The re-opening seems to be a massive success! The place looks clean, the staff were extremely efficient and friendly, the food and drinks came out fast. They're back up and running like a well-oiled machine.

The customer service is friendly at least the cashier, and they greet you as you come in and help you with your food selection. They actually take the time, to explain the donut selections which I appreciate, since there are always new donut selections and I often don't know, what type of donut will be in their selection. The location is clean and easy to find, and food is delicious and fresh. My favorite selection is the beyond burger since, I'm a vegetarian so it was nice to have selection that doesn't have meat and they also offer military discounts, so I can save a few cents when I treat myself to a burger and drink. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to dunkin donuts for a while. I am surprised with the wide range of selections. There are too many choices. From Unsweetened to protein milk, a lot of healthy choices. The service was excellent. The register was very professional and nice. However, the coffee has no taste and the croissant was over toasted with very bitter favor. This is a very crowded and busy location. Expect minimum 5-10 minutes waiting time.

If you're not a regular in the early am and you want a latte you have to wait. Coffee for regulars is prepared already. I had to wait 10 min one morning to get a pumpkin latte because only 1 person staff and people were wanting just reg coffee. Won't be going to this location 😔

It's okay to grab a quick coffee period place was pretty dirty though. Staff appears to be multilingual which could be helpful for some customers.

Also for 2 matcha lattes I ordered a small and a medium and it's literally more white than green ,they barely put any matcha power and I see on the note they put 1 matcha for both sizes .I also ordered an english muffin with butter even paid extra for it and I open it up and no butter at all .This isn't the first time they've done this I would come in person order and they wouldn't put what I ordered and always ends up tasting bad . This store needs some serious new training and to follow recipes as they should be when it comes to sizing not out a little bit of matcha power for a small and medium cup .

What kind of staff works here? This young lady would be better off working in a circus. She's very abusive; she spilled my coffee and whispered and laughed in front of me. Stay away from these people at night.

If someone orders 4 drinks on the mobile order for pick up. It should be placed in a tray. This is the worst dunkin. Service is horrendous. The owner is always there. He’s not that great that’s why this place is not ran correctly. Orders take forever.

I apologize for the long review but I was there the morning of April 20th around 6:40 am... I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the cashier repeated my order to the cook ... The cook gave me my food and before leaving ... I checked to see if my order was correct which it was NOT... I go back over to the counter and repeated my order again to the same cashier that I had...So she repeated it 2 MORE TIMES to the same cook... not to mention the cashier had an attitude with me... and the cook got my order wrong again... I promise you I will never be going back to that Dunkin’ Donuts again not because of having a wrong order but on how I got treated by the staff... neither of them were trained the proper way and I did not see one manager up front with them... if anyone else experiences things like this please report it to corporate or a manager...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Needs help ! Donuts are usually stale , coffee is burnt more than a few occasions, they mess up the orders and workers are not friendly . Yesterday at 5pm I went in and I couldn’t understand the worker at all , she couldn’t understand me, both my coffees were burnt and half full . Not going back

Drinks are always inconsistent, some days, they are undrinkable. This place has the worst service, the workers will ignore you. It takes between 15-20 minutes to get your mobile order after you’ve placed it, which is crazy. Save the energy and just go to the Park Ridge or Rt 304 Dunkins, they are so much better.
