A great lunch was enjoyed by our group of 20. The Uber driver forgot to bring the drinks, so the owner had one of his own employees bring us the drinks ASAP. Great service!

This is the best (for customer service)Togo's you will find anywhere. This location should be a model of how all should operate. Food is great too! Way better than Subway. They now offer to warm any sandwich too.

I always get a smiling friendly face when I walk in this shop, and the manager and his staff make a point to greet and welcome each patron as they walk in.Their Italian combo on Wednesdays is fantastic and I would easily recommend this as the best sub off 101 in Palo Alto.

I’m a local in East Palo Alto and every time I come in, I am always greeted with a warm welcome. The customer service is beyond great and they truly care for their customers. When it comes to getting your food out they usually take a reasonable amount of time and almost always make sure to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Definitely an underrated spot!

This team is such a wonderful group of people. So patient and accommodating. Even as I wait they are greeting people by name cause it is clear that they care about their customers and do their job so well and efficiently. Just had a gluten free wrap and it was fantastic! I’m traveling from Denver for Meta and have been here two weeks, eating at some very fancy restaurants. This meal was one of my favorites!

I placed a large catering order here yesterday for pickup today, and I was nervous something would go wrong (as often happens with online orders). But everything went right, and I was so pleased with the customer service! The order was completely right, ready on time, all the boxed lunches were individually labeled, and the manager (owner?) even helped me out to my car. I wanted to write a positive review as soon as I could, since good service these days is so hard to come by. Thank you for the great service - my colleagues were happy!

Togo's is always a nice place to grab a quick sandwich. Fresh food, not too pricey, quick service.

I've only been here a few times but the workers here make my sandwich really fast. It can get busy around lunch time so get there early.

I am pretty upset today went here for my lunch. When I walked in there was no wind in line that hadn’t ordered. There was one man standing there as if he was ready to take other order so I walked straight to him. He never asked me if I was ready to order but after five minutes the line had buildup and he started taking orders from the line. As he is making someone else food who was there after me he looks at me and said “are you ready to order.” I’ve been ready to order! That’s why I walked up... he goes “well the line is back there.” I said I’ve been here before all of them and you seen me standing here and never ask me for my order. He disregard that and kept doing what her was doing and said sorry the line is back there,” as if he was brushing me off. Now I don’t have any time left for lunch due to the lack of customer service.
