Just visited the new Cheesesteak Shop in Pacifica. It’s in the Safeway plaza in the corner so easy to park and get your Philly Joes with Garlic! Try the Genuine Hank’s Root Beer for some authentic Philly soda. 😀 Super clean, friendly atmosphere. Like seeing how hard the young business owners work to keep the quality high and the service fast!

I stopped by the new CheeseSteak Shop in Pacifica to give it a try. I placed my order inside and sat down at one of the tables. The restaurant looks clean and comfortable. 10 minutes...20 minutes...30 minutes pass by and still no cheesesteak. Several people that came in after me started picking up their orders. I walked up to the front and asked to speak with the manager. Fredrick, the owner, came up and apologized and offered a refund and made the sandwich for me. I was pretty disappointed to have to waste my time but my 5-star review of this restaurant goes to the owner's responsive customer service. As a past restaurant worker, mistakes will surely be made in this type of business, but the survival of the company relies on how you respond to these types of situations. Thank you.

Delicious! Really happy this place opened up nearby. Both the beef and chicken were good, and the curly fries was a much bigger portion than I had expected. I grew up in Philly eating cheese steaks and this place hits the spot.

Great place to watch a game and grab a cheesesteak. Food is made to order and is delicious. I had a South Philly with sweet and spicy peppers. It was fire! I wasn't even that hungry and I was going to split half with my gf, but somehow ended up eating the whole thing. Definitely recommend going to this place if you want to get full at a great price. Plus the owners are dope! Tell them Jason sent you!

I got a large chicken philly sandwich with onion rings and a soda. Super good. The Philly was very flavorful, super soft bread. The onion rings came out hot and lightly breaded so you can actually taste the onion. We're lucky to have this place on the coast. Will come back.

Convenient and tasty place to get my cheese steak fix. the cheesesteaks come with delicious peppers and generous amount of meat. i like that they offer curly fries and sweet potato fries. the employees are super busy but are always nice. plenty of parking in the lot and usually some space to wait inside. the price on the food is also really great for these times.

This store has always been good, every time. Whether I go in alone or with my coworkers ( who’ve I’ve gotten to love this place too) the owner and all staff are great, the food is amazing. 10/10 for this store

The sandwich is really good. There is parking most times I was there. But it's almost always cold inside. So wear a jacket. Fair prices for these days.

I was craving a good cheese steak sandwich. Found this place. Ordered king classic Philly with onions, sweet, hot peppers, curly fries, regular classic Philly, and tender meal for the kiddo. Tenders were pretty good with side chipotle sauce that came with the Philly's. I thought the curly fries were pretty good but my sister thought it was salty. I enjoyed my sandwich with the sweet and hot peppers. Overall pretty good although a bit pricey.

Sandwich was really good. The staff was amazing and patient and helpful. The atmosphere is a strip mall in Pacifica. Indoors was fine, nothing special. They did have a game on. Would def go back

The service was good, but the new recipes are horrible! That was the most bland sandwich I have ever eaten! I used to go go to this franchise long before they sold it in 2018. They used to season the meat and put salt on the fries. This time, it tasted like they just put plain meat on the grill and didn't even put salt on the fries... not the same as it used to be. Very disappointing recipes.

Staff great happy cool kind workers. It's not their fault corporate changed the meat to ground trashy maybe beef idk. Flavorless fries and small epically small portions. So sad another great American business victim to corporate greed. Go to Burger Board for good PCS

Went to try this place. There are absolutely no prices on the menu or anywhere! We walked out. It's nice to know in advance how much your meal is. I don't understand why no prices are shown
