Piping hot food, always fresh. Frys could be filled to the top, that would be nice. Staff is friendly and proficient. They always have a long line and they work fast too make everyone happy. Food is always great.

The general manager Maria is really nice and accommodated me because I was not able to do a mobile order due to error issues and was nice enough to help my mom who is a senior and myself who currently is disabled get a meal without an issue five stars for that! This is customer service at its finest!

Takes me back to my youth getting the kiddy meal and the frosty. I like the vanilla frosty nowadays. I also like the new pay by ap. But this facility is new and so not all of the employees know how to punch the computer to accept ap payment. They are learning though.

Wendy's is one of the only fast food places that have not changed the size of their portions, and they're still really affordable. Great service, great burgers. Kids meals are under $10.

I placed an order online. When I got there they were super busy; mostly in the drive thru and some lady inside looked like she been waiting for a long time because she ordered a lot of food. I was satisfied that I had placed an order instead of going there directly. My food was ready, fresh, tasty and hot. I recommend placing orders online instead of going there directly during busy hours.

Came on April 26th, 2024 at night at 11:15p.m. long drive thru line but that's not their fault. I felt with the long line I still got my food quick. It was hot and fresh.

All thee workers was very nice. Blossom thee assistant manager was very hands on and know how to treat her customers/ employees right. I'm not sure why she is asst. Manager. She needs to be promoted lover her energy also her dedication to this Wendy's. I went today. I always go threw drive way. But today I dine inn and I must say food was great. As well as thee Energy in thee restaurant.

After all we are the ones ordering buying and visiting the location. Another person with poor customer service, that’s why we drove off from Tom’s burger and went to Wendy’s in the first place.

The place stays busy. Even if you can fit the burgers under a coaster. However the nuggets are better than McRonald's imo, the chili is great for not being homemade and the baked potatoes are good for the price.

Very happy this Wendy's was built close to where I live. I enjoy their food and deals both for Breakfast and Lunch. Although this new location needs some major work when it comes to the service time through the Drive Through. I understand things taking a little longer due to COVID rules, but this wait time cannot be at fault from COVID. If you go in the morning before 10:30am, you can get Breakfast in a timely manner. Although once it hits 11:00am for Lunch, that is another story. Wait time is almost 25 minutes just to get to the Window to order, then another 10 to 15 minutes to pay and receive the food. This to me is not timely. Something is wrong with the management of how to get the food ready for the customers, or their is not enough personal is inside to handle the load. Compared to the Wendy's on 10th St. West and this one, 10th St. has a much better time frame to get your food. Something 47th St. needs to learn especially when 10th St. gets way more customers. I want this Wendy's to become successful and stay on 47th St East for a very long time or indefinitely. Please fix this time frame issue with getting the food out.

This is a brand new Wendy's in Palmdale and the food we got on Friday tasted different than the food we got on Sunday. Like they say, it matters how you do your job. Some take pride...some don't. Friday's crew was way better than Sunday's crew.

Inside is very nice, soda machines are cool. Vibe inside is nice for sure. Employees for the most part are nice but definitely can use some training. I used to work for fast food company and timing And attitude was everything. But food is really good. Lemonade is bomb.

Typical Wendy's. A few of the Late night/early am workers don't know how to get the orders right. Definitely make sure you check before you leave the drive through

Overall wendies as a whole is good. Better than Carl's Jr for the same price when comparing for food. However this location is a hit or miss. In other words always check what you order since this location tends to forgot items. Not always, but from time to time. And always ask for a receipt.

This has got to be by far the slowest Wendy's in California, and I've been to pretty much almost all of them, and they don't always have stuff, last time they had literally none of the stuff I asked for and I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line... It's like they don't train their employees correctly or they are forever stuck on "NEW CREW" mode.. they really need to step it up big time I'm a REAL WAY.. SMH

Food was great but the workers did not pay attention to any of my requests at the window. Were too busy to trying to work fast that they missed the small stuff like straws,ketchup, ranch, not enough napkins etc. And when asking for them they look annoyed.

