The staff is usually very fun and nice here. The patio seating is the best! It’s covered with fans and outlets, just remember you might be dealing with birds or bugs but if you can handle that, it’s a great spot.
Lailah is the absolute sweetest and the staff here is so amazing too! They also make the best drinks out of all the surrounding starbucks. 100% recommend coming here.
Welcoming every morning. Rebbecah and her crew are awesome! I come here almost everyday and coffee and food is always quick. The staff is really what makes me come back to this location.

Who needs a review of a megachain? Well, I am a non coffee drinker but my daughter loves your chocolatey fraps etc and cake pops. I love this location because my daughter loves it and I am happy to take her here.
I love the baristas here!!! It’s right on the way to work so I’m in here pretty often. Accidentally worn my name tag enough that I get greeted by name when I arrive. Going to miss them when I change jobs as they won’t be on my way anymore, but I’ll have to make a special trip this way every now and again. Thank you so much team!
I’ve lived by this Starbucks for about two years but recently started coming more often because the apple crisp macchiato is my favorite source of dopamine at the moment. There is one employee named Lorenzo who is truly a ray of sunshine and always makes my day. Thanks to the Starbucks Parmer and McNeil crew! Y’all rock.
Aw, I haven’t been in in a while and not only did she remember me, I sent my mobile order to the wrong location, and my barista (possibly the manager) was super sweet and made my order here. All while making me feel not like an idiot. Thanks so much! I’ll be back to yalls location more! 💚
I rarely make reviews unless I need to. And today, I needed to. I would like to take a moment to say thank you to GRAYSON for helping me out with my drink orders. I was in the drive thru and they got my orders wrong. I didn't want to hold up a long line in the drive thru, I parked my car and went in the store. Grayson was the cashier, he was very helpful and his mannerism is so well! Being kind to customers does make their day. Thank you again, Grayson.
Love this specific Starbucks. There are some closer to where I live but this one has a really good working team. Even new employees are great. There’s fans outside in the patio area and comfortable couches .
I want to give a shoutout to Fable and her team at the Starbucks on McNeil! They went above and beyond when I desperately needed to charge my phone. Their kindness turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. While waiting for my car to be repaired at Sun Auto Service, I decided to grab a drink at Starbucks but my phone was dead on arrival. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They truly embody the spirit of excellent customer service. Thank you, Fable and team, for making my day brighter!

For the first time ever this particular Starbucks was very efficient with taking orders and getting them to the customers...for years it would take easily 10+ minutes for my order and I was not happy how slow it took even with a full staff...I was pleasantly surprised when my order of five was done in under five minutes...the staff also took the time to have a conversation with my son and me...I was very happy with this experience and therefore I give it five stars...
The drive through workers I’ve encountered at this location are extremely kind, conversational and amiable. Whenever you ask for something extra they give you a good amount and make an effort to make the food right. Lastly we had a pretty large order and they were quick with it. Would recommend.
Update 2-8-2025. Added a photo to my review. MY STARBUCKS IS BETTER THAN YOURS! I am loving these cute messages from the lovely, warm and friendly staff at this location. They get to know people's names and orders. It feels like family! The service at this location is hit and miss. It appears the morning shift rotates and some teams are more friendly than others. Rebekah was so fabulous but I havent seen her for a couple months. Its nice when they remember the names of their regulars and say good morning. A great way to start the day! Current team barely look up when customers walk in. Overall, they rarely run out of menu items and its a good location
I love this location! I started going here before work because they would usually Not be out of milk alternatives. The service is quick and unless I am wanting a food item- what I order is usually available. (By the time I am ordering breakfast/lunch items- they are usually out of stock) Baristas are super friendly and remember you if you come often. I usually go to this location before every night shift at work. Great job guys.
Oh my favorite Starbucks 😍 The crew here is so cute and fun! My drink is delicious 😋 every time! I'm a regular here and the line is usually pretty long but they crank out the drinks like no ones business while being very friendly and kind to everyone.
