We had a great experience for our first time visit, Jacob was a great waitress and we are please with everything!

I booked the private dining room for my Wedding on Saturday January 24, 2026. I had booked this room since August 2025. I was in communication with multiple people about my event, but who truly stood out to me from beginning to end was Raysa. She was kind, communicative, and beyond accommodating to everything we asked for. We went to visit the restaurant twice to see the space and they were welcoming, kind, and very reassuring that my event would be well taken care of. The day of my wedding, I came in early to set up and the hostess’ that morning were AMAZING (I wish I got their names), our servers were AMAZING. They helped me set up all my decorations in 25 minutes! Everything was in perfect place for my event and for my guests on time! I was able to have time to get dressed and take my photos. We had our pastor come in and perform a wedding ceremony and we had a beautiful amazing brunch! None of this would have been possible without Raysa, the hostess’ that morning, and our servers (I wish I got everyone’s names to mention them, that day was so busy I didn’t take a moment to). They helped me set up, clean up my decor afterwards, and they made sure everyone had a great time! I was able to play my music in the room, play my photo slideshow on the projector, everything was perfect. The BIGGEST THANK YOU to everyone at Brimstone that made this beautiful day possible for me and my (now) husband. We are beyond grateful!

Exceptional Service from David. He took such amazing care of us tonight — truly one of the best waiters I’ve ever had at Brimstone. He was friendly but very professional, knew the menu inside and out, and offered great recommendations, including the specials. He personalized the entire experience in a way that made us feel genuinely welcomed. The drinks were on point, and thanks to him, we ended the night with the most incredible brownie I’ve ever tasted. Thank you, David, for making our evening unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful experience! Juan was an excellent server and took great care of us. We had the pizzas, steak, bruschetta salad and street corn. Everything tasted amazing and the steaks were cooked perfectly.

Had a great experience with both the food and the staff, My Wife had the Ribeye and Asparagus while I opted for a Yellow Snapper choice and some of the best Fries I have had in a long time.. I Highly recommend the truffle oil on the Fries. Wife was very happy with her drinks from the bar as well. Highly recommended.

I recently had my baby shower at Brimstone in Pembroke Pines and have nothing but positive things to say! From the beginning Raysa and her team made the process very easy and stress free. The day of the event the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. Their attention to detail made me feel very at ease knowing my guests were being well taken care of. Many of my guests even commented on how great not only the food was but the service! Very thankful and happy.

Ashley was amazing!!!!! She always checked in with us constantly to make sure we were satisfied. She also gave us understanding of choosing the bottomless mimosa or getting a bottle for 2, which we went with the latter and it was amazing and saved us money. The food was delicious and the temperature was just right. I highly recommend Ashley as your server because she truly cares and delivers your food with love!

Went to have brunch for my husbands birthday, and it was great starting from the hostess to the waiter Christian who was amazing greeting us and started taking our drink order as soon as we sat down. He then came back within a few minutes to get our food order and made sure throughout our time seated we always had our water glass full, bottomless mimosa full and had everything we needed. Overall excellent service

I recently hosted a group of friends for dinner at brimstone, and I have to say it was one of the most fabulous nights I I could’ve asked for. The service was exceptional and the attention that they gave us was beyond anything I’ve ever received at any other restaurant. The food was spectacular and we simply could not get enough of it. From the salad all the way to the dessert. The whole menu was delicious, and we love the fact that they were able to create mocktails for us since we don’t drink. We will definitely be returning, especially for the DJ vibe that they have on the weekends. Love love loved it

