Sean L was incredible. His service was impeccable. We had the steak flatbread. it was the perfect lunch. His wine recommendations were spot on, try the dry rose, it's delightful. Great outside tables for people watching. Definitely go for the food and atmosphere, and request Sean.

I loved the ambience and my server. The location was fun, right on the strip with live music, plenty of seating options, and a happy hour that knocked about 25% on eligible items. My pina colada was on point, and my dd made it all possible. Bathrooms were clean, soap was aplenty, and the men’s room had a diaper changing station. Definitely worth it and I’ll be back on my next trip to PS! Bathrooms were clean, soap was a plenty.

Great experience sitting outside. The waiter walked by every 2 minutes helping and serving other customers so I was able to easily flag him down when I needed something. He was kind and very attentive. I tipped him $20 for a $60 check. Was glad to do it. We'll definitely be back.

I had a day to myself in Palm Springs before meeting up with friends. I ate here twice and had a great experience both times. I like that you order the counter and then pick your seat. When you’re seated, you can order more from the server. They also have live music. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere.

Nice vibe. Good food. Great happy hour coconut cloud martinis! Could feel those. Nice big patio with live two piece band playing guitar and singing beautiful music. Only thing that could be better would be not having to go up to a counter to order food and first round of drinks. After that you get table service. Friendly staff. Centrally located Would recommend.

Delicious coconut shrimp! Great and festive atmosphere! The service was friendly and accommodating. You check in at the check in counter, and provide a credit card. Then you are seated. You can order at that time as well, or wait until you are seated.

Came here for happy hour for their frozen drinks and they did not disappoint! Get the frozen Mai Tai! And like everyone else, I recommend the tater tots. We also ordered a peach frozen cocktail, the frozen pink marlin, cauliflower appetizer, and coconut shrimp. Everything was delicious. Crystal, our server, took great care of us. We enjoyed our first visit here. Great ambiance with the saxophone player out front. They also gave us a postcard that we could send to our friends!

Fun place right in the heart of Palm Springs. Food and drinks were good. Really enjoyed the corn appetizer and the house salad. I think they were a little short staffed on the day of the visit. The table/bar ordering system is a bit tricky. Be sure you understand so you aren't sitting unattended between the drink order at the check in and wanting food at the table.

Well. There are probably better restaurants around. Had lunch here. The mahi mahi tacos just average. Nothing to rave about. House tortilla chips nice. Guac was pretty good but salsa weird. Go find something better is my advice.

Asked for a table outside with a heater for two. Manager said it would be 10-15 minutes. The tables were half empty ! He then said could you move back so others can come to front! Finally I saw a table for four that he was willing to bring a heater to. After 10 minutes a very rude female server came to our table. She sneered at us and said Drinks or just water!!! No hello, no how are you, no welcome!! In this slow economy as seasonal tourists to Palm Springs, we make it a point to support local businesses 2-3x a week. Never in my 50 years of dining experiences have I ever been treated so rudely. We asked to speak to the manager who said I was rude to him regarding asking for a table with heating that he said his server was ok to be rude to me! We will never be back to Tommy Bahamas in Palm Springs and will never again refer anyone. Thanks for the very upsetting evening... .....we left immediately and went to a nearby restaurant American Bistro... excellent service and food! Upon leaving this restaurant a patron who was at Tommy Bahamas came up to us on Palm Canyon Drive and said he witnessed the entire incident. He was sickened by what he heard and saw and told us that when we left the manager and server and one other high fived each other on our departure! Now that is humiliating and extremely disrespectful. Our family is also in the restaurant business since 1965. This was an absolute despicable experience! I hope your regional supervisor reviews your cameras to check to see this!!