I want to give a special thank you to Darby. I ordered my items and asked for a puppercino for my boy, since it was his last day. They gave him a Grande cup full of whipped cream and he just LOVED it. The staff all signed the cup with messages of support and affirmations and came to the drive through window to say good-bye to him. It was really this special touch that made the customer service exceed expectations. I thank you all for your love and condolences! Thank you for helping my boy go out with a sweet taste!

Typical Starbucks fare, but the service is particularly good. They often have appreciable queues but they moved through them pretty efficiently. It helps if you use the app, but the downside is apparently you can't tip on it anymore. :( Let me tip these hard workers! They're always cheery despite having SO MUCH TO DO and while I have Opinions about service workers being obligated to perform happiness, I have to admit, these folks' attitudes always brighten my day.
I really like this Starbucks. All of the employees are nice (Brian will brighten your day every time) and they've never messed up an order. There is sometimes no parking or they may run out of inside seating, but most of the time it's fine, and the outside seating is great, even in the summer.
My go to Starbucks. Can be crowded in there sometimes but other than that it’s always on point
This is officially my new go-to Starbucks. I went to another location just 2 miles away and they completely messed up my order. Came here right after, and they made it perfectly, and within 30 seconds. Fast, friendly, and actually paying attention to the details. This location just gets it. Definitely sticking with this one from now on. Thank you Ana! She’s a great manager.
Well' 7am on a Sunday and it's nice to just be treated well. Angel was sweetheart. Since it was super slow she made me a small iced version of my normal order to try. Will definitely be changing it up in the future. The gentlemen working with her was nice as well just didn't catch his name.. Thank you guys for the awesome attitude and treatment. ✌️

The coffee is always great, and the customer service is truly pleasant. Highly recommend!

First of all, I love the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. It's my favorite seasonal drink and I would drink it year round if I could. Also, there was a guy working at the drive through window this morning at this location with longer hair that gave great service, and during our interaction managed to quote The Truman Show and Linkin Park. He ended the conversation by handing me my coffee and saying something like, "go forth, and good luck on your journey." Most interesting service I've had in a while. He's a national treasure. 5 stars. 😅
I just wanted to take the time to call out Kelby today. Kelby did something that literally almost made me cry. But hold on, not in a bad way. I live by the Sbux at Anderson mill, I work by the Starbucks at Mopac and parmer. I come to this Starbucks when I space out and forget to go to the one on Anderson mill because mopac and parmer frustrates me to no end. But back to Kelby. Kelby repeated back my Starbucks order and put it into the computer exactly how I said it. It’s not a complicated order. Grande Caramel macchiato with extra caramel, at kids temp. Which is 130. Kelby put that on the cup. Most other baristas just put “warm”, even if I say at 130 degrees. So the barista always ends up making it at normal temp probably assuming I was saying hot vs. cold. I always burn my mouth or have to wait for it to cool down and then I get distracted and it’s cold by the time I finally get to it. I know these are first world problems, but it’s a $6 cup of coffee. I’d like to get it how I order it. Thank you Kelby. You really, really made my day. 🥰 and I hope you get rewarded for this review.
absolutely love this Starbucks! I’ll literally go out of my way just to come here because the service is always fast, friendly, and makes my morning. From the person taking my order to the one handing me my drink, everyone is upbeat, personable, and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. They make you feel welcome and set the tone for a great day. Hands down my favorite Starbucks location!
Outside seating and area is very nice, perfect to enjoy a cup coffee or hot chocolate while enjoying the evening sun for a peace of mind. Gets busy sometimes but nonetheless a perfect place for meetings and hangouts. Very convenient mobile order pickup, curbside pickup and drive thru is available.
My neighborhood Starbucks. The staff always seems courteous, especially in the drive thru, and we've never gotten a bad order. The drive thru line is usually long, which because of the parking lot configuration, can cause huge traffic jams all the way back out to the street. Unfortunately that's not Starbucks' fault but it does limit this location somewhat.