We chose Brimstone Grill in Pembroke Gardens to celebrate my sister’s birthday with a group of about a dozen girlfriends and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The atmosphere was energetic yet comfortable and perfect for a birthday celebration where you want to laugh talk and truly enjoy the moment. What truly made the night exceptional was the incredible service from Tony and Kevin. Tony went above and beyond to make sure our table was set up perfectly for a large group and checked in frequently to ensure everything was running smoothly. Both were attentive personable and incredibly patient keeping drinks flowing and making sure everyone’s orders were correct and timely. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire evening feel seamless and stress free. The food was delicious and beautifully presented with bold flavors that everyone at the table loved. Despite the size of our party everything came out efficiently and with great care. We never felt rushed and everything was perfectly paced. Thanks to Tony and Kevin’s outstanding hospitality my sister’s birthday felt truly memorable. Special thanks to Bianca, who made our reservation. Brimstone Grill is not just a great place to eat it is a place where the staff genuinely cares about your experience. We just did a Sunday lunch celebration party in their private boardroom with a set menu called the power lunch. It was excellent. The food was outstanding. The service was awesome Jason and Allison and the event manager Raysa was fantastic she helped us make a fantastic luncheon for our family. We highly recommend The Brimstone in Pembroke Lakes Shoppes, a super place to plan your next party, totally stress-free, knowing well that the Food and Service will be excellent. We had such an amazing time! Ariel was super friendly, his recommendations were on point - and we even danced with the Hula Dancer!! We are def coming back, what a fun place

Came in for happy hour to celebrate a co-workers promotion. It was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect. Now we were a big group and we didn't have reservations since for happy hour they didn't accept one. Happy hour is only outside and only in the high tops so it was really hard to get accommodation. The service was great and the staff helped us get tables together as they were getting empty. Happy hour menu was from 4-7 and there was a little bit of everything. I enjoyed the barbacoa chicken tacos , the steak bruschetta, the margarita flatbread and the royal peach drink. I enjoyed the happy hour menu and I look forward to be back for regular dinner.

Danny our server was amazing. Danny is very professional, courteous and attentive. I recommend the crab cake for appetizers and jambalaya for dinner.

The prosciutto flat bread with arugula was delicious as well as the Coconut trout with sweet potatoes, substituting the mash potatoes for the side Kale salad. Everything was delicious. The service by Paul in the outside seating high tops was perfect. Always nearby, attentive, and made great suggestions. The Cucumber Martini just hit the spot. Excellent bartending skills. Definitely a must return more often. Not as crowded and noisy as other surrounding restaurants. We were seated immediately. One last thing, the DJ played awesome hits, and the music was great.

My new Favorite place, the meat is incredible but I never thought that I said I obsessed with the Cesar salad and withe chocolate bread pudin both are a must . 😋🤤😍 and JULIO is the best weiter super attentive

Food was delicious. My steak was cooked to perfectly. All severs very attentive. I would highly recommend. It was a cozy atmospher. Prices were average. We had the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer and it was steaming hot and delicious. Had the creme brulee for dessert and it was devine.

I have had a good experience with the food and customer service at Brimstone. This time, our waiter Jacob, was amazing at describing the food and giving us choices. The steak salad was delicious as well as the hamburger. Jacob advised the bread pudding dessert which was very good.

Our server, Paul M, was very attentive to my wife and I. The Rib eye and Delmonico entrees we ordered was delicious! The cocktails were wonderful, not watered down at all. Great experience.

I was with a party of 10 for a birthday party. We were seated on the covered patio. Andrew was our server. Andrew gave good suggestions, and made sure we all had everything we needed. I ordered the yellow snapper and caesar salad, that Andrew recommended, and it was a wonderful entree. I had a margarita on the rocks. It was really good, and a "generous" portion. My husband ordered the sushi and loved it. The atmosphere was comfortable and upbeat. There was a DJ on the patio that evening who played a good variety of genres and decades for the guests. I went for dinner here with a large group and sat in a separate section to accommodate us all together. This restaurant has an excellent and very welcoming appearance outside and inside. The service was excellent, and so was the food. We had two of their flatbread appetizers and their salad with goat cheese, and our main dish orders were their New York strip steak, grilled mahi, and grilled chicken breasts. To top it all off, the coffee was excellent, and their "decadent" chocolate cake was divine.

Chris A. did a great job being personable and providing recommendations to our table for dinner service. Food was cooked at the right temperature and very flavorful. Drinks do taste a bit artificial, would be nicer with a refined ingredient list for the cocktails. Music isn’t too loud and the space isn’t dated.

