Had a great time here this morning. Tiffany (my server was always super king and smiling). The vibe was welcoming. Also the manager was very welcoming. They were quick to get me and my dad’s order. The food was yummy!

We keep coming to this Denny's as it is around the corner from a house we are working on and everyone there is wonderful. I had the Benny's breakfast with chorizo. It was really quite nice. The yolk was cooked medium just how I liked it and the chorizo paired nicely with everything else. The hashbrowns were actually cooked to perfection and not overdone like in most denny's I've ever been to.

She got my order right and even checked in a few times to see if I needed anything without overdoing it. My coffee never ran out, and she made sure my food came out just the way I wanted. Overall great experience love the customer service. It was quality punctual, and on time the food was out within a quick minute and it was all behind the lovely server Lawrence that we had for this evening. Wonderful experience at dennys…after a long day of running around we were tired and not feeling like cooking so we figured why not dennys…truthfully I wasn’t expecting much but Lawrence made it a fun time! I went for dinner and next day breakfast to this place. The girl who was working in the night was not so kind even after I told her that I don’t eat pork she didn’t care and my food was having chorizo. The next one lady was so kind that she prepared my food with turkey. The food was tasty.

I have to give a huge shoutout to our server Isaac—he was phenomenal! Hosting a table of 10 can be chaotic, but Isaac handled it with such grace and hospitality. Denny’s has really adapted to the new restaurant reality. Bright and clean and very friendly staff. I had two blown tires and had to stay in the parking lit all night. They were a beacon of safety and hospitality. In the morning Clarissa was amazing with an excellent reception from the 55+ menu. The coffee was fresh and not nearly as bitter as I remember. It was balanced and hot. I do like the new modern/retro look behind the counter with bright red neon, modern colorful light fixtures. Sadly the tables are still formica simulated wood, but they are clean and in good shape. The pricing is in par with many other eateries.

I love to go there at lunch time, at times for the senior special. But that's just the benefit to going to Denny's, as I find it to be a very calm and relaxing environment which is rarely crowded during the lunch hours. I like to sit in a booth, bring a book have some nice food and be attended to find incredibly attentive staff. I will obviously continue to go there, as a menu expands and variety of meals is extensive. Highly recommend especially this location in Palm Springs.

Fast friendly service, and the food hit the spot. Nothing extraordinary, but it was open early, and within walking distance of my hotel. I had to really study the menu to identify a lower calorie choice. So many items approach 1000 calories, especially the 'slams', which is quite a lot for breakfast! Finally settled on 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, toast for about 650 calories.

We have been to this Dennys before, and decided to visit again since they were impacted by the recent Bomb explosion across the street. The windows have all been replaced and the restaurant is very clean. I wish I could say this was outstanding, however it is a chain and doesn’t have much personality. Good for after work or after the bars close. Glad to see it’s still operating.

Last night’s experience at Denny’s on Palm Canyon drive takes the crown for the most unfriendliest staff during non-busy hour. Upon entry last night (12/18/24, 930pm), we were acknowledged with, “sit wherever you want to sit.” (calm monotone voice). Staff that said this was also the same person that semi-served us during our late meal last night. Lots of booths-by-windows to choose from. Definitely happy to see that. After all, there were only two tables occupied and a third, with us. My partner ordered a steak and broccoli dish (no bueno, just basic). I, on the other hand, ordered breakfast. I love my buttermilk pan cakes at Denny’s. This is actually the one BIG reason why I go to Denny’s over IHOP, Carrows, Cocos and Marie Calendars- pancakes! And, last night the pancakes were on point... thick, fluffy, soft, and delicious. Scrambled eggs were on the skimpy side. The bacon strips weren’t crispy, as I had requested “cooked and crunchy.” Instead, the bacon strips were on the tough side like beef jerky. Food was either good or I was just plain hungry. Nonetheless my dish was consumed with no other issues. Honestly, Denny’s actually save the day for us because all the other restaurants on the strip were closed for the day. Now, for our server … she took our order, served our drinks and meals. Ok good. Short and not so sweet, but basic. She definitively had zero pleasantries and attentiveness, which I think is key to good customer service in restaurant business. And, if she was having a bad day, she could have asked a co-worker to help her out (there was one present and then another came out later). If that wasn’t going to work, then maybe she could have just faked being friendly. She was nowhere to be found in the restaurant. She didn’t communicate to us. My guess, she was on a break. Note that our server was not rude or mean, she was just on the border of sucky customer service. Will I return to Denny’s on Palm Canyon? Well I frequent a lot of Denny's another restaurants but this one was not very good at all the gravy was very runny no flavor and my chicken fried steak and french fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that was 6 months old I would not recommend this particular Denny's

This is hands down the worst Denny's experience I have ever had. I should have known before we even sat down. It wasn't busy which was really surprising. Ins soon found out. The manager is a joke! Our waiter was nice and the food we received after almost an hour was ok. They were going to comp our meal, however, rather than comp it I just asked for an apology and the Manager and shift lead were too prideful they refused to just apologize. Both of them look unshowered, unclean and like they just sucked the life out of a bong by the trash bins outback. I would definitely not recommend not going here.

Nobody expects great things from a Dennys. There were four servers and four tables including ours. Food still took about an hour and one guy just ordered two pancakes which they forgot and took another 20 minutes. Has to go up to the register to ask for water refills. This is the Worst Dennys which is saying something.

My girlfriend placed an order for us but when the food arrived they gave me 3 orders of stuffed maple balls when i only ordered 1 order. They gave me chocolate pancakes when i ordered french toast. They gave me turkey bacon when i ordered regular bacon. They didn't give me my sausage like i asked for. They gave me hash browns when i ordered red potatoes. Terrible service. We arrived and were told we could sit anywhere we wanted. 7:40. By the time they came and took our order it was now 7:52. Fast forward to 8:44 trying to get our waitresses attention to bring us some water and dessert. Had to walk up to the front. Ridiculous that there is only one person working on a Friday evening!! Granted, we all know they don't look the same, but for a meal that is $18, I would have like the slices, not a side end chop you see here. Did not tase good. Really hoped for a better review.

Went in for a quick lunch with my wife food was great but the only thing that made our experience unpleasant was our server. We don’t remember his name but he was the only male server working, we felt rushed and unwelcoming throughout our whole meal and I noticed him doing the same to multiple tables! Will not be coming back to this location