This location is quite fast on the drive through even when the line wraps the building, but inside staff is noticeably slower while having shorter lines. If you don't have a full 10 minutes to dedicate inside I would pick a different store.
This visit was fine. My mocha cookie crumble frappaccino was thin and loose. Also not much cookie crumble even though i paid for extra. But overall it was good.
The consistent Starbucks experience; friendly people and the same cup of coffee. It's a little smaller than some other North Austin locations, and a bit complicated to get to from west bound Parmer. Not the best place for a group meet up, but a good spot to sit and get some work done.
This is my go to spot for all my wifi loving espresso sipping green tea chugging delight! The parking lot gets full fast so I park my car by the taqueria across the lot. Free wifi clean restrooms and an incredibly attentive staff makes this one of the best Starbucks in town
Impressive drive-thru service. Long line in the mornings on weekdays, yet they manage to move everyone rather quickly. Never had one error with any of my drinks.
Excellent location. They have these really big 5/6 people tables inside. Not sure if this location receives many “meeting” kind of customers but the seats could be put to better usage. Most of the time you’re standing there without a table while a large table with several chairs is being occupied by two individuals or be with one friend only sitting at a table with six chairs while others are standing.
Usually a pretty quick drive through experience. Only negative experience I had was when Starbucks announced they would give out cookies in the winter for drinks they didn't say they only sent ten to each store. When I got here some employees didn't know what I was talking about and others said they only got ten and accidentally gave them out the day before. Bad marketing on Starbucks part. But the employees have always been nice and professional and the drinks have always been exactly what I ordered. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The drive through can get backed up at peak hours.
This is another one of my favorite Starbucks locations in NW Austin, but there isn’t much parking directly in front of the location. The drive-thru can get packed in the mornings and block parking so watch out. However, the baristas are good, and I’ve never had any issues with my drink.
Went to get coffee and breakfast for my tram at work and they were great. I didn't get a receipt (definitely forgot to ask) so had to pay for it instead of work, but that's okay. The order was correct and everyone was friendly .
I so like ordering my custom coffee using their app. I only wish there was an option to place the order online, but pay in the store with cash or some payment method other than that attached to the app. Still, my triple venti blonde latte with heavy cream and sugar-free vanilla is amazing every time. 😉
Staff was friendly with a laid-back Austin vibe. Made me feel welcome. No Topo Chico? Get outta Texas! Nice spot to meet my client, only the table was very wobbly. Not the nicest Starbucks.
This Starbucks has more comfortable seating after they did a major renovation summer. I come here a couple times a week to get an afternoon coffee and pastry and work on my laptop. I can always find a table. There are plenty of power outlets. The staff are courteous. However, recently they’ve gotten something wrong with my order 1/3 of the time. Like today, I carefully told the barista who took my order that I wanted 1 Splenda and half-and-half. The coffee was done quickly but without the sweetener. I had to return to the counter to ask for it. Their wifi has also been down during most of my visits in the past few weeks.
Almost a 20 minute wait for a coffee; totally understand it being busy but I’ve never had to wait that long. The crew was vocal about what orders were coming up and the cashier was super sweet though.
It's a good place to go to for coffee but personally felt that seating could be improved. This place does not have a lot of seats to go and say, work for some time. If the existing seats are occupied, we have no option but to get coffee and go elsewhere. Outdoor seating exists but the comfort offered entirely depends on the season.
This is a typical clean and friendly Starbucks. I've never had a problem with any service I've had there. I don't typically order anything special, so it would be hard for them to mess up my order.
Don't ask for whipped cream, they won't give it you. On several occasions at this location I've asked for whipped cream in my coffee their reply "for sure" pull up to the window thinking they'll just do it, pay for my drink and pull away. Take a sip. No whipped cream. What's a chick gotta do to get a lil whipped cream in her life? Cmon starbucks. Do better.