Food was very good. We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arriving. Our server, David, was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the menu and very personable. We had an excellent experience here at Brimstone. The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and everything came out fresh and hot. I had a great experience at Brimstone. I ordered the skirt steak with chimichurri, served with asparagus and mashed potatoes, and it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and the chimichurri added the right balance of freshness and bite. The sides were solid and comforting. To start, I had both the kale salad and the Caesar salad, and honestly, you can’t go wrong with either — fresh, well-dressed, and done right. The spinach artichoke dip was another win: creamy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. For drinks, the Grapefruit Smash was amazing — New Amsterdam Grapefruit Vodka, fresh lime, and basil. Super refreshing and well balanced, not too sweet, not too strong. Overall, Brimstone delivered across the board: good food, good drinks, and a menu that hits. Definitely worth the visit, and I’ll be back to try more. 🔥🍽️🍹

Went to the restaurant last night to celebrate my birthday. The place was very nicely decorated for the holidays, loved the vibe. Service was excellent & the server was very attentive. I ordered the delmontico 12 Oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes & asparagus. Absolutely delicious my dad got the 16 Oz ribeye bone in & Brussels sprouts. Had a very good Merlot California wine. I highly recommend this restaurant any time if the year. Great for small or large parties. Definitely recommend reservations.

Secondly, my friends and I arrived before our reservation time, and the hostess kindly greeted us and seated us at our designated table. The table was perfectly situated, giving us a lovely view of the entire restaurant. Our waiter, Justin, was exceptional—very friendly, professional, and attentive. We ordered a Moscato D’Martini, which was delicious, along with sushi appetizers that were equally excellent. Me and my boyfriend walked in last night an hour before closing, and it was very nice and not a loud in your face type of place , (which we loved) the interior design was very fun , relaxing , and clean with very comfortable clean seating. The service was very nice as well, the drinks were pricey tho, but totally worth it bc we definitely left with a nice buzz! The tuna tartare that I had was the star of the show. SO SO good. We're from Orlando but if we come back to the area we will make it a point to stop here again! Loved the atmosphere, definitely recommend

Sin embargo, esta vez tuvimos la suerte de encontrarlo menos concurrido y con disponibilidad, lo que nos permitió vivir una experiencia muy agradable. Fuimos en un grupo grande, lo cual generalmente es un desafío en cualquier restaurante, pero aquí nos sorprendieron gratamente: rápidamente armaron dos mesas para acomodarnos cómodamente. Esto es algo que no siempre sucede, pero en este lugar lo resolvieron con mucha eficiencia y amabilidad. Además, nos dieron la opción de elegir entre sentarnos afuera o adentro. Nos recomendaron hacerlo adentro por la disponibilidad de mesas, y la verdad es que fue una excelente decisión, ya que el ambiente interior nos pareció acogedor y agradable. En cuanto a la comida, no hay queja: todo estuvo muy bueno, cumpliendo con las expectativas. En definitiva, fue una experiencia positiva que, sin duda, nos deja con ganas de regresar en otra oportunidad. ¡Recomendado!

Definitivamente el lugar es hermoso, la atención es excelente, los muchachos hablan español también lo cual es un plus, la música es perfecta para bailar y la comida es exquisita. El único mínimo problema es la disponibilidad de parqueo pero el restaurante brinda servicio de valet parking y el precio es muy bueno.

The food was decent- I should have gotten the filet but got the Marsala tips- the sauce was not to my liking for Marsala- but the others said their meals were good. My one complaint is we made reservations for a large party and the table they gave us was like 4 spaces short and we had to pack in like sardines where our elbows were literally hitting (and we are not large people). That really hurt the experience. But again, food was ok- just would have liked to have been conformable for what we paid. I assume in a normal size party at a normal table it would have been a much better experience.

I came here on Friday for a work holiday celebration and I thought it was great as they were able to accommodate a few large parties on the same day. The staff was very helpful in setting up. To drink, I tried the passion fruit martini and it was delicious, you can barely taste the alcohol, which can be dangerous. As an appetizer, we tried the spinach dip, which tasted healthy and fresh. We also tried the picada board and everything was tasty. The sliced sirloin was a bit cold but it was still flavorful. My favorite thing from the board was the shrimp and andouille sausage. They were both delicious. The fried yuca was also crunchy and tasty. As the main entree, I tried the mahi napoleon and I was shocked big the mahi was. The passion fruit butter sauce elevated the fish and mash potatoes. This plate is definitely a great option for two people to share or have enough leftover for another meal. The service was okay. The food came out around the same time for everyone. However, my water was not refilled when I finished it; but, I understood why as the restaurant was full. I would still return to this establishment to try other entrees as it was hard for me to just choose one.