I ordered 2 frosty cappuccinos. At the window, I heard you tell the staff you made my drinks wrong. You laughed. Then the young man told you to "just give them to her anyways". I was literally at the window when he said that. I should have called you all out and demanded a refund. How un-classy and unprofessional you all were. you know those frozen black angus burgers that you pop in the microwave? Yea. JUST LIKE THAT!!! If you are going to break your diet, I don't think their food is worth the calories for the quality you get. Personnel was polite and helpful enough, but so is In and out burgers. Tommy's burgers are amazing too, even though their staff is short and curt. But I'm not eating politeness. I'm eating the food. So I would like it to be tasty. And I don't think it's a good value for the money.

Everytime I come to the drive through here I take the rest of my life into my hands. They take so long to get orders out I'm genuinely afraid of things I'll miss. Will I miss the birth of my first child? Their first steps? High school graduation? College graduation? The birth of my grandchildren? A lot of risk for some fast food. But the spicy nuggets are good so it might be worth the risk.

Wemt through the drive thru and when I got home I opened the bag to the a smokey burning smell coming from the fries. Ate one and almost gagged. Everything else was fine reason for the 2 stars instead of 1, but whoever was on fries had to have noticed this smell. Awful experience

The food wasn't cooked properly. They didn't put the right sauce, fork for bake 🥔, no butter or sour cream, or straw for the drink. Had to go in to request everything they forgot because the order was placed in the drive thru. To top it off, the baked potato wasn't cooked all the way. They weren't even busy.

Store was dirty upon arrival. Employees seemed like customers were a burden and the manager or supervisor reinforced that theme. Not one coworker was smiling or thanked anyone for their purchase. When I went to get my drink half the lid supplies were empty and there were zero napkins stocked. Counter was filthy. Can't really blame the employees if they have zero leadership.

How come you don’t do curbside pickup? The drive through line is out to 47th most of the time blocking driveways, creating a hazard, and it takes nearly half an hour to get to the window just to pick up a mobile order. I called the restaurant and they said they are under strict COVID guidelines that don’t allow curbside or food to be brought out. How come other places like Chik fil A and other fast food takeout can do curbside and you cannot? Sounds like laziness to me on part of the management and corporate. Wendy’s can do way better in the service department just by offering curbside pickup alone, and I’m sure you can do that in a COVID-19 environment. Just ask your competition.

The girl Alexis was distracted taking our order. I kept having to repeat it. The burgers and drinks were completely wrong. How can you mess up something so simple, that bad? She was talking to someone the entire time I was ordering and did not pay attention at all. Horrible service, do better.

I went to this Wendy’s today . Drive thru is busy . While the employees were having the time of their life’s inside … today Saturday December 4 . They were laughing and playing around with their mouths uncovered. I recorded it. But won’t show it just because I don’t want anyone to lose their job. Worst Wendy's ever. The kids that work there are awful. I get to the window to pay and they tell me they ran out of chili yet again. They could've told me that they ran out when I was ordering at the speaker. Locked doors even though inside dining was allowed sticky floors around drink station, straws were out,no condiments present,no napkins present and almost all the tables were dirty. You would think AT LEAST NOW cleanliness would be thought of highly.

Tried to place an online order for pick-up, but your site can't take an order that includes a 6 piece chicken nuggets. Keeps asking me to cancel or retry. Nothing works. So now in the drive-thru lane. Half- hour later...I'm half way to the order box. Its a goldmine once they figure things out here at the Vallarta parking lot. I'm back....months later. Let's try breakfast! The "Baconator" it had egg, two different cheeses, sausage and bacon. But cold cheese doesn't melt in a cold sandwich. The sandwich was all together warm at best. So who knows how this sandwich could taste, if it were hot. Kind of gross when egg sandwiches are eaten cold.. There's a lot of ingredients, all be-it on cheap bread and firm bacon. Any bacon gets hard to chew if it's been prepped hours before. Another poor experience at Wendy's at 47th Street.

TERRIBLE!!!! They forgot to put in nuggets and when I went in to ask for them "Natalie" made me bring the bags in and said she remembered she put them in the bag. I told her that was not the case and if so they would be in the bags. She said in order to give me the nuggets she would have to check the cameras. Of course I proceeded to tell her to check. I had nothing to hide. She returns and tells me that it looked she did put them in bag but would give me the nuggets I asked her for proof and she said it was OK and had spoken to the manager and for the next time to check everything before driving away. I told her I had no need to steal and if I really wanted to I would have stolen one of the spicy chicken sandwiches. Do NOT go to this place especially if you do not want the staff to accuse you of stealing!