Most time baristas are nice and friendly but lately during busy morning hours they are short and dismissive. This morning I heard the barista huff when I changed my drink size while ordering in the drive through.
So sad that I can't get a decent drink at my home Starbucks it's printed on the label with the recipe should be so I don't understand why there's an issue but good gravy it's always an issue I would say 8 out of 10 times and it's always when I can't go back and get it fixed cuz I'm imminently expected elsewhere. When I do go back they're always very gracious about it except for once and I have to say it's inconvenient and it cost too much to have a wrong order
I typically have a really good experience at this Starbucks. But lately the service seems hit or miss. And it might be that they have a lot of new people working there since they recently advertised that they are hiring. Today I went into order a drink and I was waiting for it. They put a drink on the counter that looked like it could be mine. 5 minutes go by and several of the baristas look at the drink and walk away. So I figured it must not be mine. Finally after 8 minutes another person looks at the drink and calls out my name. Why on earth was it sitting there for so long without my name being called?
I've had a love/hate relationship with this Starbucks. Despite coming here for over 10 years, they've had seasons of some really rude staff, and even at their best, most of the staff aren't very personable, or take the time to get to know their regulars. Other locations in the area do a much better job getting to know their clientele.
So fast and clean! Perfect before work. **Update 5mo later** This place is terrible before work. Even with a mobile order you wait 15-20min. A certain employee that works the line is soooo moody I try to avoid going inside and hit the drive thru.
The new layout of the store is very poor, they had no functional system for making things and had 5 drinks made before heating 2 pastries ordered 4 drinks ago. One guy even walked out on his order he'd already paid for. Manager was there the entire time planning the shift with another employee, disregarding the issues until the line stacked to to 4 more people waiting to order. No apologies, no direction, no hustle. Not a good look for the reopening of the location.
Probably the rudest Starbucks in all of Starbucks land. Didn't used to be, but lately have been... especially today. I'm sure they mean well with the sarcastic tones and underlying hatred of customers. The drinks are usually incorrect in some form or fashion. I'd imagine the manager or district manager whatever doesn't care. They make money and that's fine. But just know you won't get consistently good service.
Ordered the new Apple Crisp Machiatto with oatmilk and extra apple syrup and the drink tasted like there was little to no effort in making the drink reason being I tasted only oat milk and no apple crisp and barely any coffee I won't be returning to order coffee from this Starbucks location. Not happy about it. Also the Starbucks employees at this Starbucks don't show enthusiasm and smile and greet each customer that walks in with a smile. I'm giving 2 stars because the past orders I made in the refreshers have been made as they should. The holiday coffee drink was a major disappointment to me.
Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a couple of drinks. One of the drinks was scalding hot, supposed to be a tall mocha with an extra shot of espresso. I'm not sure what they gave me but it was only filled halfway and the sticker on the side made no mention of the extra shot. It just tasted like burnt milk with some coffee. Not sure if I was charged for that extra shot because I was not given (or asked if I wanted) a receipt.
I was really trying to like this place but, the guys that work there shouldn’t work the windows. They are not friendly and one of them is actually really creepy. All the ladies are sweet and kind put them in front of the customers. What prompted my review mainly is the 6$ latte I bought was all foam….
So this was my view for two minutes before I got my order. No acknowledgement, no “we’ll be with you in a moment” this. This is actually really rude just in general much less at a Starbucks/place of business. I used to come here more often but this Starbucks has poor customer service overall. Two stars instead of 1 ONLY bc my order was good.
So I go to this Starbucks every day, and have for years. The staff is great and the drinks overall are also typically good. Prices have gone up of significantly of course (my typical drink costs $2 more than it did a year ago) and it's well know that Starbucks sales overall have not been great lately. Today I mobile order a drink on my way home, I park, go to enter to cafe to pick it up and this guy entering the store starts to close the door as I try to enter. Starbucks Guy: Sorry, the cafe is closed right now for a party. Me: Ok, I just mobile ordered though so I need to get my coffee. Starbucks Guy: You have to use the drive through.. Me: (incredulous), my coffee is right there (it's 10 feet away), can you not just hand it to me then if I can't go in? Starbucks Guy: No, you have use the drive through. On my drive home I had an epiphany; I can save a ton of time and money just making my own coffee and not going to Starbucks every day. Anyone at corporate Starbucks see a problem here?