Overall a solid 3.9 location. Food is great service needs attention. Server checked in on us twice. Drinks are good. Plank salmon has a sauce that makes it taste like pasta. Skirt steak is good and flavorful. Not the best but not the worst.

I had gone to Brimstone on December 30th 2023 because our managers threw us an annual Christmas appreciation dinner, with that said let’s move on to the review. For the food portion of my review of this place I’m giving it four stars instead of 5 because the appetizers were the best things we had that night. We weren’t impressed with the food, it lacked flavor 😢 and according to my peers the drinks were great! For the Service we received from this Place, 20 stars if I could give it. I want to give a special shout out to Kevin! He was amazing to us and really helped us out so much. THANK YOU KEVIN! The atmosphere was beautiful, we sat outside, the music was nice, loved every song the DJ played that night.

The food was okay, nothing special about it, Okay favor. The waiter was attentive. We were sitting outside and we had a person smoking 🚬 next to us. It’s okay if you want to smoke but you should be somewhere specific. I don’t think that was very appropriate to just smoke anywhere. Other than that, I like the atmosphere.

Good experience and worth trying. A little loud with several holiday parties going on.

We had lunch the other day at this place. The food was tasty and god quantity. They do have cocktails and beers. They seemed a bit short staffed. It was just one waiter that was handling all the tables when we had lunch. She was also mixing drinks. Hence, the orders took time to be delivered. However, only about 25% of the tables were occupied.

We had a party of 10 and had rented a private room. The restaurant was beautiful but very noisy. The private room didn't help because the door kept getting left open by the staff. We had 3 waiters but we had to wait quite a while for everyone's food to all come out so we could eat. One or two dishes would trickle in at a time and then we would wait. Many of our party ordered drinks, but we were never served anything but water, and even those sat empty much of the time. We were asked if we wanted appetizers three times, and had to tell each of them that our order had already been taken. The food was good but didn't come out as shown on the menu. They were out of many sides but didn't tell anyone before the meals came out, and they instead just replaced them with mashed potatoes. We even struggled to get everyone's dessert out and had to ask several times before the last two people were served their dessert. Beautiful place, friendly staff, delicious food, but for the cost of the meals and the private room, the service should have been much better. I can't give this place a 5.

My family and I have been coming to Brimstone for a long time. We love the food and the service. I will say when it come to the atmosphere it has changed. Especially the Dj on the weekends. He is not catering to the customers that attend brunch on the weekends. Most of them leave to BRIO next door where the music and the vibes are different. This is mentioned between all customers. Let's hope we get a change.

Very nice and comfortable place with a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, our waiter Paul was sharp, attentive, and perfectly timed. Overall customer service was very good. Food arrived quickly and was well presented. Portions are generous and the flavor is decent. One point to improve: the “Peruvian Style Ceviche” needs research. The fish was overcooked and swimming in juices, closer to a Mexican or Central American style ceviche, which was disappointing. It would be better to simply label it as ceviche to avoid misleading expectations. Other than that, the place is nice, service is strong, and it’s definitely worth visiting.

Beautiful establishment and great service! The food is overpriced in my opinion ! One crab cake $26 ! A ribeye $69 with 1 side. I def won’t be back. Spending $145 for lunch with a $25 tip is a bit much for me. The fries were delicious. The mash potatoes were watery but it was removed from the bill. Our server was great but again with all the restaurants in this area, this will not be my top choice due to price and quantity of food.

