Michelle was truly exceptional, very knowledgeable about drink selections very attentive and made sure my food was right. She was very nice and knew the menu like the back of her hand. She also recommended nights to come with djs and more.

Nick the bartender is honestly the sweetest! He always hooks up our drinks and never fails us. His energy is so welcoming and he makes every visit a good time. And Mike in service is just as amazing he’s always attentive, checks on us, and makes sure me and my friend are good. He’s super fast and on point every time. We always have a great experience because of them!

It’s been a while since I really enjoyed some good mozzarella sticks. I have to say the ones here are AMAZING. The whiskey glaze boneless wings were delicious and the cherry on top was Michelle, our server, she was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and guiding us through the menu with great suggestions. When we first walked in, there was no host and we were standing there for over 5 minutes waiting for somebody to attend us. And we finally got seated. We ordered our food, my friend had ordered the Red Bull passion slushie and instead they gave a beverage of crushed ice with plain Red Bull. We both ordered a different dish of chicken. I ordered a chicken sandwich, both served chickens were overcooked and dry and unseasoned You could see the black marks of the barbecue on the chicken. By the time that I got my plate, the cheese was already cold. The plate was not even hot. The only thing that was seasoned on my dish was the fries. And as the waitress was asking how everything was, she was asking as she was walking away.

I went here with my friend on 1/17 and had the worse experience. We waited for someone to seat us for about 20 minutes and it was the bartender who took it upon himself to seat us because we were waiting for so long. Waitresses continued to walk by us, after we were seated for another 20 minutes. No one bothered to ask if we wanted drinks or anything. We thought maybe they might be short staffed so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I saw someone in all black who looked like a manager of some sort and she even looked at us and continued to walk by like we weren’t even there. We eventually left without being serviced at all. Not even greeted. I use to love this place. Now the chilis down the road is my favorite spot. They have GREAT customer service.

TGI Hollywood Fl. Customer service sucks, food portion for loaded mashed potato was a toddler portion. And that has never happened!!! The host was nice in the beginning but as i gave back the potatoes mood changed. Not to mention i ordered bread sticks online with my order it was told they were completely out. That’s fine so I asked for a refund for the bread sticks and ask to get a receipt to support the refund. But instead I was just told I will see the refund in 5-7 business days, so i advise that will not work for me I need a receipt. So I was provided with the refund in cash instead . So that tells me that a red was never issued to my card . Service just poor

I have lived in the Miami area for easily 25+ Years . This Fridays location has been a go to for ribs. My son is hooked on the apple butter ribs. We ordered via Uber Eats. Our usual has been a full rack or a full and half rack. Today I'm fed up. We who use delivery services pay increased rates and to be sent subpar food is shameful on the establishment. The ribs were okay seriously under sauced like they may have put 1 fourth cup of sauce on the whole rack, thank goodness we had sauce at home because we would've been screwed. The rice was undercooked and worst thewe got big time robbed on the slice of cheesecake. I guess some decided to send us a slice of our slice . It's clear in the pics where I acted BUT the thickness of the slice is just as it was sent .how ridiculous. It cost 10.50 that's just wrong . We have ordered the cheesecake many times and it's 4 times this size. The breadsticks were hard and they didn't even send the garlic butter. The worst part of all of this is that Uber won't credit anything and it's not fair. You pay inflated prices and get sent anything because they don't care it sums up to just that . For someone who couldn't come in to the establishment it sucks because there's no remedy. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