Absolutely disgusting. Bought an iced caramel macchiato and thought I was sipping up caramel but it turned out to be a huge fly! Attached is the photo of the drink and fly I spit up. So unsanitary and such an unpleasant and traumatizing experience. I will never be returning to Starbucks. Steer clear unless you like drinking flies.
Worst experience ever, while I was trying to order I was rushed while trying to order and the worst part is she got my order wrong!! When I asked her to remake it she said I’m not remaking making anything for you if you! What kind of service is this?! She had red hair and glasses

Wow! Unfriendly, rude,and angry. The employees obviously don't want to be there and definitely don't want to make your order. That kind of bad energy is not how I want to start my day. Apologies to the staff for ordering your products during business hours.
I called ahead inquiring about the happy hour special and the young man informed me that it was taking place at this location until 7 pm. After walking in the woman took my order and did not value the special, telling me they weren’t doing it and I recurved the wrong information and then I received a drink that I did not order.
Filthy coffee, using rotten milk ! Tastes like old stinky rotten onion ! Have you ever experienced a smelly socks ? Feel that in your tummy !! The employee is a smart/foul mouth.
so BEYOND slow. I placed my mobile order 20 mins before I left my house went in and STILL was not ready. Expecting it to be busy which is understandable yet all of the workers just standing around laughing
I’ll never set foot there again! Poor customer service. Please train your employees and fire those who see colors. When it was my turn to order, I was completely ignored. The man who was supposed to take my order started acting busy, then another girl came to help. I said I didn’t want to order again and walked out.
DO NOT USE THIS STARBUCKS. Closed their actual facility so nothing can be picked up inside. Have to do everything through drive through. Even mobile orders. Ridiculous. Don’t come unless you wanna wait 20 minutes in line. Also looks like they’ll bring out some peoples mobile orders to their car and not others? Makes no sense. Totally disorganized.
I have been standing in front of the counter for a few minutes while several employees just looked at me. There is no one else in line. Then when the young lady said something to me her attitude was off-putting. She acted like I was imposing on her. Now I got my coffee but I am still waiting on my coffee cake and the girl had no idea that I had even ordered it. I will never come back to this location again.
I'm torn about this four star review. Everything about this place is hit-or-miss. The wifi is terribly spotty. The interior is spacious and there are a lot of options for seating. Some of the staff goes out of their way to accommodate (it was very busy during my visit). Yet, when there was almost no one there, other staff was a little cold and I felt rushed when placing my usual order: "venti caramel frappuccino no whip and a banana in the mix." I'm dropping my rating of this location to three stars. Edit: Today, I never got the Wi-Fi to work on one of my devices. That made the difference between from a middle of the road three star rating and the two stars that I've now given this location. I'll be back to update this review. Edit: I'm removing yet another star due to internet connectivity issues. Now, down to a single star.
The bathrooms are so disgusting. I know the employees use those bathrooms and see the dirty toilets, sinks, floors, and smell the filth. I get that they are busy, but the bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. And when you tell them about it, they say "okay, thank you", and don't clean the bathrooms. They act like they're the only people with jobs. Why not clean the bathrooms before or after their shift? Or when it's not busy. I hope the owner addresses this.... Oh, but I bet they expect us to tip them for making us overpriced coffee and heating up already made food, but we can't even use the bathrooms without feeling grossed out. What are we tipping them for again? I don't get tipped for doing my job.....
I go to Starbucks almost every single day and have been getting the same drink for a while. Today I decided to go to a different location and get the same exact order but this location gives you half filled drink for ordering no ice. Petty workers?
