I ordered a chicken pecan salad and a frosty. Only ate part of it. A couple hours later I started vomiting which lasted all nignt. I then discovered I had gotten food poisoning from the chicken salad. It was a horrible experience and I will never eat at Wendy's again which is sad because I love their frostys so much.

I was going to go through the drive through when an employee was urinating out the back door into the bushes. Clearly had on a headset and Wendy’s apparel. This just happened two minutes ago at 3:55 on Wednesday August 2nd. Hopefully management can check cameras and terminate this employee. Probably didn’t wash his hands and returned to cook or work. Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again.

5/19/2023- I go through the drive thru, order my food and have to wait 10 minutes at the window for them to complete my order. After 10 min they give me the bag with my orders in it, I check the bag to make sure it includes what I believe to be the things I ordered. The amount and sizes seemed right so off I went to drive 30 minutes home to relax and eat. Upon opening the bag of food i ordered I was extremely irritated. I had ordered a Triple Bacanotor no tomoato and a Dave's single no cheese or lettuce. I got a double cheeseburger that was cold. Not lukewarm, but cooked and refrigerator cool. The Dave's single had cheese and lettuce but nothing else. Not what I ordered and most certainly not what I paid $$ for. Not wanting to drive 30 minutes each way to get my actual order, I called to let them know they screwed me out of money and edible food. Dismissed. Won't go back. I should have stopped at A&W.

Wendy's food it just that and the food is not terrible but somewhere they have lost the customer service side of a restaurant. The front counter was cussing loudly about her day or life in front of children that were waiting to order, no care at all about actually doing her job! What is even worse is there was a manager (I belive due to the different uniform) that was also involved with the cussing and conversation with no care who was standing there waiting. The patrons of the restaurant are what pays the bills and the checks at some point you would think that they should care about providing customer service and stop treating guest like garbage. Train properly, hold all employees (including management) to a higher level and stop accepting behaviors that inappropriate especially around children! Folks there is a choice where to go and if you continue to treat guests poorly the choices get more limited and your business will suffer. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Food was cold. Cashier was nice. Place was empty, why was the food cold?, also, there is an awful smell when you walk into this wendys, so bad you really don't want to order food. Either their not cleaning the bathrooms🤢, or the septic is backing up, whatever it is, it is nasty. Employees sharing a vape pen by the other entrance on their breaks, is there no break room or an area where they can sit outside instead of on the ground next to the entrance???

If you enjoy trying to keep wasps out of your car, this place is great. They also don't put any sauce on your burger if you swap out the bread. Their app and system never work, so if you put money on the app, you just lose it. I will not be back.

We ordered ghost pepper fries with extra sauce and were charged for the extra squirt of sauce and they barely had any on them. Ugghhh..this happens all the time unless you constantly watch them and ask for more when you notice them only putting a tiny bit on. They cost about $5 as it is and you should get what you pay for. It so frustrating.

Ordered through the app, arrived to find all of the employees smoking outside instead of working. Went inside and waited 10min past pick up time for the order. All the employees seemed very confused about how to put together an order. Sad to say, this was at dinner time and I was the only customer there, so that tells you something about this place. The food was cold and clearly had not been made any time recently. Will NOT be going here again, should have read the other recent reviews. Hopefully management steps in sometime soon.
