I’ve eaten at a few bad Carla Jr’s (the one by my house in Oakland on Telegraph is an example, it’s so gross) BUT this one is great! My western bacon cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and they made sure my bacon was crispy. They were severely understaffed but still made sure to make my food taste great. Credit where credit it due! Good job. I’ll be back.

My order was a delivery, and other than a few times, because I've had a lot of breakfast deliveries, my food is great! The few times it wasn't was due to a hard biscuit, and not enough gravy to put over the biscuit which made it dry!

Food tasted excellent. Tried the jalapeño double cheeseburger for the first time, and it won’t be the last. Lady who took our order was nice and even served us our food

Carl's Jr. is my only fast food choice. Service is quick and food is usually great. This last time tho there were only 2 chicken strips in my 3 piece order and the vanilla shake was watery. I asked about it and was told that was the way they are because there is milk in them.

The place was clean, and not very busy. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal, and it came out in less than 5 minutes. It and the fries were hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this CJs.

It is still fast food so no matter what they do they can't get 5 stars but the staff was patient and I felt they did their best to take care of me n my order.

Only bad thing is that they are charging extra .25cents for each sauce. Times are tough already for people. Corporate needs to stop the extra charge for the sauces. Shame on them. Trying to be greedy. Needs to be changed quickly.

Horrible experience, Me and my family love Carls Jr but as we were getting some from the spot in Pinole the service was subpar at the ordering booth and when we got the food it had a terrible after taste, I ordered the Chicken Club sandwich which I was eating in the dark of my car until I realized it had a funny taste when I saw it had an unknown black substance on the whole sandwich, my sister in law ordered chicken tenders which were burnt and we believe the criss cut fries we ordered were old because of how stale they tasted and the awful aftertaste. Do not eat at the Carls Jr in Pinole, there’s a Wendy’s across the street. I am worried about what that black substance was unfortunately if my health seems affected I may have to get in contact with my lawyers. Do better Carls Jr Pinole.

I just ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich the picture shows lettuce tomato pickles and this is what I got I complained about the quality to the window guy and his response is that's what you ordered. I did try to rectify thus discreetly with no success. I'll cross this place off of the list of places to eat . Oh well so here's your review Carl's Jr. On Fitzgerald

Burgers look better on t.v. got large cut crisp got like 6 total fries

Yesterday, after returning from a trip, I visited Carl's Jr. and ordered a 'Santa Fe' Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich, along with fried Zucchini. Well, they were out of the zucchini. So, I ordered onion rings. Specifically, the chicken was baked, and the sandwich was awfully wet. After a few bites, it was dumped. Needless to say, I'll never frequent Carl's Jr. again. No wonder I hardly eat from a fast food establishment. What a disappointment!

I ordered two western burgers on the app, 2 for $10. Manager susana said they didnt get any order from the app and cant help me. I even showed them the order on my phone a few times. They didnt bother to help at all. Payed $11 for nothing. ITS THE PRINCIPAL.Just talk to headquarters is all i got. Reached out to them few times amd still no response. Worst service i ever got. I will keep calling and talk to other local managers. I refuse to let this go unacknowelged.

And while they where waiting for sandwich to be made. Yeah that’s what they did alright. The burger was double. i said i will not be coming back thats it for me.

I ordered a sourdough Burger and cheese was not melted Burger was cold my fries were soggy they were hot but very soggy and when I went to the drive-thru again it took them real long to help me to come to the window and when I handed in my bag he looked in it told me that he can only give me a burger because I ate most of my fries which is not true.

So l don't know what's going on at this location but almost every time I come here around 10pm, the tell me they can't take my order, or they are closed for some reason they've told me 4 times it's the system, this last time I came the guy at the speaker first asked me what I wanted to order then abruptly told me he couldn't take my order this time he made it seem like the speaker or his headset didn't work, which okay but can't you take my order at the window, this makes no sense and it's Always the same guy this happened with he's seems like his in his early 20s or so he dark skinned and short, also there's a lady that also works there and she never tells me they are closed she's a really nice older lady with short white hair I have not seen her in a bit I don't know how this always happens when come here.