Poor attention to detail for orders. Everytime I come here there’s always something wrong. Last time I came here I ordered an uncafeinated beverage and the sippy lid was covered in brown liquid, which I assumed was coffee. They took it back and put a new lid on it that had less spilled coffee on it, but still had coffee on it. Really didn’t want to drink caffeine and on top of that my drink was fruity. At that point I just accepted I would be consuming caffeine. Previous time I came here I ordered a drink mixed with lemonade. When I drank it, it didn’t taste like lemonade was added. Asked them about it and the barista said that lemonade wasn’t on my cup as though it was my mistake. The blonde barista heard me bring it to their attention and rolled her eyes while she walked past me. He remade it with lemonade. I wasn’t rude to the employees. I was polite when I brought my drink to them since it wasn’t correct so it was extra uncomfortable to talk to the team. I also checked my receipt later —it definitely said lemonade on it so I’m pretty sure he didn’t read the order ticket carefully. Not coming here anymore.
Twice now in the last 3 days I have ordered the shaken espresso oat milk drink and it’s literally just iced coffee and milk! To think people don’t know what they are ordering is redic! Taste your drink before leaving the store or drive thru
If you are OK with settling with something that you don't want, didn't come for, or being told that your items are unavailable, this is the place for you! I have lived next to this Starbucks since they first opened more than 10 years ago and have gone at least 200 times. Of those; I have only been able to successfully get a dark roast coffee less than 5 times. They might make a pot of it in the early early early morning; and once its gone that's it.... I usually show up around 9-11 am. This is unacceptable. This is just ONE example. It is almost guaranteed that at any given point you go here they are out of a base ingredient that immediately takes several options off the menu. This happens to us CONSISTENTLY when ordering.
They have raised their prices by 3 to 5 dollars for products. Food is prepackaged and microwaved. They blame it on tariffs but they are one of the highest brands in what we pay for. I ha e other places I can go that are cheaper and one that makes their things from scratch. See ya Starbucks
I ordered a grande summer skies drink with LIGHT ICE and popping pearls, however I received a drink with ice filling all the way to the top. I pasted pictures for reference. I am expressing extreme disappointment, considering this is not a one time issue but a re-occuring one. Please take the necessary action to resolve this.they give a full cup of ice instead of drink 🙄🙄
I’ve generally had fine experiences here, but a recent interaction felt a bit off. As someone who also works in customer service, I believe it’s important to approach situations with respect and take a moment to understand the full context and think before responding. A more professional tone could have made the experience better. However, it’s not all the employees. I’ve generally had great service. Perhaps, they were a newer employee. The drinks are always great though!
Visited this Starbucks with my mom after a long day of clearing out my grandma's belongings (she recently passed). We were looking forward to a comforting pick-me-up, but what we got was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The bacon and egg sandwich I ordered tasted fine at first, but later that night, I ended up throwing up. Given that it was the only food I'd had all day, I strongly suspect that the sandwich had been left out for too long and was improperly handled. To make matters worse, the blueberry drink I ordered was overwhelmingly bitter and lemony, which made my stomach hurt. I only managed to drink a little less than half before throwing it away, which is unlike me as I hate wasting food and drinks. What really took the cake was the attitude of the staff. When my mom asked the barista about their favorite drink in a friendly manner, she was met with a curt 'Excuse me?' that came across as dismissive and rude. Given that we'd just lost my grandma and were looking for some kindness, his lack of empathy really threw me off. Needless to say, this experience has soured me on this Starbucks location. Until they address their food handling and customer service issues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I've visited this Starbucks a couple times but lately something has been off. I waited for a while in the drive through line and then I received two cloud macchiatos but before I got home (which is right around the corner) the cloud portion disintegrated. I took them back for a simple iced vanilla latte. I noticed later that I wasn't refunded for the difference...not a big deal, but the lattes were really bitter. This may be a matter of new baristas in training so hopefully it won't happen again.
