Came here on our way to Hatchers Pass. I had read lots of reviews on how good the food was. It was good. Just took foreverrrrrrrrr to get it. They need more staff! Drinks were empty unless we asked for them to be filled. After they sat empty for a long time. We could of ordered and driven up to Hatchers Pass and done sight seeing and come back down in the time it took for food to come out. People behind us left mad because they waited so long and food wasn't even started. I can see it being good. But won't go back unless they get more staff. Cheeseburger was tasty. French fries were good. Ranch dressing was great. But they get testy when you ask for more.

The green beans were very good. The Bergers were ok the Swiss mushrooms the mushrooms were raw and cheese was not melted. The server was good nice service and friendly. Always used to like the dinning room but now it has this screech every time a door opens or close that gives me the same reaction as fingernails on a chalkboard. Absolutely unnecessary. Really lowered the my opinion of this place

Do NOT ring the bell!! Locals are nice but no one tells you that means you buy the bar a round. It’s not beers that they are drinking. They get shots or whatever they want.

I would not eat here again even if someone offered to pay for my meal. This was my first time stopping in for something to eat and a beer. I sat at the bar and ordered off the menu. Much time passed before I asked for my tab. The bartender asked how my food was and I said I had not received it yet (she was not the one who took my order). The bartender was not happy and offered to buy me a drink, which I first declined then accepted. It was not her fault, she was cordial and gracious. I ended up asking for it to-go because I could not stay any longer and already spent about an hour there. I figured the kitchen was probably overwhelmed with orders and I didn't give it anymore thought. The issue was that my food was cold, had few fries and ZERO toppings described as included in the menu. Cold food, flavorless meat and un-smoked gouda cheese on a plain brioche bun. Very reminiscent of a bad meal at the chow hall. An MRE (meal ready to eat) would have been more satisfying. God bless.

The food was good, the waitress was good. We waited an hour to get takeout, I had already paid otherwise we would have left. The waitress wound up giving me a refund, I did tip the waitress.

Me, my mom and my cousin tried this first place for the first time today and was highly disappointed. We ordered two reubens, one cheeseburger and an order of artichoke dip. Our waitress only checked in on us maybe three times. We waited 50 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Then we decided to get our food to go because there were others that were seated before us that were getting their stuff first. We finally got the artichoke dip which was good , but it was oily and had like no artichokes in it. To be honest we won't come here again.

We had such high hopes for this restaurant, reading all the good reviews. I ordered the jalapeño cheese steak, the hubby ordered bacon cheeseburger. Had a bit of a wait, but it wasn't busy because there weren't that many customers when we came in. My food arrived cold. The family seated behind us came in after we ordered, but their food came first. The hubby's food came 30 minutes later after the family behind us finished their food. They even asked how the hubby wanted his burger cooked (medium, rare, etc), but the burger wasn't cooked as asked. Hubby was asked if he was done with his plate while he was still actively eating his fries. When we were given our bill, it wasn't even ours. $90 of alcohol drinks, when we didn't even order any alcohol.