I visited last night and had a mix of experiences. Upon arrival, the host was welcoming and quickly seated me at the bar for happy hour, which set a positive tone. However, my initial server, whose name was Salud, greeted me with a casual “What’s up?” which felt out of place for the restaurant’s atmosphere and price point... also I’m a lady so even more out of place. He also mentioned right away that I should expect slow service because they were busy, which didn’t come across as very hospitable. At least a “hi, welcome” or a smile While telling me any of that would’ve been appreciated. Then he assumed I wanted tap water and walked away, I didn’t get a chance to ask for bottled water, which resulted in an extra trip for him and added to the dive bar vibe. Thankfully, the rest of the staff made up for it. Chris, the server assistant, was attentive and kept everything spotless, and George, who took over later, was gracious and kind. The manager saying goodbye on my way out was also a nice touch. Overall, I’d give Brimestone three stars. The majority of the team provided excellent service, but the initial interaction with Salud left a lot to be desired. With a bit more consistency, it could have been a top-notch experience.

We had a reservation were seat immediately. The hostess was extremely easy to communicate with and had us moved to a more quiet location after. The waiter was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. For appetizer we started with Tuna tartar and the Spicy Crab Roll which was falling apart very easily, otherwise the Tuna Tarter was decent. The first dish to arrive was the classic cheese burger from which was fine. The skirt steak was extremely fatty and under cooked my wife didn’t eat it. The Caribbean trout with shrimps was the star of the show! Second best was the wild salmon with capers which arrived last about 15 minutes. The desert brought it back with the homemade bread pudding in a raspberry berry sauce topped with whip cream. There was live music outside the entire night which was nice. Overall for the ~$300 spent was expect a-little more from the kitchen.

I came for Brunch. I ordered my food ahead of my husband. My husband later ordered a Steak. When my two entrees came out the server that brought the food, put my food on the table. When he saw that my husband had a Steak knife, he assumed that he had the wrong table and grabbed my food off the table and took it away. I said hey, I ordered those too entrees. My husband steak knife doesn’t have anything to do with my order. They ended up bringing me back the same food he took away. I shouldn’t just canceled the order. I come to Brimstone often this time I left disappointed. The server could’ve asked the waiter about my order instead of taking my food away just to bring it back…

The Tuna Tataki and Lobster Tails were amazingly fresh and delicious. Inside is beautiful too but ABSOLUTELY FREEZING! Honestly, our food was ice cold within minutes…an easy fix - PLEASE!

Last night I celebrated my birthday at Brimstone. The appetizers, drinks, service, DJ music, atmosphere was great. My disappointment came with the entrees. I ordered an amazing snapper, my daughter ordered steak. But the crab cream sauce on both entrees upset our stomachs. This was an isolated incident. Maybe next time my dining experience will be better.

I was highly disappointed by brimstone. It seems like a higher end restaurant (and the prices make it clear it's meant to be) but the food was quite disappointing. We had a table of 8 and not one person was happy with their meal. One of the steaks was medium rare when it was requested well done. The most common complaint was that the food was bland. I had the flatbread and it wasn't terrible but seemed a bit overpriced for what it was. The waiter was okay but not overly attentive and we ran out of drinks on multiple occasions, at one point everyone needed a refill. I definitely won't return.

We ordered crab bisque, the tostones appetizer, seafood pasta and a few other items. The service was fine but three out of five of us got sick. Some of us more sick than others but a generally unpleasant feeling after eating there. Service was good restaurant was clean but he didn't make up for the gratuitous amount of bathroom time at home. Pretty much all the food looked good and tasted good except for the crab bisque that was served lukewarm. We all mixed and matched our food choices so hard to pinpoint what was the cause of the illness.

Management needs to send home physically visible sick employees. Never. Never will be back. After $350+ dinner left the two of us out of work for over a week, I cannot stress enough how much I wish I sent those plates back and got up and left when the sick server brought them to the table.

This was the worst dining experience I've had in years. The restaurant was not full, but it took 20 minutes for a server to greet us. The food took forever. My well done burger was almost raw and my dry asparagus was covered in oil. It took a very long time for the server to come back so I could ask him to fix it. A manager brought the food back out sbout 20 minutes later, but they didn't replate it. They threw the dry asparagus onto the oil already there from before and the burger was so well done it was like a hockey puck. I ate the burned burger and left the oily asparagus because both of my friends were done eating and annoyed that they couldn't get another drink. A fresh burger came out about 30 minutes after the hockey puck, which we said must not be ours because we already had our check. However, there was an extra burger on our check. Truthfully, there should have been no burger on our check instead of an extra burger. This place should be embarrassed! We will NEVER be back!