This is the 3rd time I received a cold breakfast. I usually order breakfast for my kids here. Unfortunately, this is the only Wendy’s that uses old biscuits. The other 2 Wendy’s we go to serves FRESH biscuits daily, not the left overs from the day before. This Wendy’s needs to step their game up and either tell the employees to stop being so lazy, or management to not be so cheap. We will be traveling to the other Wendy’s from now on.

If I could give you no stars I would. I was the only person in the drive thru. I ordered a Dave’s double meal with no tomato and a frosty cream cold brew. I was told my total will be at the window (it was on the screen) I get to the window I pass them my card and get it back with no receipt and they send me off with my meal and closed the window before I could ask about my frosty cream cold brew. This is the 4th time I’ve had an issue be it messy or missing items or just rushed along even if I’m the only person in line. This place may has well never opened since it sucks so much.

I had the strangest interaction at this location with one of the employees. I was picking up my order and the girl by the front counter did not say one word to me at all… no hi or anything and makes me wait for a while. She then immediately gives me my order without verifying if it was even mine? And during the whole time she still didn’t say anything almost like a robot. Management, please do better in training your employees. This experience did not make me feel welcomed at all and more like a nuisance. I understand you guys get busy and stressed but it’s no excuse to treat a customer like how this girl did. I was nothing but nice and still got a silent treatment. Just rude overall.

As someone who has worked fast food before, I understand the work environment can be stressful. Neverthless, it’s unacceptable to hear the employees screaming “NOOOOOOO!!!! Or that’s it!” In the background when ordering. First of all, you are getting paid hourly and I’m a paying customer. To begin with, my order was fast and simple. Also, I don’t appreciate the extra mayo on my sandwich I didn’t ask for. Please have more common courtesy. I couldn’t give direct feedback cause my receipt paper was not provided. #WENDYS NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS

WORST FAST FOOD PLACE EVER!!!!! MULTIPLE HAIRS IN FOOD!! Beware!! Manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience!!! The past few times I’ve been here they messed up my order. Ok ok. I can deal with that. But this past time tho… I was eating my fries and I pulled out several pieces of hair from my carton and there was even some in my burger. When I went all the way back there to tell them, the lady just wanted to REPLACE THE FRIES!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!! I spent about $30 for me and my family there and she said “Well I can just give you the amount for the biggie bag” $5 So…I drive all the way here with these crazy gas prices! Maybe she don’t know gas is over $6 a gallon. I guess she just didn’t know huh? And all you give me is a refund an attitude like it was MY FAULT. I can’t believe that she didn’t even apologize to me for the inconvenience!! LIKE I WAS WAISTING HER TIME!!! Never never never going here again. I hate how these workers just disrespect the guests and how the manager didn’t care at all about what happened. HORRIBLE!!!

I can confirm others' reviews. This particular location is not giving everything you order. For some reason, they just don't give them. You don't get what you pay for. And if you don't ask the crew to wait while you check your orders carefully, they will just shut the window on you and goodbye. My experience more than once happened. I cannot go back because I have to go to work. But I was missing two orders. I thought I can trust these people. Boy, was I wrong. Happened again tonight 2/14/24 around 11pm. And I was the only customer. Oh well.

I love Wendy’s but this place sucks. The last three times the food has been horrible. Either the chicken is hard as a rock or the sandwich is flatter than lil Caesars pizza. Come on people In n Out has never ever failed me and its the same price. Whats going on in that kitchen?

The worse experience EVER. Only 5 cars in the drive thru and it took 25 min to get our COLD chicken sandwiches COLD FRIES and COLD cup of CHILI. The workers were standing around talking to each other and laughing. One lady had a hoody on that WAS NOT work appropriate. Never once did the lady who took my payment or the lady who gave our food greet us. They did not ask if we wanted any sauce and we did not get our receipt. All this for $25 dollars that went in the trash can. Never again 47th street (Palmdale) will I ever give you another cent.

