Angel was our waitress. She was so friendly and gave us excellent service. I had the Texas Monthly famous Cream Cheese Jalapeño burger and onion rings. They were excellent! Definitely worth going back!

We came in 45 min prior to close and staff was very accommodating! We sat outside and it was really nice! We love the original one in Bastrop but we were driving through and thought we would stop! So glad we did. Pool tables, live music, games for kiddos (and adults) on patio! Spot on food and cold drinks.

A little out of the way, but worth it. Food and atmosphere was very good. Service was good once we were able to flag someone down. Onion rings are homemade and very recommended. Burgers had a nice char on them and the portobello Mushroom was a meal in itself. Recommended.

The food was delicious!! We went for lunch on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all. Will go back one evening to check out the music and back yard.

The experience was overwhelmingly positive; I highly recommend the burgers, and the customer service was exceptional.

Was invited by some friends and come and join them for lunch. I've never eaten at this location before. Lots of wide open parking for small and big vehicles and trucks. Nice atmosphere inside of a large building. Had a stage and pool tables. TVs all around. The staff was very friendly. Large selection on the menu I had chicken fried chicken with gravy my friend had chicken fried chicken with queso another friend had chicken fried chicken with gravy the other had some sliders. All the food was excellent service was great. Certainly look forward to stopping there again. You can't go wrong with this location

The food was very good, but there was a sewage smell when we walked in. I think they were having problems with their septic system so hopefully that was temporary. We have been there before with no issues.

I enjoy coming here with my brother on our bikes. Food is really good 👍 service is usually pretty fast and its not usually that busy at lunch time. My brother says " i love coming here for their different burgers!"

Good food, cold beer, and live music. Located pretty much in the middle of nowhere. They have a wide range of food options. The burgers, sweet potato fries, and onion rings were pretty good. The service was also excellent.

Nice place outside Bastrop! Great service and atmosphere! Ordered the bacon burger. Menu states all burgers are medium, but got a well done Patty. Did. Or return or complain, staff were so friendly and honestly, the burger was very good! Definitely will return to this location again when I’m the area. Live music Saturday night which added to the nice atmosphere

Ordered the chicken fried steak, it was not good. So I traded it for the fried catfish and it was amazing! Nice waitress, really clean restaurant and cute atmosphere. Really peaceful and nice property. Will definitely go again

Cool atmosphere and a great off-the-beaten-path vibe, but the food and service didn’t deliver. My chicken fried steak came out cold with very small portions and wasn’t worth the $20 price. My wife ordered a BLT and was charged extra for green beans as a side, which wasn’t clearly explained when ordering. We also asked for salt and pepper when the food was dropped off and didn’t receive it until we were already finished eating. Nice place to look at, but based on this visit, I’d keep driving and eat somewhere else.

Ordered the onion rings and chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and cream gravy. Both were absolutely grease soaked. Both of the coatings were falling off. Gave me a 2 am quick trip to the bathroom. Don't normally say this on a review, but I'd pass on ever eating here, I know I will.

I really wanted to like it, but was let down. Big sign out front advertising Fried Zucchini for $8.99. Ordered it for appetizer waited and waited.., ordered our food, asked about appetizer while waiting for food. Waitress brought food out and were told that they are not serving it anymore. Food temperature was between cool and warm, Price for hamburger basket $16 Was definitely not worth it. Way too expensive.