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. I made arrangements with Lizette, the event planner, for my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration. She confirmed the private room was available and told me to send in my form, which I did the morning of the event. When we arrived after I confirmed with her that morning; we were told the room was given away and Lizette claimed she had emailed me, but I never received anything. We were also charged a surprise banquet fee that was never mentioned ahead of time. It took over an hour to receive our food, and by the time it came, it was cold. Guests who arrived after us were already eating. This was supposed to be a special family celebration, but the experience fell far below expectations. I’ve had better meals and service here before, but this time was unacceptable. Hopefully, management will improve communication and quality control.

We ordered four entrées plus a spinach artichoke dip, one ceviche, half BBQ ribs, an 8 oz filet mignon, and a 12 oz skirt steak. The total came out to $190 plus tip. At the time we didn’t question it, but afterward we realized the ribs and ceviche were around $22–$25 each and the artichoke dip was $17. What really doesn’t add up is how the filet mignon and the skirt steak together could total over $100. That seems extremely high, especially considering the portion sizes. They also didn’t show us the itemized tab, which makes it even more confusing. To make matters worse, the skirt steak was burnt on the outside, which was disappointing. I’ve been to better restaurants paying the same amount and receiving more food and much higher quality. Overall, the pricing did not match the quality or the transparency we expected.

Stay away from this place if in a group that requires separate checks. The policy is only one group check with a 20% tip. The server would take separate credit cards but the customer has to figure out how much the share is with tax and tip. The restaurant couldn’t even the orders right. A plain hamburger with only lettuce and tomato was brought out with bacon and cheese. And a medium-well done burger was brought out bloody. The manager was worthless . We won’t be back and are telling all our friends to avoid this dump.

I previously call and spoke to a lady regarding a group of 15 to go for birthday brunch. Communication was great, I received a menu with the brunch selection package and I agree to have the package for$50. When we got there the day of the activity they presented to us with a totally different menu and told me that I didn't agree to the brunch menu. No explanation of how it works even though I was send a credit card form to secure the gathering. Manager was called in the table and I explained what I thought we were supposed to get as brunch. She was nice to understand and gave us free appetizers. Unfortunately the service was horrible, food was OK and the gave us a bill for the whole 12 people when we ask to be split into 4. That was very embarrassing to go over the bill to see how much everyone portion was to paid. Overall, I been to brimstone before but today it was horrible. They need more training to handle big groups gathering.

Very uneducated and untrained staff. My friends and I went to celebrate my friends birthday on Saturday 2/21/26 . She made a reservation for 10 people days in advance. From the start they messed up her reservation and when we got there tried to seat us at a small table because they did not have the correct number of people on the reservation besides messing up the time of the reservation. Once we were properly seated dinner was fine. After dinner we went outside to listen to the DJ. We were going to order drinks from the bar but a waiter came over and said he would get us drinks. At this point we were no longer a party of 10 and paying for our own drinks. He insisted to serve us. Rolled his eyes when someone ordered a soda. Then insisted that my friend had to pay a 20% gratuity fee for the whole table. She only ordered a drink for herself. The waiter brought 3 more waiters and the outside assistant manager over. Instead of the assistant manager coming over calmly and asking how she could help she was aggressive along with the staff. She was saying that my friend didn't want to pay her bill which she was trying to pay but not gratuity for an entire table that didn't exist at that point. The assistant manager was standing over us along with staff being irate when we were just sitting there trying to explain that we were paying individually and we were no longer a big party. The outside assistant manager then proceeded to get the little security guy and tell us to leave. Why? After we dropped $700 inside? I guess the staff didn't feel like working. My friend asked the outside manager for her name several times and she wouldn't give her name. The outside assistant manager's behavior is not one of a manager or anyone in the customer service industry. There is no need to write me back to cover your employee's actions like you have done in other people's reviews. Here's a tip as someone who has been in the customer service industry for 25+years and owned a restaurant, you can gladly hire me to train and educate your staff. They need a lot of help. However, based on how dead it was there on a Saturday night unlike Havana 1957 which is an amazing restaurant right across the street from your dysfunctional restaurant, doesn't look like you will be operating much longer.