Came in cuz they advertised new strawberry Frosty, was told too early to order. Disappointed like only breakfast in the mornings but the real issue was they kept asking me to speak up cuz they couldn't hear me on the intercom So once I did the lady says don't yell at me or I will refuse service... Really? Once I got to the window the same lady firmly snatched the bill from my hand threw the change in the bag and slammed the window. Wow, what a brutally shameful experience, Wendy's needs to train and supervise how their employees are acting as apparently this particular employee only graduated from the Charlie Manson School of charm

Food was cold! And food in bag was just thrown in there and my fries and nuggets all over the bag. The drive thru person handed me food and did not acknowledge me at all just talked to his Co worker. Have given this place like 3 chances and it disappoints every time. Do not waste your money. Absolutely disappointing in every way. Wendys is not bad. THIS WENDYS IS TERRIBLE.

Got about 11:30 only one person eating inside. No one in the drive tru. soon as I order my food they gave it to me in less than a minute. I stayed there to eat . The hamburger was cold and the 🍟... will not be going back.... I would have waited for hot food... I like food hot and fresh.. That food must have ben sitting there under some type of light..🤯 ... I have Herd about that new Wendy's before, but had to see for myself, I am gone!!

Cold food. Terrible service. Could not understand the drive thru person taking my order. Ordered a deluxe Jr cheeseburger. The lettuce for the sandwich should have been thrown away instead of being used on a sandwich. Rude service when asked about napkins and the cup of water that was missing.

I've been here about a dozen times or so thru out this year. 90% of those visits, I've had issues with my order. They were either plain wrong or items were missing. Today I went and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I asked for bacon to be added. When I arrived home my sandwich did not have bacon. It was also missing lettuce. But sure okay we'll raise the minimum wage it'll be fine.

2/10/23 My daughter had a terrible experience this morning around 830am when she decided to purchase one. We live around 15 min from Wendy's; when she arrived home and bit into the chicken, it was uncooked. I went to speak with a manager and her reaction was, " I don't know what happened because we should be checking the temperatures of the chicken before we serve it." I was shocked that they did not follow food safety procedures before serving the chicken.

Get a 1 star because my sandwich was very neat which is rare for me to see at a fast food joint but Burger patty and tomato on sandwich was the same temp. “Chill” my first time eating here . Watered down juice and drive thru was ridiculously slow. Figured I’d get fresh food for the amount of time the service was taking and my fries were brown from being “redipped” not a good look for my first time trying Wendy’s . Don’t think this is the color their fries are supposed to be.. just gross.

This Wendy’s isn’t worth stopping at during the day, don’t do it! All our sandwiches were thrown in the bags sideways, and they don’t know how to conserve waste by not giving a customer 2 cup holders stacked together even though we said we didn’t want it and tried to get them to take the drinks out but I guess that was too inconvenient. We have never had a problem with the night staff, but the day staff doesn’t have it together at all.

Their systems are always down. They are one of the newest restaurants on the block, and their ordering system is always down. It’s an extremely long wait for food. One of the worst Wendy’s restaurant out here.

You get your food fast but that's about it! They never give you what you order, not the way you ask anyway.... They always either add something you didn't want or something you did expect like bacon or mushrooms on your bacon mushrooms burger instead you end up with a plain dub cheeseburger and pay for the dub bacon mushroom price, I didn't get it.. if your making $22 dollars an hour atleast do the job right . Still Somehow they don't understand when you tell them "Plain No Sause Just The Meat(S) & Cheese Only Nothing Else " but We either get no bacon and sause or everything and no cheese. Not happy since I'm not right down the street so going back for them to fix my food isn't an option.. oh and they never answer the phone so calling us pointless too 😭

Their system randomly works when you place orders online. Placed order 10-15 mins ahead of time and it was not in their system when I showed up. They made me reorder and wait longer. BS service

I had went to this Wendy's restaurant the other day and they forgot to put my hamburgers in my bag and i did not realize it until i got home so i had to waste gas to go back and get my burgers before that i had called them then spoke to a Margarita and was told i would get refunded my full meal for my trouble but didnt i just got the burgers. There was also a rude older hispanic lady there that rubbed me the wrong way as well. The young lady that handed me my burgers was really sweet and apologetic which i appreciated. I probably wont go back to this restaurant and i advice for everyone there to get it together otherwise they will lose more customers.
